Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of coke oven gas purification and transportation, and particularly relates to a fully-closed drainage method of a coke oven gas drainer, which comprises the following steps: condensed water generated by the coke oven gas conveyed in the coke oven gas pipeline is discharged to the observable electric heating sight glass through the drainer and the overflow pipeline in sequence; condensed water flows into an underground tank by gravity for storage; and gas in the underground tank sequentially enters a fan front negative pressure pipeline through a tail gas collecting pipeline, and forms negative pressure in the machine front pipeline in the process of conveying the coke oven gas by a coke oven gas purifying blower in a compressing way to provide power for introducing the gas in the underground tank into the fan front negative pressure pipeline. The invention realizes the full-closed collection of the gas in the underground tank, realizes the pressure balance when the liquid level of the coke oven gas condensed water in the underground tank changes, and is beneficial to the discharge of the coke oven gas condensed water.

At present, in the technical field of coke oven gas purification and transportation, substances such as naphthalene and tar in the coke oven gas can be mixed into the coke oven gas to be condensed and separated out into water, and the substances are easily hung on the pipe wall to cause unsmooth pipeline, so that observation ports are arranged at the outlets of overflow pipelines of coke oven gas drainers to observe whether the coke oven gas drainers normally operate or not, and the phenomena of unsmooth drainage and even pipeline blockage are discovered and treated to ensure the normal operation of the coke oven gas drainers.
The observation port of the overflow pipeline of the existing coke oven gas drainer adopts an open type bell mouth mode, which is simple and convenient and easy to observe, but has the problems that the coke oven gas condensate water in the overflow pipeline of the drainer is completely exposed in the environment, and volatile organic compounds contained in the condensate water discharged by the drainer volatilize into the air to cause environmental pollution; in addition, condensed water discharged from the drainer finally enters an underground tank (pool), and the upper surface of the underground tank (pool) is required to be provided with dispersion holes so that the condensed water can automatically flow and be discharged, and volatile organic matters contained in the water can enter the atmosphere through dispersion in the process of storing the condensed water, which can also cause environmental pollution.

6. The fully-closed drainage method of the coke oven gas drainer of claim 5, wherein the temperature of the observable electrically heated sight glass is controlled at 55 ℃.
7. The fully-closed drainage method of the coke oven gas drainer of claim 1, wherein a gas pressure regulating valve is arranged on the tail gas collecting pipeline.
