the swinging rod (n 4) comprises a support tube (n 41), a movable tube (n 42) and a flitch (n 43), wherein the right end of the movable tube (n 42) is connected with the left end of the support tube (n 41) into a whole, and the right side surface of the flitch (n 43) is fixed at the right end of the support tube (n 41).
