Optionally, if multiple grants exist for the target object, wherein a grants a corresponding target departure scheme, then when determining that other grants a corresponding departure scheme, the mutually exclusive departure scheme does not support selection, and may prompt in a floating window manner: conflict with the configuration information of the current target leaving scheme and do not support selection.

In the embodiment of the application, the default job leaving scheme with the minimum application range is used as the target job leaving scheme of the target object, and the target job leaving scheme and other job leaving schemes corresponding to the target object are not mutually exclusive, so that the reliability of the target job leaving scheme is ensured, and the target object is more attached. In the embodiment of the application, before the job leaving process is generated according to the target job leaving scheme, the relevant information of the target object needs to be checked. Optionally, the target object is checked to be in an on-duty state, the target object is determined to have no job leaving process to be processed, and when the target object is determined to have no audit task, the job leaving process of the target object is generated according to the job leaving date of the target object and the target job leaving scheme.
Checking whether the target object is currently in the working state, and only generating a job leaving process for the object in the working state; checking whether the target object has a to-be-processed leaving flow, if so, not generating the leaving flow for the target object again; checking whether the target object has an audit task, if so, indicating that the target object has incomplete work, and generating a leave process after processing, wherein the audit task comprises but is not limited to: and taking effect, granting audit, modifying, granting audit, deleting grant audit, attributing audit, granting conversion task, and the like.
Optionally, when the verification object has non-effective grant data or non-signed grant agreement, the administrator may be reminded by a message, but at this time, an out-of-job flow may be generated.
In the embodiment of the application, after the verification is completed, the job leaving date of the object can be obtained, and then the job leaving process of the target object is generated according to the job leaving date and the target job leaving scheme; optionally, when corresponding target job leaving schemes exist for awarding all the incentive types of the target object, a job leaving process of the target object is generated; for example, if the incentive information of the incentive type a granted to the target object does not have a corresponding job leaving plan, or the target object does not have a job leaving date, the job leaving flow cannot be generated, and when the job leaving flow cannot be generated, an error reason may be prompted, such as that the job leaving date is not filled, the target job leaving plan is not filled, or the target job leaving plan does not include all grants of the target object.
In the embodiment of the application, before the leaving process is generated, the target object is determined to meet the conditions for generating and initiating the leaving by checking the related information of the target object, so that the situation that the process cannot be left after the leaving process is subsequently generated is avoided.
In the embodiment of the application, after the leaving process is generated, the processed grant information and the configuration information of the target object are displayed, wherein the processed grant information of the target object is displayed in the first display page, and the processed configuration information of the target object is displayed in the second display interface when the first confirmation information for confirming the grant information of the target object is received.

Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, since the revocation dates of the number of incentives granted are set in the grant information of the employees leaving the job and the validation periods of the related items leaving the job are set in the configuration information, the system may automatically process the corresponding items according to the revocation dates and the validation dates, and may notify the administrator through a message after the processing is completed.
The following describes an embodiment of an apparatus of the present application, which may be used to execute an away-job processing method based on an ESOP in the foregoing embodiment of the present application. For details that are not disclosed in the embodiments of the apparatus of the present application, please refer to the embodiments of the aforementioned job leaving processing method of the present application.

For one example, the incentive information includes incentive data to be attributed; the creating module 1010 is further configured to set an effective date of a job leaving transaction item according to the job leaving date to create configuration information of the job leaving plan, the job leaving transaction item including at least one of closing a tax surrogate, closing a union junction, allowing asset extraction, unbinding associated persons of the object, closing a message notification of the object, closing an entrance to view an incentive, and unbinding the object; and setting the expiration date of the incentive data to be attributed according to the job leaving date so as to create the awarding information of the job leaving scheme.
The job leaving processing system further comprises a configuration module, wherein the configuration module is used for configuring the application range of each job leaving scheme so as to specify an object corresponding to each job leaving scheme; and the determining module is further used for determining the job leaving scheme matched with the target object according to the application range of each job leaving scheme, and taking the matched job leaving scheme as the target job leaving scheme.
For example, the determining module 1020 is further configured to take the job leaving plan with the smallest applicable scope as the target job leaving plan if the job leaving plan matched with the target object includes at least two job leaving plans with different applicable scopes; and the configuration information of the target job leaving scheme and the configuration information of other job leaving schemes are not mutually exclusive.
The job leaving processing system further comprises a checking module, which is configured to check to determine that the target object is in an on-job state, determine that the target object does not have a job leaving process to be processed, and generate a job leaving process of the target object according to a job leaving date and a target job leaving scheme of the target object when the target object is determined not to have an audit task.
For example, the presentation module 1030 is further configured to present grant information of the processed target object in a first presentation interface, and present configuration information of the processed target object in a second presentation interface when a first confirmation message for confirming the grant information of the target object is received.
For example, the receiving module 1040 is further configured to update the due date and due status of the target object in the object information to complete the due process of the target object when receiving the second confirmation message for confirming the configuration information of the target object.
It should be noted that the apparatus provided in the foregoing embodiment and the method provided in the foregoing embodiment belong to the same concept, and the specific manner in which each module and unit execute operations has been described in detail in the method embodiment, and is not described again here.
The system for processing the departure based on the ESOP may be an independent physical server, a server cluster or a distributed system formed by a plurality of physical servers, or a cloud server providing basic cloud computing services such as a cloud service, a cloud database, cloud computing, a cloud function, cloud storage, a Network service, cloud communication, a middleware service, a domain name service, a security service, a CDN (Content Delivery Network), a big data and an artificial intelligence platform, which is not limited herein.
Creating a job leaving scheme, wherein the job leaving scheme comprises awarding information and configuration information, the awarding information is used for describing incentive information awarded to the object, and the configuration information is used for describing job leaving processing items; determining a target job leaving scheme matched with the target object; when a job leaving process of the target object is generated according to the target job leaving scheme, the processed awarding information and configuration information of the target object are displayed; receiving a confirmation message for confirming the granting information and the configuration information of the target object so as to complete the job leaving process of the target object; aiming at the problem that the operation of object leaving processing is complex, the granting information and the configuration information of the object are added to the leaving scheme, and then the granting information and the configuration information of the processed target object can be directly displayed through the leaving scheme matched with the target object when a leaving process is generated, so that when a message which is confirmed to be correct is received, the related items of the leaving of the target object can be completed, and the processing efficiency of a company manager can be greatly improved.
In an exemplary embodiment, an electronic device includes a processor and a memory, wherein the memory has stored thereon computer readable instructions which, when executed by the processor, implement the method as previously described.
Fig. 11 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to an exemplary embodiment.
It should be noted that the electronic device is only an example adapted to the application and should not be considered as providing any limitation to the scope of use of the application. The electronic device is also not to be construed as necessarily dependent upon or having one or more components of the exemplary electronic device illustrated in fig. 11.
As shown in fig. 11, in an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device includes a processing component 1101, a memory 1102, a power component 1103, a multimedia component 1104, an audio component 1105, a sensor component 1107, and a communications component 1108. The above components are not all necessary, and the electronic device may add other components or reduce some components according to its own functional requirements, which is not limited in this embodiment.
The processing component 1101 generally controls the overall operation of the electronic device, such as operations associated with display, data communication, and log data processing. The processing component 1101 may include one or more processors 1109 to execute instructions to perform all or a portion of the steps of the above-described operations. Further, the processing component 1101 can include one or more modules that facilitate interaction between the processing component 1101 and other components. For example, the processing component 1101 can include a multimedia module to facilitate interaction between the multimedia component 1104 and the processing component 1101.
The memory 1102 is configured to store various types of data to support operation at the electronic device, examples of which include instructions for any application or method operating on the electronic device. The memory 1102 has stored therein one or more modules configured to be executed by the one or more processors 1109 to perform all or a portion of the steps of the methods described in the embodiments above.
The power supply component 1103 provides power to the various components of the electronic device. The power components 1103 may include a power management system, one or more power supplies, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for an electronic device.
The multimedia component 1104 includes a screen that provides an output interface between the electronic device and the user. In some embodiments, the screen may include a TP (Touch Panel) and an LCD (Liquid Crystal Display). If the screen includes a touch panel, the screen may be implemented as a touch screen to receive an input signal from a user. The touch panel includes one or more touch sensors to sense touch, slide, and gestures on the touch panel. The touch sensor may not only sense the boundary of a touch or slide action, but also detect the duration and pressure associated with the touch or slide operation.
Audio component 1105 is configured to output and/or input audio signals. For example, audio component 1105 can include a microphone configured to receive external audio signals when the electronic device is in an operational mode, such as a call mode, a recording mode, and a voice recognition mode. In some embodiments, audio component 1105 further includes a speaker for outputting audio signals.
Sensor component 1107 includes one or more sensors to provide various aspects of state estimation for the electronic device. For example, sensor component 1107 may detect the open/closed state of the electronic device, but may also detect changes in the temperature of the electronic device.
The communication component 1108 is configured to facilitate communications between the electronic device and other devices in a wired or wireless manner. The electronic device may access a Wireless network based on a communication standard, such as Wi-Fi (Wireless-Fidelity, Wireless network).
It will be appreciated that the configuration shown in FIG. 11 is merely illustrative and that the electronic device may include more or fewer components than shown in FIG. 11 or have different components than shown in FIG. 11. Each of the components shown in fig. 11 may be implemented in hardware, software, or a combination thereof.

Claims (10)

1. A job leaving processing method based on an ESOP system is characterized by comprising the following steps:
creating a job leaving scheme, wherein the job leaving scheme comprises awarding information and configuration information, the awarding information is used for describing incentive information awarded to the object, and the configuration information is used for describing job leaving processing items;
determining a target job leaving scheme matched with the target object;
when the job leaving process of the target object is generated according to the target job leaving scheme, displaying the processed awarding information and configuration information of the target object;
and receiving a confirmation message for confirming the grant information and the configuration information of the target object so as to complete the job leaving process of the target object.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the incentive information comprises incentive data to be attributed; the creating of the job leaving plan comprises the following steps:
setting an effective date of the job leaving transaction item according to a job leaving date to create configuration information of the job leaving plan, wherein the job leaving transaction item comprises at least one of closing tax surrogates, closing unions, allowing assets to be extracted, unbinding related persons of an object, closing message notification of the object, closing an entrance for viewing an incentive, and unbinding the object;
and setting the expiration date of the incentive data to be attributed according to the job leaving date so as to create the granting information of the job leaving scheme.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein after the creating a departure scenario, the method further comprises:
configuring the application range of each job leaving scheme to specify an object corresponding to each job leaving scheme;
the determining the target job leaving scheme matched with the target object comprises the following steps:
and determining the job leaving scheme matched with the target object according to the application range of each job leaving scheme, and taking the matched job leaving scheme as the target job leaving scheme.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein the taking the matched job leaving plan as the target job leaving plan comprises:
if the job leaving scheme matched with the target object comprises at least two job leaving schemes with different application ranges, taking the job leaving scheme with the minimum application range as the target job leaving scheme; and the configuration information of the target job leaving scheme and the configuration information of other job leaving schemes are not mutually exclusive.
5. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
checking to determine that the target object is in an on-duty state, determining that the target object does not have a job leaving process to be processed, and generating the job leaving process of the target object according to the job leaving date of the target object and the target job leaving scheme when the target object is determined not to have an audit task.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein the presenting the processed grant information and configuration information of the target object comprises:
and displaying the processed grant information of the target object in a first display interface, and displaying the processed configuration information of the target object in a second display interface when receiving a first confirmation message for confirming the grant information of the target object.
7. The method according to claim 6, wherein the receiving a confirmation message for confirming the grant information and the configuration information of the target object to complete the job leaving process of the target object comprises:
and when a second confirmation message for confirming the configuration information of the target object is received, updating the leaving date and the on-duty state of the target object in the object information so as to complete the leaving process of the target object.
8. An out-of-job processing system based on an employee stock plan ESOP, comprising:
the system comprises a creating module, a processing module and a processing module, wherein the creating module is used for creating a job leaving scheme, the job leaving scheme comprises awarding information and configuration information, the awarding information is used for describing incentive information awarded to a target, and the configuration information is used for describing job leaving processing items;
the determining module is used for determining a target job leaving scheme matched with the target object;
the display module is used for displaying the processed awarding information and configuration information of the target object when the job leaving process of the target object is generated according to the target job leaving scheme;
and the receiving module is used for receiving a confirmation message for confirming the granting information and the configuration information of the target object so as to complete the job leaving process of the target object.
