Technical Field
The embodiment of the application relates to the field of communication, in particular to an opening method and related equipment.
Background
In the traditional private line scenario, a network engineer typically performs device configuration by manually inputting commands on site to open a management device. In a software defined wide area network (SD-WAN) scenario, in order to simplify the opening flow, a common technician can also open the management device, and the operation can simplify the opening flow by scanning the code.
In the code scanning and opening mode, after the management equipment and the controller are failed in connection attempt, a technician obtains the identity information of the management equipment by using the terminal equipment in the code scanning mode and sends the identity information to the controller. And the controller establishes communication connection with the management equipment after confirming the identity of the management equipment according to the identity information. The technician controls the terminal equipment to send a flashing instruction to the controller, and the controller controls the management equipment to flash. After detecting the flashing light of the management device, the technician confirms that the management device can normally open, sends a normal open notification to the controller, and can send sensitive configuration to the management device so that the management device can work normally.
In the existing code scanning and starting mode, when the controller controls the management equipment to flash, technicians need to manually judge whether the management equipment flash is normal or not, the manual judgment takes a long time, and the manual judgment error rate is high.

If the controller determines that the second confirmation code is different from the first confirmation code, the controller analyzes the error information corresponding to the second confirmation code through the second confirmation code, so that the management equipment is convenient for technicians to maintain.
The second aspect of the present application provides an opening method, in which a controller receives first identity information sent by a terminal device, where the first identity information is used to instruct the controller to confirm that a management device is a device to be confirmed and trigger the controller to generate a first confirmation code, and the first confirmation code is used to instruct the management device to set a status indicator according to the first confirmation code; the controller sends the first confirmation code to the management device; the controller receives target confirmation information sent by the terminal equipment, wherein the target confirmation information is used for indicating the controller to confirm whether the management equipment can normally open an office.
In the application, the controller receives first identity information sent by the terminal device, and the first identity information can trigger the controller to generate a first confirmation code, wherein the first confirmation code is used for indicating the management device to set a status indicator lamp according to the first confirmation code. The terminal device scans the status indicator lamp to read a second confirmation code, and the second confirmation code is used for confirming whether the management device can normally open an office. When the controller controls the management device to flash through the first confirmation code, a technician judges whether the management device flashes normally through the terminal device or the controller according to the second confirmation code, so that whether the management device can normally open an office is confirmed, the confirmation process is short in time consumption and high in accuracy.
In a possible implementation manner of the second aspect, the controller confirms that the management device is able to normally open an office according to the target confirmation information; the controller sends target configuration information to the management equipment, wherein the target configuration information is used for indicating the management equipment to normally open an office according to the target configuration information.

After the terminal equipment reads the second confirmation code through the status indicator lamp, the terminal equipment confirms the second confirmation code, and the terminal equipment confirms whether the second confirmation code is identical to the first confirmation code. If the management device is in the normal state, the management device can normally open an office. If the terminal equipment confirms that the second confirmation code is different from the first confirmation code, the terminal equipment analyzes the error information corresponding to the second confirmation code through the second confirmation code. If the terminal equipment confirms that the management equipment can normally open, the terminal equipment sends target confirmation information to the controller, namely, the result that the management equipment can normally open is indicated. If the terminal equipment confirms that the state of the management equipment is abnormal and the normal operation cannot be performed, the terminal equipment sends target confirmation information to the controller, namely the state of the management equipment is abnormal and the normal operation cannot be performed. Optionally, in order to facilitate maintenance of the management device by a technician, the target confirmation information may further include error information obtained by analysis of the second confirmation code.
In this possible implementation manner, optionally, the target confirmation information may be a second confirmation code, after the terminal device reads the second confirmation code through the status indicator lamp, the terminal device does not confirm the second confirmation code, directly sends the second confirmation code to the controller, the controller confirms whether the second confirmation code is the same as the first confirmation code, if so, the management device is in a normal state, and the management device can normally start. If the controller determines that the second confirmation code is different from the first confirmation code, the controller analyzes the error information corresponding to the second confirmation code through the second confirmation code, so that the management equipment is convenient for technicians to maintain.
In a possible implementation manner of the second aspect, the controller receives a connection request sent by the management device; and the controller establishes connection with the terminal equipment.
In this possible implementation, before the management device connects to the controller for the first time, the IP address and the address of the server need to be obtained by the DHCP server. Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a code scanning and starting embodiment provided in the present application.
Referring to fig. 1, in a conventional private line scenario, a network engineer typically performs a device configuration by manually inputting commands on site to open a management device. In the SD-WAN scene, in order to simplify the opening flow, a common technician can also conveniently open the opening of the management equipment, and the operation can simplify the opening flow by a code scanning opening mode.
The management device sends address request information to the server, and the server receives the address request information and then sends the IP address of the management device and the address of the controller to the management device. The management device tries to connect to the controller, and since the management device is the first time to connect to the controller, there is no record of the ESN code of the management device at the controller, the controller considers the management device as an illegal device and refuses to connect to the management device.
After the technician confirms that the management equipment fails to be connected with the controller, the terminal equipment establishes an authentication session with the controller, and the terminal equipment acquires the related information of the management equipment from the controller. The terminal equipment scans the ESN bar code stuck on the management equipment to obtain the ESN, and the ESN is associated with the related information of the management equipment and then sent to the controller. The controller associates the received ESN with the management device according to the relevant information of the ESN and the management device, and confirms that the management device is legal device if the ESN is legal, establishes connection with the management device, and pushes sensitive configuration to the management device. The management device can normally open an office according to the sensitive configuration.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the ESN bar code attached to the management device body may be replaced, so that after the terminal device scans the code, the ESN of the illegal device is read, and the ESN of the illegal device is associated with the management device and reported to the controller. Therefore, the illegal device can be connected to the controller and acquire the sensitive configuration data pushed by the controller, and the illegal device can make illegal opens.
In order to prevent illegal opening due to replacement of the ESN bar code, a technician performs a flashing confirmation operation on the management device before the controller issues a sensitive configuration to the management device, and the detailed implementation process will be described in detail in the following embodiments.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of another code scanning and starting embodiment provided in the present application.
Referring to fig. 2, in the code scanning and opening mode, after the management device and the controller fail to attempt to connect, a technician obtains identity information of the management device by using the terminal device through the code scanning mode, and sends the identity information to the controller.
Aiming at the problems in the code scanning and opening mode, the embodiment of the application provides an opening method and related equipment, wherein terminal equipment sends first identity information to a controller, the first identity information can trigger the controller to generate a first confirmation code, and management equipment can set a status indicator lamp according to the first confirmation code. The terminal device scans the status indicator lamp to read a second confirmation code, and the second confirmation code is used for confirming whether the management device can normally open an office. When the controller controls the management device to flash through the first confirmation code, a technician can scan the status indicator lamp through the terminal device to read the second confirmation code. And a technician judges whether the flashing lamp of the management equipment is normal or not according to the second confirmation code through the terminal equipment or the controller, so that whether the management equipment can normally open an office or not is confirmed, the confirmation process consumes short time, and the accuracy is high.
