and if the identification result is not in the preset interval, deleting the identification result.
Referring to fig. 2, a first embodiment of the present invention provides an anti-addiction guidance method including:
step S10, collecting the biological characteristics of the current interactive object of the display equipment;
in this embodiment, the execution main body is a display device, and the display device may be a television, or a terminal device having a display function, such as a PC, a smartphone, a tablet computer, an electronic book reader, or a portable computer. The current interactive object of the display equipment is a user watching television at present, the biological characteristics are inherent physiological characteristics of a human body, and the purpose of collecting the biological characteristics of the user is to confirm the user group or identity of the user watching television at present. The biometric features may be face images of the user, or voice signals sent by the user, fingerprint information of the user, or various combinations of the three, which is not limited in this embodiment.
It will be appreciated that when the television detects that someone is watching the television, it may automatically switch to the anti-addiction mode and collect the biometric features of the user currently watching the television, identifying the user group or identity of the user. The anti-addiction mode mentioned in this embodiment is a teenager mode, and may also be an anti-addiction mode suitable for user groups of other age groups, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In specific implementation, when the television detects that a person watches the television, the television can be automatically switched to the anti-addiction mode, the camera is started to collect face images of a user watching the television at present, or the sound pickup is started to collect voice signals of the user watching the television at present, or fingerprint information of the user watching the television at present is collected through input equipment such as a remote controller, one or more biological characteristics can be selected and collected according to actual conditions, and the embodiment is not limited to this.
In this embodiment, step S10 includes:
receiving an input code from a manager, and obtaining a control command according to the input code;
and acquiring the control command, and switching the operation mode to a teenager mode according to the control command.
It should be noted that the input code may be a remote input code sent by a manager through a management terminal, for example, using a mobile terminal APP, or a voice input code of the manager, or a signal input code input by a manager using an input device, for example, a remote controller.
It is understood that the teen-person mode may be automatically turned on after being detected by the tv, or may be actively turned on by a control command sent by the administrator.
In this embodiment, step S10 includes the following steps:
and saving the biological characteristics to a storage space, and executing deduplication processing on the biological characteristics.
The step of performing deduplication processing on the biometric comprises:
and when detecting that the storage space contains repeated biological characteristics which are the same as or similar to the biological characteristics, deleting the repeated biological characteristics.
It can be understood that the television stores the collected biological characteristics of the user in the server, and when the biological characteristics are partially repeated with the existing biological characteristics in the server, the biological characteristics of the repeated part are deleted, the parts of the existing biological characteristics different from the newly stored biological characteristics are reserved, each biological characteristic stored in the server is different, redundancy is avoided, the recognition effect is prevented from being influenced, the integrity and the timeliness of the individual biological characteristics of the user are ensured, and data representing teenagers in subsequent anti-addiction measures can be in one-to-one correspondence with data representing accumulated time.
Step S20, recognizing the biological characteristics to obtain a recognition result;
in this embodiment, the Biometric characteristic is identified by using a Biometric Identification Technology (Biometric Identification Technology), which is a Technology for performing identity authentication by using human Biometric characteristics. More specifically, the biometric identification technology is to closely combine a computer with high-tech means such as optics, acoustics, biosensors and the principle of biometrics, and to identify the identity of an individual by using the inherent physiological characteristics and behavior characteristics of a human body. Biometric identification systems are feature templates that sample biometric features, extract their unique features and convert them into digital codes, and further combine these codes. When a person interacts with the recognition system to perform identity authentication, the recognition system obtains the characteristics of the person and compares the characteristics with the characteristic template in the data to determine whether the characteristics are matched, so that the person is determined to be accepted or rejected.
It is understood that, in this embodiment, the identification result may be the age of the user, or the gender, identity, and the like of the user.
In specific implementation, corresponding to the biometric features listed in the example in step S10, when the television starts the camera to collect a face image of a user watching television at present, the face image is identified by a face identification technology, and the age of the user watching television at present, that is, the identification result, can be obtained. When the television starts a sound pick-up to collect voice signals of a user watching the television at present, identifying the voice signals through a voiceprint identification technology, and obtaining the age of the user watching the television at present or obtaining the identity of the user watching the television at present through comparison with pre-stored voice data, namely the identification result; when the television collects fingerprint information of a user watching the television currently through input equipment such as a remote controller, the fingerprint information is identified through a fingerprint identification technology, so that the age of the user watching the television currently can be obtained or the identity of the user watching the television currently, namely the identification result, can be obtained through comparison with prestored fingerprint data; if the obtained identification result is the age, the subsequent steps are executed, if the obtained result is the identity, the judgment of the age interval is not needed, and whether to execute the anti-addiction guiding measures or not is directly judged according to the identity.
It should be noted that, the above recognition modes may be combined, for example, face recognition is firstly adopted, then voiceprint recognition is adopted, if the results of face recognition and voiceprint recognition are not consistent, face recognition and voiceprint recognition are repeatedly performed once, and if the results are consistent, the recognition result is obtained; if the two images are inconsistent, fingerprint identification is adopted, and the result obtained by the fingerprint identification is used as an identification result. In addition to this example, the present embodiment may also be a combination of other reasonable and effective recognition manners, as long as it is ensured that an accurate recognition result is obtained, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Step S30, judging whether the recognition result is in a preset interval;
it should be noted that the preset interval may be an age interval, which is set to be 0 to 18 years old in this embodiment, and the parent or the guardian may adaptively modify the preset interval to configure the anti-addiction guidance scheme for the users in other age groups.
It is understood that, in the present embodiment, the judgment is made for the group of people aged 0 to 18, that is, the group of young people or minors. However, since the preset interval may be modified, the embodiment of the present invention may also be used for anti-addiction restriction for adults or middle-aged and elderly people, and the embodiment is not limited thereto.
In this embodiment, step S30 includes the following steps:
and if the identification result is not in the preset interval, deleting the identification result.
It can be understood that if the determination result is that the identification result is not in the preset interval, it indicates that the user currently watching the television does not belong to the user group that needs to be guided by anti-addiction, the identification result does not need to be recorded and stored, otherwise, the storage space resource is wasted, so if the identification result is not in the preset interval, the identification result is directly deleted.
And step S40, if the identification result is located in the preset interval, the current interactive object of the display equipment is determined to be a teenager, the connection with the management terminal is established, and anti-addiction guidance is executed.
The management end may be a mobile end APP used by a manager, that is, a parent, for example, a mobile phone APP or PC end management application software.
It can be understood that if the judgment result is that the identification result is located in the preset interval, then the current interactive object of the display device is determined to be a teenager, that is, the user watching the television is a teenager currently, the television sends a request for establishing connection to the mobile terminal APP for parental control at this moment, after the mobile terminal APP terminal confirms, the connection can be established, the control interface of the mobile terminal APP can refer to fig. 4, and meanwhile, the television terminal starts to execute anti-addiction guiding measures.
The embodiment provides an anti-addiction guiding method, after a television is switched to a teenager mode, the biological characteristics of a current interactive object of a display device are collected and identified to obtain an identification result, a user group to which a user watching the television currently belongs can be known, whether the identification result is located in a preset interval or not is judged, if the identification result is located in the preset interval, the current interactive object of the display device is determined to be the teenager, connection with a mobile terminal APP is established, anti-addiction guiding is executed, anti-addiction guiding of the user group is achieved, accordingly, the teenager can more easily and actively receive anti-addiction measures, the fact that the teenager watches the television for a long time is effectively prevented, and adverse effects of watching the television for a long time on the teenager are avoided.
Further, referring to fig. 3, a second embodiment of the anti-addiction guiding method of the present invention is proposed based on the above-described embodiment shown in fig. 2.
In this embodiment, the step of executing the anti-addiction guidance in step S40 includes:
step S41, obtaining system time, and judging whether the system time is in the allowed watching time period;
step S42, if the system time is in the allowed watching time period, a timer is started;
step S43, when the accumulated duration recorded by the timer reaches a preset duration, hiding a picture in a display screen of the display device, and displaying a preset interface in the display screen.
It should be noted that the permitted viewing time period may be modified by a manager with management authority, in this embodiment, the permitted viewing time period is set to 20:00 to 22:00, and if the system time is not within the time period, the process jumps to step S43 of hiding a picture in the display screen of the display device, and displaying a preset interface in the display screen.
It can be understood that the system time represents a current time, if the current time is a viewing-permitted time period, the television can be normally viewed, but a timer is started to start recording a time length for viewing the television, where the preset time length is a maximum viewing time length set by a manager, in this embodiment, the preset time length is set to 90 minutes, the manager can also modify the time length, a corresponding time control interface is shown in fig. 5, and when an accumulated time length recorded by the timer reaches the maximum viewing time length set by the manager, a television program picture or a television game picture in the television is hidden, and a preset interface shown in fig. 6 is displayed in the display screen, where the interface can also be modified by the manager.
In this embodiment, the step of starting the timer in step S42 includes the following steps:
performing eyeball detection in real time to determine whether the eyeball faces the display device;
when the recognition result is located in the preset interval and the eyeball detection result is that the eyeball faces the display device, sending a timing maintaining command to the timer;
and when the recognition result is located in the preset interval and when the eyeball detection result is that the eyeball deviates from the display equipment or the recognition result is not located in the preset interval, sending a timing pause command to the timer.
It should be noted that the eyeball detection is used to determine whether the current user is watching the television normally, and if the user does not watch the television normally, the accumulated time is still long, such anti-addiction measures are obviously too hard and not complete enough, and are more unacceptable for teenagers, and the mode of eyeball detection may be pupil detection, iris detection, or other detection modes capable of detecting the orientation state of the eyeball, which is not limited in this embodiment.
It can be understood that when the eye ball detects that the line of sight of the teenager is towards the television, that is, the teenager is considered to be watching the television normally, the timer keeps normally timing; and when the eyeball detection shows that the sight of the teenager does not face the television, or the user watching the television at present is known to be not the teenager through the biological characteristics, the timing of the timer is suspended, the timing of the timer is recovered until the identity of the teenager is confirmed again and the eyeball detection shows that the sight of the teenager faces the television at the moment, and the accumulated time length is continued.
In this embodiment, the step of hiding the picture in the display screen of the display device in step S43 includes:
displaying a prompt interface to the teenager, wherein the prompt interface comprises prompt information;
