the sand filtering layer (3-6) is arranged below the filter screen (3-8);
a geotextile (3-5) is arranged between the sand filtering layer (3-6) and the pebble filtering layer (3-2);
and a steel wire mesh is also arranged at the bottom end of the pebble filtering layer (3-2).
6. A combination system for sponge-reforming of old community as claimed in claim 2, wherein:
a drain pipe (3-3) is arranged on the inner side of the collection box (3-10), and the drain pipe (3-3) is connected with a hose water inlet pipe (4-1);
the vertical distance between the drain pipe (3-3) and the bottom of the collection box (3-10) ranges from 90cm to 100 cm;
and a pressure valve (3-4) is also arranged on the water discharge pipe (3-3).

step (3), when the rainwater in the rainwater garden (5) reaches a certain amount, the rainwater can enter an underground municipal pipe network in an overflow mode;
step (4), after the use time is long, opening a grid cover (3-11), treading a pedal (6-5) of a driving mechanism (6), driving a rotating shaft to rotate by a rotating shaft chain (6-4), further extending a contraction rod (6-2) to enable a lifting hook (6-1) to hook a handle (3-9) of a collecting box, pressing a contraction switch (6-3) until the collecting box (3-10) is taken out, pressing the contraction switch (6-3) again, and retracting the contraction rod (6-2) into the collecting box;
and (5) intensively removing impurities from the taken collecting box (3-10), cleaning and replacing the filter screen (3-8) or the multi-stage filter device, and putting the collecting box (3-10) into the collecting pit (3-1) by using the driving mechanism (6) after the removal is finished.
