Detailed Description

The controller 4 recognizes and stores the part information and the belonging vehicle type information through the scanning gun 3, and transmits the belonging vehicle type information to the electric tightening device 5.
The electric tightening device 5 comprises a control unit 52, an electric torque wrench 51 and a data server 53, wherein the electric torque wrench 51 is electrically connected with the control unit 52, the control unit 52 is electrically connected with the controller 4, the control unit 52 stores torque information of a plurality of vehicle types, and when the control unit 52 receives the information of the vehicle type to which the controller 4 belongs, the control unit 52 automatically matches the torque data.
When the control unit 52 detects that the torque of the electric torque wrench 51 reaches the preset qualified value, the control unit 52 sends a screwing qualified signal to the controller 4, and after the controller 4 receives and stores the screwing qualified electric signal, the controller 4 controls the prompting device 7 to prompt, and the operator stops screwing.
When the controller 4 does not receive the electric signal that the tightening is qualified, the prompting device 7 cannot prompt the operator to work, and the operator needs to continue tightening until the prompting device 7 prompts the operator, so that the risk that the operator escapes from the station due to unqualified tightening is avoided.
The display 6 displays the component information and the torque data, and the staff checks the tightening torque data through the operation panel.
The controller 4 can be connected with an upper computer which is responsible for tracing inquiry, and when tracing inquiry is carried out, the tightening information of the parts can be inquired on the ABS split charging platform through bar codes or car numbers, and the tightening data of the parts of the ABS system on each vehicle can also be inquired through the upper computer, so that the effect that the tightening result can be traced inquiry is achieved.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, an ABS split charging platform according to the present invention may further include: the prompting device 7 comprises a three-color lamp and a buzzer, and the three-color lamp and the buzzer are both electrically connected with the controller 4.
The ABS separate loading platform of the invention can also be based on the prior technical scheme: the total number of different structural modules compatible with the ABS or the ESC of the ABS racking station is three, for example, only three types of ABS or three ESCs or one ABS and two ESCs or one ESC of two ABS and one ESC of two ESCs are compatible. The oil pipe tool 22 comprises a long oil pipe general clamp 221, a first ABS long oil pipe clamp 222, a second ABS long oil pipe clamp 223, a third ABS long oil pipe clamp 224 and a short oil pipe general clamp 225.
The long oil pipe universal clamp 221 is configured to position a middle portion of the long oil pipe of the first ABS or the second ABS, that is, the middle portion of the long oil pipe of the first ABS or the second ABS may be positioned by the long oil pipe universal clamp 221.
The distribution positions of the first ABS long oil pipe clamp 222, the long oil pipe universal clamp 221 and the module clamp 211 are matched with the trend shape of the first ABS long oil pipe, the first ABS long oil pipe clamp 222 is configured to be used for positioning one end of the first ABS long oil pipe, and the other end of the first ABS long oil pipe is connected with an ABS module on the module clamp 211, so that the positioning of the first ABS long oil pipe is achieved.
The distribution positions of the second ABS long oil pipe clamp 223, the long oil pipe universal clamp 221 and the module clamp 211 are matched with the trend shape of the second ABS long oil pipe, the second ABS long oil pipe clamp 223 is configured to be used for positioning one end of the second ABS long oil pipe, and the other end of the second ABS long oil pipe is connected with the ABS module on the module clamp 211, so that the positioning of the second ABS long oil pipe is achieved.
The distribution positions of the third ABS long oil pipe clamp 224 and the module clamp 211 are adapted to the trend shape of the third ABS long oil pipe, and the third ABS long oil pipe clamp 224 is configured to be used for positioning the third ABS long oil pipe, for example, one end of the third ABS long oil pipe is connected to the ABS module on the module clamp 211, and the other end is placed on the third ABS long oil pipe clamp 224, thereby positioning the third ABS long oil pipe.
The universal short oil pipe clamp 225 is configured to be used for positioning a short oil pipe of any one of the first ABS, the second ABS and the third ABS, namely when the short oil pipe of any one of the first ABS, the second ABS and the third ABS is connected with an ABS module on the module clamp 211, the short oil pipe can be positioned through the universal short oil pipe clamp 225, so that clamping of ABS parts of three types of vehicles is integrated on a workbench, flexible production is achieved, occupied space is reduced, field layout and space are optimized, and 2-5 square meters are saved beside a single production line.
The switching device 23 is connected to the clamp device 212 to manually control the switching of the clamp device 212. Of course, the switch of the clamping device 212 is not limited to manual control, for example, the clamping device 212 is connected to the controller 4, and after the controller 4 receives and stores the tightening-qualified electrical signal, the controller 4 controls the clamping device 212 to be turned on to release the clamping of the ABS module, and the skilled person can select the control mode of the switch of the clamping device 212 according to actual needs.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, an ABS split charging platform according to the present invention may further include: the automatic automobile part scanning device further comprises three indicating lamps 8, the indicating lamps 8 are electrically connected with the controller 4, the controller 4 identifies automobile type information of parts through the scanning gun 3, and one of the indicating lamps 8 corresponding to the identified automobile type is lightened.
