The present application provides a floor brush device 10 comprising: a first roller brush assembly 11; a liquid supply assembly 12 including a liquid outlet 121; and a liquid transfer mechanism 13 configured to uniformly transfer the liquid outputted from the liquid outlet 121 to at least one of the first rolling brush assembly 11 and a cleaning area on a front side in a moving direction of the first rolling brush assembly 11.
The rolling brush assembly is a main component of the floor brush device for cleaning, the rolling brush assembly cleans the cleaning surface through rotational friction during the rotation operation, the liquid supply assembly 12 can comprise a supply pipe, a liquid outlet and the like, and the liquid supply assembly 12 is connected with the liquid storage device through a liquid pumping assembly. The liquid can be clear water, mixed liquid formed by cleaning liquid and clear water, and the like. The pump assembly pumps liquid from the liquid storage device and outputs the liquid from the supply pipe through a liquid outlet 121, wherein the liquid outlet 121 can be a conventional liquid outlet nozzle or a nozzle. In one embodiment, the liquid supply assembly 12 further includes a spray generating mechanism, the liquid outlet 121 is a nozzle, the liquid stored in the liquid storage device is converted into a spray by the spray generating mechanism, sprayed from the nozzle to the liquid delivery mechanism 13, converted into liquid on the liquid delivery mechanism 13 and delivered to at least one of the roller brush assembly and the cleaning area on the front side. In one embodiment, the liquid outlet 121 is an atomizing nozzle, the liquid inside is extruded into the nozzle by the internal pressure, a metal sheet is placed inside the nozzle, the liquid flowing at high speed impinges on the metal sheet, and after bouncing, atomized particles are formed and ejected through the nozzle.
An embodiment in which the liquid transfer mechanism 13 is implemented by a roll brush assembly will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 3. As shown in fig. 1, the liquid transfer mechanism 13 is configured to uniformly transfer the liquid output from the liquid outlet 121 to the first rolling brush assembly 11, the liquid transfer mechanism 13 includes a second rolling brush assembly that is parallel to the axis of the first rolling brush assembly 11, and that abuts against the outer peripheral surface of the first rolling brush assembly 11. The baffle 122 is arranged around the liquid outlet 121 of the liquid supply assembly 12, and a containing cavity is formed between the baffle 122 and the peripheral surface of the second rolling brush assembly. That is, the baffle 122 is in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the second rolling brush assembly, leaving a receiving cavity in the middle. Under the condition that the liquid outlet 121 is a nozzle, part of liquid is sprayed on the baffle 122 through the nozzle, the baffle 122 redistributes the liquid, the baffle 122 scrapes the second rolling brush assembly when rotating, so that the liquid can generate linear uniform distribution effect at the baffle 122, the accommodating cavity can store part of liquid and balance the liquid again, uniform distribution effect is generated in the range of the accommodating cavity, and the liquid distribution on the second rolling brush assembly is more uniform.
In operation, when the cleaning apparatus including the floor brush assembly 10 is activated, the power source 20 provides power to rotate the first roller brush assembly 11. The second roller brush assembly may be driven by the first roller brush assembly 11 or by another power source alone. The user starts this cleaning machine through the button on the control handle, and the round brush subassembly begins rotatory, and under the effect that the main motor that is located in the cleaning machine fuselage provided the vacuum source simultaneously, make the sewage on ground get into the sewage passageway from the suction inlet, through the sewage passageway, sewage finally gets into the sewage recycling bin that sets up in the cleaning machine fuselage, accomplishes the cleanness to clean surfaces such as carpet or floor.
In a specific working process, when the cleaning equipment is started, the rolling brush assembly starts to rotate, liquid is pumped from the liquid storage device through the liquid pumping assembly and sprayed out from the supply pipe through the nozzle, part of liquid is directly sprayed on the liquid storage part, part of liquid is sprayed on the baffle, the baffle redistributes the liquid, the accommodating cavity between the baffle and the liquid storage part stores part of liquid and balances the liquid again, a uniform distribution effect is generated in the range of the accommodating cavity, and the liquid distribution on the liquid storage part is more uniform.
The liquid is absorbed by the liquid storage part, the liquid permeability is utilized, the liquid storage part and the transmission part are uniformly distributed, a part of liquid of the transmission part is transmitted to the surface of the cleaning area by the rolling brush assembly, and the other part of liquid is directly and uniformly transmitted to the surface of the cleaning area, so that the rolling brush assembly can clean the cleaning area, and the cleaning effect is consistent.
The preferred embodiments and examples of the present application have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present application is not limited to the embodiments and examples described above, and various changes may be made within the knowledge of those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the present application.
