Description

Production test method, wireless intelligent device, upper computer, electronic device and medium
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of production test, in particular to a production test method, wireless intelligent equipment, an upper computer, electronic equipment and a medium.
Background
In order to ensure that each hardware module and each software function forming the product have no problem during production, the existing embedded intelligent device based on Linux or a Real-time operating system (Real-time Operating System, RTOS) needs to carry out production test on the product, namely, production test.
Different products, functions and test items are different. Aiming at wireless intelligent equipment, single board (PCBA) test and complete machine test are mainly adopted. The single board test is mainly based on a jig test tool, and is directly connected with a printed circuit board (Printed Circuit Board, PCB) of a product to test the board-level characteristics of an electric element, wireless transmitting power, frequency offset and the like of the product. The whole machine test mainly aims at equipment assembled with the shell, and performs product peripheral (such as key) test, software function test (such as account binding, voice broadcasting, drawing test, night vision switching and the like), product information verification and the like.
When the wireless intelligent device is produced, functional modules (including binary executable programs, dynamic libraries, executable scripts, configuration files and the like, also commonly called production firmware or production package) or peripherals (such as serial ports) which are not normally used are often used. Based on the difference of the positions of the production test packets, the corresponding production test schemes for the wireless intelligent equipment are different.
However, in the existing production and measurement scheme for the wireless intelligent device, the production and measurement package is usually integrated in the operating system, so that the storage space occupied by the firmware mirror image of the wireless intelligent device is large, and the requirement of the manufacturer on the storage space is difficult to meet.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems that: a production scheme for the wireless intelligent device is provided, so that the storage space occupied by firmware images of the wireless intelligent device is reduced.
In order to solve the above problems, an embodiment of the present invention provides a production test method, which is applied to an upper computer; the method comprises the following steps: establishing wireless connection with the wireless intelligent equipment to be detected; sending authentication information to the wireless intelligent equipment to be tested; and sending related data required by production test to the wireless intelligent device to be tested so as to realize the production test of the wireless intelligent device to be tested.
Optionally, the wireless intelligent device to be tested has a first service endpoint and a second service endpoint under the same protocol; the first service endpoint is suitable for receiving authentication information sent by the upper computer; the second service endpoint is suitable for receiving relevant data required for production test sent by the upper computer.
The embodiment of the invention also provides another production test method which is applied to the wireless intelligent equipment to be tested, and comprises the following steps:
when authentication information sent by the upper computer is received, carrying out identity verification on the upper computer based on the authentication information;
when the related data which are transmitted by the upper computer through the second service endpoint and are required for production test are received and the upper computer passes authentication, a production testing packet is obtained, and the production testing packet is stored according to a first preset path and a preset naming rule;
and when the preset conditions are met, carrying out production test on the wireless intelligent equipment to be tested based on the production test packet.
The embodiment of the invention also provides an upper computer, which comprises:
a wireless connection establishing unit adapted to establish a wireless connection with the wireless intelligent device to be tested
The first processing unit is suitable for sending authentication information to the wireless intelligent equipment to be tested;
and the second processing unit is suitable for sending related data required by the production test to the wireless intelligent device to be tested so as to realize the production test of the wireless intelligent device to be tested.
The embodiment of the invention also provides wireless intelligent equipment, which further comprises:
the authentication unit is suitable for carrying out authentication on the upper computer based on the authentication information when receiving the authentication information sent by the upper computer;
the storage unit is suitable for acquiring a production testing packet when the related data which are sent by the upper computer and used for production testing are received and the upper computer passes authentication, and storing the production testing packet according to a preset naming rule and a first preset path;
and the production testing unit is suitable for carrying out production testing on the wireless intelligent equipment based on the production testing packet when the preset condition is met.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide a computer readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program for execution by a processor to perform the steps of any of the methods described above.
The embodiment of the invention also provides electronic equipment, which comprises a memory and a processor, wherein the memory stores a computer program capable of running on the processor, and the processor executes the steps of any one of the methods when running the computer program.
Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention has the following advantages:
by applying the scheme of the invention, when the production test is required to be carried out on the wireless intelligent equipment to be tested, the wireless connection between the wireless intelligent equipment to be tested and the wireless intelligent equipment to be tested is established, so that the production test packet can be uploaded to the wireless intelligent equipment to be tested. Compared with the method for integrating the production test packet into the operating system of the wireless intelligent device to be tested in situ, the method for uploading the production test packet only when the production test is needed, so that the production test packet and the firmware mirror image of the wireless intelligent device to be tested can be thoroughly decoupled and separated, the effects of the production test packet and the firmware mirror image are avoided, and the storage space occupied by the firmware mirror image is reduced.
Further, when the wireless intelligent equipment to be tested is subjected to production test, determining whether a production test packet stored in a preset naming rule exists at the first preset path, if so, calling the production test packet to carry out production test on the wireless intelligent equipment to be tested when the preset condition is met, otherwise, not carrying out production test. And after the test is successful, the production test packet is deleted, so that when the production test packet exists in the wireless intelligent device to be tested, the wireless intelligent device to be tested is in a production test mode, otherwise, the wireless intelligent device to be tested is in a non-production test mode, and the judgment of the working mode of the wireless intelligent device to be tested and the service logic of switching are simplified.

Detailed Description
Currently, when a wireless smart device is produced, a production test packet is generally integrated into an operating system of the wireless smart device in an embedded manner.
Because the production package is additionally integrated in the operating system, the firmware image (image) of the wireless intelligent device is increased, and more storage space is occupied. Firmware (Firmware) refers to a program written in erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM) or electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM). Mirror (Mirroring) is a form of file storage, a type of redundancy, where data on one disk has an identical copy on another disk, i.e., a mirror.
However, after the wireless intelligent device leaves the factory, the user does not need to produce the test packet in the normal use process, which causes the waste of the storage space, and even if the test packet is deleted after the production is finished, the storage space occupied by the test packet is already a part of the storage space occupied by the whole firmware mirror image when the occupation requirement of the storage space is evaluated. In addition, in the production testing process, because the coupling between the production testing packet and the firmware image is larger, if the production testing packet has problems, such as defects (bug), temporary addition, deletion, or modification of testing functions, etc., in the production testing procedure, engineers have to update and reissue the firmware image of the whole wireless intelligent device.
In order to solve the problem, the invention provides a production test method, which can upload a production test packet to the wireless intelligent equipment to be tested when the production test is required to be carried out on the wireless intelligent equipment to be tested by establishing wireless connection with the wireless intelligent equipment to be tested. Compared with the method that the production and test package is integrated into the operating system of the wireless intelligent device to be tested in situ, the production and test package and the firmware mirror image of the wireless intelligent device to be tested are thoroughly decoupled and separated, the mutual influence is avoided, and the storage space occupied by the firmware mirror image is reduced.
In order that the above-recited objects, features and advantages of the present invention will become more readily apparent, a more particular description of the invention briefly described above will be rendered by reference to specific embodiments thereof which are illustrated in the appended drawings.
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of a production test system according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1, the production test system may include: the upper computer 11 and the wireless intelligent device 12 to be tested.
In a specific implementation, each wireless intelligent device 12 to be tested needs to have a corresponding host computer 11, and the host computer 11 is used for controlling the wireless intelligent device 12 to be tested to perform production test. The upper computer 11 may be a personal computer, a server computer, a handheld device or a portable device, a tablet device, a multiprocessor system, a mini computer, a mainframe computer, or the like, and is not particularly limited, as long as it can establish a wireless connection with the wireless intelligent device 12 to be tested and can control a production test of the wireless intelligent device 12 to be tested based on the wireless connection.
In implementation, the wireless smart device 12 to be tested may refer to a user equipment, an access terminal, a subscriber unit, a subscriber station, a mobile station, a remote terminal, a mobile device, a user terminal, a wireless communication device, a user agent, or a user equipment. The terminal device may also be a cellular telephone, a cordless telephone, a session initiation protocol (Session Initiation Protocol, SIP) phone, a wireless local loop (Wireless Local Loop, WLL) station, a personal digital assistant (Personal Digital Assistant, PDA), a handheld device having wireless communication capabilities, a computing device, or other processing device connected to a wireless modem, an in-vehicle device, a wearable device, to which the embodiments of the present application are not limited.
In implementations, there may be a service program in the firmware image of the wireless smart device under test 12 that supports production testing. The service program is executed, so that the wireless intelligent device 12 to be tested has a first service endpoint and a second service endpoint. The first service endpoint is adapted to receive authentication information sent by the upper computer 11; the second service endpoint is adapted to receive the relevant data required for the production test sent by the host computer 11.
In a specific implementation, the service program may be a hypertext transfer protocol (Hyper Text Transfer Protocol, HTTP) server program that meets the functions after custom-cutting based on open source items, or a full text transfer protocol (SSH File Transfer Protocol, SFTP) server program or a simple file transfer protocol (Trivial File Transfer Protocol, TFTP) server program. The first service endpoint and the second service endpoint are two service endpoints involved in running the service program and are used for information interaction with the upper computer under the transmission protocol.
For example, the transport protocol is HTTP, and the port number under the transport protocol is 80, and the first service endpoint and the second service endpoint are two service endpoints in the same port number.
In particular implementations, the service endpoint may be an access address at which the wireless smart device 12 under test provides service. The service endpoint includes the IP address and resource path of the wireless smart device 12 to be tested, such as: the service end point corresponding to the service identifier is: "http//192.168.0.1/b63ac32311212 ec.htmlst=1", where "192.168.0.1" is the IP address of the service provider; "b63ac32311212 ec.htmlst=1" is a resource path. Such as: uniform resource location (English: uniform Resource Locator, abbreviated URL) or universal resource identifier (English: uniform Resource Identifier, abbreviated URI).
In some embodiments, the wireless smart device under test 12 may further have a third service endpoint, where the third service endpoint is configured to receive a control instruction sent by the host computer 11. The function of the control instruction may be set as required, for example, the control instruction is used to control the wireless intelligent device 12 to be tested to restart or switch to a production test mode, and call the production test packet. Of course, the control instruction received by the third service endpoint may also have other functions, which are not limited herein.
In an implementation, the first service endpoint, the second service endpoint, and the third service endpoint may be generated by running an implementation service program.
In some embodiments, any one or more of the first service endpoint, the second service endpoint, and the third service endpoint may also be implemented through a common gateway interface (Common Gateway Interface, CGI) program, so that modification or deletion of the service endpoint may be more convenient, and flexibility of operation of the service endpoint may be improved.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a production test method on the upper computer 11 side according to an embodiment of the present invention. The production test method is described in detail below with reference to fig. 1.
Referring to fig. 2, the method may include the steps of:
and step 21, establishing wireless connection with the wireless intelligent device to be tested.
In particular implementations, the wireless connection refers to establishing a communication link between devices using wireless technology. The wireless connection can be in any communication mode such as WiFi, bluetooth, infrared and the like. No particular limitation is made to the present invention no matter how the wireless connection is, and the present invention is within the scope of protection.
The upper computer 11 may first obtain the device information of the wireless intelligent device 12 to be tested, and then calculate the network identification information and the password information generated by the wireless intelligent device 12 to be tested based on the obtained device information, so as to scan and discover the wireless intelligent device 12 to be tested according to the network identification information and the password information, and finally establish wireless connection with the wireless intelligent device 12 to be tested. The device information at least comprises information which uniquely identifies the wireless intelligent device to be tested.
Specifically, the wireless intelligent device 12 to be tested is placed on a production line, taking WiFi as an example, the wireless intelligent device 12 to be tested is used as an Access Point (AP), and the name (i.e. service set identifier) and the password of the Access Point are generated according to a preset rule.
Then, through the code scanning gun on the production line, the two-dimensional code sticker (single board test) on the PCB of the wireless intelligent device 12 to be tested can be scanned, or the two-dimensional code (complete machine test) on the shell of the wireless intelligent device 12 to be tested can be scanned, so that the information of the device media access control address (Media Access Control Address, MAC) can be obtained and transmitted to the upper computer 11.
After the upper computer 11 receives the MAC information, the upper computer 11 may access the factory server, and according to the received MAC information, the upper computer 11 may query other information of the wireless intelligent device 12 to be tested, for example, serial number information. Then, the upper computer 11 may calculate an Access Point (AP) name (i.e. service set identifier) and a password generated by the wireless intelligent device 12 to be tested according to a preset rule.
In an embodiment, the generation rule of the service set identifier (Service Set Identifier, SSID) may be "[ DevType ] [ Vendor ] [ Sign ]". Wherein DevType represents the type of device (such as a Cam camera, a CatEye cat eye, etc.), vendor represents the manufacturer (such as Samsung, aeotec, etc.), sign represents the abstract of device information.
Specifically, in this embodiment, sign may be a first ten-bit string obtained by performing SHA256 algorithm on a device Serial Number (SN). The password of the Access Point (AP) may be a string obtained by performing identity mapping on the device Serial Number (SN), that is, the Serial Number (SN) itself.
The upper computer 11 scans, discovers and connects an Access Point (AP) generated by the equipment through a wireless network card of the PC or an externally inserted USB wireless network card, and acquires an IP address, so that the upper computer 11 can actively access the wireless intelligent equipment 12 to be detected.
In other wireless connection modes, such as bluetooth, the wireless smart device 12 to be tested generates its own pairing information. The pairing information may include a pairing name and a password, or may include only a pairing name. After the upper computer 11 calculates and obtains the pairing information generated by the wireless intelligent device 12 to be detected, the wireless intelligent device 12 to be detected is scanned and found, and then the pairing connection is performed.
And step 22, sending authentication information to the wireless intelligent equipment to be tested.
In an embodiment of the present invention, when the wireless intelligent device 12 to be tested has a first service endpoint, the upper computer may obtain the access rights of other service endpoints by accessing the first service endpoint and sending authentication information through the first service endpoint.
In a specific implementation, the authentication information may be a character string obtained based on the device information of the wireless intelligent device 12 to be tested and a preset calculation rule or encryption mode. The device information of the wireless smart device 12 to be tested may include at least one of a Serial Number (SN) and MAC information of the wireless smart device 12 to be tested. The preset calculation rule or encryption mode can be identity mapping. For example, when the device information of the wireless intelligent device 12 to be detected is the serial number of the wireless intelligent device 12 to be detected, the character string corresponding to the authentication information is the serial number of the wireless intelligent device 12 to be detected.
After receiving the authentication information, the wireless intelligent device 12 to be tested verifies the identity of the upper computer 11. If the verification is passed, the wireless intelligent device 12 to be tested can release the access rights of other service endpoints (namely the second service endpoint and the third service endpoint), otherwise, the access of the upper computer to the other service endpoints is refused.
And step 23, sending related data required for production test to the wireless intelligent device to be tested so as to realize the production test of the wireless intelligent device to be tested.
In a specific implementation, the upper computer may access the second service endpoint, and further send related data required for the production test to the wireless intelligent device to be tested through the second service endpoint, so as to implement the production test of the wireless intelligent device to be tested.
In a specific implementation, after the wireless intelligent device 12 to be tested performs identity verification on the upper computer 11, an authentication result may be fed back to the upper computer 11, or the authentication result may not be fed back to the upper computer 11, but the upper computer 11 may perform the operation of accessing the second service endpoint no matter whether the authentication result is fed back to the upper computer 11.
Assuming that the transmission protocol between the wireless intelligent device 12 to be tested and the upper computer is HTTPS protocol, the first service endpoint and the second service endpoint are implemented by CGI procedure as an example, the name of the service endpoint 1 may be/authority. At this point, the full access path of the first service endpoint may be https://192.168.1.1/authority. The full access path of the second service endpoint may be https://192.168.1.1/upload. 192.168.1.1 is the IP address configured when the wireless smart device 12 to be tested is the access point.
In a specific implementation, the relevant data required for the production test may be a production test packet, or may be information downloaded for the production test packet, for example, a download link address and a download check code of the production test packet.
When the related data required for the production test is a production test packet, the production test packet may be stored in the upper computer 11 in advance, for example, the production test packet may be stored in a designated folder or path of an automated test platform where the upper computer is located.
When the related data required for the production test is the download link address and the download check code of the production test packet, the wireless intelligent device 12 to be tested can actively download the production test packet based on the download information after receiving the download information. It can be understood that when the wireless intelligent device 12 to be tested downloads the production test package, the wireless connection with the upper computer 11 can be actively disconnected, and then the wireless connection is used as a client to request and download the specified production test package on the specified server.
In a specific implementation, the production test packet may specifically include: executable yield test programs, dynamic libraries, configuration files and other executable programs which are additionally relied on, and the like. The production package may be a packaged compressed binary file. The compression mode is a decompression mode supported by an operating system of the device, for example, the compressed file is a gz file.
In other embodiments, the wireless intelligent device 12 to be tested may also open other ports, and the upper computer uploads the related data required for the production test under the specified ports and the transmission protocol, so as to realize the production test of the wireless intelligent device 12 to be tested. By providing other ports to upload data, hacking can be avoided, and data security is improved.
After the production testing packet is obtained, the wireless intelligent device 12 to be tested can run the data in the production testing packet and interact with the upper computer 11 to finish the production testing of the wireless intelligent device 12 to be tested.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a production test method of the side 12 of the wireless intelligent device to be tested according to an embodiment of the present invention. The production test method is described in detail below with reference to fig. 1 and 3.
Referring to fig. 3, the method may include the steps of:
and step 31, when authentication information sent by the upper computer is received, carrying out identity verification on the upper computer based on the authentication information.
In a specific implementation, the authentication information may be sent by the upper computer through the first service endpoint. Of course, it may be transmitted by other means, without limitation.
In a specific implementation, the authentication information may be a character string obtained based on the device information of the wireless intelligent device 12 to be tested and a preset calculation rule or encryption mode. The authentication information is used for carrying out identity verification on the upper computer, namely, the equipment information of the wireless intelligent equipment 12 to be detected in the authentication information is compared with the equipment information read by the wireless intelligent equipment 12 to be detected, when the equipment information and the equipment information are consistent, the authentication is judged to pass, and otherwise, the authentication is judged to fail.
For example, when the character string corresponding to the authentication information is the serial number of the wireless intelligent device 12 to be tested, the serial number in the authentication information is compared with the serial number read in the flash memory of the wireless intelligent device 12 to be tested, and if the serial numbers are consistent, the authentication is passed.
In one embodiment, step 32 may be performed when authentication fails, otherwise step 33 may be performed. It will be appreciated that in practice, the production test method may not include steps 32 and 33.
In step 32, access requests from other service endpoints than the first service endpoint are denied.
The first service endpoint and other service endpoints include a second service endpoint and a third service endpoint.
And step 33, releasing the access right of the second service endpoint.
I.e. the host computer 11 is allowed to access the second service endpoint.
Step 34, it is determined whether the relevant data required for the production test is received.
In a specific implementation, after sending the authentication information, the upper computer 11 may access the second service endpoint, and send, through the second service endpoint, related data required for the production test while accessing the second service endpoint.
In a specific implementation, the relevant data required for the production test may be a production test packet, or may be information downloaded for the production test packet, for example, a download link address and a download check code of the production test packet.
When the relevant data required for the production test is received, step 35 is performed, otherwise step 34 is repeated until the relevant data required for the production test is received.
Step 35, acquiring a production testing packet, and storing the production testing packet according to a first preset path and a preset naming rule.
If the packet is a production test packet, the wireless intelligent device 12 to be tested may store the production test packet according to a preset naming rule and a first preset path after receiving the production test packet. If the information is downloaded for the production test packet, the wireless intelligent device 12 to be tested may actively download the production test packet after receiving the information downloaded for the production test packet, and the production test packet is stored according to a first preset path and with a preset naming rule.
In an implementation, the first preset path is any position of the file system of the wireless intelligent device 12 to be tested, where the position is accessed and successfully read out the production package. The first preset path is a folder path with readable and writable rights. For example, the first preset path may be/mnt/data/. The preset naming rule may be pre-agreed, and is not particularly limited.
For example, the preset naming convention may be: the program name is generated and the file format is compressed. Wherein the production program name may be a character string having a length not exceeding a specified length. For example, the name of the generating program may be a factor, and accordingly, the position of the generating program in the file system of the wireless intelligent device 12 to be tested is/tmp/factor.
Taking the name of the production program in the production test package as a factor and the compressed file of the production test package as a gz file as an example, the file name of the production test package can be the factor. At this time, the production package is stored in the equipment file system in a complete path as follows: /mnt/data/factor.
Step 36, determining whether the preset condition is satisfied?
In a specific implementation, after the wireless intelligent device 12 to be tested stores the production test packet to the first preset path, the production test may be performed on the wireless intelligent device 12 to be tested when the preset condition is satisfied. Of course, in some embodiments, the production test may also be performed directly on the wireless smart device under test 12 without setting any conditions.
In an embodiment, the preset condition may be: and after the wireless intelligent device 12 to be tested is powered off, the power is supplied again.
After the device of the wireless intelligent device 12 to be tested is powered off and powered on again, the system is restarted, for example, when the device is returned to a factory for maintenance or when the device is tested in a factory, the device is required to be powered on again.
After the wireless smart device 12 to be tested is powered on again, the wireless smart device 12 to be tested may be in a bound state or may be in an unbound state. The binding state refers to that the wireless intelligent device 12 to be detected is bound with the user identity information. The unbinding state may be an unbinding state, that is, an unbinding state between the wireless intelligent device 12 to be tested and the user identity information, for example, a state that the user manually unbinding (a mobile phone APP end) or resets.
Preferably, in order to improve the user experience, after the wireless intelligent device 12 to be tested is powered on again and in an unbound state, the wireless intelligent device 12 to be tested is subjected to production test. At this time, the wireless intelligent device 12 to be tested can be in wireless connection with the upper computer 11, so as to realize information interaction. If the wireless intelligent device 12 to be tested is in the binding state, the wireless intelligent device 12 to be tested is usually in a normal use state, and the production test is performed at this time, which is not beneficial to protecting the privacy of the user and affecting the user experience.
Taking the wireless connection as an example of WiFi, when the wireless smart device 12 to be tested is powered up again and is in an unbound state, the wireless smart device 12 to be tested is usually in SoftAP mode, and starts a dynamic host configuration protocol (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol, DHCP) service.
The wireless network Access Point (AP) name (SSID) and password in the SoftAP mode may be generated based on device information and preset rules of the wireless intelligent device 12 to be tested. The preset rules are specifically set, and do not limit the present invention. For example, the password of the Access Point (AP) may be a character string obtained by performing identity mapping on the device Serial Number (SN), i.e. the Serial Number (SN) itself.
When the wireless smart device under test 12 further has a third service endpoint, in another embodiment, the preset condition may be that the control instruction sent by the upper computer is received. The control command may directly control the wireless intelligent device 12 to be tested to restart or switch to a production test mode, and invoke the production test packet.
If the preset condition is not satisfied, step 37 is executed, otherwise step 36 is executed, that is, whether the preset condition is satisfied is detected, and step 37 is executed until the preset condition is satisfied.
And step 37, carrying out production test on the wireless intelligent equipment to be tested based on the production test packet.
In particular implementations, based on the production test package, various methods may be employed to perform production testing of the wireless smart device 12 under test, without limitation.
It is understood that, based on the production testing package, no matter what method the production testing is performed on the wireless intelligent device 12 to be tested, no limitation of the present invention is made, and all methods are within the protection scope of the present invention.
In one embodiment of the present invention, referring to FIG. 4, the following method may be used to perform production testing of the wireless smart device 12 under test:
Step 41, determining whether there is a production package stored with the preset naming convention at the first preset path?
If there is a production package stored with the preset naming convention at the first preset path, step 42 is executed, otherwise step 43 may be executed.
Step 42, decompressing the production test packet to a second preset path.
In a specific implementation, the second preset path is a folder path with readable, writable and executable rights in the file system of the wireless intelligent device 12, so as to avoid failure in loading and executing the production program.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the second preset path is a storage directory for storing temporary files when the operating system of the wireless intelligent device 12 to be tested runs, and each time the system is restarted, the storage directory storing temporary files will be automatically emptied by the operating system, so that any storage space of the flash memory is not occupied, and the flash memory (hardware) life is prevented from being reduced by repeatedly erasing the flash memory when the device needs to be debugged for some unknown reasons, and unnecessary file fragments are reduced. For example, the second preset path may be tmp/factor.
Step 43, wait for user binding.
In a specific implementation, if the production test is performed after the wireless intelligent device 12 to be tested is powered on again and in an unbound state, when there is no production test packet stored in the preset naming rule at the first preset path, the wireless intelligent device 12 to be tested can be considered to be in an unbound state, at this time, step 43 is executed, and the user is waited to bind the wireless intelligent device 12 to be tested.
It will be appreciated that in implementations, other operations may be performed instead of step 43 when there is no production package stored with the preset naming convention at the first preset path. Step 43 is only one embodiment.
And step 44, switching the wireless intelligent device to be tested to a production test mode, and running the decompressed data to realize the production test of the wireless intelligent device to be tested, so as to obtain a test result.
In the prior art, in order to distinguish between the yield test mode and the user mode and to prevent the user from false triggering the yield test mode as much as possible in the daily use process, it is often necessary to design additional service logic (such as pressing a certain key for more than a few seconds, pressing or releasing a certain key simultaneously, etc.) or add additional devices (such as adding a certain key on a circuit board) on the hardware for the wireless intelligent device to enter the yield test mode. This not only increases the complexity of the software business logic, but also increases the hardware cost overhead.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the production testing packet stored according to the preset naming rule exists at the first preset path, the wireless intelligent device 12 to be tested is switched to the production testing mode, otherwise, the wireless intelligent device 12 to be tested is kept in the user mode, so that the service logic for preventing the user from triggering the production testing mode by mistake does not need to be set, the judgment and switching mode of the working mode of the wireless intelligent device 12 to be tested is greatly simplified, and additional electrical elements or peripheral support are not needed on hardware, thereby effectively reducing the hardware cost.
In a specific implementation, when the wireless intelligent device 12 to be tested runs the decompressed data, the wireless intelligent device can communicate with the upper computer 11 through a preset communication protocol to complete the production test. The communication protocol may be a protocol implemented based on wireless technology supported by the wireless smart device under test 12. For example, the communication protocol may be a transmission control protocol (Transmission Control Protocol, TCP) protocol. After the production testing process is started, a control instruction from the upper computer 11 is received at a designated service port, or data is sent to the upper computer, so that production testing is realized.
In a specific implementation, in order to improve data security, the relevant data required for the production test may be data signed by a key. To be able to obtain the relevant data needed for production testing, the wireless smart device under test 12 may preset a corresponding signing key in the firmware image and sign it before decompressing the production test packet. Optionally, if the signature verification fails, the production test packet is directly deleted.
Step 45, determine if the test was successful?
If all the test items pass, the test is successful, otherwise, the test fails.
Step 46 is performed when the test is successful, otherwise step 47 may be performed.
And step 46, deleting the data related to the production test packet.
In a specific implementation, if the test is successful, the wireless smart device 12 to be tested may also output the test result. The test results may be output in various manners, such as voice output or user interface output. Of course, the test results may not be output, but may be otherwise made available to the engineer.
In one embodiment, the wireless smart device 12 to be tested may report a "pass" alert and delete the production test packet of the preset naming convention at the first preset path. If the second preset path is not the storage directory for storing temporary files when the operating system of the wireless intelligent device to be tested runs, after the test is successful, all files at the second preset path can be deleted while the production test packet is deleted, so that loading errors of the production test program are avoided, and the success rate and the efficiency of the production test are improved.
Step 47, outputting the test result of the test failure, and informing the upper computer to intercept the current test station of the wireless intelligent device 12 to be tested in the production line.
In a specific implementation, if a test fails, the wireless intelligent device 12 to be tested can report a "failure" prompt tone, and inform the upper computer 11 to intercept the wireless intelligent device 12 to be tested at the current test station of the production line.
It will be appreciated that in a specific implementation, the method of performing the production test on the wireless smart device 12 to be tested may not include step 47, i.e. the wireless smart device 12 to be tested does not perform any operation when the test fails.

In addition, on the hardware, no additional electrical components or peripheral equipment support is needed, so that the hardware cost is effectively reduced.
