本发明涉及衬里材料技术领域,提出了高耐磨旋风分离器新型衬里材料,其较传统的高耐磨衬里材料具有耐磨性好、体积密度小、耐压和抗折强度高、烧后线变化率小、热震稳定性好等诸多优点,通过上述性能指标大大提高了高耐磨衬里材料的使用寿命,为旋风分离器的平稳运行提供坚实的保障,包括骨料,还包括配合的结合剂、粉料和外加剂,其中,骨料为六铝酸钙,结合剂为SECAR71纯铝酸钙水泥,粉料为活性氧化铝粉及六铝酸钙粉,外加剂采用高效复合外加剂,外加水,并且六铝酸钙骨料、SECAR71纯铝酸钙水泥、活性氧化铝粉和六铝酸钙粉的重量份比为61%、12%、9%和11%。

高耐磨旋风分离器新型衬里材料
技术领域
本发明涉及衬里材料技术领域,具体涉及一种高耐磨旋风分离器新型衬里材料。
背景技术
众所周知,旋风分离器是一种广泛应用于石油化工行业的核心生产装置中的核心设备,为提高旋风分离器的耐用性,通常需要在旋风分离器的内部安装衬里,以提高旋风分离器的耐磨性,延长旋风分离器的使用寿命。
催化裂化及MTO等石化装置的旋风分离器、主风分布管等内部件及设备容器内的介质流速快、冲刷严重,现阶段上述部位采用的高耐磨衬里在长时间极端及超负荷运行的工况下,衬里表层磨损严重、甚至脱落,难以满足顺利生产及安全运行。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了高耐磨旋风分离器新型衬里材料,其较传统的高耐磨衬里材料具有耐磨性好、体积密度小、耐压和抗折强度高、烧后线变化率小、热震稳定性好等诸多优点,通过上述性能指标大大提高了高耐磨衬里材料的使用寿命,为旋风分离器的平稳运行提供坚实的保障。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:高耐磨旋风分离器新型衬里材料,包括骨料,还包括相互配合的结合剂、粉料和外加剂,其中,骨料为六铝酸钙,结合剂为SECAR71纯铝酸钙水泥,粉料为活性氧化铝粉及六铝酸钙粉,外加剂采用高效复合外加剂,外加水,并且六铝酸钙、SECAR71纯铝酸钙水泥、活性氧化铝粉和六铝酸钙粉的重量份比为61%、12%、9%和11%。
在前述方案的基础上进一步的,所述六铝酸钙最大粒级的范围为5-3mm。
在前述方案的基础上再进一步的,所述六铝酸钙粉的细度采用325目。
在前述方案的基础上更进一步的,所述高效复合外加剂包括添加剂:三聚磷酸钠、木质素磺酸盐和酒石酸,以及新型高效外加剂:聚羧酸和三聚氰胺。
作为上述方案进一步的,所述高效复合外加剂的最低份比为1.4‰。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了高耐磨旋风分离器新型衬里材料,具备以下有益效果:
本发明中,通过骨料、结合剂、粉料和外加剂的合理配合而形成的高耐磨旋风分离器新型衬里材料,较传统的高耐磨衬里材料具有耐磨性好、体积密度小、耐压和抗折强度高、烧后线变化率小、热震稳定性好等诸多优点,并且通过上述性能指标大大提高了高耐磨衬里材料的使用寿命,为旋风分离器的平稳运行提供坚实的保障。
(四)具体实施方式
实施例
一种高耐磨旋风分离器新型衬里材料,包括骨料,还包括相互配合的结合剂、粉料和外加剂,其中,骨料为最大粒级的范围为5-3mm的六铝酸钙,结合剂为SECAR71纯铝酸钙水泥,粉料为活性氧化铝粉及325目的六铝酸钙粉,外加剂采用高效复合外加剂,并且六铝酸钙、SECAR71纯铝酸钙水泥、活性氧化铝粉和六铝酸钙粉的重量份比为61%、12%、9%和11%,所述高效复合外加剂包括添加剂:三聚磷酸钠、木质素磺酸盐和酒石酸,以及新型高效外加剂:聚羧酸和三聚氰胺,所述高效复合外加剂的最低份比为1.4‰,且可以根据环境温度在不影响材料的技术性能指标的前提下适当调节高效复合外加剂的掺量,保证各种环境温度下的施工性能,外加水,所述搅拌用水的掺量为保证施工过程中不粘压子,也不下坠流淌即可。
综上所述,该高耐磨旋风分离器新型衬里材料使用流程为,在使用时,首先根据配比实现六铝酸钙、SECAR71纯铝酸钙水泥、活性氧化铝粉和六铝酸钙粉的称量,然后充分混合,并以1.4‰为基础的配比根据使用作业环境的温度适当添加高效复合外加剂,最后陆续加入搅拌用水并边加水边进行搅拌,直至所配合形成的该高耐磨旋风分离器新型衬里材料能够保证施工过程中既不粘压子,也不下坠流淌即可开始施工,施工后的旋风分离内部件及设备可以平稳的运行,具备较小的烧后线变化率,保证了衬里在装置运行的过程中不会因为较大的线变化率出现严重的收缩缝进而保证了衬里的整体性,较高的耐压及抗折强度保证了衬里材料的耐磨性,消除了开停工及运行所产生的热震导致的衬里脱落,衬里在介质流速快、冲刷严重的工况下,具备较好的耐磨性,可有效的减缓衬里的磨损,在介质流速快、冲刷严重的工况下,可保证衬里不脱皮、不脱落及不损坏,较好的满足旋风分离器平稳运行的要求。

Claims (5)

1.高耐磨旋风分离器新型衬里材料,包括骨料,其特征在于,还包括相互配合的结合剂、粉料和外加剂,其中,骨料为六铝酸钙,结合剂为SECAR71纯铝酸钙水泥,粉料为活性氧化铝粉及六铝酸钙粉,外加剂采用高效复合外加剂,并外加水,并且六铝酸钙骨料、SECAR71纯铝酸钙水泥、活性氧化铝粉和六铝酸钙粉的重量份比为61%、12%、9%和11%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高耐磨旋风分离器新型衬里材料,其特征在于,所述六铝酸钙最大粒级的范围为5-3mm。
3.根据权利要求2所述的高耐磨旋风分离器新型衬里材料,其特征在于,所述六铝酸钙粉的细度采用325目。
4.根据权利要求3所述的高耐磨旋风分离器新型衬里材料,其特征在于,所述高效复合外加剂包括添加剂:三聚磷酸钠、木质素磺酸盐和酒石酸,以及新型高效外加剂:聚羧酸和三聚氰胺。
5.根据权利要求4所述的高耐磨旋风分离器新型衬里材料,其特征在于,所述高效复合外加剂的最低重量份比为1.4‰。
