Abstract
本发明涉及高温碳酸盐岩储层用乳液转向酸体系,由以下各组分按重量份组成:50~80份基础油、5~20份酸液、1~3份有机土、1~5份乳化剂、1~3份润滑剂、4~7份降滤失剂、0.5~1份缓蚀剂、0.1~1份增稠剂、0.1~2份分散剂和0.1~2份热稳定剂。所述基础油为矿物油、原油或白油,所述酸液为常用无机酸、有机酸或有机酸盐,所述有机土为纳米膨润土、纳米二氧化硅、石墨烯其中至少一种,所述乳化剂为椰油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、石油磺酸钠、环烷酸钙、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、油酸、司盘80、十二烷基磺酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠其中至少一种。本发明具有高效封堵、转向、非均匀刻蚀、高导流、有效作用距离长的优点,具有广阔的市场应用前景。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及油气开采领域,特别涉及油气增产过程中用于高温碳酸盐岩储层的乳液转向酸体系。
背景技术
随着世界经济的飞速增长,世界对于石化能源的需求量与日俱增,目前全世界90%的运输能量需要依靠石油获取。石油是最重要的运输驱动能源,因为其能量密度高、运输方便。除此,石油还是许多化工产品的原料,因而是目前全球最重要的商品之一。
由于缺乏保护和人类过分开采,全球石油资源储量已越来越少,随着世界能源供应日趋紧张,开发新的油田或者提高现有油藏的原油采收率,一直以来都是石油开发的技术焦点。随着国内外油田的不断勘探与开发,开发方向逐步往深层、高温、低渗等方向发展。对于碳酸盐岩储层增产措施,酸化是目前应用最多、最常规的改造措施。而油气储层的均质性是相对的,非均质性是绝对的,特别是碳酸盐岩储层,其储集空间多是溶洞、裂缝等,为了提高酸化效果,一直以来暂堵转向技术都是酸化改造措施的技术焦点。
目前用于常规酸化的暂堵转向技术主要有两种:机械转向和化学剂转向。机械转向主要是采用封隔器工具对层间或者射孔段间距较大的井进行选择性分流酸化,使大部分存在纵向非均质性的储层得到有效改善,但同时带来很大局限,一方面常规酸化过程中由于地层非均质性较强容易引起酸液在高渗层大孔道及裂缝中,难以实现层内、缝内转向,另一方面对于层间或射孔段间距离较小的井无法采用工具封隔酸化,第三方面起下封隔器工艺繁琐施工成本高。化学转向相比机械转向施工简便,同时具有广泛的适应性,可有效实现层内、缝内转向而被广泛应用。
化学转向技术是将转向剂配制成流体或者悬浮分散液注入地层,进入地层后对已注入储层实现有效封堵,转向剂通常是单独注入或者随酸液一起注入。目前用于化学转向的材料主要有三大类,一是固相颗粒型转向分流剂进行转向酸化,主要包括苯甲酸及其衍生物和酚醛树脂及其衍生物等,二是采用纤维丝转向剂进行转向酸化,主要包括聚乙烯纤维丝、尼龙纤维丝和纤维素纤维丝等,三是采用增粘型转向分流剂进行转向酸化,主要包括聚合物增粘剂和粘弹性表面活性剂,因其注入方便,这类暂堵转向材料是目前用于转向酸化的主流材料。但现有的体系整体耐温性差,且难以有效封堵裂缝和溶洞。
为解决目前高温碳酸盐储层高效酸化技术不足,导致酸液漏失严重、改造效果差等问题,研究耐高温、有效封堵裂缝溶洞的转向酸化新技术,已是当务之急。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供高温碳酸盐岩储层用乳液转向酸体系,通过乳液的分散作用实现酸液的非均匀刻蚀,通过体系与酸液反应产生气泡从而增强体系的乳化状态,进而提高体系的封堵转向效果,通过膨润土和聚丙烯酰胺的插层反应,提供体系的分散性,进而提高体系的高温稳定性。该乳液转向酸体系具有高效封堵、转向、非均匀刻蚀、高导流、有效作用距离长的优点,具有广阔的市场应用前景。
为达到以上技术目的,本发明采用以下技术方案。
高温碳酸盐岩储层用乳液转向酸体系,由以下各组分按重量份组成:50~80份基础油、5~20份酸液、1~3份有机土、1~5份乳化剂、1~3份润滑剂、4~7份降滤失剂、0.5~1份缓蚀剂、0.1~1份增稠剂、0.1~2份分散剂和0.1~2份热稳定剂。
所述基础油为矿物油、原油或白油。
所述酸液为常用无机酸、有机酸或有机酸盐,具体的是盐酸、甲酸、乙酸、硝酸、乙二胺四乙酸、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、谷氨酸二乙酸钠盐、羟基乙叉二膦酸、马来酸、聚马来酸、氮川三乙酸其中至少一种。
所述有机土为纳米膨润土、纳米二氧化硅、石墨烯其中至少一种。
所述乳化剂为椰油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、石油磺酸钠、环烷酸钙、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、油酸、司盘80、十二烷基磺酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠其中至少一种。
所述润滑剂为硅油、硅酸酯、磷酸酯、氟油、酯类油、合成烃油、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷其中至少一种。
所述降滤失剂为木质素、木质素磺酸钠、木质素硫酸钠、羧酸型磺化木质素其中至少一种。
所述缓蚀剂为硫醇、聚乙二醇醚、十二烷基磺酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、二乙烯三胺、六亚甲基四胺、丁炔乙醇、丁炔二醇、油酸咪唑啉、4-甲基吡啶、4-乙烯基吡啶的一种或多种。
所述增稠剂为部分水解聚丙烯酰胺、改性阳离子聚丙烯酰胺、改性纤维素、壳聚糖的一种或多种。
所述分散剂为十二烷基三甲基氯化铵、十四烷基三甲基氯化铵、十六烷基三甲基氯化铵、十八烷基三甲基氯化铵、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵的一种或多种。
所述热稳定剂为柠檬酸、2,6-三级丁基-4-甲基苯酚、双(3,5-三级丁基-4-羟基苯基)硫醚、四〔β-(3,5-三级丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸〕季戊四醇酯、硫代二丙酸双酯、双十二碳醇酯、双十四碳醇酯、双十八碳醇酯、三辛酯、三癸酯、三(十二碳醇)酯、三(十六碳醇)酯的一种或多种。
本发明通过聚合物骨架(增稠剂、降滤失剂)、相界面张力等使体系形成半固态形状,通过固相有机土的引入使得体系骨架支撑强度更高,从而促进体系封堵转向效果。分散剂可有效防止固相有机土的聚并,从而高效支撑体系骨架,长效维持体系的高强度实现转向。润滑剂可有效快速在岩石壁面进行铺展,从而可高效快速实现体系的转向功能。
本发明转向机理:首先,乳液体系相对于单项流体粘度本来就高出几十甚至上千倍,因此乳液体系本身就具有一定的转向功能;体系中的酸液在与矿物反应后产生CO2,体系便由油水两相转变为油气水三相从而使体系的粘度进一步大大提升,而提升体系的转向效果;体系中的有机土具有分散支撑的作用,使得体系成为油气水固四相体系,进一步维护体系的高温稳定性。对于高温储层最大的难点是体系不耐高温,因此采用多重物理化学作用使得体系具有高效的高温稳定性;体系中油相组分大于水相组分,即使高温下破乳也不会形成两相分层,而是高粘的两相混合体系,从而不影响高温转向;多相体系内部具有多重界面存在,体系内部摩阻较大,除了可实现转向还能有效降低酸岩反应速度及形成非均匀刻蚀。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:(1)本发明完全采用油基体系作为碳酸盐岩储层转向酸化堵剂,在酸化作业过程中,后续酸液注入时将与转向体系产生两相阻力,大大提高转向压力;(2)体系中的热稳定剂能有效提高体系的稳定性,从而提高转向酸的耐温性能;(3)体系中的酸液与地层中的碳酸盐反应,生成的CO2会使体系形成气、油、水三相从而大大增加体系的粘度,从而提高转向压力;(4)转向后与酸液形成的非均匀体系有助于在裂缝壁面形成非均匀刻蚀;(5)壳聚糖具有良好的成膜性能,而乳液分散体系使得膜具有不完全封闭效果,而增强非均匀刻蚀;(6)有机土使得在体系构架成气、油、水、固四相而形成稳定半固态,从而具有更好的耐高温及强封堵转向效果。
具体实施方式
下面根据实例进一步说明本发明,以便于本技术领域的技术人员理解本发明。但应该清楚,本发明不限于具体实施方式的范围,对本技术领域的普通技术人员来讲,只要各种变化在所附的权利要求限定和确定的本发明的精神和范围内,均在保护之列。
备注:所有实施例中所配制作业试剂密度接近1,在工程操作中为了便于操作,试剂密度按1计算。
一、高温碳酸盐岩储层用乳液转向酸体系的制备
实施例1:
体系组成为:80重量份白油、10重量份乙酸、2重量份纳米膨润土、2重量份椰油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、1重量份石油磺酸钠、2重量份磷酸酯、5重量份木质素磺酸钠、1重量份油酸咪唑啉、0.3重量份部分水解聚丙烯酰胺、1重量份十二烷基三甲基氯化铵、1重量份2,6-三级丁基-4-甲基苯酚。
制备:在一个烧杯中加入白油,然后依次加入磷酸酯、2,6-三级丁基-4-甲基苯酚、椰油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、石油磺酸钠,持续搅拌30min。在另一个烧杯中依次加入乙酸、油酸咪唑啉、十二烷基三甲基氯化铵、木质素磺酸钠、水解聚丙烯酰胺、纳米膨润土,持续搅拌30min。然后将酸相体系缓慢加入油相体系持续搅拌30min。转向酸体系1即配成。
实施例2:
体系组成为:60重量份矿物油、5重量份盐酸、5重量份乙二胺四乙酸二钠、1重量份纳米二氧化硅、1重量份椰油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、1重量份壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、1重量份司盘80、1重量份十二烷基磺酸钠、1重量份硅油、1重量份磷酸酯、5重量份木质素磺酸钠、1重量份油酸咪唑啉、0.5重量份阳离子聚丙烯酰胺、1重量份十二烷基三甲基氯化铵、1重量份十八烷基三甲基氯化铵、1重量份柠檬酸、1重量份硫代二丙酸双酯。
制备:在一个烧杯中加入矿物油,然后依次加入硅油、磷酸酯、硫代二丙酸双酯、椰油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、司盘80,持续搅拌30min。在另一个烧杯中依次加入盐酸、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、油酸咪唑啉、柠檬酸、十二烷基磺酸钠、十二烷基三甲基氯化铵、十八烷基三甲基氯化铵、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺、木质素磺酸钠、纳米二氧化硅,持续搅拌30min。然后将酸相体系缓慢加入油相体系持续搅拌30min。转向酸体系2即配成。
实施例3:
体系组成为:80重量份白油、5重量份乙酸、5重量份马来酸、1重量份纳米膨润土、1重量份纳米二氧化硅、1重量份石油磺酸钠、1重量份壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、1重量份油酸、1重量份硅酸酯、1重量份磷酸酯、5重量份木质素磺酸钠、1重量份油酸咪唑啉、0.5重量份部分水解聚丙烯酰胺、1重量份十二烷基三甲基氯化铵、0.5重量份十八烷基三甲基氯化铵、1重量份柠檬酸、1重量份硫代二丙酸双酯。
制备:在一个烧杯中加入白油,然后依次加入硅酸酯、磷酸酯、硫代二丙酸双酯、石油磺酸钠、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、油酸,持续搅拌30min。在另一个烧杯中依次加入乙酸、柠檬酸、马来酸、油酸咪唑啉、十二烷基三甲基氯化铵、十八烷基三甲基氯化铵、部分水解聚丙烯酰胺、木质素磺酸钠、纳米膨润土、纳米二氧化硅,持续搅拌30min。转向酸体系3即配成。
二、高温碳酸盐岩储层用乳液转向酸体系的性能测试
本发明目前国内外还处于空白状态,所以没有具体的行业标准。根据所需性能制定实验方法测定其转向性能,结果见表1、表2。

从表1中可以看出,在常温下体系粘度比常规酸液体系高、破乳电压高,说明转向体系在地面条件下属于稳定的常规乳化体系。第2组数据显示,在高温后体系破乳电压降低,这说明体系体系破乳,但体系粘度升高,说明在破乳不会影响体系的转向效果。第3组和第4组数据模拟转向体系在地层中与储层矿物与地层水相遇后体系形态的变化,体系粘度快速升高,有部分破乳,这表明高温下对转向体系具有优异的封堵转向效果。从表2中可以看出,体系对裂缝具有强封堵效果,温度越高封堵性越强。

1.高温碳酸盐岩储层用乳液转向酸体系,由以下各组分按重量份组成:50~80份基础油、5~20份酸液、1~3份有机土、1~5份乳化剂、1~3份润滑剂、4~7份降滤失剂、0.5~1份缓蚀剂、0.1~1份增稠剂、0.1~2份分散剂和0.1~2份热稳定剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的高温碳酸盐岩储层用乳液转向酸体系,其特征在于,所述基础油为矿物油、原油或白油。
3.如权利要求1所述的高温碳酸盐岩储层用乳液转向酸体系,其特征在于,所述酸液为盐酸、甲酸、乙酸、硝酸、乙二胺四乙酸、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、谷氨酸二乙酸钠盐、羟基乙叉二膦酸、马来酸、聚马来酸、氮川三乙酸其中至少一种。
4.如权利要求1所述的高温碳酸盐岩储层用乳液转向酸体系,其特征在于,所述有机土为纳米膨润土、纳米二氧化硅、石墨烯其中至少一种。
5.如权利要求1所述的高温碳酸盐岩储层用乳液转向酸体系,其特征在于,所述乳化剂为椰油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、石油磺酸钠、环烷酸钙、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、油酸、司盘80、十二烷基磺酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠其中至少一种。
6.如权利要求1所述的高温碳酸盐岩储层用乳液转向酸体系,其特征在于,所述润滑剂为硅油、硅酸酯、磷酸酯、氟油、酯类油、合成烃油、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷其中至少一种。
7.如权利要求1所述的高温碳酸盐岩储层用乳液转向酸体系,其特征在于,所述降滤失剂为木质素、木质素磺酸钠、木质素硫酸钠、羧酸型磺化木质素其中至少一种。
8.如权利要求1所述的高温碳酸盐岩储层用乳液转向酸体系,其特征在于,所述缓蚀剂为硫醇、聚乙二醇醚、十二烷基磺酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、二乙烯三胺、六亚甲基四胺、丁炔乙醇、丁炔二醇、油酸咪唑啉、4-甲基吡啶、4-乙烯基吡啶的一种或多种。
