As described above, the cleaning module 140 of the present invention includes the dust cover 141 and the dust collection hose 142, and suppresses scattering of dust generated by the brush module 110 and the upper surface cleaner 130 and collects dust.
As described above, the dust cover 141 of the present invention has a case shape, and seals the remaining portion except the inlet and outlet line L-L' of the molded object 11 in the burr removal area 310, thereby suppressing scattering of dust.
In this case, the dust cover 141 is made of transparent resin such as acryl or polycarbonate, and is used for observing the burr removal work.
As described above, the dust collection hose 142 of the present invention is located at the lower portion of the burr removal area 310, and collects dust falling from the molding.
At this time, a vacuum pump (not shown) is connected to the dust collecting hose 14 to constitute a dust collecting device for collecting and recycling the cemented carbide powder (rare earth elements) contained in the dust alone.
The driving part 200 of the superhard insert product deburring device using brushes of the present invention is composed of a rotating part 210 and a moving part 220.
As described above, the rotating unit 210 according to the present invention rotates the brush module 110 to clean the molded object 11.
As described above, the rotating portions 210 of the present invention are each provided with the rotating electric machine 211, and the rotating electric machines 211 are each constituted by a DC motor capable of rotating the lower brushes 112 and the side brushes 111 in the forward and reverse directions.
As described above, the moving unit 220 of the present invention includes: a rack 222 which moves to the inside until the two side brushes 111 touch the side surface of the molding; a pinion 223; a transfer motor 221.
As described above, the rack gear 222 of the present invention is locked to one side of the rotating electric machine 211, so that the rotating electric machine 211 can be moved inward.
As described above, the pinion 223 of the present invention is coupled to the rack 222 through a gear to transmit a rotational force.
As described above, the transfer motor 221 of the present invention includes a DC motor to drive the pinion 223 in forward and reverse rotation.
As described above, the rotating unit 210 according to the present invention further includes the side brush starting point sensor 212 which serves as a reference point for keeping a gap between the two side brushes 111 moving inward, and detects a distance for removing burrs from molded products having different sizes and shapes.
As shown in fig. 6, the frame 300 of the apparatus for deburring of superhard insert products using brushes according to the present invention has a rectangular parallelepiped shape and is composed of an upper part (deburring region) provided with the deburring part 100 and a lower inner side (driving region) provided with the driving part 200.
As described above, the superhard insert product deburring apparatus using brushes according to the present invention operates in the following order.
1. Entering of formed object and deburring operation
Removing burrs from the lower and upper face portions
A. The gripper 12 holds the superhard insert product taken from the forming press into the burr removal line L-L' to the upper portion of the underlying brush 112.
B. The gripping claws 12 are lowered until the lower surface of the molding contacts the lower brush 112.
C. The gripped molded product is rotated forward and backward, and the upper surface portion is cleaned by compressed air jetted (spot-fired) by the upper surface cleaner 130 while removing burrs on the lower surface portion by rotation of the lower surface brush.
D. The molded product from which the burrs on the upper and lower surfaces have been removed further enters along the burr removal line L-L' to a position in line with the side brushes 111 on both sides.
E. Moving inward until the two side brushes 111 touch the side of the molding.
F. The molded product held by the holding claw 12 is rotated forward and backward, and burrs on the side surfaces are removed by the two side brushes 111.
At this time, the brushes 111 and 112 adjust the rotation speed to remove burrs for each product (described above with reference to fig. 5 (a)).
Repeating the side part, and removing burrs on the lower part and the upper part
A. The gripper 12 holds the superhard insert product taken from the forming press into the burr removal line L-L' to a position in line with the side brushes 111.
B. Moving to the inside until the two side brushes 111 touch the side of the molding.
C. The molded product held by the holding claw 12 is rotated forward and backward, and burrs on the side surfaces are removed by the two side brushes 111.
D. The molded object from which the side surface burrs have been removed further enters the upper portion of the lower brush 112 along the burr removal line L-L'.
E. The gripping claws 12 are lowered until the lower surface of the molding contacts the lower brush 112.
F. The gripped molded product is rotated forward and backward, and the burr on the lower surface portion is removed by the lower surface brush 112, and the upper surface portion is cleaned by the compressed air jetted (spot shot) by the upper surface cleaner 130.
At this time, the brushes 111 and 112 adjust the rotation speed to remove burrs for each product (described above with reference to fig. 5 (b)).
2. Entering and exiting of shaped articles and waiting for the implementation of the sintering process
A. The burr-removed molded products are arranged on the sintering plate in order for the next process sintering process to be implemented, and wait for the next process sintering process to be implemented.
As described above, the superhard insert product deburring apparatus using brushes according to the present invention has the following technical features.
First, the superhard insert product deburring apparatus using brushes according to the present invention is configured with two side brushes for deburring the edge milling part and the side surface part of the superhard insert product 11 to be inspected.
Therefore, the interval of the electric brush can be adjusted according to the shape of the superhard insert product 11, and the burr can be removed no matter what product is, so that the production benefit of the product is improved.
Also, the superhard insert product deburring apparatus using brushes according to the present invention mounts and detaches the brushes using a brush holder.
Therefore, when the brush is replaced, the side surface bulge is pressed, and the worn brush can be replaced by a new brush, so that the method has the advantage of short preparation time.
Further, the superhard insert product deburring apparatus using the brush according to the present invention inputs the arrangement of the superhard insert product to a controller of a host equipment for control.
Therefore, even if the arrangement of the superhard insert product taken from the molding punch is changed, the interval of the side brushes and the burr removing speed can be correspondingly controlled, and the burr removing quality of the molded product is improved.
Also, the superhard insert product deburring apparatus using brushes according to the present invention can change the deburring order of the deburring region 310 (refer to fig. 5).
Therefore, the process order can be easily changed, for example, the burrs of the side face portions are removed following the lower face portions and the upper face portions, or the burrs of the lower face portions and the upper face portions are removed following the side face portions.

Claims (7)

relates to a superhard insert product burr removing device using an electric brush for removing burrs of a formed object taken from a forming and stamping device and cleaning the surface, which comprises:
a burr removal portion (100) composed of: a brush module (110) which is held by the holding claw and removes burrs of the edge milling part of the molding (11) passing through the burr removing area (310) and foreign matters adhered to the lower side surface part; a brush holder (120) that facilitates mounting and dismounting of the brush module (110); an upper surface cleaner (130) which removes foreign matters on the upper surface of the molding (11) together with the brush module (110); a cleaning module (140) which suppresses scattering of dust generated by the brush module (110) and the upper surface cleaner (130) and collects dust;
a drive section (200) composed of: a rotating unit (210) that rotates the brush module (110) to clean the molded object (11); a moving part (220) which moves the side brush (111) to the inner side;
and a frame (300) having a rectangular parallelepiped shape and including an upper portion provided with the burr removing portion (100) and a lower portion inside provided with the driving portion (200).

A superhard insert product burring removing apparatus using brush according to claim 1, wherein the brush module (110) of the burring removing part (100) is composed of: a lower brush (112) for removing foreign matter on the lower surface of the molded object (11); and side brushes (111) which are positioned on two sides of a triangular point formed by the lower brushes (112) and remove foreign matters on the side surface of the molded object (11).

A superhard insert product burr removal apparatus using brushes according to claim 2, wherein: the lower brush (112) and the side brush (111) of the brush module (110) are composed of the following components: a brush corner (114) formed by twisting two iron wires and arranging a plurality of nylon fibers therebetween to form a cylindrical brush surface; a brush shaft (113) formed extending to a lower side of the cylindrical brush corner (114).

A superhard insert product burr removal apparatus using brushes according to claim 3, wherein: the brush clamper (120) of the burr removing part (100) is composed of: a clamp body (121) having a clamp hole (125) longitudinally penetrating at a central portion thereof, wherein a shaft of a rotary motor (211) is clamped and coupled to a lower portion of the clamp hole (125), and the brush shaft (113) is clamped and coupled to an upper portion thereof; a clamp shaft (122) which supports and fixes the brush shaft (113) clamped and coupled by the clamp body (121) so as not to be detached randomly; a spring (123) coupled to one side of the clamp shaft (122), laterally abutting against the clamp shaft (122), and supporting the brush shaft (113) clamped and coupled; a spring housing (124) supporting the spring (123).

A superhard insert product burr removal apparatus using brushes according to claim 4, wherein: the cleaning module (140) of the burr removing portion (100) includes: a dust cover (141) which covers the remaining part except the inlet and outlet line (L-L') of the burr removing area (310) and restrains dust from flying; a dust box (142) located at a lower portion of the burr removing region (310) to collect dust.
6. A superhard insert product burr removal apparatus using brushes according to claim 5, wherein: the rotating sections (210) of the drive section (200) are each provided with a rotating motor (211) for rotating the lower surface brush (112) and the side surface brush (111).
7. A superhard insert product burr removal apparatus using brushes according to claim 6, wherein: the moving part (220) of the driving part (200) is composed of the following components: a rack (222) locked to one side of the rotating motor (211) and capable of moving the rotating motor (211) to the inside; a pinion (223) coupled to the rack (222) through a gear to transmit a rotational force; a transfer motor (221) for driving the pinion (223).
