The display device may be disposed in the receiving space 500 in a fixed manner like the human sensing device 700 or the voice input device 800, except that an opening is required on the lamp housing 204 to dispose the display panel. The internal environment information of the refrigerator 100 includes a storage compartment temperature, a storage compartment humidity, a storage compartment odor level, etc., and the food material information includes a food material type, a food material arrangement, etc., and the operation states of the functional components of the refrigerator 100 such as the on-off state of the sterilization device, the operation frequency of the compressor, the operation state of the defrosting heater, etc. Likewise, the manner in which the illumination assembly 200 emits light may be regulated based on various parameters in the display device, including on-off, color, brightness, constant/intermittent lighting, and the like.
The door body 101 according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes: a door liner 113, an upper molding 111, a lower molding 112, and a fixing bar 600. The door liner 113 is used to form the rear of the door body 101. The upper molding 111 is used to form an upper end portion of the door body 101. The lower molding 112 is used to form a lower end portion of the door body 101. The fixing strip 600 is configured to be fixed to the front panel 110, the door liner 113, the upper molding 111, and the lower molding 112. The first molding 300 is disposed at an outer side of the fixing strip 600 and is fixed to the fixing strip 600. The rear portion of the second molding 400 is sandwiched between the first molding 300 and the fixing strip 600. The door liner 113 is not shown in the door body 101 of fig. 2 and 3, and the upper molding 111 only shows the main body frame. The structures of the door liner 113, the upper molding 111, and the lower molding 112 of the door body 101 according to the embodiment of the present invention are similar to those of the door body of the conventional refrigerator 100, and will not be described in detail herein. The door body 101 of the embodiment of the invention fixes the fixing strip 600 with the front panel 110, the door liner 113, the upper decorative strip 111 and the lower decorative strip 112 and fixes the first decorative strip 300 with the fixing strip 600 by arranging the fixing strip 600, so that the door body 101 can be assembled with the fixing strip 600 integrally after the first decorative strip 300, the second decorative strip 400 and the lighting component 200 are assembled, and the assembly flow of the door body 101 is optimized; sandwiching the rear portion of the second molding 400 between the first molding 300 and the fixing bar 600 may enhance the installation stability of the second molding 400 on the door body 101.
Referring to fig. 3 and 6, in some embodiments, a front portion of the first molding 300 is inwardly extended to form a positioning protrusion 310; the front portion of the second molding 400 is outwardly extended to form a positioning groove (not numbered in the drawing); the positioning protrusion 310 is inserted into the positioning groove. Here, the inward extension of the first molding 300 means that the first molding 300 extends toward one side of the second molding 400, and the outward extension of the second molding 400 means that the second molding 400 extends toward one side of the first molding 300. The first decorative strip 300 is formed with at least two first extending parts 301 extending inwards, and each first extending part 301 extends backwards to form a second extending part 302; the fixing strip 600 is correspondingly formed with at least two clamping grooves 610 opened forwards, and the second extension part 302 is matched in the clamping grooves 610 to realize left and right positioning and front and back positioning of the first decorative strip 300. The first decorative strip 300 is formed with at least two third extending parts 303 extending inwards, and the upper and lower ends of each third extending part 303 are provided with first fixing holes 330 along the up-down direction; the upper and lower decorative strips 111 and 112 are respectively and correspondingly provided with at least two second fixing holes 1110 along the up-down direction, and the fixing piece is used for connecting the second fixing holes 1110 with the first fixing holes 330 to realize the up-down positioning of the first decorative strip 300. The fixing bar 600 is provided with at least two third fixing holes (not shown) in the front-rear direction; the door liner 113 is correspondingly provided with at least two fourth fixing holes (not shown) along the front-rear direction, and the fixing piece is used for connecting the fourth fixing holes and the third fixing holes to realize front-rear positioning of the fixing strip 600, thereby realizing front-rear positioning of the first decorative strip 300. By providing the positioning protrusion 310 and the positioning groove, the positioning of the first and second molding 300 and 400 can be achieved. It can be understood that a positioning groove may be formed on the first molding 300, a positioning protrusion may be formed on the second molding 400, and preferably, a positioning groove may be formed on the second molding 400, as shown in fig. 3, a fixing hole along a left-right direction may be formed at the positioning groove of the second molding 400, a fixing hole along a left-right direction may be correspondingly formed on the positioning protrusion 310, and two fixing holes may be penetrated through by using a fixing member to fix the first molding 300 and the second molding 400 firmly, and the fixing member may not be exposed in a user's visual field, so as not to destroy the aesthetic feeling of the appearance of the refrigerator 100. The door body 101 of the embodiment of the invention ensures that the whole structure of the door body 101 is very stable by arranging various positioning structures, and the positioning structures are not exposed in the field of vision of a user, so that the door body 101 is more attractive.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 2 and 3, the first molding 300 is formed with a positioning protrusion 310 extending leftwards at a front portion thereof, two first extending portions 301 extending leftwards at a middle interval thereof, a spacing protrusion 320 extending leftwards at a rear portion thereof, a third extending portion 303 extending leftwards near a rear side of the positioning protrusion 310, and a third extending portion 303 extending leftwards near a front side of the spacing protrusion 320. Each of the first extending portions 301 is formed with a second extending portion 302 extending rearward, and each of the third extending portions 303 is formed with a first fixing hole 330 in the up-down direction. The second molding 400 includes a first section 401 extending in front and back, a second section 402, a third section 403 and a sixth section 406 disposed at intervals extending rightward from the first section 401, a fourth section 404 extending leftward from the first section 401, and a fifth section 405 extending forward from the fourth section 404, wherein the rear portion of the first section 401 is sandwiched between the first molding 300 and the fixing strip 600, and the second section 402, the first section 401, and the third section 403 together define a positioning groove. The vertical projection of the fifth section 405 is on the front panel 110 such that the vertical projection of the second molding 400 covers the vertical projection of the right end of the front panel 110. As shown in fig. 3, the vertical projection of the fifth section 405 is located at the edge of the right end portion of the front panel 110, that is, the entire width of the second molding 400 only needs to cover the right end portion of the front panel 110, so that the door body 101 presents a long bar-like lighting effect. The portion of the first molding 300 located at the front side of the positioning protrusion 310, the sixth section 406, the first section 401, the fourth section 404, and the fifth section 405 together define the accommodating space 500, the light panel 201 is disposed against the fourth section 404 and the fifth section 405, the rear side of the light guide plate 202 is disposed against the sixth section 406, and the front side is disposed with the film 203. The left and right sides of the lamp shade 204 are respectively formed with clamping grooves (not numbered in the figure), the front ends of the first decorative strip 300 and the fifth section 405 are respectively formed with bending structures, and the bending structures of the first decorative strip 300 and the fifth section 405 are adapted in the clamping grooves. In addition, cover plates 205 are provided at upper and lower ends of the first and second molding 300 and 400, respectively, to seal the lighting assembly 200. The fixing strip 600 is formed with a front end 601 extending leftward near the front end 640, the front side of the front end 601 being fixed to the front panel 110, and the rear side being fixed to the upper and lower molding 111, 112. Two clamping grooves 610 are formed in the middle of the fixing strip 600 corresponding to the two first extending portions 301 and the two second extending portions 302 of the first decorative strip 300, and the second extending portions 302 are matched at the clamping grooves 610. The rear end of the fixing bar 600 is formed with a rear end portion 602 extending leftwards and rightwards, wherein a right side front surface of the rear end portion 602 abuts against a rear surface of the limit projection 320, and a left side of the rear end portion 602 is formed with a limit projection 630 and a limit groove 620 opening forward. The upper and lower molding 111 and 112 are formed with a limit groove (not numbered) and a limit protrusion 1111 corresponding to the limit protrusion 630 and the limit groove 620, respectively.
In comparison with the door body 101 shown in fig. 3, in the door body 101 shown in fig. 4 and 6, the two first extension portions 301 of the first molding 300 are respectively located at the middle and rear portions, and the first molding 300 is not formed with the limit protrusions 320. Correspondingly, the clamping grooves 610 of the fixing strip 600 are respectively positioned at the middle part and the rear part of the fixing strip 600, and the clamping grooves 610 positioned at the rear side are directly defined by the rear end part 602 of the fixing strip 600. The second molding 400 does not have the sixth section 406, and the portion of the first molding 300 located at the front side of the positioning protrusion 310, the third section 403, the first section 401, the fourth section 404, and the fifth section 405 together define the accommodating space 500, and the rear side of the light guide plate 202 abuts against the third section 403. The second molding 400 having the sixth section 406 may enhance heat conduction and may be more resistant to thermal expansion and contraction than the second molding 400 having no sixth section 406. The rear portion of the second molding 400 extends to the clamping groove 610, so that the rear end of the second molding 400 is firmly clamped between the first extension portion 301 and the fixing strip 600. In addition, the seventh section 407 is formed by extending the fourth section 404 backward, and the front end 640 of the fixing strip 600 is sandwiched between the first section 401 and the seventh section 407, so as to enhance the fixing of the second molding 400.
The door body 101 of the refrigerator 100 and the refrigerator 100 according to the embodiment of the invention can illuminate a partial area of the front panel 110 by arranging the illumination assembly 200 at a position close to the first decorative strip 300, thereby improving the user experience, and meanwhile, a rod-shaped illumination structure is formed at the front side edge area of the door body 101 of the refrigerator 100 by arranging the illumination assembly 200 close to the first decorative strip 300 and protruding out of the front panel 110 at least partially, so that the door body 101 has a unique appearance, and the overall aesthetic feeling of the refrigerator 100 is improved.
Further, the door body 101 of the refrigerator 100 and the refrigerator 100 according to the embodiment of the invention propose to use the first decorative strip 300 and the second decorative strip 400 to define the accommodating space 500 for accommodating the lighting assembly 200 together, so that the function of the first decorative strip 300 is expanded, and the first decorative strip is used as the left end or the right end of the door body 101 and also as one side decorative strip of the lighting assembly 200, and the structure is ingenious and attractive.
Further, the door body 101 of the refrigerator 100 and the refrigerator 100 according to the embodiment of the invention further include the human sensing device 700 and/or the voice input device 800, so that the door body 101 and the refrigerator 100 can be intelligently controlled, and meanwhile, the human sensing device 700 and the voice input device 800 are both arranged in the accommodating space 500 and above the lamp panel 201 and the light guide plate 202, so that the door body 101 is added with functional components and the assembly process is hardly affected.
By now it should be appreciated by those skilled in the art that while a number of exemplary embodiments of the invention have been shown and described herein in detail, many other variations or modifications of the invention consistent with the principles of the invention may be directly ascertained or inferred from the present disclosure without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Accordingly, the scope of the present invention should be understood and deemed to cover all such other variations or modifications.

Claims (9)

1. A door body of a refrigerator, comprising:
a front panel for forming a front portion of the door body;
the first decorative strip is used for forming the left end part or the right end part of the door body; and
an illumination assembly configured to be disposed adjacent to the first molding and at least partially protruding from the front panel for illuminating a partial area of the front panel;
the second decorative strip is arranged between the first decorative strip and the front panel;
the front part of the first decorative strip exceeds the front panel, the front part of the second decorative strip exceeds the front panel, and an accommodating space with a forward opening is defined between the front part of the second decorative strip and the front part of the first decorative strip; the lighting component is fixed with the first decorative strip and/or the second decorative strip and is at least partially positioned in the accommodating space.
2. A door body as claimed in claim 1, wherein,
the second decorative strip is configured such that a vertical projection of the second decorative strip completely covers a vertical projection of an end of the front panel near the second decorative strip, thereby shielding a gap between the second decorative strip and the front panel.
3. A door body as claimed in claim 1, wherein,
the lighting assembly comprises:
the lamp panel is arranged in the accommodating space along the longitudinal direction, and the luminous surface faces the first decorative strip;
the light guide plate is arranged at the front side of the light emitting surface of the lamp panel;
the film is arranged on the front sides of the light guide plate and the lamp panel; and
the lampshade is arranged on the front side of the film and seals the opening of the accommodating space.
4. The door as claimed in claim 1, further comprising:
a door liner for forming a rear portion of the door body;
an upper molding for forming an upper end portion of the door body;
a lower molding for forming a lower end portion of the door body;
a fixing strip configured to be fixed with the front panel, the door liner, the upper decorative strip, and the lower decorative strip;
the first decorative strip is arranged on the outer side of the fixing strip and is fixed with the fixing strip;
the rear part of the second decorative strip is clamped between the first decorative strip and the fixing strip.
5. The door body according to claim 4, wherein,
the front part of the first decorative strip extends inwards to form a positioning protrusion, the front part of the second decorative strip extends outwards to form a positioning groove, and the positioning protrusion is inserted into the positioning groove;
the first decorative strip extends inwards to form at least two first extending parts, and each first extending part extends backwards to form a second extending part; the fixing strip is correspondingly provided with at least two clamping grooves with forward openings, and the second extension part is matched in the clamping grooves to realize left and right positioning and front and back positioning of the first decorative strip.
6. The door body according to claim 4, wherein,
the first decorative strip extends inwards to form at least two third extending parts, and the upper end and the lower end of each third extending part are provided with first fixing holes along the up-down direction;
the upper decorative strip and the lower decorative strip are respectively and correspondingly provided with at least two second fixing holes along the up-down direction, and the fixing piece is used for connecting the second fixing holes with the first fixing holes to realize the up-down positioning of the first decorative strip.
7. The door body according to claim 4, wherein,
the fixing strip is provided with at least two third fixing holes along the front-back direction;
the door liner is correspondingly provided with at least two fourth fixing holes along the front-back direction, and the fixing piece is used for connecting the fourth fixing holes with the third fixing holes to realize front-back positioning of the fixing strips, so that front-back positioning of the first decorative strips is realized.
8. A door body as claimed in claim 1, wherein,
the accommodation space is also provided with one or more of the following devices:
the human sensing device is used for sensing whether a user exists on the front side of the door body;
the voice input device is used for receiving voice instructions;
the temperature detection device is used for detecting the temperature of the surrounding environment where the refrigerator is located;
the humidity detection device is used for detecting the humidity of the surrounding environment where the refrigerator is located;
and the display device is used for displaying the internal environment information, the food material information and/or the running state of the functional components of the refrigerator.
9. A refrigerator having a door body according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
