Description

Obliquely-arranged FRP profile corrugated plate embedded light-weight sandwich buckling-restrained steel plate shear wall
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of steel structure buildings, and relates to a lightweight sandwich anti-buckling steel plate shear wall with obliquely arranged FRP section corrugated plates embedded therein.
Background
Modern steel structure building systems often adopt a supporting structure or a shear wall structure, and the shear wall structure system mostly uses a steel plate shear wall composed of embedded steel plates, steel beams and steel columns. Compared with the traditional concrete structure wall, the wall has the advantages of light weight, high strength and shorter construction period, but simultaneously has the problem that the wall cannot be ignored:
1. embedded wallboard is the sheet metal basically in traditional steel sheet shear wall structure, and the easy outer bulging of face warp, is along with trembling and noise.
2. In application of the steel plate shear wall structure system, a buckling restrained component embedded with a wall plate, such as a concrete plate, a steel structure restrained component and the like, is often added to form a buckling-restrained steel plate shear wall structure. The buckling constraint component has large self weight, is difficult to install manually, has large construction difficulty, and can exert additional inertia force on the structure in an earthquake.
3. The design of the buckling restrained component in the buckling restrained steel plate shear wall structure system does not consider the silencing function, and certain noise can be caused in a normal use state.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides the shear wall with the light sandwich buckling-restrained steel plates embedded in the corrugated plates of the obliquely-arranged FRP profiles, which has the characteristics of high bearing capacity, low noise and light self weight and is convenient to install.
In order to achieve the purpose, the shear wall with the light sandwich buckling-restrained steel plates embedded in the obliquely-arranged FRP section corrugated plates comprises a shear wall body, FRP section corrugated plates are arranged on two sides of an embedded steel plate in the shear wall body, and PET structural foam is filled between the FRP section corrugated plates and the embedded steel plate;
the axes of FRP section corrugated plates at two sides of the embedded steel plate are intersected;
the embedded steel plate is connected with the steel beam and the steel column in the shear wall body.
The FRP section corrugated plate is connected with the embedded steel plate through an interface adhesive and a high-strength bolt with a circular gasket.
FRP section corrugated plate slope distributes.
The inclination angle of the FRP section corrugated plate is 45 degrees.
The axes of the FRP section corrugated plates at the two sides of the embedded steel plate are vertical.
The cross section of the PET structural foam is trapezoidal.
The embedded steel plate is connected with the steel beam and the steel column in the shear wall body through the fishplate and the bolt.
The embedded steel plate is connected with the steel beam and the steel column in the shear wall body through welding.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
when the shear wall with the obliquely-arranged FRP section corrugated plates and the embedded light sandwich buckling-restrained steel plates is in specific operation, PET structural foam is arranged between the FRP section corrugated plates and the embedded steel plates to form the light combined wallboard, so that the installation difficulty is reduced, the self inertia force of the wall body is greatly reduced, and the out-of-plane buckling restraining capacity and the silencing capacity are improved; in addition, the FRP section corrugated plates are distributed in an inclined mode, the axes of the FRP section corrugated plates on the two sides of the embedded steel plate are perpendicular to each other, buckling deformation of the shear wall can be effectively restrained, and the rigidity, the bearing capacity and the energy consumption capacity of the whole structure are improved.

Moreover, in the following description, descriptions of well-known structures and techniques are omitted so as to not unnecessarily obscure the concepts of the present disclosure. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
There is shown in the drawings a schematic block diagram of a disclosed embodiment in accordance with the invention. The figures are not drawn to scale, wherein certain details are exaggerated and possibly omitted for clarity of presentation. The shapes of various regions, layers and their relative sizes and positional relationships shown in the drawings are merely exemplary, and deviations may occur in practice due to manufacturing tolerances or technical limitations, and a person skilled in the art may additionally design regions/layers having different shapes, sizes, relative positions, according to actual needs.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the shear wall with the lightweight sandwich anti-buckling steel plate embedded with the obliquely arranged FRP section corrugated plates comprises a shear wall body, FRP section corrugated plates 1 are arranged on two sides of an embedded steel plate 3 in the shear wall body, PET structural foam 2 is filled between the FRP section corrugated plates 1 and the embedded steel plate 3, and the FRP section corrugated plates 1 are distributed obliquely.
The FRP profile corrugated plate 1 is connected with the embedded steel plate 3 through an interface binder and a high-strength bolt 4 with a circular gasket to form a combined wall body, and the inclination angle of the FRP profile corrugated plate 1 is 45 degrees. And the axes of the FRP section corrugated plates 1 at the two sides of the embedded steel plate 3 are vertical to each other.
The PET structural foam 2 of the present invention is used as a filler material, and other lightweight filler materials may be used instead.
The cross section of the PET structural foam 2 is trapezoidal and is consistent with the wave trough shape of one side of the FRP section corrugated plate 1 facing the embedded wallboard.
The embedded steel plate 3 is connected with the steel beam 8 and the steel column 7 in the shear wall body through welding or through a fishplate 6 and a bolt 5.
The construction process of the invention is as follows: adhering PET structural foam 2 and FRP section corrugated plates 1 on an embedded steel plate 3 through an interface adhesive, and mounting a high-strength bolt 4 with a circular gasket after punching to form a combined wall; and finally, connecting the combined wallboard, the steel column 7 and the steel beam 8 by welding or using a fishplate 6 and a bolt 5 to complete the construction of the wall body.
The invention has the following characteristics:
1) according to the invention, the combined section formed by the FRP section corrugated plates 1 on the two sides of the embedded steel plate 3 and the PET structural foam 2 can obviously improve the out-of-plane bending rigidity of the embedded steel plate 3, and effectively limit the out-of-plane shearing buckling deformation of the embedded steel plate 3, thereby improving the side rigidity resistance of the whole structure.
2) According to the invention, the arrangement of the wave trough and wave crest widths of the FRP section corrugated plate 1 controls the plane external rigidity distribution of the FRP section corrugated plate 1, so that the local buckling deformation of the wallboard is concentrated at the wave trough position of the PET structural foam 2, and further, the energy absorption and noise elimination effects are achieved through the elastic deformation of the PET structural foam 2.
3) The composite sandwich panel composed of the FRP section corrugated plate 1, the PET structural foam 2 and the embedded steel plate 3 has higher integral bending rigidity and torsional rigidity, can still exert enough horizontal shear-resistant bearing capacity even if only connected with a frame beam, and can flexibly arrange the sheared wallboard according to the sizes of the frame beam and the frame column in practical application.
