Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of server packaging, and particularly provides an air column bag, which comprises: the gas column strip is sealed and filled with protective gas, a one-way valve is arranged in the gas column strip, and the internal space of the gas column strip is divided into a plurality of sections by the one-way valve. The invention can measure the air pressure value of the air column without influencing the air pressure in the air column which plays a main protection role, measures all the air columns of the air column bag, and then integrally evaluates the air pressure value and the protection effect of the air column bag, thereby having important significance for controlling the use quality of the air column bag.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of server packaging, and particularly relates to an air column bag.
Background
The air column bag is a buffer package which is gradually and widely used at present, and air is used as a protective barrier, so that resources can be saved to the maximum extent, and wastes can be reduced; meanwhile, the flat state when not inflated can greatly save logistics and storage cost, and the flat state can puncture and discharge air after being inflated for use and is easy to recycle. At present, the method has a great deal of application in the fields of e-commerce, logistics, consumer goods, industrial goods and the like.
The air column bag mainly seals air by means of a cylindrical space formed by a plastic film, and products are protected in a buffering mode by means of air pressure in the air column. When the air pressure in the air column is insufficient, the protection effect is greatly reduced or even lost. When the pressure in the air column is too high, the air column bag is also broken possibly, and the protection effect is lost. Therefore, the air pressure value inside the closed air column is very important for the function of the air column bag.
At present, various probes are required to be placed in a container to measure the air pressure of a common air pressure detection device, but the tightness of an air column can be damaged and the air pressure of the whole air column can be influenced by the mode for an air column bag.

The invention provides an air column bag, aiming at solving the technical problems of insufficient air pressure, inconvenience in testing and the like of the existing air column bag.
The present invention provides an air column bag comprising: the gas column strip is sealed and filled with protective gas, a one-way valve is arranged in the gas column strip, and the internal space of the gas column strip is divided into a plurality of sections by the one-way valve.
Further, the gas column bag comprises a plurality of parallel gas column strips.
Furthermore, the gas column bag is formed by compression molding of double-layer films, the position of the gas column strip is of an uncompressed double-layer film structure, and the connecting part between the adjacent gas column strips is of a single-layer structure after compression molding.
Furthermore, a splitting line is arranged at the center line of the connecting part, and a plurality of auxiliary splitting holes are formed in the splitting line.
Furthermore, the gas column strip is divided into a testing section and a protecting section by a one-way valve, and an inlet one-way valve is arranged at an inlet of the testing section.
Further, the length of the test section is one fourth of the length of the protection section.
Furthermore, the inlet end of the check valve is arranged on one side of the testing section, the outlet end of the check valve is arranged on one side of the protection section, and the gas in the testing section enters the protection section through the check valve.
Further, the check valve has an opening air pressure difference threshold, and when the air pressure difference between the testing section and the protection section reaches the air pressure difference threshold, the check valve is opened to enable the gas in the testing section to enter the protection section.

The air column bag is formed by compression molding of double-layer films, wherein the positions of the air column strips are of non-compression-molded double-layer film structures, and the connecting parts between the adjacent air column strips are of compression-molded single-layer structures. The central line of the connecting part is provided with a splitting line, and the splitting line is provided with a plurality of auxiliary splitting holes, so that the large-area air column bag can be conveniently split.
The gas column strip is divided into a testing section and a protection section by a one-way valve. The test section can be used for testing air pressure, and the protection section mainly plays a role in protection and buffering. The length of the test section is one fourth of the length of the protection section, so that the length of the protection section can be ensured, and the protection effect of the protection section is ensured. The air inlet end of the one-way valve is arranged on one side of the testing section, the air outlet end of the one-way valve is arranged on one side of the protecting section, and the air in the testing section enters the protecting section through the one-way valve. The check valve has an opening air pressure difference threshold, and when the air pressure difference between the test section and the protection section reaches the air pressure difference threshold, the check valve is opened to enable the gas in the test section to enter the protection section.
Designing an air inlet channel in front of the test section, wherein the air inlet channel is communicated with the test section in a one-way mode, and the air flow direction is from the air inlet channel to the test section, so that the integral design of the air column bag is completed; the airflow direction of the whole air column bag is one-way, and the airflow direction is from an air inlet channel to a test section to a protection section; when the air in the protection section leaks, the air pressure in the protection section is reduced, the air in the test section flows into the protection section due to the action of pressure intensity, so that the air pressure in the test section is reduced until the air pressure is consistent with the air pressure in the protection section, and the air pressure value of the whole air column can be obtained by measuring the air pressure in the test section, so that the protection effect of the air column is evaluated; measuring the air pressure value of the air columns of the air column bag one by one, and evaluating the integral protection effect of the air column bag; when the air in the protection section is not leaked and the air in the test section is leaked, the test section is in one-way communication with the protection section, and the air flow direction is from the test section to the protection section, so that the air in the protection section cannot flow to the test section, and the air pressure in the protection section is not influenced; the air pressure values of the air columns of the air column bags are measured one by one, data that the test section is air-leaked and the protection section is not air-leaked are eliminated, and the overall protection effect of the air column bags can be evaluated; when no gas is input manually, the gas pressure in the gas column bag cannot rise; if the air pressure is increased, the air pressure is caused by environmental changes, such as temperature increase, altitude increase and the like; at the moment, the test section and the protection section are both influenced by the environment, the air pressure of the air column is increased, and the air pressure value measured by the test section is consistent with that of the protection section.

The gas column bag according to claim 2, wherein said gas column bag is compression molded from a double layer film, wherein the gas column strips are positioned in an uncompressed double layer film structure and the connecting portions between adjacent gas column strips are compression molded single layer structures.
4. The air column bag according to claim 3, wherein a splitting line is provided at the midline of the connecting portion, and a plurality of auxiliary splitting holes are provided on the splitting line.
5. The gas column bag of claim 1, wherein the gas column strip is divided into a testing section and a protection section by a one-way valve, and an inlet one-way valve is provided at an inlet of the testing section.
6. The gas column pouch of claim 5, wherein the length of the test section is one quarter of the length of the protection section.
7. The gas column bag of claim 6, wherein the gas inlet end of the one-way valve is on the side of the test section and the gas outlet end of the one-way valve is on the side of the protection section, and the gas in the test section enters the protection section through the one-way valve.
8. The gas column bag of claim 7 wherein said one-way valve has an opening gas pressure differential threshold, said one-way valve opening when the gas pressure differential between the test section and the shielding section reaches said gas pressure differential threshold to allow gas from the test section to enter the shielding section.
