Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present application more comprehensible, embodiments accompanying the drawings are described in detail below.
For the convenience of understanding and explaining the technical solutions provided in the embodiments of the present application, the background art related to the embodiments of the present application will be described first.
With the development of banking technology, many overseas branches are processing business using overseas core banking systems. The overseas core bank system is a system for realizing the business requirements of each branch on the basis of meeting overseas local requirements.
At present, the business functions provided by overseas core banking systems to various branches are all the same. However, different branches may have different requirements for the same business function of the overseas core banking system.
For example, the report code parameter table has a dedicated organization name for each branch organization. In the repayment detail inquiry list, the institution name in the parameter list capable of displaying the report code is inquired through the loan account number. For the mechanism name in the displayed report code parameter table, the division A requires that the mechanism name corresponding to the mechanism in the report code parameter table is displayed, and the division B may require that a specific mechanism name is displayed.
For example, for the display of interest in the loan future and repayment plan, the interest in the loan future and repayment plan can be determined in advance without using a loan account with a post-compound interest rate, and the related amount can be normally displayed. For the account with the post-set composite interest rate, because the loan account of the type is not accurate enough and may mislead the customer because the loan execution interest rate and the interest rate are estimated approximate values before the current interest rate is not released, the branch A does not require the display of the related amount. And the branch B considers that the approximate value can be used as a prompt, so that the condition that the client cannot prepare funds for repayment temporarily due to insufficient time before due is prevented, and the related amount is required to be displayed.
It follows that different branches have different requirements for the business functions provided by overseas core banking systems. The business functions provided by the current overseas core bank system cannot completely meet the requirements of each branch.
Based on this, the embodiment of the application provides a service processing method, a service processing device and service processing equipment, and the method is applied to a target system, responds to the login of a user in the target system, acquires account information of the user, and determines the organization number of a branch to which the user belongs through the account information of the user. If the target service in the target system needs to be handled, the user can trigger the target service in the target system, and the customized parameter name under the target service of the branch to which the user belongs is obtained according to the mechanism number of the branch to which the user belongs in response to the triggering operation of the user on the target service in the target system. And further, acquiring bank layer parameters under the target service of the branch to which the user belongs from the database according to the mechanism number of the branch to which the user belongs and the customized parameter name under the target service of the branch to which the user belongs. And finally, generating the customized target service corresponding to the branch to which the user belongs based on the bank layer parameters under the target service of the branch to which the user belongs, and providing the customized target service corresponding to the branch to which the user belongs for the user. Therefore, the business function in the overseas core bank system can be configured through the customizable parameters, so that the requirements of each branch on the business function are met.
In order to facilitate understanding of the service processing method provided in the embodiment of the present application, the following description is made with reference to a scenario example shown in fig. 1. Referring to fig. 1, the drawing is a schematic diagram of a framework of an exemplary application scenario provided in an embodiment of the present application. The method is applicable to a target system. As an alternative example, the target system is a overseas core banking system. Overseas branches (simply referred to as branches) use overseas core banking systems to handle banking services such as deposit, interest rate inquiries, etc. The branch teller may maintain the overseas core bank system through an interface provided by the overseas core bank system. The branch teller is a teller with parameter configuration authority.
In practical application, a user can log in a target system to process a service. In an embodiment of the application, the user may be a branch teller. And responding to the login of the user on the target system, the target system can acquire the account information of the user, and the mechanism number of the branch to which the user belongs is determined through the account information of the user.
Furthermore, if the target service in the target system needs to be handled, the user can trigger the target service in the target system. And the target system responds to the triggering operation of the target service in the target system by the user, and acquires the customized parameter name under the target service of the branch to which the user belongs according to the mechanism number of the branch to which the user belongs. The customization parameters under the target service are customized in the target system by the user in advance.
And then, the target system acquires bank layer parameters under the target service of the branch to which the user belongs from the database according to the mechanism number of the branch to which the user belongs and the customized parameter name under the target service of the branch to which the user belongs. And generating customized target business corresponding to the branch to which the user belongs based on the bank layer parameters under the target business of the branch to which the user belongs, and providing the customized target business corresponding to the branch to which the user belongs to the user.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the block diagram shown in fig. 1 is only one example in which embodiments of the present application may be implemented. The scope of applicability of the embodiments of the present application is not limited in any way by this framework.
In order to facilitate understanding of the present application, a service processing method provided in the embodiments of the present application is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 2, this figure is a flowchart of a service processing method according to an embodiment of the present application. The method is applicable to the target system of the above embodiment, and as shown in fig. 2, the method may include S201 to S204:
s201: and responding to the login of the user on the target system, acquiring account information of the user, and determining the mechanism number of the branch to which the user belongs according to the account information of the user.
As an alternative example, the target system is a overseas core banking system. In one or more embodiments, the user is a branch teller. The branch teller can log in the target system to transact the business of the client, such as transacting the business of storage, inquiring interest rate and the like for the client.
The target system responds to the target system login of the user, obtains account information input by the user, and determines the mechanism number of the branch to which the user belongs according to the account information of the user.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the account information of the user does not relate to sensitive information of the user, and the account information of the user is obtained and used after being authorized by the user. In one example, prior to obtaining account information for the user, the respective interface displays a prompt regarding authorization to use the obtained data, based on which the user determines whether to approve the authorization.
S202: and responding to the triggering operation of the user on the target service in the target system, and acquiring the customized parameter name under the target service of the branch to which the user belongs according to the mechanism number of the branch to which the user belongs.
If the target service in the target system needs to be handled, the user can trigger the target service in the target system after logging in the target system. For example, the target service is a query interest rate service. As an alternative example, the triggering operation in the embodiment of the present application is a click operation or a gesture operation, which is not limited herein.
And responding to the triggering operation of the user on the target service in the target system, determining the service triggered by the user as the target service by the target system, and further acquiring the customized parameter name under the target service of the branch to which the user belongs according to the mechanism number of the branch to which the user belongs, which is acquired in the previous step. It will be appreciated that some branches may have associated parameters tailored to the target service, and some branches may not have associated parameters tailored to the target service. Based on the above, the customized parameter name obtained according to the organization number of the branch to which the user belongs may be at least one or null.
When the customized parameter name under the target service of the branch to which the user belongs is obtained according to the mechanism number of the branch to which the user belongs, the fact that the related parameter is customized by the branch to which the user belongs aiming at the target service is described, and when the customized parameter name under the target service of the branch to which the user belongs is obtained according to the mechanism number of the branch to which the user belongs is possibly empty, the fact that the related parameter is not customized by the branch to which the user belongs aiming at the target service is described. In addition, it can be understood that the customization parameters for different branches may be different for the same target service. For example, the customization parameters for query interest rate services may be different for branch A and branch B.
It should be noted that the customization parameters under the target service of the branch to which the user belongs are customized in the target system in advance by the user, specifically see a1-A3 below. It will be appreciated that when the same service function is provided for different distribution uses, the final delivered service function may not meet the user's requirements for several reasons. In view of this problem, the service function provided in the embodiment of the present application may be customized by a user, and specifically, since the parameter may affect the service logic, the service function may be customized by customizing the parameter. In one or more embodiments, each sub-row may customize parameters, switch states of parameters, parameter details, and the like, in the target system.
S203: and when the customized parameter name under the target service of the branch to which the user belongs is at least one, acquiring the bank layer parameters under the target service of the branch to which the user belongs from the database according to the mechanism number of the branch to which the user belongs and the customized parameter name under the target service of the branch to which the user belongs.
When the customized parameter name under the target service of the branch to which the user belongs is at least one, the branch to which the user belongs is explained to customize the relevant parameters aiming at the target service. After acquiring the mechanism number of the branch to which the user belongs and the customized parameter name under the target service of the branch to which the user belongs, the bank layer parameters under the target service of the branch to which the user belongs are acquired from the database based on the mechanism number of the branch to which the user belongs and the customized parameter name under the target service of the branch to which the user belongs.
In practical application, bank layer parameters under target services of a branch to which a user belongs are stored in a database in advance, and specific application is described in A1-A3 below. In an embodiment of the application, the bank layer parameters include custom parameter names. S202 only acquires the customized parameter name under the target service of the branch to which the user belongs, and some other parameter information in the bank layer parameters under the target service of the branch to which the user belongs is acquired from the database.
As an alternative example, when the database stores the bank layer parameters by using the key-value pair structure, the primary key used for storing is the organization number and the name of the customized parameter. Therefore, according to the mechanism number of the branch to which the user belongs and the customized parameter name under the target service of the branch to which the user belongs, the bank layer parameters under the target service of the branch to which the user belongs can be searched from the database.
S204: and generating customized target business corresponding to the branch to which the user belongs based on the bank layer parameters under the target business of the branch to which the user belongs, and providing the customized target business corresponding to the branch to which the user belongs to the user.
In one or more embodiments, the bank layer parameters of the target branch include a customized parameter name of the target branch, a switch state corresponding to the customized parameter name, and a parameter detail corresponding to the customized parameter name.
The bank layer parameters under the target business of the branch to which the user belongs are complete parameter customization information about the target business. Based on the method, after the bank layer parameters under the target service of the branch to which the user belongs are obtained, the customized target service corresponding to the branch to which the user belongs is generated based on the bank layer parameters under the target service of the branch to which the user belongs, and the customized target service corresponding to the branch to which the user belongs is provided for the user.
Based on the contents of S201-S204, the embodiment of the present application provides a service processing method, which is applied to a target system, and responds to a user logging in the target system, obtains account information of the user, and determines an organization number of a branch to which the user belongs through the account information of the user. And finally, generating the customized target service corresponding to the branch to which the user belongs based on the bank layer parameters under the target service of the branch to which the user belongs, and providing the customized target service corresponding to the branch to which the user belongs to the user. Therefore, the business function in the overseas core bank system can be configured, and the requirements of each branch on the business function are met.
In a possible implementation manner, an embodiment of the present application further provides another service processing method, where in addition to the foregoing S201 to S204, the service processing method further includes:
and when the customized parameter name under the target service of the branch to which the user belongs is empty, acquiring the general parameter corresponding to the target service.
And generating a general target service based on the general parameters corresponding to the target service, and providing the general target service for the user.
It can be understood that, when the name of the customized parameter under the target service of the branch to which the user belongs is obtained according to the organization number of the branch to which the user belongs may be null, it is indicated that the branch to which the user belongs does not customize the relevant parameter for the target service. Because the target system has a set of general parameters for each service function, at this time, the general parameters corresponding to the target service are obtained, the general target service is generated based on the general parameters corresponding to the target service, and the general target service is provided for the user.
Based on the above, the embodiments of the present application provide two or more service processing logics, one is general processing and uses general parameters to implement service functions, and the other one or more is customized processing and uses customized parameters to implement customization of service functions. Therefore, the method can meet the differentiated requirements of different branches on service functions.
It can be understood that users of each branch can customize required parameters in the target system according to requirements to realize the customization of business functions.
Based on this, in a possible implementation manner, an embodiment of the present application further provides another service processing method, in addition to the foregoing S201-S204, before S201, the service processing method further includes:
a1: responding to the bank layer parameter customization operation of the target branch in a newly-added parameter module of the target system, and acquiring the bank layer parameters of the target branch; the target division line is each of a plurality of division lines.
The target system provides four transaction modules for customization, modification, querying and deletion of bank layer parameters. The four transaction modules are respectively a newly added parameter module, a maintenance parameter module, a parameter inquiry module and a parameter deletion module. The new parameter module is used for customizing new bank layer parameters, the maintenance parameter module is used for maintaining the generated bank layer parameters, the inquiry parameter module is used for inquiring the generated bank layer parameters, and the deletion parameter module is used for deleting the generated bank layer parameters.
As an alternative example, in practice, each transaction module corresponds to a module transaction code, and the user of the target branch may enter the module transaction code in the target system to enter the corresponding module. Wherein the user of the target branch may be a teller of the target branch. For example, the user inputs the module transaction code of the newly added parameter module in the target system, and the parameter customization page of the newly added parameter module is opened in the target system in response to the input of the module transaction code of the user. The user can customize the bank layer parameters of the target branch on the parameter customizing page of the newly added parameter module.
In one or more embodiments, the bank layer parameters of the target branch may include a customized parameter name of the target branch, a switch state corresponding to the customized parameter name, and a parameter detail corresponding to the customized parameter name. For example, if a user wants to show a particular organization name, the particular organization name may be customized, with the particular organization name being a customization parameter. The number of the customized parameters is at least one, and the customized parameters comprise parameters corresponding to different services. For example, the customized parameter a is a parameter under the service a, the customized parameter B is a parameter under the service B, and both the customized parameter a and the customized parameter B can be set by the user. The switch state corresponding to the customized parameter name is used for indicating whether the customized parameter is used or not. And when the switch state corresponding to the customized parameter name is on, the customized parameter is used, and when the switch state corresponding to the customized parameter name is off, the customized parameter is not used. For example, when the customized parameter a is set to on, the customized parameter a is used when the customized service a is generated. It will be appreciated that when the customized parameters are not used, the generic parameters of the target system are used instead. The parameter specification corresponding to the customized parameter name is detailed description information of the customized parameter, such as the use of the customized parameter and the service to which the customized parameter belongs.
The parameter customization page of the newly added parameter module shows customization parameters allowed to be set, the switch states corresponding to the customization parameters and parameter details corresponding to the customization parameters. By checking the parameter detail corresponding to the customized parameter, the purpose and the business of the customized parameter can be known. Then, on the basis of the parameter detail corresponding to the customized parameter, the user can customize the parameter according to the requirement. And the customized parameter name of the customized parameter, the switch state corresponding to the customized parameter name and the parameter detail corresponding to the customized parameter name which are arranged on the parameter customized page of the newly added parameter module form the bank layer parameter of the target branch.
And responding to the bank layer parameter customization operation of the target branch in the newly added parameter module of the target system, and acquiring the bank layer parameters of the target branch. As an alternative example, in practical applications, after the customization is finished, the user may submit the customization parameters in the parameter customization page. And responding to the submission operation of the user, and acquiring the bank layer parameters of the target branch.
As an alternative example, the user may set the switch state by a button on a parameter customization page.
A2: and reading the mechanism number of the target branch in the mechanism table.
The target system stores a mechanism table. The organization table records organization names and organization numbers corresponding to the organization names. And reading the organization number of the target row from the organization table.
A3: and storing the mechanism number of the target branch and the bank layer parameters of the target branch in a database by adopting a key value pair structure.
And after acquiring the mechanism number of the target branch and the bank layer parameters of the target branch, storing the mechanism number and the bank layer parameters in a database by adopting a key value pair structure. In particular, it may be stored in a data table of a database.
The bank layer parameters of the target branch comprise a customized parameter name of the target branch, a switch state corresponding to the customized parameter name and parameter details corresponding to the customized parameter name. Based on this, as an optional example, the mechanism number of the target branch and the customized parameter name of the target branch are used as main keys, and the switch state corresponding to the customized parameter name and the parameter specification corresponding to the customized parameter name are stored as values.
For example, the target branch is branch a, and the customized parameters in the bank layer parameters of branch a include customized parameter a, customized parameter B, and customized parameter C. The customized parameter A and the customized parameter C are parameters under the service A, and the customized parameter B is a parameter under the service B. The customized parameter A and the mechanism number of the branch line A are used as main keys, and the switch state corresponding to the customized parameter A and the parameter detail corresponding to the customized parameter A are stored as values. And taking the customized parameter B and the mechanism number of the branch line A as main keys, and storing the switch state corresponding to the customized parameter B and the parameter detail corresponding to the customized parameter B as values. And taking the customized parameter C and the mechanism number of the branch line A as main keys, and storing the switch state corresponding to the customized parameter C and the parameter detail corresponding to the customized parameter C as values.
Based on this, if the branch to which the user belongs in S201-S204 is branch a and the target service is service a, the customized parameter name under service a of branch a is obtained as customized parameter a and customized parameter B in S202 according to the organization number of branch a. In S203, the mechanism number of the branch row a and the customized parameter a are used as the main key, and the switch state corresponding to the customized parameter a and the parameter detail corresponding to the customized parameter a can be searched from the database. And by taking the mechanism number of the branch line A and the customized parameter C as main keys, the switch state corresponding to the customized parameter C and the parameter detail corresponding to the customized parameter C can be searched from the database. It can be known that the customized parameter a, the switch state corresponding to the customized parameter a, and the parameter specification corresponding to the customized parameter a are a bank layer parameter under the service a of the branch a. The customized parameter C, the switch state corresponding to the customized parameter C, and the parameter details corresponding to the customized parameter C are also a bank layer parameter under the service a of the branch a. Therefore, the bank layer parameters under the business A of the branch A can be acquired. Based on this, the bank layer parameters under the target service of the branch to which the user belongs are obtained from the database based on the mechanism number of the branch to which the user belongs and the customized parameter name under the target service of the branch to which the user belongs in S203.
Based on the contents of A1-A3, the customization of the bank layer parameters of the target branch can be realized based on the newly added parameter module in the target system.
In addition, the target system further comprises a maintenance parameter module for enabling the user to maintain the generated bank layer parameters. Based on this, in a possible implementation manner, the service processing method further includes:

And responding to the bank layer parameter change operation of the target branch in the maintenance parameter module of the target system, and acquiring the changed bank layer parameters of the target branch.
B2: and reading the mechanism number of the target branch in the mechanism table.
The target system stores a mechanism table. The organization table records organization names and organization numbers corresponding to the organization names. And reading the mechanism number of the target branch from the mechanism table.
B3: and updating the bank layer parameters of the target branch stored in the database into the changed bank layer parameters of the target branch based on the organization number of the target branch.
In specific implementation, as an optional example, the organization number of the target branch and the customized parameter name in the bank layer parameter of the target branch are used as a primary key, the bank layer parameter of the target branch stored in the database is searched, and the bank layer parameter of the target branch stored in the database is updated to the changed bank layer parameter of the target branch.
Based on the contents of B1-B3, it can be seen that the alteration of the bank-level parameters of the target branch can be implemented based on the maintenance parameter module in the target system.
In addition, the target system also comprises a parameter inquiring module and a parameter deleting module. The query parameter module is used for querying the generated bank layer parameters, and the delete parameter module is used for deleting the generated bank layer parameters. Based on this, in a possible implementation manner, the service processing method further includes:
c1: and responding to a first parameter query operation of the target branch in a query parameter module of the target system, and querying a first parameter in the bank layer parameters of the target branch.
Similarly, the users of the target branch can also query the generated bank layer parameters by using the query parameter module of the target system. In specific implementation, a first parameter in the bank layer parameters of the target branch is queried in response to a first parameter query operation of the target branch in a query parameter module of the target system. The first parameter is a customized parameter in the bank layer parameters of the target branch.
C2: and deleting the second parameter in the bank layer parameters of the target branch in response to the second parameter deleting operation of the target branch in the parameter deleting module of the target system.
Similarly, the user of the target branch can delete the generated bank layer parameters by using the deletion parameter module of the target system. In specific implementation, the second parameter in the bank layer parameter of the target branch is deleted in response to the second parameter deletion operation of the target branch in the parameter deletion module of the target system. The second parameter is a customized parameter in the bank layer parameters of the target branch. The first parameter and the second parameter may be the same parameter or different parameters.
Based on the contents of C1-C2, the query of the bank layer parameters of the target branch can be realized based on the query parameter module in the target system, and the deletion of the bank layer parameters of the target branch can be realized based on the deletion parameter module in the target system.
Based on the above, the service processing method provided in the embodiment of the present application can meet different service processing requirements of different branches for the same service function. Moreover, the branch may use generalized bank layer parameters and/or customized bank layer parameters. Therefore, two sets of complete processing logics do not need to be prepared, and the development workload of developers can be reduced. In addition, the configuration of the customizable bank layer parameters has the characteristics of high flexibility, easy maintenance and the like, and can better realize the customer requirements.
