The storage net box 22 is connected with the net box pusher 23, the net box pusher 23 moves towards the goods taking door 211, and the net box pusher 23 is used for pushing the storage net box 22 out of the goods taking door 211 to facilitate goods taking by a person.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a disinfecting unit of an electronic commerce logistics terminal distribution system according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 5, the disinfecting unit 3 includes a ceiling 31, an annular ultraviolet lamp 32, and a disinfectant spraying device 33. The ceiling 31 may be provided with a solar device for the storage and supply of electricity for the whole apparatus, and an annular ultraviolet lamp 32 and a sterilizing liquid spraying device 33 are provided on the ceiling 31. The annular ultraviolet lamp 32 is turned on, ultraviolet rays irradiate downwards, the ultraviolet rays irradiate on the goods through meshes of the storage net box 22 to achieve the aim of disinfecting small goods, and the ultraviolet rays irradiate in the lower shell 11 to achieve the aim of disinfecting large goods. The disinfectant liquid spraying device 33 is started, disinfectant liquid is sprayed to the goods through meshes of the storage net box 22, the purpose of disinfecting small goods is achieved, and disinfectant liquid is sprayed to the lower shell 11 to achieve the purpose of disinfecting large goods.
As shown in fig. 2, the power source 4 is provided in the lower case 11, and the power source 4 is used to supply power. The controller 5 is arranged in the lower shell 11, and the controller 5 is connected with the large information recognizer 14, the small information recognizer 25 and the power source 4.
The design of combining the large piece storage part 1 and the small piece storage part 2 breaks through the problem of insufficient space utilization in the existing design, and the storage capacity of large pieces of goods is increased; the design of combining the storage net box 22 and the net box pusher 23 is convenient for a shopper to pick up goods, and meanwhile, the safety of goods storage is improved; the disinfection unit 3 is arranged, so that the sanitary standard of stored goods is improved, and the disinfection operation is more important particularly under the large background of the current epidemic situation; the controller 5 can guarantee the automation of access goods, and convenient operation gets the goods at any time, does not receive the time restriction, and the accurate delivery of goods can be guaranteed to the information recognition function simultaneously. The express delivery station pressure relieving device can be used for relieving express delivery station pressure in a peak period.
As shown in fig. 2, the storage net box 22 is provided with an opening at an end away from the access door 211, and the storage net box 22 is connected to the net box pusher 23. The net surface of the storage net box 22 is designed to be matched with the sterilizing unit 3 for sterilizing operation; the design that the opening of the storage net box 22 is inward increases the safety of goods storage, and under the condition that the goods taking door is pried open, a thief cannot contact the goods and can store the high-value goods; meanwhile, the opening of the storage net box 22 is inward, so that the situation that children climb into the express cabinet under the condition that the goods taking door is opened can be prevented, and the probability of accidents is greatly reduced.
Fig. 6 is a partial structural schematic view of a small component storage part of an electronic commerce logistics terminal distribution system according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 6, the net box pusher 23 includes a fixing member 231, a push rod 232 and a pushing member 233, which are disposed at both sides of the storage net box 22. The fixing member 231 is a strip-shaped object fixed on two sides of the storage net box 22, the fixing member 231 is fixedly connected with the storage net box 22, the fixing member 231 is hinged to the push rod 232, the hinged portion can rotate, the slide way 234 is arranged below the fixing member 231, and the fixing member 231 is arranged above the slide way 234 and used for sliding and supporting. The pushing member 233 is a component for pushing the storage net box 22 to provide a pushing force, and is preferably a cylinder, the volume is small, the control is accurate, and the push rod 232 is connected with the pushing member 233. The design structure is simple and stable, the service life is long, and the replacement and maintenance are convenient.
During stock, a stock keeper inputs goods information in the small piece information identifier 25, the goods information is transmitted to the controller 5, the controller 5 transmits a door opening signal to the pushing piece 233 and the goods taking door 211, the pushing piece 233 pushes the storage net box 22 forwards, the goods taking door 211 is opened, the storage net box 22 is pushed out, the fixing piece 231 is hinged to the pushing rod 232 and exceeds the goods taking door 211, the storage net box 22 is turned downwards, the opening is upward, the stock keeper puts the goods into the storage net box 22, the position of the storage net box 22 is manually restored or the pushing piece 233 is pulled backwards, and the position of the storage net box 22 is restored. When goods are taken, a goods taker inputs goods information at the small piece information identifier 25, the goods information is transmitted to the controller 5, the controller 5 transmits a door opening signal to the pushing piece 233 and the goods taking door 211, the pushing piece 233 pushes the storage net box 22 forwards, the goods taking door 211 is opened, the storage net box 22 is pushed out, the hinged part of the fixing piece 231 and the pushing rod 232 exceeds the goods taking door 211, the storage net box 22 is turned downwards, the opening is upward, the goods taker takes out the goods, the position of the storage net box 22 is manually restored or the pushing piece is pulled backwards, and the position of the storage net box 22 is restored.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the internal structure of the small parts storage 2 is optimized, wherein the net box pusher 23 comprises an elastic member 24, a compression rod 244 and a connecting beam 246. The elastic member 24 includes a slide groove 241 and a spring, and the spring is disposed in the slide groove 241 and can freely extend and contract in the slide groove 241. The elastic members 24 are disposed on both sides of the storage net box 22 and fixedly connected to the storage net box 22, and the elastic members 24 are disposed above the slideways 234 for sliding and supporting. The end of the compression rod 244 remote from the spring 24 is connected to a connecting beam 246. As shown, three storage net cartridges 22 are connected to the same connecting beam 246, that is, the three storage net cartridges 22 are pushed by the same pushing member 233.
Fig. 7 is a schematic perspective view illustrating an elastic member of an electronic commerce logistics terminal distribution system according to an embodiment of the invention, fig. 8 is a schematic back view illustrating the elastic member of the electronic commerce logistics terminal distribution system according to the embodiment of the invention, and fig. 9 is a schematic rotation view illustrating the elastic member of the electronic commerce logistics terminal distribution system according to the embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 7, 8, and 9, a compression rod 244 is connected to the elastic member 24, and the compression rod 244 extends forward into a sliding groove 241 to compress a spring. The compression rod 244 is provided with a clamping needle 245 at one end connected with the elastic element 24, a clamping needle sliding groove 242 along the length direction of the sliding groove 241 is arranged in the sliding groove 241, the clamping needle 245 moves along the clamping needle sliding groove 242, a rotating hole 243 is formed in one end, connected with the elastic element 24, of the clamping needle sliding groove 242, and when the clamping needle 245 is located in the rotating hole 243, the compression rod 244 can rotate by taking the rotating hole 243 as the center.
During stock, a stock keeper inputs goods information at the small piece information identifier 25, the goods information is transmitted to the controller 5, the controller 5 transmits a door opening signal to the pushing piece 233 and the goods taking door 211, only one of the three goods taking doors 211 is in an opening state, the pushing piece 233 pushes the storage net box 22, the storage net box 22 opened by the goods taking door 211 is pushed out, the clamping needle 245 is positioned in the rotating hole 243 and exceeds the goods taking door 211, the storage net box 22 is turned downwards, the opening is upward, the stock keeper puts the goods into the storage net box 22, the position of the storage net box 22 is restored manually or the pushing piece is pulled backwards, and the position of the storage net box 22 is restored. The other two storage net boxes 22 which do not open the access door 211 are in a compressed state due to the obstruction of the access door 211, and cannot extend out of the upper case 21. The same principle is adopted in the goods taking process.
Fig. 10 is a schematic structural diagram of an endless conveyor belt of an electronic commerce logistics terminal distribution system according to an embodiment of the invention, and fig. 11 is a bottom view of the endless conveyor belt of the electronic commerce logistics terminal distribution system according to the embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 10 and 11, the endless conveyor belt 12 includes link plates 121 and connecting buckles 123, and the length of the link plates 121 in the moving direction can be as short as possible to ensure the smoothness of the link plates 121 at the turning positions. The roller 124 is arranged below the chain plate 121, the surface of the roller 124 is provided with the positioning protrusion 125, the lower surface of the chain plate 121 is provided with the positioning groove 122, and the positioning protrusion 125 is placed in the positioning groove 122 to prevent the chain plate 121 from sliding in the process of conveying goods.
As shown in fig. 2, the large parts storage 1 includes a cleaning device including a cleaning brush 151, a blower 152, and a baffle 153, the cleaning brush 151 and the blower 152 being disposed outside the endless conveyor belt 12, and the baffle 153 being disposed inside the endless conveyor belt 12. When bulky cargo passes through cleaning device, cleaning brush 151 can clear up its surface, and air blower 152 works simultaneously and blows off the floating dust, and baffle 153 prevents that bulky cargo from dropping when the clearance.
As shown in fig. 2, the power source 4 is a cylinder, and the cylinder is connected to the pushing device 13, the net box pusher 23, and the blower 152. A set of cylinders simultaneously meet the requirements of power and air blowing, so that the space and the energy are saved.
Fig. 12 is a schematic structural view of a low-temperature compartment of an electronic commerce logistics terminal distribution system according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 12, a small component storage part 2 includes a low-temperature compartment 26, i.e., a plurality of storage net boxes 22 are enclosed, and cold air is delivered to the enclosed area for fresh keeping, and the storage boxes may be in the form of thin-skin metal boxes as shown in the figure, besides the net boxes. Can store fresh food and meet various storage requirements of shoppers.
As shown in fig. 2, the bottom surface of the large item storage section 1 is provided with lockable wheels 16 and a trailer hitch 17. the small part storage part comprises an upper shell, a storage net box, a net box pusher and a small part information identifier, wherein the side wall of the upper shell is provided with a plurality of goods taking doors, the storage net box is arranged in the goods taking doors, the storage net box is connected with the net box pusher, and the moving direction of the net box pusher faces the goods taking doors;
the sterilizing unit comprises a ceiling, an annular ultraviolet lamp and a disinfectant spraying device, wherein the annular ultraviolet lamp and the disinfectant spraying device are arranged on the ceiling;
the power source is arranged in the lower shell and used for providing power;
the controller is arranged in the lower shell, and the information identifier is connected with the large piece information identifier, the small piece information identifier and the power source.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the storage net box has an opening at an end thereof remote from the access door, and the storage net box is connected to the net box pusher.
3. The electronic commerce logistics terminal distribution system of claim 2, wherein the net box pusher comprises a fixing piece, a push rod and a pushing piece, the fixing piece, the push rod and the pushing piece are arranged on two sides of the storage net box, the fixing piece is hinged with the push rod, a slide way is arranged below the fixing piece, and the push rod is connected with the pushing piece.

The system of claim 2, wherein the net-box pusher comprises an elastic member, a compression rod and a connection beam, the elastic member is disposed on two sides of the storage net box, the compression rod is connected to the elastic member, and an end of the compression rod away from the elastic member is connected to the connection beam.

The electronic commerce logistics terminal delivery system of claim 4, wherein the elastic member comprises a sliding groove and a spring, the spring is disposed in the sliding groove, a latch needle is disposed at an end of the compression rod connected to the elastic member, a latch needle sliding groove is disposed in the sliding groove along a length direction of the sliding groove, and a rotation hole is disposed at an end of the latch needle sliding groove connected to the elastic member.

The electronic commerce logistics terminal delivery system of claim 1, wherein the endless conveyor belt comprises a chain plate and a connecting buckle, a roller is arranged below the chain plate, a positioning protrusion is arranged on the surface of the roller, and a positioning groove is arranged on the lower surface of the chain plate.
7. The system of claim 1, wherein the bulk storage section comprises a cleaning device comprising a cleaning brush, a blower, and a baffle, the cleaning brush and the blower being disposed outside the endless conveyor belt, the baffle being disposed inside the endless conveyor belt.
8. The system of claim 7, wherein the power source is a pneumatic cylinder, and the pneumatic cylinder is connected to the pushing device, the net box pusher, and the blower.

10. The electronic commerce logistics terminal distribution system of claim 1 wherein the major storage section bottom surface is provided with lockable wheels and trailer hooks.
