A module may comprise hardware circuitry, various suitable sensors, communication ports, memory, may comprise software components such as program code, or may be a combination of software and hardware. The processor may be a central processing unit, microprocessor, image processor, digital signal processor, or any other suitable processor. The processor has data and/or signal processing functionality. The processor may be implemented in software, hardware, or a combination thereof. Non-transitory computer readable storage media include any suitable medium that can store program code, such as magnetic disks, hard disks, optical disks, flash memory, read-only memory, random-access memory, and the like. The term "a and/or B" denotes all possible combinations of a and B, such as a alone, B alone or a and B. The term "at least one A or B" or "at least one of A and B" means similar to "A and/or B" and may include only A, only B, or both A and B. The singular forms "a", "an" and "the" may include plural forms as well.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flow chart illustrating main steps of a monitoring method of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the monitoring method of the air conditioner in the embodiment of the present invention mainly includes the following steps 101 to 103.
in a specific implementation process, different user detection devices for detecting fire, such as smoke sensors, can be arranged at different positions of the air conditioner. After the detection equipment detects the fire hazard signals, the fire hazard signals can be uploaded, and the fire hazard signals carry the identification of the detection equipment, so that the positions of the fire hazards can be judged through the identification of the detection equipment carried by the fire hazard signals.
For example, a smoke sensor a may be provided in the electric control box, and a smoke sensor B may be provided in the outdoor unit. After the smoke sensor A detects the fire hazard signals, the fire hazard signals carrying the identification A can be uploaded, so that the position of the fire hazard can be judged to be included in the electric control box. After the smoke sensor B detects the fire hazard signal, the fire hazard signal carrying the identification B is uploaded, so that the position of the fire hazard can be judged to comprise the inside of the outdoor unit.
in a specific implementation process, fire hazards exist at different positions of the air conditioner, and may be caused by different factors, and the influence degrees on the air conditioner are different, so that in order to avoid that the same measure is adopted for the air conditioner to influence the use of the air conditioner by a user, in this embodiment, different fire prevention strategies can be set for different positions of the air conditioner, and thus, after the position of the fire hazard is determined, the fire prevention strategy corresponding to the position of the fire hazard can be further determined.
In a specific implementation process, the influence degree of the electric control box on the air conditioner is greater than the influence degree of the outdoor unit on the air conditioner, so that the position of the fire hazard only comprises the inside of the electric control box, or the position of the fire hazard simultaneously comprises the inside of the electric control box and the inside of the outdoor unit; the corresponding fire prevention strategy comprises:
and controlling the outdoor unit to stop, and uploading a maintenance request to the after-sale service system. That is to say, as long as the position of the fire hazard comprises the interior of the electric control box, the air conditioner can not be used any more, and all the air conditioner needs to be overhauled by maintainers, and the use of the air conditioner is manually recovered after the maintainers are overhauled.
In a specific implementation process, the fire hazard location only includes inside the electronic control box, or the fire hazard location includes inside the electronic control box and inside the outdoor unit at the same time, and correspondingly the fire prevention strategy further includes: outputting first fire prompt information; the first fire prompting information is used for reminding a user that the machine has fire hidden trouble and cannot be used for maintenance. That is to say, in order to prevent the user from using the air conditioner under the condition, the first fire prompting information can be output to remind the user that the machine has fire hazard and cannot be used for maintenance, and in addition, the air conditioner can be forced to be started.
In a specific implementation process, if the location of the fire hazard includes both the inside of the electronic control box and the inside of the outdoor unit, the fire prevention strategy further includes: and sending fire alarm information to a police service system. That is, in such a situation, the air conditioner fire hazard is already dangerous, and at this time, fire alarm information may be sent to a police service system so as to prevent or treat the fire by fire fighters.
In one specific implementation, the fire hazard location includes only the inside of the outdoor unit, which may be caused by other burning objects around the outdoor unit, and does not affect the use of the air conditioner, and therefore, the fire prevention strategy in this case includes: and controlling the outdoor unit to stop, and uploading a maintenance request to the after-sale service system when the maintenance condition is determined to be met.
Wherein the service condition at least comprises: and detecting no response information for eliminating the fire hazard within a first preset time, or after the outdoor unit is restarted, determining that the position of the fire hazard only comprises the interior of the outdoor unit within a second preset time, or receiving a maintenance request of a user.
In a specific implementation process, the location of the fire hazard includes only the inside of an outdoor unit, and the fire prevention strategy further includes:
and outputting second fire prompt information to remind a user that the machine has fire hidden danger, and determining whether a fire object exists in the preset range of the outdoor unit by the user, so that the user can cancel the early warning state and restore the operation of the air conditioner after confirming that the fire object exists in the preset range of the outdoor unit.
It should be noted that the user early warning terminal for prompting the user and the after-sale early warning terminal for sending the upload maintenance request to the vending service system are two independent modules, and the operation of the user early warning terminal cannot affect the after-sale early warning terminal, and vice versa.
And 103, performing fire prevention control on the air conditioner based on the fire prevention strategy.
It should be noted that the air conditioner of this embodiment may be a one-by-one air conditioner, i.e., 1 indoor unit +1 outdoor unit, or may be a multi-split air conditioner system, i.e., multiple indoor units of air conditioners +1 outdoor unit of air conditioners, or multiple indoor units of air conditioners + multiple outdoor units of air conditioners.
According to the monitoring method of the air conditioner, if a fire hazard signal is detected, the position of the fire hazard is judged through a detection device identifier carried by the fire hazard signal, a fire prevention strategy corresponding to the position of the fire hazard is determined according to a preset position and the fire prevention strategy, and then fire prevention control is performed on the air conditioner based on the fire prevention strategy. By adopting the technical scheme of the invention, the position of the hidden fire hazard of the air conditioner can be found in time, and then different fire prevention strategies are adopted for fire prevention control aiming at the position of the hidden fire hazard of the air conditioner, so that the fire of the air conditioner can be actively prevented, and the safety of the air conditioner is improved.
In a specific implementation process, after a maintenance request is uploaded to an after-sales service system, a maintenance worker is required to maintain an air conditioner, but under some special conditions, an in-service maintenance worker of an after-sales company to which the air conditioner belongs may not be capable of quickly maintaining the air conditioner, so that a user cannot use the air conditioner for a long time, inconvenience is brought to the user, the satisfaction degree of the user to a manufacturer of the air conditioner is reduced, and the sales volume of the air conditioner may be influenced finally. Accordingly, after the shared repair order is generated, the shared repair order may be transmitted to a client of at least one free repair person other than the after-market company to which the air conditioner belongs.
(4) Responding order receiving information of the client side of the order receiving personnel, generating order dispatching information, and sending maintenance rewards to the client side of the order receiving personnel after confirming that the fire hazard of the air conditioner is eliminated; the client of the order taker is one of the clients of at least one free service man.
In a concrete realization process, any one of at least one free maintainer can receive orders through a corresponding client according to the actual demand of the free maintainer, at the moment, order receiving information of the client of the order receiving person can be responded, order dispatching information is generated, so that the order receiving person can conveniently examine and repair the air conditioner, and after the fire hazard of the air conditioner is confirmed and eliminated, examination and repair rewards are sent to the client of the order receiving person, therefore, the air conditioner can be rapidly examined and repaired, the influence on the use of the air conditioner by a user is reduced, the satisfaction of the user is improved, meanwhile, social resources are comprehensively utilized, and the income of the free maintainer is improved.
In a specific implementation process, although each free maintenance person is checked during registration, some free maintenance persons may only be registered, but the free maintenance persons do not participate in air conditioner maintenance for a long time, and the maintenance skills, maintenance knowledge and the like of the free maintenance persons may not be familiar, if the free maintenance persons are assigned to maintain the air conditioner, the maintenance efficiency may be low, the safety is low, and the satisfaction degree of users may be reduced, so that the following technical scheme is provided for solving the technical problems.
In a specific implementation process, when generating the order information, the following steps may be performed:
(11) acquiring the activity of the order taker;
(12) if the activity of the order taker is less than the preset activity, sending preset overhaul assessment information to the client of the order taker so that the order taker can assess the order; if the assessment result shows that the assessment result passes, generating the order dispatching information;
in a specific implementation process, if the activity of the order taker is less than the preset activity, it is indicated that the order taker has not participated in the air conditioner maintenance for a long time, and the maintenance skill, maintenance knowledge and the like of the order taker may not be familiar, at this time, preset maintenance assessment information is sent to the client of the order taker so that the order taker can perform assessment again, if the assessment result indicates that the order taker can be qualified for the maintenance task of the air conditioner, at this time, the order dispatching information can be generated. If the assessment result shows that the order receiving personnel can not be qualified for the maintenance task of the air conditioner, the order sending information can not be generated at the moment.
