With the continuous development of financial markets and banking businesses, related financial institutions and banks need to provide more appropriate financial services and banking products for customers to achieve win-win. Accordingly, the updating iterations of financial services and banking products based on complex scenes (e.g., pension scenes, educational scenes, sports scenes, etc.) must follow social developments, continually speeding up the promotion of new ones.
In the related art, accurate records of income and expenditure of financial institutions and banks, and factors such as various liabilities and cash flows of coping with market supervision are required to generate accounting records. Specifically, accounting entry refers to an entry for indicating that an economic service should be credited with an account and records related to money and money amount. Moreover, with the continuous updating and iteration of financial services and bank products, accounting entry is also changed continuously.
However, in order to make the accounting entry change continuously, the internet technology system for generating the accounting entry needs to be modified continuously, which results in a great increase in the generation cost of the accounting entry.
In view of the above, the present application provides a method, a device, an apparatus and a medium for generating accounting entry, where the method includes: generating transaction flow information in response to a change in a transaction scenario, the transaction flow information including a financial atomic scenario number, a saleable product number, and entry scenario parameters; acquiring entry product parameters corresponding to the financial atomic scene numbers and the saleable product numbers; and generating an accounting entry according to the entry scene parameters and the entry product parameters. Therefore, the main reasons for accounting entry change, entry scenes and entry products are considered, when the entry scenes and/or the entry products are changed in the accounting entry generation method, the changed accounting entry can be quickly and flexibly generated by adjusting the entry scene parameters and/or the entry product parameters, so that the transformation of an Internet technical system is avoided, and the accounting entry generation cost is further reduced.
In order to make the present application better understood by those skilled in the art, the following description will clearly and completely describe the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present application, not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the application without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the application.
Referring to fig. 1, the flow chart of an accounting entry generation method according to an embodiment of the present application is shown.
First, the accounting entry generation method is applied to business components related to accounting processing in a banking system, for example, components related to collection of money and securities, components related to sending, receiving, adding, and using of property, components related to generation and settlement of liability and liability, components related to increase, decrease, income, expenditure, cost, and calculation of cost of ownership rights (or equity), components related to calculation and processing of financial results, and the like, and the following accounting entry generation method can be executed. The method comprises the following steps:
s101: in response to a change in the transaction scenario, transaction flow information is generated.
The transaction scenario refers to a financial transaction scenario completed by a business component, such as a transfer scenario, a settlement scenario, a fund sales scenario, a stock application scenario, etc.
After the transaction component completes the transaction scenario, standardized transaction flowing information can be generated in response to the transaction scenario change. Illustratively, the transaction flow information includes at least a financial atomic scenario number, a saleable product number, and an entry scenario parameter including one or more of a transaction amount, a transaction currency, a transaction institution, and an account institution.
In some specific implementations, the changed transaction information may be first obtained in response to a change in the transaction scenario; and filling the changed transaction information into a transaction flow standard table to generate transaction flow information.
It should be noted that, the header of the transaction flow standard table may include one or more of a serial number, a group legal person number, a transaction date, a billing date, a financial scene number, an account status, a transaction account number, a financial atomic scene number, a saleable product number, a transaction amount, a transaction currency, a transaction mechanism, and an account mechanism.
It should be noted that, the present application is not limited to the specific transaction flow standard table and transaction flow information.
S102: and extracting the financial atomic scene number and the saleable product number in the transaction flow information.
For all financial products in financial institutions and banks, corresponding financial atom scene numbers are defined according to different specific transaction scenes. That is, the financial atomic scene number is a parameter representing the financial atomic scene, and the unique financial atomic scene can be obtained through the unique financial atomic scene number. It should be noted that, for a specific financial atomic scenario, the present application is not limited.
Referring to table 1, the table is a financial atomic scene definition table disclosed in an embodiment of the present application.
TABLE 1

J0001 | Customer account roll-out |
J0002 | Customer account transfer |
J0003 | Transborder roll-out |
J0004 | Cross-border transfer |
J0005 | Charge service commission |
J0006 | Fund purchase |
For all financial products in financial institutions and banks, corresponding saleable product numbers are defined according to the specific product names and different business lines. That is, the product number is a parameter representing the combination of the product name and the service line, and the unique combination of the product name and the service line can be known through the unique product number.
Referring to Table 2, a table is defined for a product that can be sold as disclosed in the examples of the present application.
TABLE 2
Saleable product number | Product name | Service strip line |
PD000001 | Basic account deposit for unit RMB active period | Deposit |
PD000002 | Deposit for the demand of private RMB | Deposit |
PD000003 | Common loan of RMB | Loan |
PD000004 | Entrusted loan of RMB | Loan |
PD000005 | Cross-border money transfer charging | Payment settlement |
In some specific implementations, if a specific transaction scenario cannot be determined only by the financial atomic scenario number and the financial atomic scenario description, the financial scenario number and the financial scenario description may be set again.
Referring to table 3, a financial scene definition table is disclosed in an embodiment of the present application. The specific transaction scene (namely, the scene number combination is combined) can be determined through the financial scene number and the financial scene description, and the financial atomic scene number and the financial scene description, and then the entry product parameters corresponding to the scene number combination can be acquired.
Referring to table 4, the figure is a definition table of association between financial scenes and financial atomic scenes according to an embodiment of the present application.

It can be understood that the financial atomic scene number and the saleable product number are both in the transaction flow information generated in step S101, and the financial atomic scene number and the saleable product number in the transaction flow information can be directly extracted.
S103: and obtaining the entry product parameters corresponding to the financial atomic scene numbers and the saleable product numbers.
After the financial atomic scene number and the saleable product number are obtained, the entry product parameters corresponding to the financial atomic scene number and the saleable product number can be obtained.
Illustratively, the entry product parameters may include a debit accounting code, a credit accounting code, a debit billing agency identification, a credit billing agency identification, and the like. It should be noted that, the present application is not limited to specific entry product parameters.
In some specific implementations, the entry product parameters corresponding to the financial atomic scene number and the saleable product number may be automatically obtained from the configuration product and financial atomic scene accounting entry mapping table stored in the banking system.
Referring to table 5, the table is a product and finance atomic scene accounting entry mapping table disclosed in the embodiment of the application.
TABLE 5
For example, if the financial atomic scene number extracted in step S102 is J0002 and the saleable product number is PD000001, the corresponding entry product parameters are: the debit accounting code is G9993, the debit accounting entity is identified as a 1-transaction entity, the credit accounting code is G9861, and the credit accounting entity is identified as a 0-account entity.
It will be appreciated that if a financial atom scenario does not distinguish between products for accounting, it may be represented as a wildcard. It should be noted that, the present application is not limited to specific entry product parameters and corresponding relationships.
It will be appreciated that both the lender and borrower codes may be consolidated into an accounting code. The accounting code refers to a standardized accounting code table which is defined according to the group financial accounting rule and is uniformly used in the group, and the code table defines attributes such as assets, liabilities, expenses, class accounting subjects of ownership interests, subject names, accounting codes, purposes, in-table and out-table and the like, and is used for uniformly simplifying the whole group accounting business expression. Referring to table 6, the table is a definition table of accounting subjects provided in an embodiment of the present application.
TABLE 6
S104: and generating an accounting entry according to the entry scene parameters and the entry product parameters.
And (3) generating an accounting entry according to the entry scene parameters in the transaction flow information generated in the step S101 and the entry product parameters generated in the step S103.
In some specific implementations, a check code and accounting mechanism (i.e., an entry product parameter) of a credit and a credit can be selected from matching records in a check entry mapping table of a product and a financial atomic scene, and then the transaction amount, the transaction mechanism, the account mechanism, etc. in the entry scene parameter are combined to generate the accounting entry.
Referring to table 7, the table is a J0001 accounting entry result table provided in the embodiment of the present application. Exemplary, a standard transaction flow, such as the one transferred from the customer account of J0001, has the scene that the saleable product is PD000002, the transaction amount 100, the transaction currency type rmb, the transaction facility 51351-guangzhou branch, the account facility 51335-shenzhen branch, the product and finance atomic scene accounting entry map table is queried to find the parameter record as the serial number 2 record, and the accounting entry is generated as follows:
TABLE 7
It can be understood that a complex financial scene contains a plurality of financial atomic scenes, each financial atomic scene has independent transaction flow information, each transaction flow information rapidly obtains two entry accounting codes and accounting institutions of a loan and a credit from a product and financial atomic scene accounting entry mapping table (i.e. table 5) through the financial atomic scene numbers and the saleable product numbers, and the accounting entries of all the financial atomic scenes are combined to be the accounting entries of the financial scene.
S105: and storing the generated accounting entry into an entry log.
After the accounting entry of the student city is recorded, the accounting entry can be stored in an entry log, so that the classification condition of the businesses of the financial institutions and banks can be clearly reflected, the accuracy of the account records can be guaranteed, and the post-inspection is facilitated.
In summary, the application discloses a method for generating accounting entry, which comprises the following steps: generating transaction flow information in response to a change in a transaction scenario; extracting a financial atomic scene number and a saleable product number in transaction flow information; acquiring entry product parameters corresponding to the financial atomic scene numbers and the saleable product numbers; according to the entry scene parameters and the entry product parameters, an accounting entry is generated; and storing the generated accounting entry into an entry log.
