The invention discloses a composition for promoting skin microecological balance, which comprises the following components: the rice fermentation product filtrate, the lactobacillus fermentation product, xanthan gum, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate and purified water, wherein the weight ratio of each component is as follows: 2-20% of rice fermentation filtrate, 2-20% of lactobacillus fermentation product, 0.1-1% of xanthan gum, 0.1-1% of sodium benzoate, 0.1-1% of potassium sorbate and 57-90% of purified water. According to the invention, the problem of difficult microorganism barrier repair is solved by utilizing the nutrition of the rice ferment filtrate and the lactobacillus fermentation product on probiotic bacteria, a physical-biological dual repair system is formed by utilizing a probiotic composite system, and the protection effect of normal flora of skin is greatly improved; the xanthan gum is used as a suspended substance to form a stable probiotic compound object, and meanwhile, the xanthan gum forms suspension dispersion in purified water, and the two edible bacteriostatic agents, namely sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate, are used for inhibiting the growth of harmful bacteria so as to achieve the balance of skin flora.
