The appearances of the phrase in various places in the specification are not necessarily all referring to the same embodiment, nor are separate or alternative embodiments mutually exclusive of other embodiments. It is explicitly and implicitly understood by one skilled in the art that the embodiments described herein can be combined with other embodiments.
An execution main body of the network repairing method may be the network repairing apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present application, or an electronic device integrated with the network repairing apparatus, where the network repairing apparatus may be implemented in a hardware or software manner. The electronic device may be a smart phone, a tablet computer, a palm computer, a notebook computer, or a desktop computer.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a first flowchart of a network repairing method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The specific process of the network repairing method provided by the embodiment of the application can be as follows:
in 101, a network repair request sent by a network access device is received, and abnormal problem information is determined according to the network repair request.
In this embodiment of the application, the network access device may be a router, or may also be a device such as a CPE (Customer Premise Equipment) that can provide a network access service, and the electronic device is connected to the wide area network through a local area network service provided by the network access device, where the electronic device and the network access device may be wirelessly connected, such as WIFI connected, or may be in wired connection. When the network connection (here, the wan connection) of the network access device is abnormal, the electronic device cannot be normally used in a network even though the electronic device can be normally connected to the network access device. And often the cause of the abnormality is difficult to detect from the electronic equipment side.
In the embodiment of the application, the network access device monitors the networking condition of the local terminal in real time, and performs self-checking to acquire abnormal problem information once the network connection is detected to be abnormal, for example, the wide area network cannot be connected, or the data transmission speed of the wide area network is very low, for example, the abnormal problem information may be abnormal configuration or abnormal firmware. For example, the abnormal problem information may be determined by a fault self-checking method such as fault tree analysis, or the abnormal problem information may be determined according to an error code, and if it is determined that the network is abnormal due to the local fault according to the abnormal problem information, a network repair request may be sent to the electronic device based on the abnormal problem information.
In some embodiments, if a plurality of electronic devices are simultaneously connected to the router, any one of the electronic devices may be selected to send a network repair request to the router. Alternatively, in other embodiments, a network repair request may be sent to a particular electronic device.
For example, for a home router, generally, a plurality of devices are connected to the router to surf the internet, the router may be bound to one of the electronic devices, after configuration information of the router is updated, the latest configuration information is stored in the bound electronic device, and once the router is abnormally configured and cannot be connected to the wide area network, a network repair request is sent to the bound electronic device. For the electronic equipment, when a configuration updating instruction is received, obtaining the latest configuration information according to the configuration updating instruction; and updating the latest configuration information into target configuration information.
In 102, the target repair information adapted to the network access device is obtained according to the abnormal problem information.
And after receiving the network repair request, the electronic equipment acquires target repair information adaptive to the network access equipment. For example, in some embodiments, the step of obtaining the target repair information adapted to the network access device according to the abnormal problem information may include: if the network access equipment is determined to be abnormal according to the abnormal problem information, target configuration information adaptive to the network access equipment is obtained and used as target repair information; and if the network access equipment is determined to be abnormal according to the abnormal problem information, acquiring firmware data adaptive to the network access equipment as target repair information.
In this embodiment, the specific abnormal situation of the network access device is determined according to the abnormal problem information, and then the corresponding file is selected as the target repair information. If the network access equipment is determined to be abnormal in configuration according to the abnormal problem information, the latest configuration parameters adaptive to the router are obtained and used as target repair information. If the user modifies or adjusts the configuration parameters of the router, the router updates the latest configuration information to the bound electronic device in time for storage, and meanwhile, the electronic device can preset a path for storing the configuration information of the bound router and store the configuration information and the identification information of the router sending the configuration information in a correlation manner.
In some embodiments, some routers may provide two or more hotspots for users to select for use, for example, a dual WIFI router has two hotspots, one 2.4G hotspot and one 5G hotspot, different frequency bands are not interfered with each other, and data may be independently received and transmitted in parallel. The configuration of the two hotspots may also be different. When a router fails at any WIFI hotspot, the identification information corresponding to the hotspot is carried in a network repair request sent to the electronic device. When the electronic device receives a network repair request, the wide area network connection of which hotspot has a fault is determined according to the identification information of the hotspot carried in the network repair request, and configuration information matched with the identification information of the hotspot can be determined from a plurality of stored configuration parameters according to the identification information of the hotspot to serve as target repair information.
In addition, in some embodiments, if a plurality of pieces of configuration information corresponding to the identification information of the hotspot are stored in the electronic device, the latest configuration information is sent to the router as target repair information.
And if the network access equipment is determined to be abnormal according to the abnormal problem information, acquiring firmware data matched with the network access equipment and sending the firmware data serving as target repair information to the router. The electronic device may download the latest firmware data adapted to the router from the server through the cellular network after receiving the network repair request, or the electronic device may download the latest firmware data adapted to the router from the server and store the latest firmware data locally when the WIFI network is normal, and send the stored firmware data to the router as target repair information if the network access device is abnormal after receiving the network repair request.
If the current firmware version of the router is lower than the version of the received firmware data, the firmware is upgraded, otherwise, if the current pendant version of the router is higher than the version of the received firmware data, the firmware is returned, and after the firmware is upgraded or returned, each configuration parameter is set again according to the target repair information.
In some embodiments, the step of obtaining the target repair information adapted to the network access device according to the abnormal problem information may include: and according to the abnormal problem information, requesting target repair information adapted to the network access equipment from a server.
In the embodiment, the router uploads the updated latest configuration information to the server under the condition that the network is normal, when the network is abnormal, if the wide area network is not connected, a network repair request is sent to the electronic device, after the electronic device receives the network repair request, the electronic device obtains the identification information of the router or the corresponding hotspot from the network repair request through the cellular network, requests the configuration information or the firmware data matched with the router from the server according to the identification information, and sends the configuration information or the firmware data to the router as the target repair information.
In 103, the target repair information is sent to the network access device, so that the network access device performs network repair according to the target repair information.
And after receiving the target repair information, the router performs network repair according to the received target repair information. If the network access device is configured abnormally, the corresponding configuration parameters, such as various parameters affecting the network quality and the connection state, such as the domain name resolution address, the wireless channel, the transmission power, and the like, are modified, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application. After the parameters are modified, the router is restarted. And if the network access equipment is abnormal in the fixed part, upgrading or backing the firmware according to the received firmware data.
In some embodiments, before the step of obtaining the target repair information adapted to the network access device according to the abnormal problem information, the method further includes: displaying a network repair prompt interface based on the network repair request; and when a confirmation instruction triggered based on the network repair prompt interface is received, executing the target repair information adaptive to the network access equipment according to the abnormal problem information.
In the solution of the foregoing embodiment, after receiving the network repair request, the electronic device automatically sends the stored latest configuration information to the router. In this embodiment, after receiving the repair request, the electronic device may display a network repair prompting interface, display information such as an identifier of the router and an abnormality reason on the interface, select whether to perform repair by a user, and acquire target repair information if the electronic device receives a confirmation instruction triggered based on the network repair prompting interface. In addition, in some embodiments, if a plurality of adapted target repair information are stored on the electronic device, the target repair information may also be displayed on the interface, and the user may select which configuration information to send to the router.
In particular implementation, the present application is not limited by the execution sequence of the described steps, and some steps may be performed in other sequences or simultaneously without conflict.
As can be seen from the above, in the network repairing method provided in the embodiment of the present application, when receiving a network repairing request sent by a network access device, an electronic device determines abnormal problem information according to the network repairing request, acquires target repairing information adapted to the network access device according to the abnormal problem information, and sends the target repairing information to the network access device, and the network access device can perform network repairing according to the target repairing information to recover normal networking of the network access device. Based on the scheme, when the network access equipment can not be normally connected to the Internet, the router can still be automatically repaired by connecting the local area network with the electronic equipment, the configuration of the router does not need to be manually adjusted, and the network repair efficiency is improved.
The method according to the preceding embodiment is illustrated in further detail below by way of example.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a second flow chart of the network repairing method according to the embodiment of the present invention. The method comprises the following steps:
in 201, a network repair request sent by a network access device is received, and abnormal problem information is determined according to the network repair request.
In the embodiment of the application, the network access equipment can monitor the networking condition of the local terminal in real time, and performs self-checking to obtain a network detection result once the network connection is detected to be abnormal. Determining the type according to the network detection result, for example, determining the abnormal type through a fault self-detection mode such as fault tree analysis, or determining the abnormal type according to the error code, and if the network abnormality caused by the local fault is determined according to the abnormal types, sending a network repair request to the electronic device.
In 202, the target repair information adapted to the network access device is obtained according to the abnormal problem information.
And if the network access equipment is determined to be abnormal according to the abnormal problem information, acquiring firmware data matched with the network access equipment and sending the firmware data serving as target repair information to the router.
In 203, a transmission control protocol, TCP, connection is established with the network access device through a preset port.
At 204, the target repair information is sent to the network access device through an information interworking protocol between the electronic device and the network access device based on the TCP connection.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic view of an application scenario of a network repairing method according to an embodiment of the present application. The scheme of the embodiment of the application provides an information intercommunication protocol, and the information intercommunication protocol is used for information intercommunication between electronic equipment and network access equipment. Since the communication between the electronic device and the router is a local area network communication, the information interworking protocol may be designed based on a C/S (server/client) architecture, where the electronic device is a client and the router is a server. In addition, because the data transmitted between the two devices is generally signaling data, and the requirement on the reliability of data transmission is high, the TCP socket mode can be adopted for communication. The information intercommunication protocol specifies a specific port number of the router to establish TCP connection, and after the TCP connection is successfully established, information intercommunication is carried out according to a preset message format.
For example, sending the target repair information to the network access device through an information interworking protocol between the electronic device and the network access device includes: based on the TCP connection, sending confirmation information to the network access equipment through an information intercommunication protocol between the electronic equipment and the network access equipment; when a response message replied by the network access equipment based on the confirmation message is received, the target repair message is sent to the network access equipment; and sending the confirmation information and the target repair information according to a message format agreed by the information intercommunication protocol.
For example, the message may be in Json (Json Object Notation) format, for example, the format specification of the message is as follows:
1. request message:
{"version":"1.0","method":"get","data":["data1","data2"]}
{"version":"1.0","method":"notify","data":{"data1":"XXX","data2":"XXX"}}
2. replying the message:
{"version":"1.0","method":"reply","error_code":"0","error_msg":"XXX","data ":{"data1":"XXX","data2":"XXX"}}
{"version":"1.0","method":"ack","error_code":"0","error_msg":"XXX"}
3. the basic rule is as follows:
1) a primary directory comprising: version, method, error _ code, error _ msg, data, 5 keywords. Wherein, version is a protocol version number, method is a message type, error _ code is an abnormal code, error _ msg is abnormal content, and data is data content.
2) method, including the 4 keywords get, notify, reply, ack; get corresponds to reply and notify corresponds to ack. Wherein get indicates that the message type is a request message, reply indicates that the message type is a reply message, notify indicates that the message type is a notification message, and ack indicates that the message type is a response message.
3) When the data is get, the data is an array, and each keyword in the array represents that the data expects to acquire information.
4) When the data gets, an ap _ all _ info is used to represent that all information of an ap (access point) end is obtained. For example, ap is a router.
5) When the data is at get, all information of the electronic equipment side is acquired by using a "sta _ all _ info" mark.
6) data is a child Json in notify/reply.
7) An error _ code is an exception definition after a message processed by a reply end to a sending end, and the default value is 0, which indicates no exception;
8) the error _ msg is a description of a recovery end error _ code and is mainly used for debug (fault elimination); when error _ code is 0, error _ msg may not be carried in the message.
The format specification of the above-mentioned information interworking protocol defines rules to be followed when some specific information is transmitted between the electronic device and the network access device. For example, when sending the target repair information, the electronic device needs to send the target repair information according to a message format defined by the interworking protocol, so that the security of configuration information transmission is improved.
After the electronic device acquires the target repair information, a TCP connection is established between a specific port and a router according to a protocol convention, if the TCP connection is established successfully, the router can be preliminarily judged to support the information intercommunication protocol, confirmation information is sent to the router according to a message format according to the information intercommunication protocol convention, and after the router receives the confirmation information, the response message is recovered according to the message format according to the intercommunication protocol convention. After receiving the response message, the electronic device may determine that the router supports the information interworking protocol, and then send the target repair information to the network access device according to a message format defined by the interworking protocol.
If the TCP connection is not successfully established, the electronic equipment does not send target repair information to the network access equipment any more. If the TCP connection is successfully established, but the electronic equipment does not receive the response of the router to the confirmation message, the router is judged not to support the information intercommunication protocol, and the electronic equipment does not send the target repair information to the network access equipment any more.
Therefore, according to the network repairing method provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the network access equipment cannot be normally connected to the internet, the router can still be automatically repaired by connecting the local area network with the electronic equipment, the configuration of the router does not need to be manually adjusted, and the network repairing efficiency is improved.
