背景技术
截止阀的密封性能决定了截止阀的使用,而现有的截止阀,仅仅采用一个位置的密封截止,如果这个密封位置损坏或者密封不严,就会造成阀门泄露,因此采用双重密封截止的方式来进行截止阀的关闭是十分必要的。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种固定式节流截止阀,其有益效果为可以双重密封截止。
一种固定式节流截止阀,包括竖筒、圆柱阀芯、粗压部和细压部,所述竖筒上侧开口宽,下侧开口窄,圆柱阀芯上侧设置有粗压部,圆柱阀芯下侧设置有细压部,圆柱阀芯滑动连接在竖筒上。
所述粗压部压在竖筒的上部,细压部压在竖筒的下部。
还包括通口和空心腔,圆柱阀芯上设置有空心腔,空心腔的下侧开放,圆柱阀芯中部设置有通口,通口连通至圆柱阀芯的外周,通口与空心腔相连通。
还包括弧形板,弧形板竖向滑动连接在圆柱阀芯的上部,弧形板能够挡在通口的内侧。

具体实施方式

由于固定式节流截止阀包括竖筒101、圆柱阀芯102、粗压部103和细压部107,所述竖筒101下侧开口窄,上侧开口宽,粗压部103设置在圆柱阀芯102上侧,细压部107设置在圆柱阀芯102下侧,竖筒101上滑动连接了圆柱阀芯102,通过粗压部103压在竖筒101的上部,细压部107压在竖筒101的下部,进而在圆柱阀芯102的上端位置和下端位置同时进行截止密封,进而防止密封位置损坏或者密封不严,同时由于圆柱阀芯102与竖筒101的内壁相接触,进而在圆柱阀芯102与竖筒101的内壁的接触位置也进行密封,进而实现了可靠的截止密封效果。

由于固定式节流截止阀还包括弧形板105,弧形板105滑动连接在圆柱阀芯102的上部,弧形板105可以挡在通口108的内侧,不需要使用通口108时,即可使得弧形板105挡在通口108处将通口108处封口。
