The server 104 may be implemented as a stand-alone server or as a server cluster comprised of multiple servers.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a method for accounting service data accuracy is provided, which is described by taking the method as an example applied to the terminal 102 and/or the server 104 in fig. 1, and includes:
step S202, if the fact that the account is processed in the preset time period is detected, business change information is obtained, and accounting elements of the account are determined according to the business change information.
In one embodiment, the account is a carrier which is set according to the accounting subject, has a certain format and structure and is used for reflecting the increase and decrease change of the accounting element and the result of the increase and decrease change. The user's account mainly refers to the user's bank account and electronic bank account, and the bank account and electronic bank account include but are not limited to a deposit account, a loan account and a current account. When the user conducts any fund transaction involving funds through the account, for example, purchases a certain article, or conducts loan transaction, etc., it is determined that the account is detected to be processed. It should be noted that the embodiment of the present application can be applied to a business data system of a financial institution to perform business data accuracy accounting, but is not limited to the business data system of the financial institution. Wherein the business data system may be a loan core system.
In one embodiment, if it is detected that the account performs the service processing within the predetermined time period, the accuracy accounting of the service processing data is performed at the expiration time point of the predetermined time period. The preset time period may be a time period preset according to an actual situation, specifically may be a service day, for example, one service day may be set to 24 hours, specifically may be nine o 'clock in the morning of the first day to nine o' clock in the morning of the second day, or may be eight o 'clock in the morning of the first day to eight o' clock in the morning of the second day, and the specific time point is not limited herein. For example, if a business day is set to be nine am of the first day to nine am of the second day, the deadline time is nine am of the second day, that is, business data accuracy is calculated at nine am of the second day. Specifically, if the account is subjected to service processing within one service day, it is determined that the account is subjected to service processing within a predetermined time period.
In one embodiment, if it is detected that the account is subjected to service processing within a predetermined time period, service change information is acquired to determine changed items related to the service processing, and service data accuracy accounting is performed in a targeted manner. Specifically, according to the service processing type of the account, service change information matched with the service processing type is obtained, and the service change information comprises service subject change information and service fund change information. It should be noted that, when determining the service change information, it is not necessary to obtain a specific account of the service processing, that is, it is not necessary to obtain a specific numerical value of the item that has changed, and it is only necessary to determine the item that has changed according to the service processing type corresponding to the service processing.
The business subject change information can be understood as accounting subject table change information, and an accounting subject table (COA) is a set of accounting subjects for classifying and calculating specific contents of accounting elements according to contents of economic businesses and requirements of economic management, and can be divided into six categories of asset subjects, liability subjects, common subjects, owner rights and interests subjects, cost subjects and profit subjects. The general classification subjects, also called general ledger subjects or first-level subjects, are the accounting subjects that collectively classify the specific contents of the accounting elements and provide the general information. The detail classification subjects, also called detail subjects, are subjects for further classifying the general classification subjects and providing more detailed and specific accounting information, if more detail classification subjects are covered by a certain general classification subject, a second-level detail subject can be set under the general classification subject, and a third-level detail subject can be set under the second-level detail subject. Specifically, the business subject change information is determined according to the business data segment value of the business subject subdivision dimension. The business subject subdivision dimensionality comprises the dimensionalities of an organization, a currency, a client, a supplier, a product and the like, and the business subject change information comprises the organization information of an account, the organization type information and the service deadline information. For example, a 30-year 500-ten-thousand individual house loan issued by the broad-east branch of the construction department may correspond to business subject change information represented as: the division of the Guangdong division of the building, the home loan principal, the individual client, for a long time, can also be expressed as: the Guangdong division is built, the house loan is normal interest, and the house loan is personal and long-term.
The business fund change information can be understood as financial item change information, the financial item reflects the increase and decrease change of investment and loan between residents and non-residents, and is composed of four parts of direct investment, securities investment, other investment and reserve assets, the financial flow uses a positive sign in the financial item, and the financial flow uses a negative sign in the financial item. When an account is transacted, it causes a change in the corresponding financial item. Specifically, the business fund change information includes a business principal, a business interest, an overdue business principal and an overdue business interest. For example, the loan deposit, the loan return, etc. are made, and the corresponding business principal, i.e., the loan principal financial item, is increased or decreased.
In one embodiment, according to the business change information, the accounting element of the account is determined, so that the business data accuracy is specifically accounted. The accounting element can be understood as an accounting element, and the accounting element refers to a basic classification made by the accounting object according to the economic characteristics of the transaction or the matter, and also refers to a specific object and content which are made by the accounting object according to the economic nature, are main factors forming the specific content of the accounting object, and are also basic elements forming the accounting report. Specifically, business subject change information and business fund change information are integrated, and accounting elements of the account are determined.
Step S204, generating a business record to be accounted according to the business data and the accounting elements of the account, and determining a reference business record based on the business resources in the business data.
In one embodiment, a business record with matched accounting elements, called a business record to be accounted, is generated according to the business data of the account and the accounting elements, and is represented as J1. The business record can also be understood as an accounting entry, and the accounting entry refers to a record for listing the corresponding accounts of both parties and the amount thereof for each economic business according to the requirement of the double-entry accounting principle. Before the account is registered, the accounting entry is compiled through the bookkeeping voucher, so that the classification condition of the economic business can be clearly reflected, and the accuracy of the account record can be ensured, and the post-examination is convenient. Each accounting entry mainly comprises a bookkeeping symbol, an account, an abstract and an amount. Specifically, the business record to be accounted includes the specific numerical value of the item that has changed corresponding to the business data of each actual business process of the account.
In one embodiment, the service record to be accounted can be generated according to a preset recording rule. Specifically, a business record to be accounted, which is matched with the accounting element, is generated by mapping according to the business data of the account and based on a preset record rule. The preset recording rule comprises any one of a chromatography method, a business chain method and a billing rule method. And according to the specific service data of the account, automatically mapping and generating the service record to be accounted, which is matched with the accounting element.
In one embodiment, in order to ensure the accuracy of the business record accuracy accounting and ensure the accurate and error-free stored business data of each actual business process, the accounting benchmark needs to be determined. Specifically, based on the traffic resources in the traffic data, a traffic record, called a reference traffic record, is determined, denoted as J2. The service resource includes a specific numerical value of a changed item corresponding to service data of the service processing, and may specifically be a service balance. Since the service data accuracy check of the service processing is performed at the deadline point of the predetermined time period, which is the service day, the reference service record can be determined according to the service day final section data in the service data. The cross-sectional data (cross-sectional data sets) are data of different business entities at the same time point or the same time period, and the business day-to-day cross-sectional data is data of an account at the business day-to-day end time point. The business day and day terminal section data is generally of a three-section structure and is represented as an account, a financial item and a balance. For example, the business day and day end section data of the account A is represented as: account A, normal principal, 500 ten thousand. Specifically, the service balance of the day is determined based on the service day terminal section data in the service data, and a reference service record is generated based on the preset record rule mapping according to the service balance of the day and the stored service balance of the day. The service balance comprises the service balance of the current day and the service balance of the last day. The preset recording rule comprises any one of a chromatography method, a business chain method and a billing rule method. The current day may be denoted as the Tth day, and the previous day may be denoted as the T-1 th day.
Step S206, the business record to be adjusted and the target business record are checked with the reference business record respectively, the business record to be adjusted and the accounting element to be adjusted are determined, and the target business record is the recorded business record in the preset time period.
In one embodiment, in order to ensure the accuracy of the business record accuracy accounting and ensure the accurate and error-free stored business data of each actual business process, the recorded business record needs to be acquired. Specifically, a target business record, denoted as J3, is obtained. The target business record is a recorded business record in a preset time period, and can also be understood as a business record in a booked preset time period, and under the condition that the business record is accurate, the business record to be accounted and the target business record should be completely the same. Therefore, the service record to be accounted and the target service record can be compared with the reference service record respectively based on the reference service record to determine which service record has an error in the service record to be accounted and the target service record, the service record with the error is called as a service record to be adjusted, and the service record is adjusted, so that the actual service data processed by each set of service is completely the same as the recorded service data processed by the service.
In one embodiment, the business record to be adjusted and the target business record are respectively checked with the reference business record, and the business record to be adjusted and the accounting element to be adjusted corresponding to the business record to be adjusted are determined. It should be noted that when the business record to be checked and the target business record are checked against the reference business record, the business records are checked one by one according to the checking elements, so as to effectively prevent omission.
If the business record to be adjusted is consistent with the reference business record, and the target business record is consistent with the reference business record, the business record to be adjusted and the accounting element to be adjusted do not exist. Namely, the business record to be accounted and the target business record are completely the same and the records are accurate.
If the business record to be checked and the reference business record have a first difference and the target business record is consistent with the reference business record, determining the business record to be checked as the business record to be adjusted, and determining the checking element to be adjusted based on the business record to be checked. For example, if there is a difference 100 between the service record to be accounted J1 and the reference service record J2, and the reference service record J2 is consistent with the target service record J3, it indicates that the service record to be accounted J1 generates partially unreasonable service data, and the service record to be accounted J1 needs to be adjusted.
And if the service record to be adjusted is consistent with the reference service record and the target service record and the reference service record have a second difference, determining the target service record as the service record to be adjusted, and determining the accounting element to be adjusted based on the target service record. For example, if the service record to be accounted J1 is consistent with the reference service record J2, and there is a difference 100 between the reference service record J2 and the target service record J3, it indicates that there is some service data in the target service record J3 that is not successfully posted, and it is necessary to adjust the target service record J3.
If the third difference exists between the service record to be calculated and the reference service record and the fourth difference exists between the target service record and the reference service record, determining the service record to be calculated and the target service record as the service record to be adjusted, and comprehensively determining the accounting element to be adjusted based on the service record to be calculated and the target service record. The third difference and the fourth difference may be the same or different. For example, if there is a difference 100 between the service record to be accounted J1 and the reference service record J2, and there is also a difference 100 between the reference service record J2 and the target service record J3, it indicates that there may be 100 less for the service record to be accounted J1 or the target service record J3, and it is necessary to determine the service record to be adjusted comprehensively. For example, if there is a difference 150 between the service record to be calculated J1 and the reference service record J2 and there is a difference 200 between the reference service record J2 and the target service record J3, the service record to be adjusted needs to be determined by comprehensive analysis by additionally recording the difference 200 between the reference service record J2 and the target service record J3.
And step S208, adjusting the business record to be adjusted of the account according to the accounting element to be adjusted.
In one embodiment, the business record to be adjusted of the account is adjusted according to the accounting element to be adjusted, the adjusted business record is obtained, and the adjusted business record is stored, so that the business record to be adjusted is ensured to be consistent with the target business record.
In the method for accounting the accuracy of the service data, if the service processing of the account in a preset time period is detected, the service change information is obtained, and accounting elements of the account are determined according to the service change information; generating a business record to be accounted according to the business data and the accounting elements of the account, and determining a reference business record based on the business resources in the business data; respectively checking the business record to be adjusted and the target business record with the reference business record, and determining the business record to be adjusted and the accounting element to be adjusted, wherein the target business record is the recorded business record in a preset time period; and adjusting the business record to be adjusted of the account according to the accounting element to be adjusted. By adopting the method of the embodiment, the business record to be checked is generated based on the actual business data processed by the business, and the business record to be checked and the recorded target business record are respectively compared with the reference business record, so that the business record with errors can be determined, the pertinence adjustment is carried out, the actual business data can be consistent with the recorded business data, and the accuracy of the business data is improved.
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
In a specific embodiment, a user opens an account in a financial institution in advance, and performs a business process related to a fund transaction through the account, for example, a loan transaction is performed, and at the end of a business day, a business data system of the financial institution needs to perform business data accuracy accounting to ensure that actual business data is consistent with recorded business data, as shown in fig. 3, a schematic diagram of a business data accuracy accounting method includes the following specific steps:
if the business data system detects that an account is subjected to business processing in a business day, acquiring accounting subject table change information and financial item change information matched with the business processing type according to the business processing type of the account, and determining accounting elements of account accounting by integrating the accounting subject table change information and the financial item change information;
