In an alternative exemplary embodiment, the first drive device 124 and the second drive device each comprise an electric strut; one end of the first driving device 124 is hinged to the third door panel 123, and the other end is hinged to the second door panel 122; one end of the second driving device is hinged to the tailstock 110, and the other end of the second driving device is hinged to the tailstock 110.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the first driving device 124 and the second driving device are both configured to include an electric stay. The electric support rod is simple in structure, simple in installation process, simple and easy to operate in the door opening process, and effectively reduces maintenance cost in the subsequent maintenance and replacement process.
It is understood that the specific structure of the first driving device 124 and the second driving device is not limited herein, and in other specific embodiments, the first driving device 124 and the second driving device may be configured to include a hydraulic cylinder, a pneumatic system, a servo motor, or the like according to the requirement of the user.
In an alternative exemplary embodiment, a locking structure 125 is further included, the locking structure 125 includes a locking tongue and a locking groove which are matched, one of the locking tongue and the locking groove is disposed at the top end of the first door panel 121, and the other of the locking tongue and the locking groove is disposed at the bottom end of the second door panel 122.
It should be noted that the locking structure 125 is configured as a mating tongue and groove. Because this locking structure 125 uses comparatively generally, and can substitute strong, be convenient for user's maintenance or change, and then reduce subsequent cost of maintenance effectively.
It is understood that the specific structure of the locking structure 125 is not limited herein, and in other specific embodiments, the locking structure 125 may be specifically configured as an electromagnetic structure according to specific requirements of a user, and the electromagnetic structure is controlled to attract or separate from the magnetic attraction, so as to achieve locking and unlocking.
Illustratively, the locking groove of the locking structure 125 is disposed at the bottom end of the second door panel 122, and the locking tongue of the locking structure 125 is disposed at the top end of the first door panel 121.
It is understood that, in other embodiments, the locking groove of the locking structure 125 may be disposed at the top end of the first door panel 121, and the locking tongue of the locking structure 125 may be disposed at the bottom end of the second door panel 122 according to the specific requirements of the user.
It should be noted that, based on the two different installation methods, the opening sequence of the door 120 is adaptively adjusted accordingly. That is, when the locking groove of the locking structure 125 is disposed at the bottom end of the second door panel 122, the locking tongue of the locking structure 125 is disposed at the top end of the first door panel 121. In the process of opening the door 120, after the locking structure 125 is opened, the first door panel 121 needs to be opened first, and then the second door panel 122 needs to be opened.
Adaptively, when the locking groove of the locking structure 125 is disposed at the top end of the first door panel 121, the locking tongue of the locking structure 125 is disposed at the bottom end of the second door panel 122. In the process of opening the door 120, after the locking structure 125 is opened, the second door panel 122 needs to be opened first, and then the first door panel 121 needs to be opened.
In an alternative exemplary embodiment, the locking structure 125 is electrically connected to a control device for controlling the unlocking or locking of the locking structure 125.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, specifically, the locking structure 125 is electrically connected to the control device, so as to facilitate the control of the locking structure 125 by the control device, so that the unlocking process is faster, that is, the whole door opening process is faster.
It is understood that the specific unlocking manner of the locking structure 125 is not limited herein, and in other embodiments, the unlocking manner of the locking structure 125 can be set to be either key-on or button-on according to the specific needs of the user.
Fig. 5 is a schematic flow chart of a vehicle door opening process of a vehicle door control method according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 5, the present invention further provides a method for controlling the vehicle door 120, which is applied to the vehicle door 120, and the method for controlling the vehicle door 120 in the opening process includes:
s100: controlling the locking structure of the vehicle door to open;
s200: controlling movement of a first door panel of the vehicle door;
s300: acquiring the opening duration of a first door plate of a vehicle door;
s400: when the opening duration is equal to the preset duration, controlling a second driving device of the vehicle door to start;
s500: controlling a second door panel of the vehicle door to move so as to open a second opening at the tail of the vehicle;
s600: and controlling the third door plate of the vehicle door to slide so as to open the third opening of the vehicle body.
It should be noted that, in the control method of the vehicle door 120 provided by the present invention, during the opening process of the vehicle door 120, the locking structure 125 is controlled to open first, and then the first door panel 121 of the vehicle door 120 is controlled to move, so as to open the first opening 111. Then, the second door panel 122 of the vehicle door 120 is controlled to move to open the second opening 112; subsequently, the third door panel 123 of the vehicle door 120 is controlled to slide to open the third opening 113 of the vehicle body 100. The control method of the vehicle door 120 provided by the invention is applied to the vehicle door 120, so that the door opening process is faster, and the technical effect of reducing the requirement of the vehicle door 120 on a larger space in the opening process is achieved.
It should be understood that the opening sequence of the first door panel 121, the second door panel 122 and the third door panel 123 is not limited herein, and in other embodiments, the second door panel 122 located on the upper side of the rear 110 may be opened first, and then the first door panel 121 located on the lower side of the rear 110 and the third door panel 123 adjacent to the rear 110 may be opened according to specific requirements of a user.
It should be noted that, the preset time period includes a time period of moving the first door panel 121 of the vehicle door 120 to be away from the moving track of the second door panel 122 of the vehicle door 120, that is, the first door panel 121 can be effectively prevented from interfering with the rotation of the second door panel 122.
For example, the specific value of the preset time period may be set to 1 second, 2 seconds, 3 seconds, or the like, depending on the factor of the operation speed of the first door panel 121.
It is understood that the specific value of the preset time period is not limited, and in other specific embodiments, the preset time period may also be set to 0.8 second, 1.2 seconds, etc. according to the actual requirement of the user.
That is, the first door panel 121 moves to the running track of the second door panel 122 away from the vehicle door 120 within the preset time period.
It can be understood that, in the present embodiment, the first door panel 121 is opened first, based on the fact that in the present embodiment, the latch tongue of the locking structure 125 is disposed at the top end of the first door panel 121, and the lock slot of the locking structure 125 is disposed at the bottom end of the second door panel 122.
Further, in order to further save the opening time of the vehicle door 120, in the embodiment, when the first door panel 121 moves to a running track of the second door panel 122 away from the vehicle door 120, that is, when the first door panel 121 does not affect the turnover of the second door panel 122, the second driving device is immediately started to drive the second door panel 122 to move. Compared with the method of completely opening the first opening 111 and then driving the second door panel 122, the method saves the door opening time and enables the door 120 to be opened more quickly.
It should be noted that, in other embodiments, when only the second door panel 122 needs to be opened, the first opening 111 does not need to be opened completely, and the first door panel 121 may be driven to a preset angle, that is, when the first door panel 121 moves to a running track of the second door panel 122 away from the vehicle door 120, the first driving device 124 does not need to be continuously driven, and only the second driving device may be controlled to open the second door panel 122. If the third door panel 123 needs to be opened, the third driving device is continuously driven, so as to drive the third door panel 123 to slide. Specifically, in the present embodiment, in the process of closing the vehicle door 120, the third opening 113 is closed first, the third door panel 123 slides to the preset position, and then the second driving device drives the second door panel 122 to turn over to close the second opening 112, between the positions where the lock tongue and the lock groove of the locking structure 125 are disposed and the position relationship between the third door panel 123 and the second door panel 122; then, the first door panel 121 is driven to turn over by the first driving device 124 to close the first opening 111, and then, the locking structure 125 of the vehicle door 120 is controlled to be locked. With such an arrangement, the lock tongue disposed on the first door panel 121 can be easily inserted into the lock groove of the second door panel 122.
The invention also provides a vehicle, which comprises a vehicle body 100 and the vehicle door 120, wherein the tail 110 of the vehicle body 100 is provided with a first opening 111 and a second opening 112 which are communicated with each other, the first opening 111 is close to the bottom of the vehicle body 100, and the second opening 112 is close to the roof of the vehicle body 100; one side of the first opening 111 is flush with the inner bottom surface of a trunk of the vehicle body 100, and the vehicle body 100 is provided with a third opening 113 which is communicated with the second opening 112 and faces towards the different direction near the tail 110; the first door panel 121 of the vehicle door 120 covers the first opening 111, the second door panel 122 of the vehicle door 120 covers the second opening 112, and the third door panel 123 of the vehicle door 120 covers the third opening 113.
The vehicle provided by the invention comprises the vehicle door 120, so that the door opening process is quicker, and the technical effect of reducing the requirement of the vehicle door 120 on a larger space in the opening process is achieved.

Claims (10)

1. A vehicle door is characterized by being used for being mounted at the tail of a vehicle body, wherein the tail of the vehicle is provided with a first opening and a second opening which are in the same orientation and are communicated with each other, the first opening is close to the bottom of the vehicle body, the second opening is close to the top of the vehicle body, one side of the first opening is flush with the inner bottom surface of a trunk of the vehicle body, and the vehicle body is provided with a third opening which is communicated with the second opening and is in different orientation near the tail of the vehicle;
the vehicle door comprises a first door panel for covering the first opening, a second door panel for covering the second opening and a third door panel for covering the third opening, and further comprises a first driving device for driving the first door panel to move, a second driving device for driving the second door panel to move, a third driving device for driving the third door panel to slide along the vehicle body and a control device electrically connected with the first driving device, the second driving device and the third driving device;
the first door panel is used for being hinged to the tail of the vehicle, the second door panel is hinged to the third door panel, and the third door panel is connected to the vehicle body in a sliding mode.
2. The vehicle door of claim 1, wherein the vehicle body is provided with a slide rail near the rear of the vehicle, and the third door panel is provided with a pulley that cooperates with the slide rail.
3. The vehicle door of claim 2, wherein the third driving device includes an electric stay, and a driving shaft of the electric stay extends and contracts to drive the pulley of the third door panel to slide along the sliding rail in a reciprocating manner.
4. A vehicle door according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the first drive means and the second drive means each comprise an electric stay;
one end of the first driving device is hinged to the third door panel, and the other end of the first driving device is hinged to the second door panel;
one end of the second driving device is hinged to the tail of the vehicle, and the other end of the second driving device is hinged to the tail of the vehicle.
5. The vehicle door of any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising a latch structure including a latch tongue and a latch groove that mate, wherein a top end of the first door panel is provided with one of the latch tongue or the latch groove, and a bottom end of the second door panel is provided with the other of the latch tongue or the latch groove.
6. A vehicle door as claimed in claim 5, characterized in that the locking arrangement is electrically connected to the control device for controlling the opening or locking of the locking arrangement.
7. A control method of a vehicle door, characterized by being applied to the vehicle door of any one of claims 1 to 6, the control method comprising, during opening of the vehicle door:
controlling a first door panel of the vehicle door to move so as to open a first opening of the vehicle tail; controlling a second door panel of the vehicle door to move to open a second opening of the vehicle tail;
and controlling a third door plate of the vehicle door to slide so as to open a third opening of the vehicle body.
8. The control method according to claim 7, characterized by further comprising: before controlling the first door panel of the vehicle door to move, the method further comprises the following steps: controlling the locking structure of the vehicle door to be opened;
after the first opening is opened, before the second door panel of the vehicle door is controlled to move, the method further comprises the following steps:
acquiring the opening duration of a first door panel of the vehicle door;
when the opening duration is equal to the preset duration, controlling a second driving device of the vehicle door to start;
the preset time length comprises the time length from the movement of a first door panel of the vehicle door to the separation of the moving track of a second door panel of the vehicle door.
9. The control method according to claim 7, characterized in that during the closing of the vehicle door, the control method further comprises:
controlling a third door panel of the vehicle door to slide to close the third opening;
controlling movement of a second door panel of the vehicle door to close the second opening;
controlling movement of a first door panel of the vehicle door to close the first opening;
and controlling the locking of the locking structure of the vehicle door.
10. A vehicle, characterized by comprising: a vehicle body and a door as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, the vehicle body having a rear with a first opening and a second opening in communication with each other, the first opening being adjacent a floor of the vehicle body and the second opening being adjacent a roof of the vehicle body; one side of the first opening is flush with the inner bottom surface of a trunk of the vehicle body, and a third opening which is communicated with the second opening and faces towards different directions is formed in the position, close to the tail of the vehicle, of the vehicle body; the first door panel of the vehicle door covers the first opening, the second door panel of the vehicle door covers the second opening, and the third door panel of the vehicle door covers the third opening.
