acquiring the estimated overhaul time of after-sales overhaul of the air conditioner by an on-job overhaul worker of the after-sales company to which the air conditioner belongs;
if the predicted overhaul time exceeds the preset time, generating a shared overhaul order;
the sharing check revision list is sent to a client of at least one free maintainer except an after-sales company to which the air conditioner belongs;
generating dispatch information in response to the order receiving information of the client of the order receiving person, and sending maintenance rewards to the client of the order receiving person after confirming and eliminating fire hazards of the air conditioner; the client of the order taker is one of the clients of at least one free maintainer.
In one specific implementation, the control module 22 is further configured to:
acquiring the liveness of the order taker;
if the activity of the order taker is smaller than the preset activity, sending preset overhaul checking information to the client of the order taker so as to check the order taker; if the examination result indicates that the examination result passes, generating the dispatch information;
and if the activity degree of the order receiving person is greater than or equal to the preset activity degree, generating the order sending information.

In an embodiment of the monitoring apparatus for an air conditioner according to the present invention, the monitoring apparatus for an air conditioner includes a processor and a storage device, the storage device may be configured to store a program for executing the monitoring method for an air conditioner of the above-described method embodiment, and the processor may be configured to execute the program in the storage device, the program including, but not limited to, the program for executing the monitoring method for an air conditioner of the above-described method embodiment. For convenience of explanation, only those portions of the embodiments of the present invention that are relevant to the embodiments of the present invention are shown, and specific technical details are not disclosed, please refer to the method portions of the embodiments of the present invention. The monitoring device of the air conditioner may be a control device formed by various electronic devices.
Further, the invention also provides a computer readable storage medium. In one embodiment of the computer-readable storage medium according to the present invention, the computer-readable storage medium may be configured to store a program for executing the monitoring method of the air conditioner of the above-described method embodiment, which may be loaded and executed by a processor to implement the monitoring method of the air conditioner described above. For convenience of explanation, only those portions of the embodiments of the present invention that are relevant to the embodiments of the present invention are shown, and specific technical details are not disclosed, please refer to the method portions of the embodiments of the present invention. The computer readable storage medium may be a storage device including various electronic devices, and optionally, the computer readable storage medium in the embodiments of the present invention is a non-transitory computer readable storage medium.

Claims (8)

1. A method for monitoring an air conditioner, comprising:
if a fire hazard signal is detected, judging the position of the fire hazard through a detection equipment mark carried by the fire hazard signal;
determining a fire disaster strategy corresponding to the position of the fire hazard according to a preset position and the fire disaster strategy; the fire hazard position only comprises the inside of the electric control box, or comprises the inside of the electric control box and the inside of the outdoor unit;
based on the fireproof disaster strategy, performing fireproof disaster control on the air conditioner;
wherein, if the fire protection strategy includes: the outdoor unit is controlled to stop, and a maintenance request is uploaded to the after-sales service system; the method further comprises the steps of:
acquiring the estimated overhaul time of after-sales overhaul of the air conditioner by an on-job overhaul worker of the after-sales company to which the air conditioner belongs;
if the predicted overhaul time exceeds the preset time, generating a shared overhaul order;
the sharing check revision list is sent to a client of at least one free maintainer except an after-sales company to which the air conditioner belongs; the free maintainer is a user authenticated in an after-sales service system or a sharing platform in a registration and assessment mode;
generating dispatch information in response to the order receiving information of the client of the order receiving person, and sending maintenance rewards to the client of the order receiving person after confirming and eliminating fire hazards of the air conditioner; the client of the order taker is one of the clients of at least one free maintainer.
2. The method for monitoring an air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein the fire protection policy further comprises:
outputting first fire prompting information;
the first fire prompt message is used for reminding a user that a machine has fire hidden danger and is to be overhauled and cannot be used.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein if the location of the fire hazard includes both an electric control box and an outdoor unit, the fire protection strategy further includes:
and sending fire alarm information to the police service system.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the location of fire hazard includes only an inside of the outdoor unit;
the corresponding fire protection strategies comprise:
the outdoor unit is controlled to stop, and when the maintenance condition is confirmed to be met, a maintenance request is uploaded to the after-sales service system;
wherein, the maintenance condition includes at least:
and after the response information of the eliminated fire hazard is not detected within the first preset time period, or the outdoor unit is started again, determining that the position of the fire hazard only comprises the inside of the outdoor unit again within the second preset time period, or receiving a maintenance request of a user.
5. The method for monitoring an air conditioner according to claim 3, wherein the fire protection strategy further comprises:
outputting second fire prompting information;
the second fire prompting information is used for prompting a user that a machine has fire hidden danger, and the user determines whether a fire object exists in the preset range of the outdoor unit.
6. The method for monitoring an air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein generating the dispatch information includes:
acquiring the liveness of the order taker;
if the activity of the order taker is smaller than the preset activity, sending preset overhaul checking information to the client of the order taker so as to check the order taker; if the examination result indicates that the examination result passes, generating the dispatch information;
and if the activity degree of the order receiving person is greater than or equal to the preset activity degree, generating the order sending information.
7. An air conditioner monitoring device comprising a processor and a storage means, the storage means being adapted to store a plurality of program codes, characterized in that the program codes are adapted to be loaded and run by the processor to perform the air conditioner monitoring method of any one of claims 1 to 6.
8. A computer readable storage medium, in which a plurality of program codes are stored, characterized in that the program codes are adapted to be loaded and run by a processor to perform the monitoring method of an air conditioner according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
