As a preferred embodiment, a restraining tube is formed at an end of the sheath tube 1 near the first end for being sleeved outside the tip. S2: the conical nails 5 are arranged in the soil body in a striking mode, so that the embedded ends of the pulling pieces 4 are embedded in the soil body, the free ends of the pulling pieces 4 are exposed out of the soil body, and the pulling pieces 4 and the anchor plates 2 are arranged along the propelling direction of the conical nails 5 respectively.
S3: the conical nail 5 is withdrawn from the sheath tube 1, so that the embedded ends of the sheath tube 1, the anchor plate 2, the pull-bearing plate 3 and the pull piece 4 are kept in the soil body.
S4: the pulling piece 4 is pretensioned to turn the first end of the anchor plate 2 upward, thereby causing the anchor plate 2 to be detained in the earth in a posture perpendicular to the advancing direction.
