Based on the above-mentioned embodiment of the present application, the transmission member is configured to transmit the motion of the driving end to the driven end in the transmission assembly 30, and the transmission member with a flexible structure can make the transmission more flexible. The tensioning mechanism 54 is arranged to enable the tensioning mechanism 54 to keep the transmission member in a tensioned state in the process of adjusting the first housing 51 and the second housing 52 through the adjusting assembly 53, so as to ensure that the transmission assembly 30 keeps a stable transmission effect all the time before and after the adjusting assembly 53 adjusts.

Referring to fig. 7 to 9, in the embodiment of the present application, the transmission assembly 30 includes:
the driving part is fixedly connected with a rim of the tire 40 and rotates along with a rotating shaft of the tire 40;
a follower, directly or indirectly connected to the track assembly 20, for moving the track assembly 20;
and the first end of the transmission part is connected with the driving part, and the second end of the transmission part is connected with the driven part, so that the driving part drives the driven part to rotate.
According to the above-mentioned embodiments of the present application, the driving member is used as the driving end of the transmission assembly 30, and can rotate along with the rotating shaft of the tire 40, and the driven member can directly or indirectly drive the track assembly 20 to move, and the driving member and the driven member are driven by the transmission member. Through the cooperation of the driving member, the driven member and the transmission member, the rotation of the tire 40 can drive the movement of the crawler belt assembly 20, thereby realizing the effect of switching the traveling mode of the tire 40 to the crawler belt traveling mode.
It should be noted that more than one driven member may be provided, and the driven member at the end of the drive may directly drive track assembly 20. The transmission ratio of the driving part and the driven part and the transmission ratio between two adjacent driven parts are selected according to actual needs, and a certain speed change structure can be arranged as necessary to realize different driving speeds of the crawler belt assembly 20.
In the embodiment of the application, the driving part and the driven part are belt pulleys, and the transmission part is a belt; or,
the driving part and the driven part are chain wheels, and the transmission part is a chain.
Based on the above embodiments of the present application, the above embodiments exemplify two embodiments of the transmission assembly 30, one of which is that the track assembly 20 driven by the belt transmission is moved to realize effective driving in complicated road sections such as deep snow or muddy road sections; and secondly, the crawler assembly 20 is driven to move in a chain transmission mode, so that effective running under complex road sections such as deep snow or muddy road sections is realized. The gear set can utilize the matching structure of a plurality of gears, the gears in the gear set can be the same gear, and can also be the matching of a plurality of gears, specifically can be the matching of a plurality of external gears, or the structure of a planetary gear train and the like.
Referring to fig. 7 to 9, in the embodiment of the present application, the transmission assembly 30 includes:
a driving sprocket 31 fixedly connected with the rim of the tire 40, wherein the driving sprocket 31 rotates along with the rotating shaft of the tire 40;
a driven sprocket connected to the track assembly 20 for driving the track assembly 20 to travel;
and a chain, a first end of which is connected with the driving sprocket 31, and a second end of which is connected with the driven sprocket, so that the driving sprocket 31 drives the driven sprocket to rotate.
Based on the above-mentioned embodiment of this application, drive sprocket 31 can be in the same place with the rim fixed connection of tire 40, just so can make the rotation of tire 40 drive sprocket 31 and rotate, under the connection of chain, can make drive sprocket 31 can drive driven sprocket's rotation, because driven sprocket connects on crawler assembly 20 and can drive crawler assembly 20 and walk, can switch into the walking mode of tire 40 like this crawler walking mode, and then realize effectively traveling under the complicated highway sections such as dark snow or muddy highway section.
In the embodiment of the present application, the receiving assembly 10 includes two bearing rotating shafts disposed at an interval, and different positions of the outer peripheral surface of the tire 40 respectively abut against different bearing rotating shafts.
Based on the above-mentioned embodiment of the present application, the setting of the bearing rotating shaft can reduce the relative friction between the tire 40 and the bearing rotating shaft by matching the rotation of the tire 40 with the rotation of the rotation, reduce the wear rate of the outer tread of the tire 40, and improve the service life of the tire 40.
It should be noted that the two bearing rotating shafts include a first bearing rotating shaft 11 and a second bearing rotating shaft 12, the first bearing rotating shaft 11 and the second bearing rotating shaft 12 are arranged in parallel and at intervals, the first bearing rotating shaft 11 and the second bearing rotating shaft 12 are respectively abutted to different positions on the outer peripheral surface of the tire 40, at least part of the tire 40 is located between the first bearing rotating shaft 11 and the second bearing rotating shaft 12, and then the stability of the tire 40 after being placed is improved, after the transmission assembly 30 is connected, three-point locking can be realized through the first bearing rotating shaft 11, the second bearing rotating shaft 12 and the transmission assembly 30, and the stability of the connection of the tire 40 and the crawler travel device is improved.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, in the embodiment of the present application, the transmission assembly 30 includes:
a driving sprocket 31 fixedly connected with the rim of the tire 40, wherein the driving sprocket 31 rotates along with the rotating shaft of the tire 40;
the first driven chain wheel 32 is arranged on the bearing rotating shaft and is used for driving the bearing rotating shaft to synchronously rotate along with the tire 40;
a first chain 33, having a first end connected to the driving sprocket 31 and a second end connected to the first driven sprocket 32, so that the driving sprocket 31 drives the first driven sprocket 32 to rotate;
a second driven sprocket mounted on the track assembly 20 for driving the track assembly 20 to travel;
and a second chain 35 having a first end connected to the first driven sprocket 32 and a second end connected to the second driven sprocket 34, so that the first driven sprocket 32 drives the second driven sprocket 34 to rotate.
Based on the above-mentioned embodiments of the present application, the driving sprocket 31 can be fixedly connected to the rim of the tire 40, such that the rotation of the tire 40 can drive the driving sprocket 31 to rotate, and under the connection of the first chain 33, the driving sprocket 31 can drive the first driven sprocket 32 to rotate, and because the first driven sprocket 32 is installed on the bearing rotating shaft, the corresponding bearing rotating shaft can be driven to rotate by the first driven sprocket 32 (as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the first driven sprocket 32 is connected to the first bearing rotating shaft 11, but not limited to this connection), such that the bearing rotating shaft and the tire 40 can rotate synchronously, and the relative friction between the tread and the bearing rotating shaft of the tire 40 is further reduced. Under the connection of second chain 35, can make first driven sprocket 32 can drive the rotation of second driven sprocket 34, because second driven sprocket 34 is connected on crawler assembly 20 and can drive crawler assembly 20 walking, can switch the walking mode of tire 40 into crawler walking mode like this, and then realize effectively traveling under the complicated highway sections such as deep snow or muddy highway section.
It should be noted that the synchronous rotation of the bearing rotating shaft and the tire 40 does not mean that the rotating speeds of the bearing rotating shaft and the rotating center of the tire 40 are the same, but means that the bearing rotating shaft and the outer peripheral surface of the tire 40 can be synchronized without generating relative friction, or the generated relative friction is lower than a preset value.
In the present embodiment, the crawler belt device further includes a speed changing structure 60, the speed changing structure 60 being mounted on at least one of the crawler belt assembly 20 and the transmission assembly 30 for directly or indirectly adjusting a transmission ratio between the tire 40 and the crawler belt assembly 20.
Specifically, the speed changing structure 60 may be provided on the track assembly 20, and may be installed at a connection position of the track assembly 20 and the driving assembly 30, to change a traveling speed of the nearest track assembly 20 by changing the driving ratio of the driving assembly 30 and the track assembly 20; the speed changing structure 60 can also be mounted on the transmission assembly 30, specifically, can be mounted on the driving member or the driven member of the transmission assembly 30, or can be mounted on both the driving member and the driven member with the speed changing structure 60, for example, the speed changing structure 60 can be mounted on the driving sprocket 31, and the driving sprocket 31 and the rim of the tire 40 are indirectly connected through the speed changing structure 60, so that the transmission ratio between the tire 40 and the driving sprocket 31 can be adjusted and changed, and further, the adjustment of the transmission ratio between the track assembly 20 and the tire 40 can be realized. The shifting structure 60 can also be coupled to the first sprocket or the second sprocket.
It should be noted that the arrangement of the speed changing structure 60 is involved in the transmission, so as to adjust the transmission ratio. An adjusting button can be arranged on the speed changing structure 60 according to requirements, and the speed changing ratio of the speed changing structure 60 can be changed by pressing the button; or a wireless communication structure can be arranged, and communication control can be carried out in a remote control mode. Of course, a wired remote control may be provided to control the shifting mechanism 60 as desired.
The speed changing structure 60 may be a general speed reducer, a planetary speed reducer, a speed changing gear set, a speed changing sprocket set, or the like, and may be selected as needed.
In the embodiment of the present application, the central axis of the driving member is disposed in the extending direction of the rotating shaft of the tire 40.
Based on the above-mentioned embodiment of the present application, after the central axis of the driving member is arranged in the extending direction of the rotating shaft of the tire 40, the rotation of the driving member can be rotated along with the rotation of the tire 40, and the eccentric rotation is not generated, thereby ensuring the stability of transmission.
In the embodiment of the present application, the transmission assembly 30 further includes a mounting plate 36, the mounting plate 36 is fixedly connected to the rim, and the driving member is mounted on the mounting plate 36.
Based on the above-mentioned embodiment of this application, the setting of mounting disc 36 can make the connection of initiative piece and rim more reliable and stable, can fix mounting disc 36 on the rim through corresponding mounting.
In the embodiment of the present application, the mounting plate 36 is a flange plate, and the mounting plate 36 is mounted on the rim by a fixing member.
Based on the above-mentioned embodiment of the present application, after the mounting disc 36 is a flange, a plurality of mounting holes may be provided, the number of the mounting holes may be the same as the number of the bolts on the rim, and the stability of the connection of the driving member may be further improved by the connection of the fixing members such as the bolts.
It should be noted that the crawler belt device in the embodiment of the present application is used in conjunction with a vehicle with tires, and the corresponding vehicle includes a main body and the crawler belt device as above; the main body is provided with a tire 40, and the crawler belt unit is detachably connected to the tire 40.
According to the embodiments of the present invention, particularly, the vehicle with the crawler travel device can effectively travel on a complicated road such as a deep snow or muddy road, and is less likely to cause wear of the tread of the tire 40.
It should be noted that the vehicles of the present application include, but are not limited to, transportation vehicles, special-purpose vehicles, amphibious vehicles, airplanes, etc. Wherein, the transport vehicles comprise passenger vehicles, passenger cars, trucks, traction vehicles and the like; the special purpose vehicles include recreational vehicles, racing vehicles, special work vehicles, and the like. The crawler belt walking device with the adaptive size can be selected according to different vehicles.

Claims (10)

1. Crawler belt unit, characterized in that it is mounted on a tyre (40) of a vehicle, comprising:
a frame;
a receiving assembly (10) mounted on the frame; the bearing assembly (10) comprises two bearing rotating shafts which are arranged at intervals, and different positions of the outer peripheral surface of the tire (40) are respectively abutted against the different bearing rotating shafts;
a track assembly (20) mounted on the frame for switching a travel mode of the tire (40) to a track travel mode;
a drive assembly (30) for drivingly connecting the tire (40) and the track assembly (20), the drive end of the drive assembly (30) being mounted on the rim of the tire (40) and the driven end of the drive assembly (30) being mounted on the track assembly (20);
a wheel-track connecting structure (50), a first end of the wheel-track connecting structure is connected to the frame in a swinging mode, a second end of the wheel-track connecting structure is connected to a rim of the tire (40) in a rotating mode, the second end of the wheel-track connecting structure (50) is detachably connected with the rim of the tire (40), and the transmission assembly (30) is at least partially installed in the wheel-track connecting structure (50).
2. Crawler belt device according to claim 1, characterized in that the wheel-track connection structure (50) comprises a first housing (51), a second housing (52) and an adjustment assembly (53), the first housing (51) being arranged spaced apart from the second housing (52) and being adjustably connected by the adjustment assembly (53);
the first housing (51) and the second housing (52) enclose a containing cavity, and the transmission assembly (30) is at least partially installed in the containing cavity.
3. Crawler belt device according to claim 2, characterized in that said first housing (51) is rotatably connected to said frame, said second housing (52) being removably connected to the rim of said tyre (40);
a mounting disc (36) is arranged on the second shell (52), the mounting disc (36) is rotatably connected with the second shell (52), and the mounting disc (36) is fixedly connected to a rim of the tire (40);
the driving end of the transmission assembly (30) is fixedly connected to the mounting disc (36).

Crawler belt according to claim 2, characterized in that the adjusting assembly (53) comprises at least one adjusting piece (531), the first end of the adjusting piece (531) being connected with the first housing (51) and the second end of the adjusting piece (531) being connected with the second housing (52).

Crawler belt according to claim 4, characterized in that said adjustment assembly (53) further comprises at least one elastic member (532), said elastic member (532) being arranged between said first housing (51) and said second housing (52), said adjustment members (531) being adapted to said elastic member (532) in a one-to-one correspondence.
6. Crawler belt device according to claim 2, wherein the transmission assembly (30) comprises a transmission, the transmission being of flexible construction;
the crawler belt walking device further comprises a tensioning mechanism (54), the tensioning mechanism (54) is arranged in the accommodating cavity, and the tensioning mechanism (54) abuts against the transmission piece;
the tensioning mechanism (54) can keep the transmission piece in a tensioned state during the adjustment of the first shell (51) and the second shell (52) through the adjusting component (53).
7. Crawler belt device according to claim 1, wherein said transmission assembly (30) comprises:
the driving part is fixedly connected with a rim of the tire (40) and rotates along with a rotating shaft of the tire (40);
a driven member directly or indirectly connected with the track assembly (20) and used for driving the track assembly (20) to walk;
and the first end of the transmission part is connected with the driving part, and the second end of the transmission part is connected with the driven part, so that the driving part drives the driven part to rotate.
8. A crawler belt according to claim 7, wherein said driving member and said driven member are pulleys, and said transmission member is a belt; or,
the driving part and the driven part are chain wheels, and the transmission part is a chain.
9. Crawler belt according to claim 1, characterized in that it further comprises a speed change structure (60), said speed change structure (60) being mounted on at least one of said track assembly (20) and said transmission assembly (30) for directly or indirectly adjusting the transmission ratio between said tyre (40) and said track assembly (20).
10. Crawler belt device according to claim 9, wherein said transmission assembly (30) comprises:
the driving chain wheel (31) is fixedly connected with the rim of the tire (40), and the driving chain wheel (31) rotates along with the rotating shaft of the tire (40);
the first driven chain wheel (32) is arranged on the bearing rotating shaft and is used for driving the bearing rotating shaft to synchronously rotate along with the tire (40);
the first chain (33) is connected with the driving chain wheel (31) at the first end and connected with the first driven chain wheel (32) at the second end, so that the driving chain wheel (31) drives the first driven chain wheel (32) to rotate;
a second driven sprocket (34) mounted on the track assembly (20) for propelling the track assembly (20);
and the first end of the second chain (35) is connected with the first driven chain wheel (32), and the second end of the second chain is connected with the second driven chain wheel (34), so that the first driven chain wheel (32) drives the second driven chain wheel (34) to rotate.
