Abstract
本申请提供了一种数据传输的控制方法和装置,能够在终端设备进行上行传输时,实现对逻辑信道的速率控制,有利于降低网络拥塞的风险。该方法包括:终端设备接收来自网络设备的第一信息,该第一信息用于指示至少一个逻辑信道中每个逻辑信道的最大上行比特率;终端设备基于该最大上行比特率,为该至少一个逻辑信道中的全部或部分逻辑信道分配上行资源。
