Referring to fig. 3, specifically, two ends of the built-in material cylinder 7 are respectively of an open structure and a closed structure, the open end of the built-in material cylinder 7 is clamped with the bottom wall of the aquatic plant pre-processor 1, circulation outlets 12 are uniformly formed in the side wall of the built-in material cylinder 7 and near the open end, circulation inlets 13 are uniformly formed in the closed end of the built-in material cylinder 7, the stirrer 8 works in the built-in material cylinder 7 to generate circulation water flow in the built-in material cylinder 7, a mixture of water and materials is discharged to the outside of the built-in material cylinder 7 from the circulation outlets 12 and enters the inside of the built-in material cylinder 7 from the circulation inlets 13, and the circulation water flow has a better cleaning effect and a subsequent stirring effect on aquatic plant residues.
Referring to fig. 1, specifically, the stirrer 8 includes a second driving motor 801, the second driving motor 801 is installed at the upper end of the low-position sealing plate 3, an output end of the second driving motor 801 penetrates into the material barrel 7 and is fixedly connected with a stirring blade 802, and the stirring blade 802 is driven to rotate inside the material barrel 7 by the operation of the second driving motor 801, so as to generate a negative pressure inside the material barrel 7, and generate a circulating water flow inside the material barrel 7.
Referring to fig. 1, specifically, a cavity structure is formed in the side wall of the built-in material barrel 7, a heating resistance wire 14 is arranged in the cavity of the built-in material barrel 7, the heating resistance wire 14 surrounds the built-in material barrel 7, and the heating resistance wire 14 is arranged for drying the materials in the aquatic plant pre-processor 1.
Referring to fig. 1, a method for preparing a water-retaining fertilizer using aquatic plants includes the steps of:
step 1: the salvaged aquatic plants are put into the spiral feeder 501 along the inlet end, and the aquatic plants are gradually pushed to the inlet end of the aquatic plant pre-processor 1 through the work of the spiral feeder 501;
step 2: the first driving motor 6 works to drive the connecting rod 503 to rotate, the rotating blade 504 rotates along with the connecting rod, the aquatic plants which are positioned in the screw feeder 501 and close to the inlet end of the aquatic plant pre-processor 1 are cut up, and the cut-up aquatic plant residues enter the aquatic plant pre-processor 1 through the sieve plate 502;
and 3, step 3: the stirrer 8 works in the built-in material barrel 7, so that circulating water flow is generated in the built-in material barrel 7, and the aquatic plants in the aquatic plant pre-processor 1 are cleaned and stirred;
and 4, step 4: after cleaning, discharging water in the aquatic plant pre-processor 1, simultaneously retaining aquatic plant residues in the aquatic plant pre-processor 1, drying the aquatic plant residues in the aquatic plant pre-processor 1 to obtain aquatic plant powder, adding a mixed solution of urea and ethanol into the aquatic plant pre-processor 1, and starting the stirrer 8 to stir the internal materials again;
and 5: discharging all the materials in the aquatic plant pre-processor 1, refrigerating, adding chloroacetic acid, stirring at constant temperature, cooling, filtering to obtain a filter cake, and grinding the filter cake to obtain aquatic plant cellulose;
step 6: adding the water plant cellulose into the aqueous solution with the cross-linking agent, and continuously stirring to obtain the water-retaining fertilizer.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.

the aquatic plant pre-processor (1) provides a processing space for aquatic plant pre-processing, a high-position closing plate (2) and a low-position closing plate (3) are arranged at the upper part of the aquatic plant pre-processor (1), a space between the high-position closing plate (2) and the low-position closing plate (3) in the aquatic plant pre-processor (1) forms an aquatic plant discharging cavity (4), the aquatic plant discharging cavity (4) provides a discharging space for aquatic plants and can prevent cleaning water in the aquatic plant pre-processor (1) from flowing backwards;
the aquatic plant feeding assembly (5) is communicated with the aquatic plant discharging cavity (4) and used for inputting aquatic plant raw materials into the aquatic plant discharging cavity (4), the aquatic plant feeding assembly (5) comprises a spiral feeder (501), the spiral feeder (501) is obliquely arranged on one side of the aquatic plant pre-processor (1), a sieve plate (502) is installed at the outlet end of the spiral feeder (501), a connecting rod (503) penetrates through the sieve plate (502), one end of the connecting rod (503) located at the outlet of the spiral feeder (501) is connected with a rotary blade (504), and the other end of the connecting rod (503) is driven by a first driving motor (6);
the device comprises a built-in material barrel (7) which is positioned inside the aquatic plant pre-processor (1), wherein a stirrer (8) is arranged inside the built-in material barrel (7), and the stirrer (8) works in the built-in material barrel (7) to clean and stir materials in the aquatic plant pre-processor (1).

The system for preparing water-retaining fertilizers using aquatic plants according to claim 1, wherein the high-position closing plate (2) is integrally connected with the side wall of the aquatic plant pre-processor (1), and the low-position closing plate (3) is detachably connected with the side wall of the aquatic plant pre-processor (1).

The system for preparing water-retaining fertilizer by using aquatic plants as claimed in claim 2, wherein the low-position closing plate (3) is clamped with the side wall of the aquatic plant pre-processor (1), one end of the high-position closing plate (2) opposite to the low-position closing plate (3) is fixedly connected with one end of a connecting plate (9), the other end of the connecting plate (9) is fixedly connected with a hook (10), and one end of the low-position closing plate (3) opposite to the high-position closing plate (2) is provided with a through hole which is sleeved on the hook (10).

The system for preparing water-retaining fertilizer by using aquatic plants as claimed in claim 2, wherein the first driving motor (6) is installed at the upper end of the high-position closing plate (2), and the end of the connecting rod (503) far away from the rotary blade (504) passes through the high-position closing plate (2) and is connected with the output end shaft of the first driving motor (6).

The system for preparing water-retaining fertilizer by using aquatic plants according to claim 4, wherein an outlet end peripheral side of the screw feeder (501) is fixedly connected with an opening fixing plate (15), and the opening fixing plate (15) is fixedly connected with an inner side wall of the aquatic plant pre-processor (1).
6. The system for preparing water-retaining fertilizer by using aquatic plants as claimed in claim 4, wherein the outlet end of the screw feeder (501) is fixedly connected with a material guide plate (11).

The system for preparing the water-retaining fertilizer by using the aquatic plants as claimed in claim 2, wherein two ends of the built-in material barrel (7) are respectively of an open structure and a closed structure, the open end of the built-in material barrel (7) is clamped with the bottom wall of the aquatic plant pre-processor (1), a circulating outlet (12) is uniformly formed in the side wall of the built-in material barrel (7) and the position close to the open end, and a circulating inlet (13) is uniformly formed in the closed end of the built-in material barrel (7).

The system for preparing water-retaining fertilizer by using aquatic plants as claimed in claim 7, wherein the stirrer (8) comprises a second driving motor (801), the second driving motor (801) is installed at the upper end of the low-position closing plate (3), and the output end of the second driving motor (801) penetrates into the built-in material barrel (7) and is fixedly connected with a stirring paddle (802).

The system for preparing the water-retaining fertilizer by using the aquatic plants as claimed in claim 7, wherein a cavity structure is formed in the side wall of the built-in material barrel (7), a heating resistance wire (14) is arranged in the cavity of the built-in material barrel (7), and the heating resistance wire (14) surrounds the built-in material barrel (7).
10. The method for preparing the water-retaining fertilizer by using the aquatic plants is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step 1: putting the salvaged aquatic plants along the inlet end of the spiral feeder (501), and gradually pushing the aquatic plants to the inlet end of the aquatic plant pre-processor (1) by the work of the spiral feeder (501);
step 2: the first driving motor (6) works to drive the connecting rod (503) to rotate, the rotary blade (504) rotates along with the connecting rod, the aquatic plants which are positioned in the spiral feeder (501) and close to the inlet end of the aquatic plant pre-processor (1) are cut up, and the cut-up aquatic plant residues enter the aquatic plant pre-processor (1) through the sieve plate (502);
and 3, step 3: the stirrer (8) works in the built-in material barrel (7), so that circulating water flow is generated in the built-in material barrel (7), and the aquatic plants in the aquatic plant pre-processor (1) are cleaned and stirred;
and 4, step 4: after cleaning, discharging water in the aquatic plant pre-processor (1), simultaneously intercepting aquatic plant residues in the aquatic plant pre-processor (1), drying the aquatic plant residues in the aquatic plant pre-processor (1) to obtain aquatic plant powder, adding a mixed solution of urea and ethanol into the aquatic plant pre-processor (1), and starting the stirrer (8) to stir the internal materials again;
and 5: discharging all materials in the aquatic plant pre-processor (1), refrigerating, adding chloroacetic acid, stirring at constant temperature, cooling, filtering to obtain a filter cake, and grinding the filter cake to obtain aquatic plant cellulose;
and 6: adding the water plant cellulose into the aqueous solution with the cross-linking agent, and continuously stirring to obtain the water-retaining fertilizer.
