气力输送是清洁生产的一个重要环节,它是利用空气(或者其它气体)流作为输送动力,在管道中进行搬运粉粒状固体物料。物料在管道中的流动状态很复杂,根据物料在管道中的固气比都密相输送系统。气力输送系统广泛应用于石油,化工,冶金,建材,粮油,制药等工厂的一些原料,粉粒料的输送。气力输送系统可输送的散料有颜料,染料,涂料,炭黑,钛白粉,氧化铁,陶瓷粉,重钙,轻钙,膨润土,分子筛,高岭土,硅胶粉,活性炭,尿素,氯化铵,碳酸氢铵,苏打粉,固体农药,钨粉,农药助剂,铜精矿粉,煤粉,磷矿粉,氧化铝粉,水泥,陶土,黄沙,石英沙,粘土粉,硅石,石灰石粉,白云石粉,木屑粉,玻璃纤维,二氧化硅,滑石粉,面粉,淀粉,谷物,奶粉,食品添加剂等。
目前,输灰系统在使用时,由于气压的原因以及使用年限较长,会导致管道连接部位出现渗漏情况,现有的设备无法做到良好的密封,以及在发生渗漏时,进行再次密封,并且无法做到对检修人员的提示,增加检修人员的劳动量,为此我们提出一种用于输灰系统的管道之间防渗漏设备来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在由于气压的原因以及使用年限较长,会导致管道连接部位出现渗漏情况,现有的设备无法做到良好的密封,以及在发生渗漏时,进行再次密封,并且无法做到对检修人员的提示,增加检修人员的劳动量的问题,而提出的一种用于输灰系统的管道之间防渗漏设备。

密封组件,所述密封组件安装在所述传动组件的端部,所述密封组件由所述传动组件进行驱动,所述密封组件用于在发生渗漏时进行二次密封,所述密封组件包括滑竿、限位块、拉绳和密封板;所述滑竿的内侧壁与所述限位块的外侧壁滑动连接,所述拉绳的一端与所述滑竿的端部靠近所述限位块的一侧固定连接,所述密封板的内圈与所述拉绳的另一端固定连接。
优选地,所述排气管的内侧壁与所述轴承架的外侧壁固定连接,所述排气管的另一端与所述支撑架靠近所述轴承架的一侧固定连接,所述滑竿的内侧壁与所述转杆的外侧壁通过螺纹相连接,所述限位块的外侧壁与所述支撑架的内侧壁固定连接,所述拉绳贯穿所述支撑架并与所述支撑架滑动连接,所述密封板贯穿所述支撑架并与所述支撑架滑动连接,所述密封板的外侧壁与所述支撑架相吸合。
相比现有技术,本发明的有益效果为:
1、本发明在使用时,通过驱动装置的工作,使得驱动装置在于密封机构进行连接时,对连接组件进行带动,使得连接组件对连接管道和分支管道进行初步固定,然后再次转动驱动装置,使得驱动装置完全到达密封机构的顶部,此时密封机构对连接管道与分支管道的连接部位进行充分密封,实现了对连接管道和分支管道的有效密封,能够有效防止管道连接部位出现渗漏情况。
2、本发明在连接部位出现渗漏时,连接部位渗漏的气体将会在气仓的引导下进入排气管内部,在经过排气管时,将会带动传动组件工作,使得滑竿向转杆的外部滑动,进而通过拉绳拉动密封板脱离与支撑架的吸合状态,使得密封板对排气管的排气端进行密封,能够有效的防止渗漏,并且通过密封组件的工作,能够使得检修人员清楚的了解到哪个部位出现渗漏,减轻了检修人员的负担,提高了检修效率,方便使用。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1-7,一种用于输灰系统的管道之间防渗漏设备,包括:
主管道1,主管道1的顶部固定连接有分支管道2,分支管道2的顶部相设置有连接管道3,分支管道2的外侧壁活动连接有驱动装置4,驱动装置4用于驱动整个设备进行工作;
连接组件5,连接组件5安装在分支管道2与连接管道3的中间部位,连接组件5用于连接分支管道2与连接管道3;
密封机构6,密封机构6安装在连接管道3与分支管道2贴合部位,密封机构6用于保证连接管道3与分支管道2的连接密封性;
传动组件7,传动组件7安装在驱动装置4的内部,传动组件7用于在发生渗漏时进行工作;
密封组件8,密封组件8安装在传动组件7的端部,密封组件8由传动组件7进行驱动,密封组件8用于在发生渗漏时进行二次密封;
通过上述结构的设置,实现了对连接管道3和分支管道2的有效密封,能够有效防止管道连接部位出现渗漏情况,能够有效的防止渗漏,并且通过密封组件8的工作,能够使得检修人员清楚的了解到哪个部位出现渗漏,减轻了检修人员的负担,提高了检修效率,方便使用。
其中,驱动装置4包括锁定环41、排气管42和气仓43;锁定环41的内侧壁与分支管道2的外侧壁活动连接,排气管42的一端与锁定环41的外侧壁固定连接,气仓43开设在锁定环41的内侧壁上,气仓43正对排气管42设置;
通过上述结构的设置,能够为整个设备的工作提供动力,保证整个设备的稳定运行。
其中,连接组件5包括挤压板51、挤压头52、安装管53和安装头54;挤压板51的内侧壁底部与分支管道2的外侧壁固定连接,挤压头52安装在挤压板51的内侧壁上,安装管53的外侧壁与挤压头52的外侧壁相贴合,安装管53的内侧壁与分支管道2端部的外侧壁相贴合,安装头54的底部与安装管53的顶部固定连接,安装头54的顶部与连接管道3的底部固定连接,安装头54的底部与分支管道2的顶部相贴合;
通过上述结构的设置,能够对分支管道2与连接管道3进行有效的固定,保证该设备在安装完成后的稳定性。
其中,密封机构6包括推块61、密封气囊62、密封槽63、滑板64和复位弹簧65;推块61的内侧壁与密封气囊62的外侧壁固定连接,密封气囊62的外侧壁与密封槽63的内侧壁相贴合,密封槽63开设在分支管道2的顶部,滑板64的端部与推块61的端部固定连接,复位弹簧65的一端与滑板64的侧壁固定连接;
通过上述结构的设置,能够实现对管道连接部位的有效密封,防止管道连接部位在使用时出现渗漏造成资源浪费。
其中,传动组件7包括轴承架71、转杆72、风扇73和支撑架74;轴承架71靠近支撑架74的一侧与转杆72的一端转动连接,转杆72的外侧壁与风扇73的内侧壁固定连接,转杆72的另一端与支撑架74靠近轴承架71的一侧转动连接;
通过上述结构的设置,能够为密封组件8的工作产生动力。
其中,密封组件8包括滑竿81、限位块82、拉绳83和密封板84;滑竿81的内侧壁与限位块82的外侧壁滑动连接,拉绳83的一端与滑竿81的端部靠近限位块82的一侧固定连接,密封板84的内圈与拉绳83的另一端固定连接;
通过上述结构的设置,在出现渗漏情况时,能够进行有效的密封,并且方便检修人员清楚的了解到哪个部位出现渗漏,减轻了检修人员的负担,提高了检修效率,方便使用。
其中,锁定环41的内侧壁与安装头54的外侧壁通过螺纹相连接,锁定环41的内侧壁与推块61的外侧壁通过螺纹相连接,锁定环41的内侧壁与挤压板51的外侧壁相贴合,密封气囊62的外侧壁与安装头54的侧壁内部滑动连接,推块61的外侧壁与安装头54的侧壁内部滑动连接,滑板64的外侧壁与安装头54的侧壁内部滑动连接,复位弹簧65的另一端与安装头54的侧壁内部固定连接。
其中,排气管42的内侧壁与轴承架71的外侧壁固定连接,排气管42的另一端与支撑架74靠近轴承架71的一侧固定连接,滑竿81的内侧壁与转杆72的外侧壁通过螺纹相连接,限位块82的外侧壁与支撑架74的内侧壁固定连接,拉绳83贯穿支撑架74并与支撑架74滑动连接,密封板84贯穿支撑架74并与支撑架74滑动连接,密封板84的外侧壁与支撑架74相吸合。
本发明中,在使用时,手握连接管道3,使得安装管53套在分支管道2的顶部,安装头54的底部与分支管道2的顶部相贴合,然后便可向上移动锁定环41使得锁定环41的顶部到达安装头54的底部,然后转动锁定环41使得锁定环41沿安装头54向上移动,在移动的过程中将会挤压挤压板51向内移动,使得挤压头52对安装管53的外侧壁进行挤压,当锁定环41接触到推块61时,在锁定环41持续向上移动时将会推动推块61向内挤压密封气囊62,使得密封气囊62进入密封槽63内,此时滑板64将会向内挤压复位弹簧65,然后再次向上转动锁定环41直至锁定环41的顶端与安装头54顶端的底部相贴合,便可进行使用;
当管道的连接部位出现渗漏时,连接部位泄露的气体将会进入气仓43内,然后在气仓43的引导作用下进入排气管42内,在经过排气管42排出时,将会吹动风扇73转动,进而带动转杆72转动,使得与转杆72内侧壁通过螺纹连接的滑竿81在限位块82的作用下向外滑动,滑竿81向外滑动时,将会拉动拉绳83向内滑动,使得密封板84脱离与支撑架74的吸合状态,使得密封板84的外侧壁与支撑架74的外侧壁相贴合,便完成了整个操作,检修人员在进行检修时,便可根据密封板84及滑竿81的状态进行定点检修,保证了检修的效率。

Claims (2)
1.一种用于输灰系统的管道之间防渗漏设备,其特征在于,包括:
主管道(1),所述主管道(1)的顶部固定连接有分支管道(2),所述分支管道(2)的顶部相设置有连接管道(3),所述分支管道(2)的外侧壁活动连接有驱动装置(4),所述驱动装置(4)用于驱动整个设备进行工作,所述驱动装置(4)包括锁定环(41)、排气管(42)和气仓(43);所述锁定环(41)的内侧壁与所述分支管道(2)的外侧壁活动连接,所述排气管(42)的一端与所述锁定环(41)的外侧壁固定连接,所述气仓(43)开设在所述锁定环(41)的内侧壁上,所述气仓(43)正对所述排气管(42)设置;
连接组件(5),所述连接组件(5)安装在所述分支管道(2)与所述连接管道(3)的中间部位,所述连接组件(5)用于连接所述分支管道(2)与所述连接管道(3),所述连接组件(5)包括挤压板(51)、挤压头(52)、安装管(53)和安装头(54);所述挤压板(51)的内侧壁底部与所述分支管道(2)的外侧壁固定连接,所述挤压头(52)安装在所述挤压板(51)的内侧壁上,所述安装管(53)的外侧壁与所述挤压头(52)的外侧壁相贴合,所述安装管(53)的内侧壁与所述分支管道(2)端部的外侧壁相贴合,所述安装头(54)的底部与所述安装管(53)的顶部固定连接,所述安装头(54)的顶部与所述连接管道(3)的底部固定连接,所述安装头(54)的底部与所述分支管道(2)的顶部相贴合,所述锁定环(41)的内侧壁与所述安装头(54)的外侧壁通过螺纹相连接,所述锁定环(41)的内侧壁与所述挤压板(51)的外侧壁相贴合;
密封机构(6),所述密封机构(6)安装在所述连接管道(3)与所述分支管道(2)贴合部位,所述密封机构(6)用于保证所述连接管道(3)与所述分支管道(2)的连接密封性,所述密封机构(6)包括推块(61)、密封气囊(62)、密封槽(63)、滑板(64)和复位弹簧(65);所述推块(61)的内侧壁与所述密封气囊(62)的外侧壁固定连接,所述密封气囊(62)的外侧壁与所述密封槽(63)的内侧壁相贴合,所述密封槽(63)开设在所述分支管道(2)的顶部,所述滑板(64)的端部与所述推块(61)的端部固定连接,所述复位弹簧(65)的一端与所述滑板(64)的侧壁固定连接,所述锁定环(41)的内侧壁与所述推块(61)的外侧壁通过螺纹相连接,所述密封气囊(62)的外侧壁与所述安装头(54)的侧壁内部滑动连接,所述推块(61)的外侧壁与所述安装头(54)的侧壁内部滑动连接,所述滑板(64)的外侧壁与所述安装头(54)的侧壁内部滑动连接,所述复位弹簧(65)的另一端与所述安装头(54)的侧壁内部固定连接,锁定环(41)持续向上移动时将会推动推块(61)向内挤压密封气囊(62);
传动组件(7),所述传动组件(7)安装在所述驱动装置(4)的内部,所述传动组件(7)用于在发生渗漏时进行工作,所述传动组件(7)包括轴承架(71)、转杆(72)、风扇(73)和支撑架(74);所述轴承架(71)靠近所述支撑架(74)的一侧与所述转杆(72)的一端转动连接,所述转杆(72)的外侧壁与所述风扇(73)的内侧壁固定连接,所述转杆(72)的另一端与所述支撑架(74)靠近所述轴承架(71)的一侧转动连接;
密封组件(8),所述密封组件(8)安装在所述传动组件(7)的端部,所述密封组件(8)由所述传动组件(7)进行驱动,所述密封组件(8)用于在发生渗漏时进行二次密封,所述密封组件(8)包括滑竿(81)、限位块(82)、拉绳(83)和密封板(84);所述滑竿(81)的内侧壁与所述限位块(82)的外侧壁滑动连接,所述拉绳(83)的一端与所述滑竿(81)的端部靠近所述限位块(82)的一侧固定连接,所述密封板(84)的内圈与所述拉绳(83)的另一端固定连接;
所述滑竿(81)的内侧壁与所述转杆(72)的外侧壁通过螺纹相连接,所述限位块(82)的外侧壁与所述支撑架(74)的内侧壁固定连接,所述拉绳(83)贯穿所述支撑架(74)并与所述支撑架(74)滑动连接,所述密封板(84)贯穿所述支撑架(74)并与所述支撑架(74)滑动连接,所述密封板(84)的外侧壁与所述支撑架(74)相吸合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于输灰系统的管道之间防渗漏设备,其特征在于,所述排气管(42)的内侧壁与所述轴承架(71)的外侧壁固定连接,所述排气管(42)的另一端与所述支撑架(74)靠近所述轴承架(71)的一侧固定连接。
