Claims (10)

1. A visual detection system of a digital electronic module is characterized by comprising an operation table (1), a material conveying mechanism (2), a supporting mechanism (4), a visual detection device, a visual detection translation mechanism and a visual display device (23),
the material conveying mechanism (2) is arranged on a top plate of the operating platform (1);
the visual detection device is positioned above the material conveying mechanism (2), is arranged on the supporting mechanism (4) in a sliding manner through a visual detection translation mechanism, and is provided with an image data collector;
the visual display device (23) is used for displaying the acquired image signals, and the visual display device (23) is electrically connected with the signal output end of the image data acquisition unit through a signal line.
2. The digital electronic module vision inspection system of claim 1, wherein: at least two conveying mechanisms (2) are arranged; the supporting mechanism is provided with an outer shell (5), a glass door (6) is arranged on the outer shell (5), and a feeding and taking port is formed in the lower portion of the outer shell (5).
3. The digital electronic module vision inspection system of claim 1, wherein: the visual detection device comprises a fixed seat (7) and a detection component,
the fixing seat (7) comprises a fixing seat body (701), a lifting cylinder (703) and a sliding connection part (702), wherein the lifting cylinder (703) is fixed on the upper part of the outer side wall of the fixing seat body (701), an inverted T-shaped sliding groove is formed in the lower part of the outer side wall of the fixing seat body (701) along the vertical direction, and the inverted T-shaped sliding groove extends to the bottom of the outer side wall of the fixing seat body (701);
the sliding connection part (702) is arranged on the inner side wall of the fixed seat body (701), and the sliding connection part (702) is fixedly connected with the visual detection translation mechanism;
the detection component comprises a connecting plate (8), a shell (9), an image data collector and an illumination light source (10),
the image data collector is fixed in the shell (9) and is provided with a camera (11) and a data transmission port (12), the camera (11) is arranged at the bottom of the image data collector, and the camera penetrates through the bottom of the shell (9) along the vertical direction and faces downwards; the data transmission port (12) is arranged at the top of the image data collector;
the illumination light source (10) is arranged at the bottom of the shell (9), and the illumination light source (10) and the camera (11) are arranged in parallel;
the machine shell (9) is fixed with the connecting plate (8) through a connecting piece, and an opening matched with the data transmission port (12) is formed in the top of the machine shell (9);
the visual display device (23) is connected with the data transmission port (12) through a signal line;
the upper end face of the connecting plate (8) is connected with the lifting end of the lifting cylinder (703), a T-shaped sliding block (801) is arranged on the inner side wall of the connecting plate (8), and the T-shaped sliding block (801) is connected with the inner side wall of the inverted T-shaped sliding groove in a sliding mode.
4. A digital electronic module vision inspection system as recited in claim 3, wherein: the connecting plate (8) is further fixed with an air pressure nozzle (13), the air pressure nozzle (13) is connected with an external high-pressure air source, and the air pressure nozzle (13) faces the lower portion of the camera.

The digital electronic module visual inspection system of claim 4, wherein: the supporting mechanism (4) comprises two upright posts (401) and a connecting box body (402), and the two upright posts (401) are respectively arranged on two sides of the operating platform (1); the two ends of the connecting box body (402) are respectively fixedly connected with the two upright posts (401), a visual detection translation mechanism for driving the sliding connecting part (702) to move is arranged inside the connecting box body (402), a sliding groove is formed in the top of the connecting box body (402), a rack (14) is further arranged at the inner bottom of the connecting box body (402), and the rack (14) is arranged along the length direction of the connecting box body (402);
the visual detection translation mechanism comprises a main body case (15), a driving component and a connecting block (17),
the main body case (15) is arranged above the rack (14), the side wall of the main body case (15) is in sliding connection with the inner wall of the connecting case body (402), a connecting block (17) is fixed at the top of the main body case (15), one end of the connecting block (17) penetrates through a sliding groove to be fixed with the sliding connecting part (702), and the connecting block (17) is in sliding connection with the sliding groove;
the driving assembly is arranged in the main machine case (15), and the driving assembly is matched and connected with the rack (14) and drives the main machine case (15) to linearly move along the rack (14).
6. The digital electronic module visual inspection system of claim 5, wherein the bottom of the main body case (15) is provided with a mounting groove;
the driving component comprises a driving motor (19), a driving wheel (21), a driven wheel (22), a connecting shaft (20) and a rotating gear (16),
the driving motor (19) is arranged inside the main body case (15), the output end of the driving motor (19) is connected with a driving wheel (21), and the bottom of the driving wheel (21) is connected with a driven wheel (22) in a meshing manner; the driven wheel (22) is in driving connection with the rotating gear (16) through a connecting shaft (20);
one end of the connecting shaft (20) is connected with the center of the driven wheel (22), the other end of the connecting shaft (20) is connected with the center of the rotating gear (16),
the rotating gear (16) is rotatably arranged in the mounting groove, and the rotating gear (16) is meshed with the rack (14).

The vision inspection system for the digital electronic module according to claim 6, characterized in that the material conveying mechanism (2) comprises a material conveying platform (201) and a guide rail (202), the guide rail (202) is arranged on the top plate of the operation table (1), and connecting chutes are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the guide rail (202); fortune material platform (201) set up in guide rail (202) top the bottom of fortune material platform (201) is provided with and is connected spout assorted L type connecting piece, fortune material platform (201) are through the connection spout sliding connection of L type connecting piece and guide rail (202) both sides, just the direction of transportation of fortune material platform (201) is mutually perpendicular with visual detection translation mechanism's moving direction.

The digital electronic module visual inspection system according to claim 6, wherein the operation table (1) is provided with a control switch, and the control switch is electrically connected with the driving motor (19); a plurality of position adjusting holes are formed in the connecting plate (8), and the machine shell (9) is fixed on the connecting plate (8) through the matching of the position adjusting holes and the connecting piece.
9. A digital electronic module vision inspection method using the digital electronic module vision inspection system of claim 7, comprising the steps of:
step 1: placing the digital electronic module (3) to be detected on the material conveying platform (201), and conveying the digital electronic module (3) to be detected to the lower part of the visual detection device;
step 2: adjusting the position of the visual detection device through the visual detection translation mechanism;
and step 3: purging the digital electronic module (3) to be detected by using a pneumatic nozzle (13);
and 4, step 4: starting an illumination light source (10) and a camera (11), adjusting the distance between the camera (11) and the digital electronic module (3) to be detected, and transmitting image data of the digital electronic module (3) to be detected to a visual display device (23);
and 5: the image of the digital electronic module (3) to be detected displayed by the visual display device (23) is used for assisting in manually judging whether the digital electronic module (3) to be detected meets the requirements or not.
10. The visual inspection method of digital electronic module according to claim 9, characterized in that the visual display device (23) of step 5 is provided with an image display algorithm, said image display algorithm comprising the steps of:
step A: determining a gray value interval to which preset qualified gray value information of the digital electronic module belongs, and determining the gray value interval to which the preset qualified gray value information of the digital electronic module belongs as a preset interval;
and B: acquiring gray value information of the digital electronic module (3) to be detected;
and C: comparing the gray value information of the digital electronic module (3) to be detected with preset qualified gray value information of the digital electronic module, and when the absolute value of the difference between the gray value threshold of the digital electronic module (3) to be detected and the preset interval is larger than 15, indicating that the digital electronic module (3) to be detected does not meet the requirement, and displaying the difference as R in the image of the digital electronic module (3) to be detected of the visual display device (23): 255, G: 0, B: 0; when the absolute value of the difference between the gray value of the digital electronic module (3) to be detected and the gray value threshold value of the preset interval is less than or equal to 15, the digital electronic module (3) to be detected meets the requirement, and the difference is displayed as R in the image of the digital electronic module (3) to be detected of the visual display device (23): 0, G: 255, B: 0.
