When the vacuum generator works, the shutoff valve is opened, the upper rubber sleeve opens the air passage to generate negative pressure, two O-shaped sealing rings of the wrapping head are in contact with the inner wall of the upper sleeve to form sealing, the gas circulation groove forms negative pressure, and a gap between the upper wrapping head component and the latex sleeve forms negative pressure through a gas hole in the gas circulation groove, so that the latex sleeve in the upper wrapping head component is fully opened, the cigar is easily put into the wrapping head at the moment, the shutoff valve is closed after the cigar is put into the cigar, and the latex sleeve is recovered to wrap the cigar pack.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the lower and upper wrapping head assemblies have substantially the same structure, that is, the lower wrapping head assembly also comprises a latex sleeve, a wrapping head and an O-ring, the wrapping head is a lower wrapping head 10, the inside of the wrapping head is a cavity, and the upper and lower ends are open. The lower extreme is provided with O type sealing washer mounting groove respectively on the outer fringe of parcel head, and O type sealing washer is installed in O type sealing washer mounting groove, is provided with the gas circulation groove on the lateral wall at parcel head middle part, is provided with the gas pocket in the gas circulation groove, and the gas pocket runs through the first lateral wall of parcel, with the first inside cavity intercommunication of parcel. The latex sleeve is arranged in the wrapping head, the upper end of the latex sleeve is arranged at the upper end part of the wrapping head, and the lower end of the latex sleeve is arranged at the lower end part of the wrapping head. The lower sleeve 5 is a cylinder matched with the inner cavity of the upper sleeve in shape, a sealing ring mounting groove 26 is arranged on the outer side wall of the cylinder and is respectively an upper sealing ring mounting groove and a lower sealing ring mounting groove, and sealing rings 9 are respectively arranged in the two mounting grooves. The upper sleeve is sleeved on the lower sleeve (as shown in fig. 6), and the inner cavity of the upper sleeve and the lower sleeve pass through a sealing ring 9. When the upper sleeve moves up and down, the distance between the wrapping head of the upper sleeve and the wrapping head of the lower sleeve can be adjusted, the distance can be used for matching cigars with different lengths, and the distance between the upper edge of the upper sleeve and the lower edge of the lower sleeve is the wrapping length X of the cigars. The upper end tip department of lower sleeve is equipped with the counter bore, and the parcel head of parcel head subassembly is installed in the counter bore down, and lower sleeve is equipped with down the gum cover and opens gas circuit 6, and the one end that the gas circuit was opened to lower gum cover communicates with the gas flow groove of parcel head, and the gas circuit of vacuum generator is connected to the other end that the gas circuit was opened to lower gum cover, is provided with the shutoff valve on vacuum generator's the gas circuit. When the vacuum generator works, the shutoff valve is opened, the lower rubber sleeve opens the air passage to generate negative pressure, two O-shaped sealing rings of the wrapping head are in contact with the inner wall of the lower sleeve to form sealing, the gas circulation groove forms negative pressure, and a gap between the lower wrapping head component and the latex sleeve forms negative pressure through a gas hole in the gas circulation groove, so that the latex sleeve of the lower wrapping head component is fully opened, the cigar is easily put into the wrapping head at the moment, the shutoff valve is closed after the cigar is put into the cigar, and the latex sleeve is recovered to be wrapped around the cigar pack. And a suction resistance suction air passage 7 is arranged in the lower sleeve and is communicated with the counter bore of the wrapping head so as to be communicated with the lower wrapping head assembly. The resistance-suction gas path is connected with a resistance-suction measuring sensor, and the measuring sensor obtains the resistance value of the cigar by sucking the cigar.
As shown in fig. 4, 7, 8 and 9, the upper sleeve fixing block 4 is disposed on the lower outer edge of the upper sleeve and connected to the sliding connection base 19, and the upper sleeve moves synchronously when the sliding connection base moves up and down. The lower sleeve fixing block 3 is arranged on the outer edge of the lower portion of the lower sleeve and is fixedly connected with the upright post 21, and the lower sleeve is parallel to the linear guide rail, the upright post and the ball screw. The side wall of the lower sleeve is provided with a measuring scale 25, and when the upper sleeve moves up and down, the numerical value of the measuring scale exposed from the lower sleeve is the wrapping length required by the cigar resistance test.
The working process is as follows: before measurement, the hand wheel is rotated left and right to enable the ball screw nut to move up and down along the ball screw to drive the sliding connecting seat to move up and down synchronously, the sliding block and the upper sleeve which are fixed on the sliding connecting seat also move up and down relatively, the upper sleeve moves up and down relatively to the lower sleeve, when the upper sleeve moves up and down, the numerical value of the scale which is exposed from the lower sleeve is measured, namely the wrapping length during the cigar smoking resistance test, when the required wrapping length is obtained, the rotation of the hand wheel is stopped, the upper and lower shutoff valves are opened, the vacuum generator starts to work to enable the upper rubber sleeve to open the air passage and the lower rubber sleeve to open the air passage and generate negative pressure simultaneously, the latex sleeves of the upper wrapping head and the lower wrapping head are opened simultaneously, the cigar which needs to be measured is put in, after the cigar is put into a measuring position, the shutoff valve is closed to enable the upper rubber sleeve to open the air passage and enable the lower rubber sleeve to open the air passage to have the internal pressure at normal pressure, the latex sleeve of the upper wrapping head and the latex sleeve of the lower wrapping head both recover to wrap the cigar packet, the cigars are sucked through the suction resistance suction air path, and the suction resistance value of the cigar is obtained by the suction resistance measuring sensor. When cigar products with the same length are measured, only the closing valve needs to be opened repeatedly to replace the test product, and when cigars with other specifications (different lengths) need to be measured, the action of adjusting the distance between the upper wrapping head and the lower wrapping head is repeated.
The cigar resistance-absorbing wrapping test head provided by the invention can wrap cigars with different lengths, such as half wrapping, full wrapping or wrapping with specific length and size, a plurality of resistance-absorbing test heads which are specifically matched are not required to be manufactured according to different lengths of the cigars, only one test head capable of adjusting the wrapping length is required, the processing and manufacturing cost is greatly reduced, the convenience in use of the test head is improved, and the use efficiency is improved.
In order to realize the adjustment of the wrapping length, the traditional single-section wrapping mode is changed into a multi-section wrapping mode, and the distance between two wrapping heads can be adjusted, so that the cigars with different lengths can be wrapped at two ends or wrapped by other specified lengths under the device.
This kind of adjustable parcel mode has following advantage:
1. the two-section type wrapping mode can realize the wrapping measurement of cigars with different lengths; by adjusting the distance between the two wrapping heads.
2. Adopt ball and linear guide between the parcel head, the adjusting distance is convenient in the use, only needs to rotate the hand wheel and can easily change parcel length to the axiality between two parcel heads obtains guaranteeing, can effectively guarantee the seal of air current at the in-process of adjusting length.
3. The same wrapping length is realized, a single-section wrapping needs to manufacture a testing head matched with the length of the cigar, the manufacturing cost is higher, and the replacement is more complicated in the using process; the sectional type package with the adjustable length can realize functions only by adjusting the package position through a hand wheel.
4. The latex sleeves used for measuring cigars with different lengths are the same in length and have universality, and the single-section latex sleeve needs to be matched with the length of the wrapping head.
Example 2
The cigar samples with 8 specifications (numbers A-H) are selected, the sizes of the samples are representative in cigar markets at home and abroad, specific sample information is detailed in table 1, and each sample with each specification is 30.
The experimental steps are as follows: a suction resistance testing instrument and an accessory capable of adjusting the test wrapping depth are adopted. The resistance to cigar smoking was measured for each sample at 3 wrapping depths (latex tube was used for wrapping 3 ways: 15mm at the lower end of cigar, half length wrapped cigar, full wrap).
Recording a test result; averaging and standard deviation of the cigar resistance measurements for 3 wrapping depths per sample, dividing the standard deviation by the average (i.e. absolute standard deviation, shown as a percentage) as a single measurement of the uniformity of the handmade cigar; for each specification, the average of the individual measurements of the uniformity of 30 cigar embryo samples was taken as the test result for the uniformity of cigar embryos of that specification, see table 2 and figure 10.

According to the method of the present invention, the larger the value of the uniformity test result, the better the uniformity, and it can be seen from Table 2 and FIG. 1 that among the 8 samples, i.e., the sample D is the best in the rolling uniformity, and the worst is A, the arrangement of the sample rolling uniformity is D > E > C > B > F > H > G > A from good to poor.
Comparative example 1
Cigar samples of 8 specifications, which were the same as in example 2, were inspected by manual quality inspection, and the inspection objects for each specification were samples produced in three batches, and the number of the inspection samples for each batch was 300. The inspection contents are the number of cigarettes which are not rolled uniformly, such as the concave parts and the convex parts of the cigarettes, and the ratio of the cigarettes which are not rolled uniformly is calculated, and the results are shown in table 3 and figure 11.
The ratio of the rolled uneven cigarettes is (uneven number of the rolled cigarettes in batch 1, uneven number of the rolled cigarettes in batch 2, uneven number of the rolled cigarettes in batch 3)/the total amount of the three batches of test samples; example (16+10+8)/900 ═ 3.78%.

As can be seen from Table 3 and FIG. 11, the larger the ratio of the rolled non-uniform products is manually checked, the worse the rolling uniformity is, i.e., the best the rolling uniformity is, the sample D, and the worst is, the good to poor the rolling uniformity of the sample is arranged as D > C > E > F > B > G > H > A.
Therefore, the test results show that compared with the existing manual detection method, the evaluation method related to the invention has consistent trend, so that the method can accurately judge the rolling uniformity.
Example 3
Cigar tobacco blank samples of A and E specifications in the table 1 are selected, and 30 cigar tobacco blank samples of each specification are selected (30 cigar tobacco blank samples of each specification are respectively numbered as No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3 … … 30).
The test steps are as follows: the resistance of cigars under 3 wrapping depths was measured for each sample using a resistance-to-draw tester (latex tubes were used for wrapping, and 3 methods: 15mm wrapping, half length wrapping, full wrapping, respectively), and the test results were recorded.
And (3) testing result analysis method: the average and standard deviation of the measurements of the resistance to smoking of cigars at 3 wrapping depths per sample are taken, the standard deviation divided by the average (i.e. the absolute standard deviation) is taken as a single measurement of the uniformity of the manual cigar, the uniformity test result of each cigar blank is expressed in percentage, according to the method to which the invention relates, the greater the value, the better the uniformity.
As can be seen from fig. 12 and 13, the roll uniformity of sample a is generally poor, and the roll uniformity of sample E is generally good, but the roll uniformity differs between each sample.
The worst coil uniformity in sample a was: nos. 3, 19, 22, 30;
the worst coiling uniformity in sample E was: no. 3 and No. 16.
Comparative example 2
And (3) manually selecting the samples which are not uniformly rolled in the samples A and E by adopting a manual judgment method for 30 samples of the samples A and E, wherein the results are as follows:
the non-uniform rolls selected in sample a were: no. 3, No. 19, No. 22 and No. 30.
The non-uniformity of the rolls selected in sample E was: no. 3 and No. 16.
The results of example 3 and comparative example 2 were analyzed:
(1) the manually judged unqualified products are consistent with the evaluation result of the method, and the manually judged number of the rolled unqualified sample belongs to a part of the evaluation result of the method (the enclosed part of the square frame is a part of all lower points). The evaluation method related to the invention is accurate and reliable.
(2) As can be seen from the box marks in FIGS. 12 and 13, there are several data for the same level of values as those in the boxes, but the manual judgment is not selected, because the manual selection mainly selects the rolling unevenness which is obvious in appearance and mainly characterized by the depressions and the protrusions. The evaluation method of the invention can judge the rolling unevenness inside the cigar which can not be observed by naked eyes. Therefore, the evaluation method can more accurately select unqualified products.
Although the invention has been described herein with reference to illustrative embodiments thereof, it should be understood that numerous other modifications and embodiments can be devised by those skilled in the art that will fall within the spirit and scope of the principles of this disclosure. More specifically, various variations and modifications may be made to the component parts and/or arrangements of the subject combination arrangement within the scope of the disclosure herein. In addition to variations and modifications in the component parts and/or arrangements, other uses will also be apparent to those skilled in the art.

Claims (10)

1. A method for evaluating the cigar rolling uniformity is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) the method comprises the following steps of testing the suction resistance of the cigars, adjusting the wrapping depth of a wrapping head of a suction resistance tester in the length direction of a cigar sample to be tested in the testing process, and testing the suction resistance data of different wrapping depths of the same cigar sample to be tested;
(2) calculating the average value and the standard deviation of the suction resistance data of different wrapping depths obtained by the same tested cigar sample;
(3) the standard deviation of the same tested cigar sample is divided by the average value to obtain the absolute standard deviation, and the obtained calculation result is used for evaluating the cigar rolling uniformity.
2. The method of evaluating cigar rolling uniformity according to claim 1, wherein a larger value of the calculated absolute standard deviation indicates a better rolling uniformity of the cigar sample tested.
3. The method of evaluating cigar rolling uniformity according to claim 1, wherein the resistance to draw of the cigar sample under test is measured using a resistance to draw tester capable of adjusting the test wrap depth.
4. The method of evaluating cigar rolling uniformity according to claim 1, wherein 3-50 different wrap depth draw resistance data are tested for the same cigar sample tested.
5. The method of evaluating cigar rolling uniformity according to claim 4, wherein each cigar sample tested is tested for 3 different wrap depths of resistance to draw data, wherein when testing the resistance to draw data for the first wrap depth, the wrapping head wraps the cigar sample tested for 10-30 mm; when the suction resistance data of the second wrapping depth is tested, the wrapping depth of the wrapping head to the tested cigar sample is half of the length of the tested cigar sample, and when the suction resistance data of the third wrapping depth is tested, the wrapping depth of the wrapping head to the tested cigar sample is full wrapping.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein more than 10 cigars in a batch of cigars are randomly selected to form a set of cigar samples to be tested, the cigar samples in the set are tested for resistance data at a plurality of different wrapping depths, the absolute standard deviation of the resistance data of each cigar sample to be tested is calculated, and the absolute standard deviation of the resistance data of all cigar samples to be tested in the set is arithmetically averaged, so as to evaluate the cigar rolling uniformity of the batch.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein 10-50 cigars are randomly selected from the same batch of cigars to form the set of cigar samples to be tested.
8. The method of evaluating uniformity of cigar rolling according to claim 1, wherein the absolute standard deviation is expressed as a percentage, and a cigar sample to be tested having an absolute standard deviation of less than 2% is judged to have a uniformity failure.
9. The method of evaluating uniformity of cigar rolling according to claim 1, wherein the absolute standard deviation is expressed as a percentage, and a cigar sample to be tested having an absolute standard deviation of less than 1% is judged to have a uniformity failure.
10. The method of claim 3, wherein the cigar sample is wrapped with latex tube by the resistance tester.
