The I/O module in this embodiment is used to manage input and output signals of the PLC.
In actual use, when pickling operation is required, the pipe bar to be pickled is placed in the pickling material frame 4; the controller controls the second control valve to open the upper cover 23 in the acid tank flip device 5, and the acid pickling material frame 4 is placed on the rotating bracket body 3, and at the moment, the rotating bracket body 3 is integrally placed on the upper part of the acid liquor; then, the controller controls the second control valve to close the upper cover 23 in the acid tank flip device 5; then, the controller controls the first control valve, starts a first driving oil cylinder 10 in the bracket driving device 1, drives the rotating bracket body 3 to move downwards through the outer connecting rod device 2, so that the pickling material frame 4 is immersed in acid liquor, stops the bracket driving device 1, and starts pickling the pipe and bar material 6 to be pickled in the pickling material frame 4; after the pickling is finished, the controller controls the first control valve to start the first driving oil cylinder 10 in the bracket driving device 1, and the bracket driving device 1 drives the rotating bracket body 3 to move upwards through the outer connecting rod device 2; meanwhile, the controller controls the second control valve to open the upper cover 23, when the rotating bracket body 3 is reset, the bracket driving device 1 stops working, and the pickling frame 4 is taken away to the next station by the charging machine.
Due to the arrangement of the controller, the operation process is automatic, and the labor intensity of operators is greatly reduced.

the method comprises the following steps: placing the pipe bar material to be pickled in a pickling material frame 4;
step two: the acid tank flip device 5 is opened, and the acid pickling material frame 4 is arranged on the rotating bracket body 3;
step three: the acid tank flip cover device 5 is closed, the bracket driving device 1 is started, the bracket driving device 1 drives the rotating bracket body 3 to move downwards through the outer connecting rod device 2, so that the acid pickling material frame 4 is immersed in the acid liquor, and the bracket driving device 1 stops working;
step four: pickling the pipe bar 6 to be pickled in the pickling material frame 4;
step five: after the pickling is finished, the bracket driving device 1 is started, and the bracket driving device 1 drives the rotating bracket body 3 to move upwards through the outer connecting rod device 2; after the rotating bracket body 3 is reset, the acid tank flip device 5 is opened, the bracket driving device 1 stops working, and the acid cleaning material frame 4 is taken away to the next station by the charging machine.
By adopting the technical scheme, accidents that the pipe and bar materials roll due to yellow smoke at the acid inlet moment, acid liquor is easy to overflow and the like are effectively avoided, the production safety is effectively ensured, the procedures of filling and discharging the acid liquor are avoided when acid washing is carried out each time, the acid washing time is effectively shortened, unnecessary energy consumption is avoided, and the cost is saved. The rotating bracket body adopts a parallel four-bar linkage motion mode, so that the pickling effect is better. According to the invention, the pickling material frame 4 is arranged, so that the pipe bars with different specifications can be placed on the pickling material frame 4, the whole pickling material frame 4 with the pipe bars to be pickled is placed on the rotating bracket body for pickling, the pipe bars with different specifications can be conveniently taken and sent to different stations after pickling, and the workload of later-stage sorting personnel is greatly reduced.
