The invention discloses a shear wall with light sandwich combined steel plates embedded in FRP (fiber reinforced plastic) section corrugated plates which are vertically arranged, which comprises a shear wall body and the FRP section corrugated plates; the both sides of embedded steel sheet in the shear force wall body are vertically fixed in to FRP section buckled plate, and it has PET structural foam to fill between FRP section buckled plate and the embedded steel sheet, fixed connection between the girder steel in FRP section buckled plate and the shear force wall, and this shear force wall has bearing capacity height, the little and light characteristics of dead weight of noise, is convenient for install simultaneously.

Technical Field

Background
Modern steel structure building systems often adopt a supporting structure or a shear wall structure, and the shear wall structure system mostly uses a steel plate shear wall composed of embedded steel plates, steel beams and steel columns. Compared with the traditional concrete structure wall, the wall has the advantages of light weight, high strength and shorter construction period, but simultaneously has the problem that the wall cannot be ignored:
1. embedded wallboard is the sheet metal basically in traditional steel sheet shear wall structure, and the easy outer bulging of taking place warp, is along with trembling and noise.
2. In application of the steel plate shear wall structure system, a buckling restrained component embedded with a wall plate, such as a concrete plate, a steel structure restrained component and the like, is often added to form a buckling-restrained steel plate shear wall structure. The buckling constraint component has large self weight, is difficult to install manually, has large construction difficulty, and can exert additional inertia force on the structure in an earthquake.
3. The buckling restrained members in the buckling-restrained steel plate shear wall structure system do not directly participate in structural stress, the material utilization rate is not high, the noise elimination function is not considered in the design, and certain noise can be caused in a normal use state.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a shear wall with light sandwich combined steel plates embedded in corrugated plates of vertically-arranged FRP profiles, which has the characteristics of high bearing capacity, low noise and light self weight and is convenient to install.
In order to achieve the purpose, the shear wall with the light sandwich combined steel plate embedded in the vertically-arranged FRP section corrugated plates comprises a shear wall body and FRP section corrugated plates; FRP section buckled plate is vertical to be fixed in the both sides of embedded steel sheet in the shear force wall body, and it has PET structural foam to fill between FRP section buckled plate and the embedded steel sheet, fixed connection between the girder steel in FRP section buckled plate and the shear force wall.
The FRP section corrugated plate is fixedly connected with the embedded steel plate through a high-strength bolt and a section binder.

The embedded steel plate and the steel columns in the shear wall are welded, bolted or not connected.
The FRP section corrugated plate is connected with the steel beam in the shear wall through a fishplate and a bolt.
The fishplate welds on the girder steel, and the fishplate is connected with FRP section bar buckled plate through the bolt.
The cross section of the PET structural foam is trapezoidal.
The wave troughs in the FRP section corrugated plates at the two sides of the embedded steel plate are opposite;
the wave crests in the FRP profile corrugated plates at the two sides of the embedded steel plate are opposite.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
when the shear wall with the light sandwich combined steel plates embedded in the vertically-arranged FRP section corrugated plates is operated in a concrete mode, PET structural foam is arranged between the FRP section corrugated plates and the embedded steel plates to form the light combined wallboard, so that the installation difficulty is reduced, the self inertia force of the wall is greatly reduced, and the out-of-plane buckling constraint capacity and the silencing capacity are improved; in addition, the FRP section corrugated plate is connected with the steel beam and directly participates in shear force transmission, so that the rigidity, the bearing capacity and the energy consumption capacity are improved, the additional bending moment effect on the frame column is avoided, and the utilization rate of materials is improved.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the shear wall of the invention, in which the lightweight sandwich combined steel plate is embedded in the corrugated plates of the vertically arranged FRP profiles, comprises a shear wall body and a corrugated plate 1 of the FRP profiles; the FRP profile corrugated plate 1 is vertically placed at two sides of an embedded steel plate 3 in the shear wall body, and PET structural foam 2 is filled between the FRP profile corrugated plate 1 and the embedded steel plate 3;
the FRP section corrugated plate 1 and the embedded steel plate 3 are fixedly connected through the high-strength bolt 4 and the cross-section bonding agent to form a combined wall body, wherein a circular gasket is arranged between a nut of the high-strength bolt 4 and the FRP section corrugated plate 1. Be connected through fishplate 6 and bolt 5 between the girder steel 8 in FRP section buckled plate 1 and the shear force wall, wherein, fishplate 6 welds on girder steel 8, and fishplate 6 is connected with FRP section buckled plate 1 through bolt 5.

The construction process of the invention is as follows:
adhering PET structural foam 2 and FRP section corrugated plates 1 on an embedded steel plate 3 through an interface adhesive, and installing high-strength bolts 4 with round gaskets after punching to form a combined wall body; welding fishplate 6 on girder steel 8 afterwards, being connected FRP section bar buckled plate 1 and fishplate 6 through bolt 5, can accomplish the construction of wall body.
It should be noted that the present invention has the following features:
1) the combined section formed by the FRP section corrugated plates 1 and the PET structural foam 2 on the two sides of the embedded steel plate 3 can obviously improve the out-of-plane bending rigidity of the embedded steel plate 3, effectively limit the out-of-plane shearing buckling deformation of the embedded steel plate 3 and further improve the lateral rigidity resistance of the whole structure.
2) According to the invention, the FRP section corrugated plate 1 extends vertically and is fixed with the steel beam 8 through the high-strength bolt 4, so that the FRP section corrugated plate 1 can directly participate in bearing the horizontal load of the shear wall. Meanwhile, the FRP section corrugated plate 1 is only connected with the steel beam 8, so that an additional bending moment effect cannot be transferred to the frame column, and the additional bending moment effect of the FRP section corrugated plate 1 on the steel beam 8 can be mutually offset with the corresponding bending moment effect of the upper wallboard, so that the force transfer path of the FRP section corrugated plate 1 is clear, and the design requirement of surrounding frame members cannot be improved.
3) According to the invention, the FRP section corrugated plate 1 controls the plane external rigidity distribution of the FRP section corrugated plate 1 through the arrangement of the wave trough and wave crest widths, so that the local buckling deformation of the wallboard is concentrated at the wave trough position of the PET structural foam 2, and further, the energy absorption and noise elimination effects are achieved through the elastic deformation of the PET structural foam 2.
4) The composite sandwich panel composed of the FRP section corrugated plate 1, the PET structural foam 2 and the embedded steel plate 3 has higher integral bending rigidity and torsional rigidity, can still exert enough horizontal shear-resisting bearing capacity even if only connected with the steel beam 8, and can be flexibly arranged according to the sizes of the steel beam 8 and the steel column 7 in practical application.
