The gas pressure in the cooling chamber is increased due to the gas input from the gas supply pipe 7, so that the gas input from the gas supply pipe 7 is influenced, and the cooling effect is influenced. Therefore, an air outlet is formed in the connecting cover 4 and is arranged on one side, close to the pushed slab kiln 1, of the connecting cover 4, and the air supply pipe 7 and the connecting port of the connecting cover 4 are located on one side, far away from the pushed slab kiln 1, of the connecting cover 4, so that convection is formed between the air supply pipe and the air entering from the mounting port 2, and the cooling effect is guaranteed.
In some embodiments of the high-safety online replacing device for the heating rod provided by the present application, please refer to fig. 1, an operating rod 8 is fixed on an outer wall of the connecting cover 4, and the air supply pipe 7 is inserted into the operating rod 8. The connecting hood 4 is close to the pushed slab kiln 1, and high-temperature gas in the pushed slab kiln 1 also enters the cooling cavity, which results in higher temperature of the outer surface of the connecting hood 4. Therefore, an operating rod 8 is fixed on the outer wall of the connecting cover 4, and when the connecting cover is actually used, a worker holds the operating rod 8 to drive the connecting cover 4 to move, so that the connecting cover 4 is mounted and dismounted.
In order to further improve the integration level of the whole device, a communication hole is formed in the operating rod 8, and the air supply pipe 7 is arranged in the communication hole in a penetrating mode.

Claims (10)

1. High security heating rod is online to be changed device, its characterized in that includes:
the fixing column is used for fixing on the outer wall of the pushed slab kiln;
the connecting cover is installed on the fixing column, a replacing port and an inserting port are respectively formed in two sides of the connecting cover, the replacing port is used for inserting a heating rod, and the inserting port is used for being communicated with a heating rod installing port in the pushed slab kiln;
the baffle is fixed on the inner wall of the connecting cover, the baffle is used for being in sliding fit with the heating rod, and the baffle and the inner wall of the connecting cover close to one side of the insertion hole are surrounded to form a cooling cavity;
the air supply pipe is arranged on the connecting cover and communicated with the cooling cavity, and the air supply pipe conveys air into the cooling cavity to disturb high-temperature air entering from the mounting opening and cool the heating rod;
the gas outlet is formed in the connecting cover, communicated with the cooling cavity and used for discharging gas;
the heating rod entering the connecting cover sequentially penetrates through the replacement port, the baffle, the cooling cavity and the insertion port to enter and be installed on the pushed slab kiln.
2. The high-safety heating rod online replacing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a blocking piece is mounted on the fixing column and used for blocking the mounting opening.
3. The high-safety heating rod online replacing device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the connecting cover is rotatably disposed on the fixing column, and a positioning pin for positioning on the pusher kiln is mounted on the connecting cover.

The high-safety heating rod online replacing device according to claim 3, wherein the bottom surface of the connecting cover abuts against the outer wall of the pushed slab kiln; an elastic piece is mounted on the blocking piece, the connecting cover drives the blocking piece to swing so as to enable the insertion opening to be communicated with the mounting opening, and the blocking piece is reset by the elastic piece and used for blocking the heating opening.
5. The device for replacing a heating rod with a high safety according to claim 2, wherein the baffle is provided with a yielding hole for yielding a power supply line of the heating rod, and a barrier strip for blocking gas is arranged in the yielding hole.
6. The high-safety online replacement device for the heating rod as claimed in claim 1, wherein a protective cover is detachably connected to the connection cover, and the protective cover is communicated with the replacement port for storing the heating rod.
7. The high safety heater rod on-line changer of claim 6, wherein a plurality of rollers are circumferentially disposed along the inner wall of said shield, and a plurality of said rollers are adapted to drive the heater rod.

The high-safety online replacement device for the heating rod according to claim 7, wherein a plurality of positioning blocks are provided on the inner wall of the protection cover, and the plurality of positioning blocks are matched with the plurality of rollers for positioning the heating rod inside the protection cover.

The high-safety heating rod online replacing device as claimed in claim 7, wherein the protective cover comprises two oppositely arranged protective flaps, the two protective flaps are clamped and matched to form the protective cover, and a plurality of rollers are respectively mounted on the two protective flaps.
