Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the invention discloses a high-speed energy-saving baking and conveying device of a glass oven, which comprises a base 1, a fixing frame and a conveying frame which are arranged on the base 1, a lifting mechanism (not shown in the figure) and a translation mechanism (not shown in the figure), wherein the fixing frame comprises a plurality of layers of fixing frames 2 which are arranged up and down, the application is six layers of fixing frames 2, the fixing frames 2 are fixed on the base 1 through a plurality of upright posts (not shown in the figure), the fixing frames 2 comprise a plurality of fixing plates 3 which are arranged in parallel, a plurality of fixing support rods 4 for supporting glass plates 5 are arranged on the fixing plates 3, the fixing support rods 4 are vertically arranged with the fixing plates 3, and the conveying frame is driven by the lifting mechanism and the translation mechanism to realize lifting and translation, so that the glass plates 5 on the corresponding fixing support rods 4 are driven to lift and translate.
As shown in the figure, as a further structure, the fixing frame further comprises a supporting rod 6, the supporting rod 6 is provided with a supporting block 7, the fixed supporting rods 4 are supported by the corresponding supporting blocks 7, because the fixed supporting rods 4 are not whole, the fixed supporting rods 4 can be supported by the supporting rod 6, two sides of the supporting rod 6 are fixed on the base 1 by rod pieces, and the movable supporting rods can move through the space between the supporting blocks 7. As a further structure, the end part of the fixed support rod 4 is provided with a fixed seat and is fixed on the fixed plate 3 through the fixed seat, so that the installation of the fixed support rod 4 is facilitated.
As shown in the figure, the specific structure of the conveying frame is as follows: the conveying frame comprises a plurality of movable supporting rods 8, the movable supporting rods 8 and the fixed supporting rods 4 are arranged in parallel, the movable supporting rods 8 are arranged on the fixed supporting rods 4 of each layer in parallel to lift the glass plate 5 of the layer, the length of the movable supporting rods 8 is the size of the glass plate 5 in the moving direction no matter what the length of the glass plate 5 is, the movable supporting rods 8 can be in contact with the glass plate 5, a plurality of avoiding holes 9 are formed in the fixed plate 3, and the movable supporting rods 8 penetrate through the avoiding holes 9 and are located below the glass plate 5 through the avoiding holes 9.
The conveying frame comprises a connecting cross rod, connecting vertical rods (not shown in the figure) and connecting bottom rods (not shown in the figure), wherein a connecting table 11 is arranged on the connecting cross rod 10, the movable supporting rods 8 are fixed with the connecting table 11, two ends of the connecting cross rod 10 are fixed with the corresponding connecting vertical rods, the connecting vertical rods are fixed with the connecting bottom rods at the bottom, and the lifting mechanism and the translation mechanism drive the connecting bottom rods.
The lifting mechanism comprises lifting cylinders which are arranged oppositely, and the connecting bottom rod is connected with the lifting cylinders; the translation mechanism comprises a translation cylinder, a sliding rail assembly and a sliding plate are arranged on the base 1, the lifting cylinder is arranged on the sliding plate, the sliding plate is supported and guided through the sliding rail assembly, the translation cylinder is connected with the sliding plate and pushes the sliding plate to move, the structure is only preferable, the translation mechanism has the advantages of simple structure and low cost, and the translation mechanism and the lifting mechanism can be combined by adopting a linear motor, so that the same driving effect can be achieved.
As shown in the figure, the movable supporting rod 8 and the fixed supporting rod 4 are respectively provided with a silica gel column 12, so that the glass surface is prevented from being scratched and the sliding prevention is realized.
The working principle of the device is briefly described as follows: after the glass plate 5 is placed on the fixed supporting rods 4, the lifting cylinder works to jack up the conveying frame, the conveying frame jacks up the glass plate 5 through the movable supporting rods 8, then the translation cylinder works to push the sliding plate forward for a full stroke, then the lifting cylinder works to put down the conveying frame, at the moment, the glass plate 5 falls at the corresponding position in front of the fixed supporting rods 4, then the translation cylinder resets the conveying frame, then the lifting cylinder works to jack up the conveying frame again, and the actions are repeated, so that the glass plate 5 on each layer of fixed supporting rods 4 is conveyed forward simultaneously.
