As shown in fig. 3, the automatic folding deck chair comprises a deck chair frame body 1, an automatic folding device 2 and a deck chair cushion 3 which are arranged from bottom to top in sequence. Use ground as the benchmark in this application, the direction that is close to ground is down, and the direction of keeping away from ground is last.
As shown in fig. 1, the inside of the deck chair frame body 1 is hollow and provided with an opening on the upper surface; the automatic folding device 2 comprises a rotating part 21, a translation part 22 and a driving mechanism; the rotating part 21 and the translating part 22 are located above the recliner frame body 1, the driving mechanism is located inside the recliner frame body 1, and the translating part 22 is not connected to the rotating part 21 in this embodiment. The driving mechanism comprises at least one group of driving components, a sliding component 231 and at least one rotating support rod 232, wherein the sliding component 231 comprises a sliding track 2311, a plurality of translation support rods 2312 and a pulley 2313.
In the embodiment, two groups of driving assemblies (not shown in the figure) are adopted, two rotating supporting rods 232, two groups of sliding rails 2311, three pairs of translation supporting rods 2312 and the sliding rails 2311 on two sides are opened in a unified mode, so that higher precision can be achieved, and the opening distance of the deck chair is basically consistent; one end of the pair of translation support bars 2312 is hinged to the lower surface of the rotating part 21 near one end of the translation part 22, and the other end is provided with a pulley 2313; one end of each of the two pairs of translation support rods 2312 is fixedly connected with the lower surface of the translation part 22, and the other end of each of the two pairs of translation support rods is provided with a pulley 2313; the pulley 2313 is in sliding fit with the sliding track 2311, and the translation supporting rod 2312 moves in translation relative to the sliding track 2311 through the pulley 2313.
One end of the rotary support rod 232 is hinged with the inner peripheral side of the deck chair frame body 1 or the upper surface of the bottom, in this embodiment, one end of the rotary support rod 232 is hinged with the upper surface of the bottom of the deck chair frame body 1, and the other end thereof is hinged with the middle part of the rotary part 21; the horizontal height of the hinged end of the rotation support rod 232 hinged to the reclining chair frame body 1 is higher than that of the hinged end hinged to the rotation part 21. The angle of rotating part 21 constantly changes, is convenient for adjust arbitrary angle, and the user leans on to sit at rotating part 21 when arbitrary angle stops, and rotation support pole 232 plays the supporting role to rotating part 21.
When the rotation support rod 232 is in the vertical state, the distance between the hinged end of the rotation support rod 232 hinged to the rotation portion 21 and the upper surface of the recliner frame body 1 is greater than or equal to the distance between the hinged end of the rotation support rod 232 hinged to the rotation portion 21 and one end of the rotation portion 21 close to the translation portion 22. The rotation portion 21 is prevented from failing to be in a completely vertical state, and the adjustable angle is limited.
In this embodiment, the two sets of driving assemblies are two cylinders (not shown in the figure), one end of each driving assembly is connected to one side of the inner periphery of the deck chair frame body 1 away from the rotating part 21, and the other end of each driving assembly is connected to the translation supporting rod 2312 connected to the translation part 22; the other end of the bracket is connected with one side of the inner periphery of the recliner frame body 1 close to the rotating part 21, and the other end of the bracket is connected with a translation supporting rod 2312 connected with the rotating part 21; the cylinder connected to the translation support rod 2312 connected to the rotation portion 21 may be replaced with a transmission motor (not shown) for driving the rotation support rod 232 as another set of driving components.
The length of the rotating part 21 is less than or equal to that of the translation part 22, when the length of the rotating part 21 is equal to that of the translation part 22, the gravity center of the rotating part 21 and the translation part 22 is at the upper end of the side, close to the translation part 22, of the reclining chair frame body 1 in the unfolded state of the automatic folding reclining chair, and the automatic folding reclining chair cannot be tilted by taking the weight of a user as a fulcrum as long as the weight of the user does not exceed the sum of the weights of the reclining chair frame body 1 and the automatic folding device 2; it is more stable when the length of the rotation part 21 is less than the length of the translation part 22 than when the length of the rotation part 21 is equal to the length of the translation part 22. The inside of the reclining chair frame body 1 can be provided with a counterweight component, which is favorable for further improving the stability of the automatic folding reclining chair.
As shown in fig. 2, the rotating portion 21 and the translating portion 22 include a frame 241 and 15-20 elastic connecting members 242 disposed inside the frame 241, in this embodiment, the elastic connecting members 242 are springs, the shape of the springs is specific to the position S, and two ends of the elastic connecting members 242 are respectively fixedly connected to two opposite inner sides of the frame 241, so as to avoid the situations of danger, difficulty in mounting and loud noise when workers mount the springs. The rotating part 21, translation portion 22 surface are provided with the parcel external member (not shown in the figure), and the material of parcel external member includes felt cloth, makes rotating part 21 and translation portion 22 more pleasing to the eye to avoid hard rotating part 21, translation portion 22 to cause the injury to the user when motion or static.
As shown in fig. 3, the chaise longue pad 3 comprises a rotary chaise longue portion 31, a translating chaise longue portion 32; the pan recliner portion 32 is located above the pan portion 22, and the swivel recliner portion 31 is located above the swivel portion 21; the uncoupling of the swivel recliner portion 31 and the translating recliner portion 32 is beneficial to avoid possible cracking of the swivel portion 21 during folding due to the coupling of the two. In this embodiment, the rotating reclining chair portion 31 and the translating reclining chair portion 32 are made of sponge, and the outer surfaces of the rotating reclining chair portion 31 and the translating reclining chair portion 32 are covered with leather or cloth.
The middle part of the rotary recliner part 31, which is far away from the rotary part 21, is provided with 1-10 first through grooves 33 along the width direction; the side of the translating recliner portion 32 away from the translating portion 22 is provided with 1-10 first through slots 33 (not shown in the figure) along the width direction thereof; one side of the middle part of the rotary recliner part 31 close to the rotary part 21 is provided with 1 to 10 second through grooves 34 along the width direction; one side of the translating recliner portion 32 near the translating portion 22 is provided with 1-10 second through grooves 34 (not shown in the figure) along the width direction thereof, which can effectively avoid deformation and cracking.
The width of the end of the first through groove 33 and the second through groove 34 adjacent to each other is larger than the width of the end adjacent to the rotating portion 21; in this embodiment, the first through groove 33 is shaped like an inverted T or an inverted Y, and the second through groove 34 is shaped like a lollipop. The anti-crack and anti-protrusion effect is most excellent when the first through grooves 33 are formed in an inverted T shape or an inverted Y shape and the second through grooves 34 are formed in a lollipop shape.
The reclining chair screen board 5 is detachably arranged at one end of the reclining chair frame body 1 far away from the translation part 22, and can be used as a backrest after the automatic folding reclining chair is unfolded. The automatic folding deck chair also comprises a control armrest 4, the control armrest 4 is arranged on any one side of the deck chair frame body 1 far away from one end of the translation part 22, the surface of the control armrest 4 is provided with a control panel, and the control armrest 4 is internally integrated with a control circuit board for controlling the movement of the automatic folding device 2, so that a user can conveniently control the automatic folding deck chair to unfold or fold when lying or sitting on the automatic folding deck chair.

When the automatic folding deck chair is required to be folded, only opposite operation is needed, one of the two groups of driving components drives the translation part 22 to move towards the direction close to the deck chair frame body 1, and the other group of driving rotating part 21 and one end abutted against the translation part 22 translate towards the direction far away from the translation part 22 or drive the rotating support rod 232 to rotate towards the direction far away from the deck chair frame body 1, so that the folding operation of the automatic folding deck chair can be completed.

the pulley (2313) is arranged at one end of the translation supporting rod (2312), the other end of the translation supporting rod (2312) is fixedly connected with the lower surface of the translation part (22) or hinged with the lower surface of one end, close to the translation part (22), of the rotating part (21), the pulley (2313) is in sliding fit with the sliding track (2311), and the translation supporting rod (2312) moves in translation relative to the sliding track (2311) through the pulley (2313);
one end of the rotating support rod (232) is hinged with the inner peripheral side or the upper surface of the bottom of the deck chair frame body (1), and the other end of the rotating support rod is hinged with the middle part of the rotating part (21);
the horizontal height of the hinged end of the rotary support rod (232) hinged with the deck chair frame body (1) is higher than that of the hinged end hinged with the rotary part (21);
the recliner pad (3) comprises a rotary recliner portion (31), a translating recliner portion (32); the translating recliner part (32) is located above the translating part (22), the rotating recliner part (31) is located above the rotating part (21);
a plurality of first through grooves (33) are formed in the side, away from the rotating part (21), of the middle of the rotary recliner part (31) and/or the side, away from the translation part (22), of the translation recliner part (32) along the width direction of the rotary recliner part; a plurality of second through grooves (34) are formed in one side of the middle part of the rotary recliner part (31) close to the rotary part (21) and/or one side of the translation recliner part (32) close to the translation part (22) along the width direction of the rotary recliner part;
the width of one end of the first through groove (33) and the second through groove (34) close to each other is larger than that of one end close to the rotating part (21).

The automatic folding recliner chair of claim 1, wherein when the rotation support rod (232) is in the vertical state, the distance between the hinged end of the rotation support rod (232) hinged with the rotation part (21) and the upper surface of the recliner chair frame body (1) is greater than or equal to the distance between the hinged end of the rotation support rod (232) hinged with the rotation part (21) and one end of the rotation part (21) close to the translation part (22).
