Wherein the terminal 102 communicates with the server 104 via a network. The data storage system may store data that the server 104 needs to process. The data storage system may be integrated on the server 104, or may be located on the cloud or other network server. The terminal 102 may obtain all transaction records in the server 104, and then may obtain accounting flow data and transaction flow data in each specific service scenario existing in the transaction records within a preset time limit according to the transaction records. The terminal 102 may then determine billing pipeline data and/or transaction pipeline data for each specific service scenario, whether one or both of them meet the trigger condition in the pre-configured accounting trigger method. If the condition is met, the terminal 102 may determine, according to the met trigger condition, respective accounting entry data in the accounting flow data and the transaction flow data under respective specific service scenarios corresponding to each other. The accounting triggering method is characterized in that: checking a mapping relation among the method, the triggering condition and the accounting entry data; the accounting method may be stored in the server 104 or in the terminal 102. The trigger condition is determined according to an accounting variable, which may be determined by the terminal 102 according to the accounting flow data and the transaction flow data. Or the server 104 may determine from the accounting flow data and the transaction flow data. And the terminal 102 determines the flow data of each accounting entry according to the data of each accounting entry and the preset accounting entry value conditions. The accounting entry value conditions represent the mapping relationship among the accounting entry data, the subject code data and the entry value formulas, and the accounting entry value conditions may be stored in the server 104 or the terminal 102. The terminal 102 may be, but is not limited to, various personal computers, notebook computers, smart phones, tablet computers, and the like. The server 104 may be implemented as a stand-alone server or as a server cluster comprised of multiple servers.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a batch reconciliation data processing method is provided, which is described by taking the example that the method is applied to the terminal 102 in fig. 1, and includes the following steps:
s202, accounting flow data and transaction flow data under each specific service scene within a preset period are obtained according to the transaction records.
The transaction record may be, among other things, a list of debits recorded by each business system. Such as property securitization service system, joint loan service system, loan insurance service system, it can record which borrows have occurred corresponding service. Such as an asset securitization trading system, records all the borrow lists (which may be referred to as borrow numbers) that have historically been transacted with asset securitization. Accounting flow data may generally be used to represent the flow of full loans for which a cash-out, payment, or deposit transaction has occurred. The transaction pipeline may generally represent the transaction type and corresponding amount for each business system. The service scene may generally refer to a scene used by the property securitization service system, the joint loan service system, the loan insurance service system, and the like, for example, the property securitization service system corresponds to the service scene, and the joint loan service system corresponds to the joint loan service scene.
Specifically, the financial institution may perform different services through different service systems every day, so that when performing reconciliation processing, it is necessary to obtain corresponding transaction records in each service system in different service systems, and accounting running water data and transaction running water data in each characteristic service scene within a preset time limit can be obtained according to the transaction records.
In some exemplary embodiments, the preset time limit may be one day, that is, the final processing of the current day obtains the current day of general ledger result data to be incorporated. The skilled person can set the preset time limit according to the actual requirement, such as three days, one week, one month, etc., and the time of the preset time limit is not limited in this embodiment. The specific service scenario may also be selectively set according to the selection of those skilled in the art. If the financial institution has only processed the asset securitization service within a preset time limit, that particular service scenario may be an asset securitization service scenario.
S204, under the condition that each accounting flow data and/or transaction flow data meets the triggering condition in the preset accounting triggering method, each accounting entry data in each specific business scene is determined according to the triggering condition, and the accounting triggering method is characterized in that: the mapping relation among the accounting method, the triggering condition and the accounting entry data; the trigger condition is determined according to an accounting variable, and the accounting variable is determined according to accounting running data and transaction running data.
The accounting trigger method may be in a data form representing a mapping relationship between an accounting method, a trigger condition, and accounting entry data, and may be a data table in a general case, and the accounting method may be used to represent a number code corresponding to accounting flow data or transaction flow data, and may be set by a person skilled in the art in a general case according to an actual service scenario, where each accounting flow data or transaction flow data corresponds to a specific accounting method, and each accounting method corresponds to a specific one or more accounting variables. Accounting variables may generally be specific variables that are calculated to be incorporated into the ledger result data. The trigger condition may generally be determined based on accounting variables in the billing pipeline data and/or the transaction pipeline data. The accounting entry data can be record data for listing the corresponding accounts of both parties and the amount thereof for each economic business according to the requirement of the double-type accounting principle. Before the account is registered, accounting entry data is compiled through the bookkeeping voucher, the classification condition of economic business can be clearly reflected, and the method is favorable for ensuring the accuracy of account records and facilitating post-examination. Each accounting entry data mainly comprises a billing symbol, related account name, abstract and amount, etc.
Specifically, a trigger condition is set, which may be generally determined before the accounting variable is calculated, and may be used to indicate when the accounting variable can satisfy the condition. The corresponding accounting method can be found through the accounting running water data and/or the transaction running water data, and then the accounting variables corresponding to the accounting method are calculated, wherein each accounting variable corresponds to one transaction meaning. Under the condition that the corresponding accounting variable meets the triggering condition in the accounting triggering set in advance, the triggering condition corresponds to the mapping relation between the accounting entry data, so that the accounting entry data under each corresponding specific business scene can be matched and obtained.
And S206, determining each accounting entry stream data according to each accounting entry data and preset accounting entry value conditions, wherein the accounting entry value conditions represent the mapping relation among the accounting entry data, subject code data and entry value formulas.
Specifically, after each accounting entry data is obtained, the corresponding accounting entry data can be matched in the preset accounting entry value conditions, and because the accounting entry value conditions represent the mapping relation among the accounting entry data, the subject code data and the entry value formula, the subject code data corresponding to the accounting entry data and the entry value formula can be obtained, accounting entry stream data is determined according to the entry value formula, and the accounting entry stream data also corresponds to the corresponding subject code data.
And S208, determining the recorded flow data in each specific service scene according to the accounting recorded flow data, and determining the general ledger result data to be merged according to the recorded flow data in each specific service scene.
Specifically, entry flow data in each specific business scenario can be determined according to each accounting entry data, and accounting entry flow data in each specific business scenario is synthesized to determine general ledger result data to be merged.
In the batch parallel account data processing method, each accounting entry data under each specific service scene is determined through each accounting running data and the triggering condition in the accounting triggering method, and the accounting entry data under each specific service scene can be flexibly determined. Furthermore, the method can determine the recorded flow data of each accounting entry according to the preset accounting entry value conditions, determine the recorded flow data under each specific business scene according to the recorded flow data of each accounting entry, obtain the classified flow data under different business scenes by one set of program method, avoid developing different batch processing programs, reduce the development time and the test period, and can be flexibly configured. And finally, determining general ledger result data to be merged according to the entry flow data in each specific service scene, so that the general ledger can be clear, checking and reading are convenient, borrows corresponding to various asset types can be flexibly processed, and the borrows are merged into the general ledger after being uniformly processed.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the obtaining accounting flow data in a specific service scenario within a preset time limit and transaction flow data within the preset time limit according to the transaction record includes:
s302, accounting running water data and transaction running water data within a preset period are obtained according to transaction records, wherein the accounting running water data at least comprises the following data: borrowing number data, borrowing direction data, amount data, subject code data, amount type data, transaction code data and the like, wherein the transaction flow data at least comprises the following data: transaction number, amount, transaction type, etc.
S304, acquiring accounting flow data and transaction flow data corresponding to a specific service scene in the accounting flow data and the transaction flow data within a preset time limit to obtain accounting flow data and transaction flow data under the specific service scene within the preset time limit, wherein the specific service scene at least comprises: property securitization business, loan insurance business, joint loan business and entrusted loan business.
The borrow number data can be a number identification of data, and is used for representing the uniqueness of the data. The loan direction data can be represented by loan, and the loan are taken as accounting symbols to reflect an accounting method of increasing and decreasing changes of various accounting elements. D may generally represent a loan and C may generally represent a loan. The amount data may generally represent amount data for debits or credits. Subject code data is typically one that exists in an accounting entry. The amount type data may generally be associated with billing code data, with one amount type data corresponding to one code data, and different amount type data corresponding to the same code data. The transaction code data may generally represent a corresponding transaction, such as a payment transaction.
In some exemplary embodiments, the amount type data, as shown in table 1, may include:
TABLE 1 amount type data
Figure BDA0003556810930000091
Figure BDA0003556810930000101

The package transfer may typically be: the loan institution A screens a batch of loans and packs the loans into an asset pool 1 on day T (package day). Organization B, through investigation, decides to purchase the asset pool 1. On the day T + X (transfer day), the institution B pays the institution a with a price, i.e., 'packet transfer money', according to the value (packet day loan balance) of the property pool 1 on the day T (packet day). All borrowing in the asset pool 1 becomes the B institution from T day (package day) actual crediting. The transaction type may also include: underwriting fees, lawyer fees, daily loan balance for packaging, daily loan balance for assignment, interest income from day of packaging to day of assignment, etc.
S404, under the condition that the accounting variable meets the triggering condition in the preset accounting triggering method, determining the meeting triggering condition.
S406, determining the accounting entry data according to the satisfied triggering conditions.
Specifically, when the determined accounting variables satisfy the triggering condition in the triggering method, which triggering condition each of the calculated accounting variables satisfies may be determined, and may be one or multiple triggering conditions. And then, the mapping relation among the accounting method, the triggering condition and the accounting entry data is characterized in the accounting triggering method. So that the corresponding accounting entry data can be determined according to the satisfied triggering conditions.
In some exemplary embodiments, the satisfied trigger condition and the respective accounting entry data may be determined by the table 3 accounting method trigger condition table. The accounting method trigger condition table may include a preset accounting trigger method.
