Description

Back linkage mechanism for sofa
Technical Field
The invention relates to a back mechanism for a sofa; in particular to a foldable back mechanism for improving the use comfort of a movable seat or a deformable sofa and further reducing the volume of a backrest framework of the foldable back mechanism.
Background
In general, a movable seat or a convertible sofa (hereinafter referred to as a sofa) has a frame made of a plurality of rigid members such as link assemblies or plates that can rotate or move relative to each other. When the framework is changed into the posture, the flexible covering wrapped outside the framework is inevitably squeezed, and meanwhile, the squeezing of the flexible covering is also changed into the squeezing of the user, and the use feeling of the user can be influenced.
The above drawbacks are more likely to occur, in particular, during the use of the transformable or functional sofa. Currently, for functional sofas, there are generally three recognized postures that can be mutually rotated: namely a sitting position, a TV position and an extended position (also called a lying position). The mutual rotation of the different postures is realized by the posture conversion of the framework of the sofa. For the framework of such sofas, the following modules are generally included: 1. seat frame mechanism, 2, hang translation mechanism, 3, back mechanism, 4, leg rest mechanism. In the sitting posture, the modules of the sofa framework are in the furled state, and the sofa is in the state of a common sofa, so that the sitting posture requirement of a user is met. The posture of the TV is distinguished from the sitting position in that the leg rest mechanism at the lower part of the sofa is converted into a deployed state and provides sufficient support for the user's legs, while the back mechanism at the rear part of the sofa remains stationary or slightly topples over, so that the user's need to lie half is met. The lying position is that the back mechanism is further inclined in the state of the TV position, and other mechanisms of the sofa, such as a seat frame mechanism and the like, are correspondingly changed in posture through the suspension translation mechanism, so that the whole sofa framework is finally in a nearly horizontal state. Therefore, in the process of changing any posture of the functional sofa, the backrest mechanism always participates in the deformation process and makes a large posture change. In this case, if the rigid link constituting the backrest mechanism is pressed against the flexible cover, it is highly likely to be felt by the user, and thus, to be transformed into a pressing against the user, so that the comfort of the user is lowered.
Generally, to avoid the above problems, the option is to reserve sufficient space for movement of the backrest mechanism. In order to achieve the purpose of leaving space, the depth of the sofa cushion (i.e. the seat board with the flexible covering) is often reduced, and meanwhile, the inward bending measures are taken at the triangular junctions between the cushion and the backrest and between the cushion and the armrests, which undoubtedly also affect the sitting feeling of the user. Also, reducing the usable area of the sofa cushion is only a surface visible measure. Particularly, for the modification of the sofa inner frame, in order to leave enough space for the back mechanism, the thickness of the whole back mechanism and even the suspension translation mechanism and the gap between the back mechanism and the suspension translation mechanism have to be widened, and the direct influence is that the volume of the sofa frame becomes larger. Clearly, this will make the entire sofa appear to become bulky.
Disclosure of Invention
The aim of the invention is to overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks, namely that the invention aims at reducing the space required by the back mechanism during movement, or that the invention aims at reducing the volume of the back mechanism so that it becomes as thin as possible and that during movement it bends as far inward and downward as possible, rather than outward or in an expanded position.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is realized by:
a back linkage for a sofa comprising at least a seat frame support mechanism 101, a suspension translation mechanism 102 and a back linkage 103; the back linkage mechanism 103 is a connecting rod assembly which has a driven relationship with each other and is rotatably connected with each other, and at least one connecting rod in the connecting rod assembly is rotatably connected with the suspension translation mechanism 102; when the suspension translation mechanism 102 is subjected to posture conversion, the back linkage mechanism 103 also makes corresponding posture conversion; the link assembly constituting the back linkage 103 includes a plurality of link bodies rotatably connected end to end and a back mount 1034 disposed on one of the link bodies and rotatably connected to the other link through the other auxiliary link to be fixed above the link bodies; the rod bodies which are mutually connected in a head-to-tail rotating way are in a folding state of being sequentially stacked when the sofa is in a sitting posture, and are in a half-extending or full-extending unfolding state when the sofa is in a TV posture or a lying posture respectively.
The back linkage mechanism for the sofa comprises a connecting rod assembly of the back linkage mechanism 103, wherein one end of the connecting rod assembly is rotatably connected with the suspension translation mechanism 102 and transmits pushing force or pulling force to a subsequent adjacent connecting rod, the other end of the first connecting rod 1031 is connected with one end of an intermediate connecting rod 1032, the other end of the intermediate connecting rod 1032 is rotatably connected with one end of a second connecting rod 1033, the other end of the second connecting rod 1033 is connected with one end of a backrest mounting seat 1034, the other end of the backrest mounting seat 1034 is rotatably connected with an auxiliary connecting rod 1035, and the other end of the auxiliary connecting rod 1035 is rotatably connected with the middle part of the intermediate connecting rod 1032; thus, when the suspension translation mechanism 102 and the seat frame 101 change the posture, the first link 1031 is rotated around the rotation point by the pushing or pulling force of the suspension translation mechanism 102, so as to sequentially drive the middle link 1032, the second link 1033, and the auxiliary link 1035 to rotate correspondingly, and at this time, the backrest mounting seat 1034 also makes a corresponding posture change under the action of the second link 1033 and the auxiliary link 1035.
The back mechanism for the sofa realizes the purpose of controlling the action sequence of the backrest mounting seat 1034 in the connecting rod assembly by adjusting the curvature of the middle connecting rod 1032 and the position of the connecting point, namely the turning point, of the second connecting rod 1033 between the middle connecting rod 1032 and the backrest mounting seat 1034; specifically, the intermediate link 1032 is bent in an "L" shape, and the intermediate link 1032, the second link 1033, and the backrest mounting seat 1034 form a connection structure of a rectangular projection plane, wherein a center point of a connection point between the auxiliary link 1035 and the intermediate link 1032, that is, a rotation point, and a connection point between the second link 1033 and the intermediate link 1032, that is, a rotation point, are located on the same axis, and the two rotation points of the second link 1033 and the auxiliary link 1035, and the second link 1033 and the intermediate link 1032 are located above and below the seat frame 101, respectively; even if the second link 1033 and the auxiliary link 1035 for driving the backrest mount 1034 to move are vertically arranged and the backrest mount 1034 and the second link 1033 achieve the purpose of synchronous movement, when the suspension translation mechanism 102 and the seat frame 101 change postures, the first link 1031 rotates around the rotation point under the pushing or pulling force of the suspension translation mechanism 102, so as to sequentially drive the middle link 1032, the second link 103 and the auxiliary link 1035 to correspondingly rotate, at this time, the backrest mount 1034 makes corresponding posture changes under the action of the second link 103 and the auxiliary link 1035, and particularly, the backrest mount 1034 generates upward bending movement or downward bending movement along with the extending movement or the retracting movement of the second link (1033) under the synchronous action of the second link 103 and the auxiliary link 1035.
In the above-mentioned back linkage mechanism for the sofa, the two groups of suspension translation mechanisms 102 are arranged outside the two sides of the seat frame 101 in the symmetrical mirror image postures, the suspension translation mechanism 102 is a link assembly for realizing translation action, and at least comprises two types of parallelogram mechanisms connected with each other, the two types of parallelogram mechanisms sequentially act in sequence, and the motion trajectories of the two types of parallelogram mechanisms are mutually parallel or on the same axis, so as to achieve the purpose of translation action, and a mutually-constrained structure or motion trajectory is provided between the two links connected with the backrest mounting seat 1034, so that the suspension translation mechanism 102 can linearly translate the seat frame of the sofa forward alone or together with other mechanisms, so as to achieve the effect of not increasing the inclined space when the back linkage mechanism 103 is inclined.
The back linkage mechanism for the sofa further comprises armrest parts which are also positioned at two sides of the seat frame 101 and used for supporting the arms and elbows of a user, the armrest parts are substantially box-shaped structures which are provided with flexible coatings on the outer parts and are hollow in the inner parts, and the hanging translation mechanisms 102 arranged at the outer parts of the two sides of the seat frame 101 are embedded and fixed in the box-shaped structures of the armrest parts; meanwhile, the outer side of the bottom of the box-shaped structure of the armrest part is provided with the supporting leg, so that the bottom of the movable seat or the deformable sofa is lifted off the ground through the armrest part.
The back linkage mechanism for the sofa is characterized in that the suspension translation mechanism 102 is provided with two groups of linkage assemblies which are arranged inside the seat frame 101 in symmetrical mirror image postures, the suspension translation mechanism 102 is a linkage assembly for realizing translation action, specifically, the suspension translation mechanism 102 comprises two suspension units, the two suspension units are respectively connected with the substrate 1, the two suspension units and the substrate form at least a trilateral polygonal structure respectively, the two at least trilateral polygonal structures are respectively connected with the substrate to form one side of a trilateral polygon, and the two suspension units are connected through at least one linkage rod to limit and link the motion tracks of the two suspension units; wherein, the two suspension units and the base plate form a quadrilateral mechanism respectively.
The two suspension units are two suspension units with the opposite side lengths in proportion; the motion trail of the connecting rods opposite to the base plate has at least partial linear motion trail, and the motion trail between the connecting rods of the two suspension units at least comprises partial linear motion trail.

The invention discloses a novel back mechanism for a movable seat or a functional sofa, which has the advantages that a connecting rod of a back linkage mechanism 103 is designed into a folding (or stacking) structure and a motion track, so that the requirement on the motion space is more linear in the motion process of the back linkage mechanism 103 and the control of the unfolding sequence of the connecting rod is realized, and thus, the internal space of the sofa can be skillfully utilized by combining the moving sequence of a suspension translation mechanism 102 and a seat frame 101 in the functional sofa, and the aim of saving the motion space is further fulfilled. And a larger space and depth are obtained for the seat plate next to the backrest linkage 103 and the armrests, so that the area of the cushion of the movable seat or the functional sofa can be further enlarged to improve the use comfort of the user. Meanwhile, a folding or stacking structure is adopted, and the connecting points (i.e. turning points) of the second connecting rod 1033, the middle connecting rod 1032 and the backrest mounting seat 1034 in the back linkage mechanism 103 are respectively changed from the traditional transverse arrangement to the vertical arrangement, and the two turning points are respectively positioned at the upper side and the lower side of the seat frame 101, so that when the back linkage mechanism 1033 acts, the whole action is synchronously carried out by matching with the motion of the suspension translation mechanism 102 and even the seat frame 101, therefore, the whole action track is more linear, the extrusion of the back mechanism 103 on the flexible coating is effectively avoided, and the feeling that a user is extruded in the process of changing the posture of the movable seat or the functional sofa is also avoided.
Also, while the present invention improves the back mechanism 103, the space required by the back mechanism 103 is reduced, so the suspension translation mechanism 102 is improved in arrangement and adjusted in motion trajectory; moreover, the combination of the suspension translation mechanism 102 and the backrest mechanism 103 is used together with the armrest with the arm brace in accordance with the layout of the suspension translation mechanism 102 after adjustment, so that the movable seat or the functional sofa has the characteristics of comfortable use and compact structure, and meanwhile, the bottom of the sofa is lifted off the ground, thereby being more convenient for the cleaning work of the bottom of the sofa.

a sofa comprises a seat frame supporting mechanism 101, a hanging translation mechanism 102 and a back linkage mechanism 103; the connecting rod assembly of the back linkage mechanism (103) comprises a first connecting rod 1031, one end of which is rotatably connected with the suspension translation mechanism 102 and transmits pushing force or pulling force to a subsequent adjacent connecting rod, the other end of the first connecting rod 1031 is connected with one end of an intermediate connecting rod 1032, the other end of the intermediate connecting rod 1032 is rotatably connected with one end of a second connecting rod 1033, the other end of the second connecting rod 1033 is connected with one end of a backrest mounting seat 1034, the other end of the backrest mounting seat 1034 is rotatably connected with an auxiliary connecting rod 1035, and the other end of the auxiliary connecting rod 1035 is rotatably connected with the middle part of the intermediate connecting rod 1032; the middle link 1032 is bent in an "L" shape, the middle link 1032, the second link 1033, and the backrest mounting seat 1034 form a connection structure of a rectangular projection plane, a connection point between the auxiliary link 1035 and the middle link 1032, that is, a rotation point, and a central point between the connection point between the second link 1033 and the middle link 1032, that is, a rotation point, are located on the same axis, and the two rotation points of the second link 1033 and the auxiliary link 1035, and the second link 1033 and the middle link 1032 are located above and below the seat frame 101, respectively; even if the second link 1033 and the auxiliary link 1035 for driving the backrest mount 1034 to move are vertically arranged and the backrest mount 1034 and the second link 1033 achieve the purpose of synchronous movement, when the suspension translation mechanism 102 and the seat frame 101 change postures, the first link 1031 rotates around a rotation point under the pushing or pulling force of the suspension translation mechanism 102, so as to sequentially drive the middle link 1032, the second link 103 and the auxiliary link 1035 to correspondingly rotate, at this time, the backrest mount 1034 also makes a corresponding posture change under the action of the second link 103 and the auxiliary link 1035, and particularly, the backrest mount 1034 generates an upward bending movement or a downward bending movement along with the extension movement or the contraction movement of the second link 3 under the synchronous action of the second link 103 and the auxiliary link 1035.
The new back linkage mechanism for sofa provided by the present invention has the advantages that the link of the back linkage mechanism is designed to be a folding (or stacking) structure and the driving rod (i.e. the second link 1033 and the auxiliary link 1035) of the back mounting seat 1034 is vertically arranged (as shown in fig. 9), that is, the rotation points a and b are vertically distributed, so that more seating depth space is left, while the conventional sofa iron frame horizontally arranges the rotation points a 'and b' of the back mounting seat, so that the depth space of the seating surface is occupied during the action of the back mounting seat, thereby reducing the seating depth and affecting the experience. Furthermore, the mechanical stretching device relies on the improved suspension translation mechanism and the improved backrest stretching mechanism, and the requirement on the motion space is more linear in the motion process of the back mechanism, and the control of the unfolding sequence of the connecting rod assembly is realized, so that the internal space of the sofa can be ingeniously utilized by combining the moving sequence of the suspension translation mechanism and the seat frame in the functional sofa, and the purpose of saving the motion space is further achieved. In this way, a larger space and depth are obtained for the seat plate next to the backrest mechanism and the armrest, and the area of the cushion of the movable seat or the functional sofa can be further enlarged to improve the comfort of the user. Meanwhile, a folding or stacking structure is adopted, when the back mechanism acts, the whole action is synchronously carried out by matching with the motion of the suspension translation mechanism and even the seat frame, so that the whole action track is more linear, the extrusion of the back mechanism to the flexible coating is effectively avoided, and the extrusion feeling of a user in the process of changing the posture of the movable seat or the functional sofa is also avoided.
