As can be seen from the above, in the embodiment of the present invention, after the current fault information and the network parameter information of the faulty terminal are obtained, the network parameter correction information of the faulty terminal is determined according to the current fault information and the network parameter information, and then, fault repair is performed on the faulty terminal based on the network parameter correction information; according to the scheme, not only can the current fault information of the fault terminal be collected, but also the network parameter information of the fault terminal can be automatically obtained, and then the network parameter correction information of the fault terminal is determined according to the current fault information and the network parameter information, so that the fault terminal is automatically repaired, and therefore the repair efficiency of fault repair can be improved.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps of the methods of the above embodiments may be performed by instructions or by associated hardware controlled by the instructions, which may be stored in a computer readable storage medium and loaded and executed by a processor.
To this end, the embodiment of the present invention provides a computer-readable storage medium, in which a plurality of instructions are stored, and the instructions can be loaded by a processor to execute the steps in any one of the fault repairing methods provided by the embodiment of the present invention. For example, the instructions may perform the steps of:
acquiring current fault information and network parameter information of a fault terminal, determining network parameter correction information of the fault terminal according to the current fault information and the network parameter information, and performing fault repair on the fault terminal based on the network parameter correction information.
For example, a repair request sent by a faulty terminal is received, current fault information and network parameter information are extracted from the repair request, or a network connection is established with the faulty terminal, and a support component is called through the network connection to read the current fault information and the network parameter information from the faulty terminal, or a repair request of the faulty terminal can be received, current fault information is extracted from the repair request, and network parameter information corresponding to the current fault information is read from the faulty terminal through the support component according to the current fault information. And sending the current fault information and the network parameter information to a fault repair server so that the fault repair server can diagnose the fault, receiving the fault diagnosis information returned by the fault server, and determining the network parameter correction information of the fault terminal according to the fault diagnosis information. Calling a support component corresponding to the fault terminal, identifying a target protocol parameter in the current protocol parameter of the fault terminal through the support component, extracting a target configuration value corresponding to the target protocol parameter from the network parameter correction information, and replacing the configuration value in the target protocol parameter with the target configuration value through the support component to obtain the corrected protocol parameter. And carrying out fault test on the fault terminal based on the corrected protocol parameters to obtain a test result of the current fault information, and sending the test result to a fault repairing server so as to carry out fault repairing on the fault terminal.

The processor of the electronic device reads the computer instructions from the computer-readable storage medium, and the processor executes the computer instructions, so that the electronic device executes the method provided in the various alternative implementations of the above-mentioned failover aspect or network failover aspect.

Claims (10)

1. A method of fault remediation, comprising:
acquiring current fault information and network parameter information of a fault terminal;
determining network parameter correction information of the fault terminal according to the current fault information and the network parameter information;
and performing fault repair on the fault terminal based on the network parameter correction information.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the determining network parameter modification information of the faulty terminal according to the current fault information and the network parameter information includes:
sending the current fault information and the network parameter information to a fault repair server so that the fault repair server can carry out fault diagnosis;
receiving fault diagnosis information returned by the fault server;
and determining network parameter correction information of the fault terminal according to the fault diagnosis information.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the determining network parameter modification information of the faulty terminal according to the fault diagnosis information includes:
inquiring protocol parameter correction information aiming at the fault terminal in the fault diagnosis information;
when the protocol parameter modification information does not exist, extracting protocol parameter supplementary information from the fault diagnosis information, and determining network parameter modification information of the fault terminal based on the protocol parameter supplementary information;
and when the protocol parameter correction information exists, taking the protocol parameter correction information as the network parameter correction information of the fault terminal.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein the determining network parameter modification information of the failed terminal based on the protocol parameter supplementary information comprises:
acquiring supplementary protocol parameter information in the fault terminal according to the protocol parameter supplementary information;
sending the supplementary protocol parameter information to the fault repairing server so that the fault repairing server generates protocol parameter correction information based on the supplementary protocol parameter information;
and receiving the protocol parameter correction information returned by the fault repairing server.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the acquiring supplementary protocol parameter information in the faulty terminal according to the protocol parameter supplementary information includes:
identifying at least one protocol parameter type in the protocol parameter supplemental information;
screening supplementary protocol parameters corresponding to the protocol parameter types from the current protocol parameters of the fault terminal;
and reading the configuration information of the supplementary protocol parameters to obtain the supplementary protocol parameter information.
6. The fault repairing method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the performing fault repairing on the faulty terminal based on the network parameter modification information includes:
correcting the current protocol parameters of the fault terminal according to the network parameter correction information;
performing fault test on the fault terminal based on the corrected protocol parameters to obtain a test result of current fault information;
and sending the test result to the fault repairing server so as to repair the fault of the fault terminal.
7. The method according to claim 6, wherein the correcting the current protocol parameter of the failed terminal according to the network parameter correction information includes:
calling a support component corresponding to the fault terminal, and identifying a target protocol parameter in the current protocol parameter of the fault terminal through the support component;
extracting a target configuration value corresponding to the target protocol parameter from the network parameter correction information;
and replacing the configuration value in the target protocol parameter with the target configuration value through the support component to obtain the modified protocol parameter.
8. A fault repair device, comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition unit, a processing unit and a processing unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring current fault information and network parameter information of a fault terminal;
the determining unit is used for determining the network parameter correction information of the fault terminal according to the current fault information and the network parameter information;
