Furthermore, the surfactant is prepared by the ratio of (15-20) to (1-2) to (2-3) of anionic surfactant, nonionic surfactant and amphoteric surfactant.
Further, the anionic surfactant is prepared by compounding one or more of fatty alcohol ether sodium sulfate, sodium laureth sulfate and sodium lauroyl sarcosinate;
the nonionic surfactant is coco glucoside;
the amphoteric surfactant is cocamidopropyl betaine;
the cation of the cationic polymer is formed by compounding one or more of polyquaternium-6, polyquaternium-7, polyquaternium-39, polyquaternium-46, polyquaternium-52 and cationic guar gum.
Furthermore, the hair care conditioner is prepared by compounding one or two of hair care silicone oil emulsion and vitamin E.
Further, the metal ion chelating agent is one or two of hydroxyethylidene diphosphate or disodium edetate.
Further, the composite ginger traditional Chinese medicine extract is prepared by mixing ginger, wormwood, astragalus and sophora flavescens according to the proportion of 1-5:1-3:1: 1.
As an effective scheme, the compound ginger traditional Chinese medicine extract is prepared by the following method:
step 1: pulverizing rhizoma Zingiberis recens, folium Artemisiae Argyi, radix astragali, and radix Sophorae Flavescentis respectively, sieving, adding 5-10 times of water, reflux-extracting at 60-80 deg.C for 2-3 hr, separating residues of rhizoma Zingiberis recens, folium Artemisiae Argyi, radix astragali, and radix Sophorae Flavescentis from filtrate, collecting filtrate, concentrating, mixing the obtained water extracts of rhizoma Zingiberis recens, folium Artemisiae Argyi, radix astragali, and radix Sophorae Flavescentis to obtain mixed water extract;
step 2: adding 2-5 times of 60% -75% ethanol into the mixed water extract for alcohol precipitation, and recovering supernatant for later use;
and step 3: mixing the alcohol precipitate with rhizoma Zingiberis recens, folium Artemisiae Argyi, radix astragali, and radix Sophorae Flavescentis residue, adding 0.25-1 times of ethanol, soaking for 1-1.5 hr, extracting, filter-pressing, filtering to remove insoluble substances, and mixing with supernatant to obtain the compound rhizoma Zingiberis recens Chinese medicinal extractive solution.
Preferably, the composite ginger traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1:1:1 concentration of dry matter components of ginger, wormwood, astragalus and sophora flavescens. Wherein rhizoma Zingiberis recens is originated from Shandong or Henan, folium Artemisiae Argyi is originated from Sichuan QICHUN, radix astragali is 6 years old root of inner Mongolia, and radix Sophorae Flavescentis is originated from inner Mongolia.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the ginger compound shampoo, which comprises the following specific steps:
the method comprises the following steps: sequentially adding deionized water and a surfactant into a heating stirring pot;
step two: stirring at 80-85 deg.C until completely dissolved, and adding fatty alcohol and viscosity regulator while stirring until completely dissolved;
step three: adding the cationic polymer, adding the pearling agent and continuing to stir uniformly after the cationic polymer is completely swelled;
step four: adding nonionic surfactant and amphoteric surfactant when the above substances are completely dissolved, and cooling to 45-50 deg.C;
step five: adding the compound ginger traditional Chinese medicine extract and the hair care silicone oil emulsion at 45-50 ℃;
step six: after being mixed uniformly, the ginger compound shampoo is prepared by adding essence and preservative, mixing and emulsifying uniformly.
The ginger in the traditional Chinese medicine formula contains pungent and aromatic components, and the pungent component is zingerone in aromatic volatile oil, wherein the zingerone mainly comprises zingiberene, fructus Foeniculi, camphorterpene, gingerol, eucalyptol, starch, mucus, and the like.
Moxa is a traditional Chinese medicine, has a long medicinal history, and is often used by ancient people as a door precursor and a medicine for treating related diseases by moxibustion. The folium Artemisiae Argyi essential oil contains eucalyptol, caryophyllene oxide, caryophyllene, thujone, levocamphor, polysaccharide and flavone, and has effects of regulating qi and blood, warming channels, dispelling cold and dampness, resisting bacteria, diminishing inflammation, promoting circulation, invigorating qi, resisting bacteria, diminishing inflammation, relieving itching and removing dandruff.
Huang Qi is sweet in flavor and slightly warm in nature, and enters liver, spleen, lung and kidney meridians. Tonify qi, nourish blood, strengthen the middle-jiao, strengthen qi to secure exterior, arrest sweating to secure desertion. Can help improve oil-water balance of scalp, reduce oil secretion, and strengthen hair root.
Sophora flavescens contains matrine, and the compendium of materia medica says: the bitter and cold properties of Ku Shen and Huang Bai can tonify kidney, so they can dry dampness and clear heat. It can kill parasites by wind because it can generate wind and dampness. The book Ben Cao Hui Yan (treatise on materia Medica): the Yao Fei Zhiyun, the kuh-seng, the medicine for dispelling wind and purging fire, eliminating dampness and removing worms also can be used for treating the diseases caused by the wind and the fiveling, the kuh-seng and the dampness and the worms. The Yunnan herbal notes sophora flavescens: blood cooling, heat toxin clearing, scabies and pyogenic nidus Collybiae. Treating skin pruritus, tinea, skin ulcer, obstinate dander, intestinal wind and hematochezia. Dispel wind, resolve swelling and remove phlegm-toxin. "
Through the cooperation of the four traditional Chinese medicines, the active ingredients of the ginger are utilized to accelerate the blood circulation of the skin of the head, so that the scalp generates a slight thermal effect and accelerates the blood circulation, and the wormwood flavone ingredient contained in the wormwood, the astragalus polysaccharide ingredient contained in the astragalus and the total matrine ingredient contained in the sophora flavescens can be absorbed by capillaries through pores of the skin of the head, so that the hair-blackening hair-nourishing shampoo has the functions of blackening hair and nourishing hair follicles, inhibiting the activity of 5 alpha-reductase, reducing DHT generation, helping to inhibit the symptoms of alopecia, effectively and quickly promoting the growth of hair, improving the hair quality and effectively nourishing hair roots to achieve the hair-strengthening effect on the basis of the hair-growing and anti-alopecia functions of the active ingredients of the ginger; in addition, in a preferable scheme, the vitamin E is added to drive the absorption of active substances of the vitamin E and improve the absorption efficiency of the vitamin E; and the addition of the vitamin E can effectively stabilize the activity effect of the whole formula system and reduce the stimulation caused by various surfactants.
