Abstract

Background
The commonly used connector terminal structure can be divided into the following two cases: the first is composed of a terminal base body and an elastic contact piece, or the terminal base body and the elastic contact piece are integrally formed. The disclosure patent CN111653888A discloses a chip jack structure and a connector, in which the reliability of contact is solved by additionally adding an elastic contact element in a U-shaped opening, but the elastic contact element adopts an externally hung connection mode, so that the elastic contact element is easily pulled out of the U-shaped structure when receiving a pulling-out force, and the connector is caused to fall off.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to design a novel connector terminal and a novel connector based on the prior art, and the novel connector terminal and the novel connector can improve the connection reliability and ensure the connection performance.

The terminal base 1 and the ring spring 2 are indispensable parts, and the buckle cover and the bracket are assembled according to actual situations, so that the terminal base 1 and the ring spring 2 have various assembly modes. Wherein:

As shown in fig. 5, which is an extension of the structure of fig. 4, a sidewall 3-3 is added to the end face of the buckle cover. As shown in fig. 6, which is an extension of the structure of fig. 5, the length of the side edges 3-3 can be increased, and the elastic contact element in the U-shaped structure 1-1 can be prevented from sliding off from the side.
As shown in FIG. 7, the bracket is a schematic structural diagram, and comprises a cross beam 4-2 and longitudinal beams respectively connected to two ends of the cross beam 4-2, wherein the longitudinal beams are symmetrically connected with the cross beam 4-2, and the whole bracket is in an I-shaped structure. Wherein, the beam 4-2 is provided with a through opening structure along the direction of the longitudinal beam, the longitudinal beam is provided with a second clamping groove 4-1, the outer side surface of the beam 4-2 is provided with a second clamping buckle 4-3, and the second clamping buckle 4-3 is matched with the second limiting hole 1-23.

When the external connector is inserted into the ring spring in the U-shaped structure 1-1, the ring spring 2 is limited by the first clamping groove 1-21, the ring spring 2 cannot be taken out of the U-shaped structure 1-1 due to stress, and meanwhile, the first clamping groove 1-21 is kept in electrical contact with the ring spring 2, so that current conduction is realized.
Example two
As shown in fig. 9, on the basis of the first embodiment, a bracket is added, a ring spring 2 is sleeved on a longitudinal beam on the bracket in a ring mode, the ring spring is limited by a second clamping groove 4-1, and then the bracket is integrally inserted into a U-shaped structure 1-1. The ring spring is clamped in the first clamping groove 1-21, the cross beam 4-2 of the bracket is clamped into the third clamping groove 1-22, and the second clamping buckle 4-3 on the outer side of the cross beam 4-2 is matched with the second limiting hole 1-23.

After the elastic contact piece is installed, the elastic contact piece is matched with the first clamping groove 1-21, so that the elastic contact piece 2 is prevented from loosening along the inserting and pulling direction, and meanwhile, the first clamping groove 1-21 is kept in electrical contact with the elastic contact piece 2, and current conduction is achieved. Further, the third clamping groove 1-22 is buckled with the cross beam 4-2, the second limiting hole 1-23 is buckled with the second buckle 4-3, and the assembly and the fixation of the bracket and the terminal matrix are ensured. Further, the boss 1-11 is matched with the groove 3-1, and the limiting bosses 3-11 and 3-12 on two sides of the groove 3-1 limit the U-shaped structure 1-1 to expand outwards or shrink inwards, so that the stability of the size of the opening of the terminal is ensured, and the stable electric connection performance of the terminal is ensured. Further, the first limiting hole 1-12 is buckled with the first buckle 3-2, so that the assembly and fixation of the buckle cover and the terminal matrix are ensured; further, if the buckle cover shown in fig. 11 is selected, the side wall 3-3 of the buckle cover can prevent the elastic contact element in the U-shaped structure 1-1 from sliding off from the side.

The support not only can further promote the assembly efficiency of terminal, but also through mutually supporting and fixing between terminal base member, elastic contact spare, support, the buckle closure each position, can guarantee effectively that the terminal forms good contact, guarantees that it has stable electric and mechanical properties.
In the embodiment of the connector of the present invention, the connector includes a connector housing, an insulator disposed in the connector housing, and a terminal structure mounted in the insulator, and the terminal is the same as the structure in the above-mentioned embodiment of the terminal of the present invention, and will not be described again.
