Opening method and related equipment
Technical Field
The embodiment of the application relates to the field of communication, in particular to an opening method and related equipment.
Background
In a traditional private line scenario, a network engineer generally manually inputs a command on site to configure a device to open an office for a management device. In a software-defined wide area network (SD-WAN) scene, in order to simplify the opening process, common technicians can also open an office for the management equipment conveniently, and an operator can simplify the opening process in a code scanning opening mode.
In the code scanning and opening manner, after the attempted connection between the management equipment and the controller fails, a technician obtains the identity information of the management equipment by using the terminal equipment in a code scanning manner, and sends the identity information to the controller. And after confirming the identity of the management equipment according to the identity information, the controller establishes communication connection with the management equipment. The technical personnel control terminal equipment sends the flashing light instruction to the controller, and the controller controls the management equipment to flash light. After detecting that the management equipment flashes, a technician confirms that the management equipment can be opened normally, sends a normal opening notification to the controller, and the controller can send sensitive configuration to the management equipment so that the management equipment can work normally.
In the existing code scanning opening mode, when the controller controls the management equipment to flash, technicians need to manually judge whether the management equipment flashes normally, the manual judgment consumes longer time, and the manual judgment has high error rate.
Disclosure of Invention

A first aspect of the present application provides an opening method, in which a terminal device sends first identity information to a controller, where the first identity information is used to instruct the controller to confirm that a management device is a device to be confirmed and trigger the controller to generate a first confirmation code, and the first confirmation code is used to instruct the management device to set a status indicator lamp according to the first confirmation code; the terminal equipment scans the status indicator lamp to read a second confirmation code, wherein the second confirmation code is used for confirming whether the management equipment can normally open an office or not; and the terminal equipment sends target confirmation information to the controller, wherein the target confirmation information is used for indicating the controller to confirm whether the management equipment can normally open the bureau.
In the application, the terminal device sends first identity information to the controller, the first identity information can trigger the controller to generate a first confirmation code, and the management device can set the state indicator lamp according to the first confirmation code. The terminal equipment scans the status indicator lamp to read a second confirmation code, and the second confirmation code is used for confirming whether the management equipment can normally open the station. When the controller controls the management device to flash through the first confirmation code, a technician can scan the status indicator lamp through the terminal device to read the second confirmation code. And a technician judges whether the flashing light of the management equipment is normal or not according to the second confirmation code through the terminal equipment or the controller so as to confirm whether the management equipment can be normally opened or not, so that the confirmation process is short in time consumption and high in accuracy.
In a possible implementation manner of the first aspect, the terminal device receives second identity information sent by the controller; the terminal equipment scans the ESN bar code of the electronic serial number of the management equipment to obtain the ESN of the management equipment; and the terminal equipment generates the first identity information according to the second identity information and the ESN of the management equipment.
In a possible implementation manner of the first aspect, the second identity information further includes a first confirmation code, and the terminal device obtains the target confirmation information according to the first confirmation code and the second confirmation code.
In this possible implementation manner, the terminal device obtains the target confirmation information through the first confirmation code and the second confirmation code. After the terminal device reads the second confirmation code through the status indicator lamp, the terminal device confirms the second confirmation code, whether the second confirmation code is the same as the first confirmation code or not is confirmed by the terminal device, if the second confirmation code is the same as the first confirmation code, the management device is confirmed to be in a normal state, and the management device can open a bureau normally. If the terminal equipment confirms that the second confirmation code is different from the first confirmation code, the terminal equipment analyzes the error information corresponding to the second confirmation code through the second confirmation code. If the terminal equipment confirms that the management equipment can normally open the office, the target confirmation information sent to the controller by the terminal equipment indicates that the management equipment can normally open the office. If the terminal equipment confirms that the state of the management equipment is abnormal and the normal opening can not be carried out, the target confirmation information sent to the controller by the terminal equipment indicates that the state of the management equipment is abnormal and the normal opening can not be carried out. Optionally, in order to facilitate the technician to repair the management device, the target confirmation information may further include error information analyzed by the second confirmation code.

If the controller determines that the second confirmation code is different from the first confirmation code, the controller analyzes the corresponding error information through the second confirmation code, and technicians can conveniently maintain the management equipment.
A controller receives first identity information sent by a terminal device, wherein the first identity information is used for indicating the controller to confirm that a management device is a device to be confirmed and triggering the controller to generate a first confirmation code, and the first confirmation code is used for indicating the management device to set a state indicator lamp according to the first confirmation code; the controller sends the first confirmation code to the management device; and the controller receives target confirmation information sent by the terminal equipment, wherein the target confirmation information is used for indicating the controller to confirm whether the management equipment can normally open the office or not.
In the application, the controller receives first identity information sent by the terminal device, the first identity information can trigger the controller to generate a first confirmation code, and the first confirmation code is used for indicating the management device to set the state indicator lamp according to the first confirmation code. The terminal equipment scans the status indicator lamp to read a second confirmation code, and the second confirmation code is used for confirming whether the management equipment can normally open the station. When the controller controls the management equipment to flash through the first confirmation code, a technician judges whether the management equipment flashes normally or not through the terminal equipment or the controller according to the second confirmation code so as to confirm whether the management equipment can open the bus normally or not, the time consumed in the confirmation process is short, and the accuracy is high.
In a possible implementation manner of the second aspect, the controller confirms that the management device can open an office normally according to the target confirmation information; and the controller sends target configuration information to the management equipment, wherein the target configuration information is used for indicating the management equipment to normally open an office according to the target configuration information.
In a possible implementation manner of the second aspect, the controller confirms that the management device cannot open an office normally according to the target confirmation information; and the controller acquires error information according to the target confirmation information.
In this possible implementation manner, optionally, the target confirmation information may be obtained by the terminal device through the first confirmation code and the second confirmation code. After the terminal device reads the second confirmation code through the status indicator lamp, the terminal device confirms the second confirmation code, and the terminal device confirms whether the second confirmation code is the same as the first confirmation code. If the two are the same, the management equipment is confirmed to be in a normal state, and the management equipment can open the bureau normally. If the terminal equipment confirms that the second confirmation code is different from the first confirmation code, the terminal equipment analyzes the error information corresponding to the second confirmation code through the second confirmation code. If the terminal equipment confirms that the management equipment can normally open the office, the target confirmation information sent by the terminal equipment to the controller indicates that the management equipment can normally open the office.
In this possible implementation manner, optionally, the target confirmation information may be a second confirmation code, after the terminal device reads the second confirmation code through the status indicator lamp, the terminal device does not confirm the second confirmation code, directly sends the second confirmation code to the controller, and the controller confirms whether the second confirmation code is the same as the first confirmation code, and if so, confirms that the management device is in a normal state, and the management device can open a bureau normally. If the controller determines that the second confirmation code is different from the first confirmation code, the controller analyzes the corresponding error information through the second confirmation code, and technicians can conveniently maintain the management equipment.
In a possible implementation manner of the second aspect, the controller receives a connection request sent by the management device; and the controller establishes connection with the terminal equipment.
In this possible implementation, before the management device first connects to the controller, the IP address and the address of the server need to be obtained by the DHCP server. Then, the management device attempts to connect to the controller, and since the controller does not have the ESN of the management device, it cannot be determined whether or not the management device is a legitimate device. After the controller receives the first identity information sent by the management device, the controller judges that the management device is a legal device according to the ESN, and can set the management device to be in a state to be confirmed according to the first identity information and allow the management device to be temporarily connected with the controller, so that the controller can further verify whether the management device can be normally opened.

Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an embodiment of a scan code opening office provided in the present application.
Referring to fig. 1, in a conventional private line scenario, a network engineer typically manually inputs commands on site to configure a device to open an office for a management device. In an SD-WAN scene, in order to simplify the opening process, common technicians can conveniently open an office for the management equipment, and an operator can simplify the opening process in a code scanning opening mode.
The management equipment sends address request information to the server, and the server sends the IP address of the management equipment and the address of the controller to the management equipment after receiving the address request information. The management device tries to connect to the controller, and since the management device is connected to the controller for the first time, the controller does not record the ESN code of the management device, and the controller regards the management device as an illegal device and rejects connection to the management device.
After the technician confirms that the management equipment is in failure of being connected with the controller, the terminal equipment and the controller establish an authentication session, and the terminal equipment acquires relevant information of the management equipment from the controller. The terminal equipment scans an ESN bar code pasted on the management equipment to obtain the ESN, and the ESN is associated with the related information of the management equipment and then sent to the controller. And the controller associates the received ESN with the management equipment according to the related information of the ESN and the management equipment, confirms that the management equipment is legal equipment after confirming that the ESN is legal, establishes connection with the management equipment and pushes sensitive configuration to the management equipment. The management device can open the office normally according to the sensitive configuration.
In this application, in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, an ESN barcode affixed to a body of a management device may be replaced, so that after a code is scanned by a terminal device, the ESN of an illegal device is read, and the ESN of the illegal device is associated with the management device and then reported to a controller. Therefore, the illegal equipment can be connected to the controller and acquire the sensitive configuration data pushed by the controller, and the illegal equipment can carry out illegal opening.
In order to prevent illegal opening due to replacement of ESN barcode, before the controller issues sensitive configuration to the management device, a technician may perform flash light confirmation operation on the management device, and the specific implementation process will be described in detail in the following embodiments.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of another embodiment of a scan code opening system provided in the present application.
Referring to fig. 2, in the code scanning opening method, after the management device fails to attempt to connect with the controller, a technician obtains the identity information of the management device by using the terminal device in the code scanning manner and sends the identity information to the controller.
In view of the above problems in the code scanning and opening manner, an embodiment of the present application provides an opening method and related device, in which a terminal device sends first identity information to a controller, the first identity information may trigger the controller to generate a first confirmation code, and a management device may set a status indicator lamp according to the first confirmation code. The terminal equipment scans the status indicator lamp to read a second confirmation code, and the second confirmation code is used for confirming whether the management equipment can normally open the station. When the controller controls the management equipment to flash through the first confirmation code, a technician can scan the status indicator lamp through the terminal equipment to read the second confirmation code. And a technician judges whether the flashing light of the management equipment is normal or not according to the second confirmation code through the terminal equipment or the controller so as to confirm whether the management equipment can be normally opened or not, so that the confirmation process is short in time consumption and high in accuracy.

(1) the target confirmation information is a second confirmation code
In the application, after the terminal device reads the second confirmation code through the status indicator lamp, the terminal device does not confirm the second confirmation code, directly sends the second confirmation code and the identity information of the management device to the controller, the controller confirms whether the second confirmation code is the same as the first confirmation code, if so, the management device is confirmed to be in a normal state, and the management device can be normally opened. If the controller determines that the second confirmation code is different from the first confirmation code, the controller analyzes the corresponding error information through the second confirmation code, and technicians can conveniently maintain the management equipment.
(2) The target confirmation information is a result of whether the management apparatus can normally open the office
In the application, the terminal device can acquire the first confirmation code in multiple ways, and the terminal device obtains the target confirmation information through the first confirmation code and the second confirmation code. If the terminal equipment confirms that the second confirmation code is different from the first confirmation code, the terminal equipment analyzes the corresponding error information through the second confirmation code. If the terminal equipment confirms that the management equipment can normally open the office, the target confirmation information sent by the terminal equipment to the controller indicates that the management equipment can normally open the office. If the terminal equipment confirms that the state of the management equipment is abnormal and the normal opening can not be carried out, the target confirmation information sent to the controller by the terminal equipment indicates that the state of the management equipment is abnormal and the normal opening can not be carried out.
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of another embodiment of the opening method provided in the present application.
Referring to fig. 6, in addition to the above steps 201 to 205, in the present application, before the terminal device sends the first identity information to the controller, optionally, the terminal device may further generate the first identity information, and a specific implementation manner will be described in the following embodiments.
301. And the terminal equipment receives the second identity information sent by the controller, and correspondingly, the controller sends the second identity information to the terminal equipment.
In the application, the terminal device receives a site list sent by the controller, where the site list includes names of multiple sites and related information corresponding to the names. The site list at least includes the second identity information, where the second identity information is related information of the management device, and optionally, the related information of the management device may include a name of the management device, the related information of the management device may include a location of the management device, the related information of the management device may include address information of the management device, and the related information of the management device may also include other information related to the management device, which is not limited herein.
302. The terminal device scans the ESN bar code of the electronic serial number of the management device to obtain the ESN of the management device.
In the application, the management device is pasted with the ESN barcode corresponding to the management device, and the terminal device scans the ESN barcode to obtain the ESN of the management device.
303. And the terminal equipment generates first identity information according to the second identity information and the ESN of the management equipment.
In the application, the terminal device associates the second identity information with the ESN of the management device and packages the second identity information with the ESN to generate the first identity information. And then after the terminal equipment sends the first identity information to the controller, the controller can confirm that the management equipment is the equipment which needs to confirm whether the normal opening can be carried out or not according to the second identity information included in the first identity information. The controller may determine whether the management device is a device capable of legally connecting with the controller based on the ESN in the first identity information.
Fig. 7 is a schematic view of another embodiment of an opening method provided in the present application, please refer to fig. 7, in the present application, in addition to the above steps 201 to 205, optionally, when the controller confirms that the management device can open the office normally according to the target confirmation information, the controller may send the target configuration information to the management device.
401. The controller confirms that the management device can open the office normally according to the target confirmation information.
402. The controller transmits the target configuration information to the management device.
In the application, the target configuration information is used for indicating the management device to normally open a bureau according to the target configuration information, and after receiving the configuration information, the management device updates the configuration of the management device according to the configuration information, so that the management device can normally work.
Fig. 8 is a schematic view of another embodiment of an opening method provided in the present application, please refer to fig. 8, in the present application, in addition to the above steps 201 to 205, optionally, the controller confirms that the management device cannot open the office normally according to the target confirmation information, and the controller obtains the error information according to the target confirmation information.
501. The controller confirms that the management device cannot open the office normally according to the target confirmation information.

601. The controller may also receive a connection request sent by the management device.
602. The controller establishes a connection with the management device.
In the application, the process of establishing connection between the controller and the management device is initiated by the management device, and before the management device is connected with the controller for the first time, the IP address and the address of the server need to be obtained through a DHCP server. Then, the management device attempts to connect to the controller, and since the controller does not have the ESN of the management device, it cannot determine whether or not the management device is a legitimate device. After the controller receives the first identity information sent by the management device, the controller judges that the management device is a legal device according to the ESN, the management device can be set to be in a state to be confirmed according to the first identity information, and the management device is allowed to be temporarily connected with the controller, so that the controller can further verify whether the management device can be normally opened.

Referring to fig. 10, in the application, in the process of connecting the management device to the controller, if an error occurs in the process of connecting the management device, the management device may display an error message through a status indicator, optionally, the error message may be that the IP address is not reachable, the error message may be that the ESN is illegal, or the error message may be other types of error messages, which is not limited herein. The terminal equipment can read error information after scanning the status indicator lamp of the management equipment, and technicians can conveniently and quickly discharge obstacles.
In this application, the management device may display the error information through the status indicator lamps by using a combination of "bright" and "dark" of a single status indicator lamp, or by using a combination of "bright" and "dark" of a plurality of status indicator lamps, which is not limited herein.
In the application, the terminal device sends first identity information to the controller, the first identity information can trigger the controller to generate a first confirmation code, and the management device can set the state indicator lamp according to the first confirmation code. The terminal equipment scans the status indicator lamp to read a second confirmation code, and the second confirmation code is used for confirming whether the management equipment can open the station normally or not.
