Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of cigarette auxiliary material processing, in particular to tipping paper for cigarettes based on water-based touch oil and a processing technology thereof; the tipping paper comprises tipping base paper and water-based touch oil coated on the surface of the tipping base paper, wherein the water-based touch oil is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70-80 parts of aqueous polyurethane emulsion, 10-16 parts of aqueous styrene-acrylic emulsion, 1.5-2.8 parts of nano silicon dioxide, 1.5-3.0 parts of flatting agent, 3.5-5 parts of organic silicon modifier, 4-5.5 parts of touch modifier, 3.2-4.0 parts of antibacterial agent, 1.2-3.2 parts of nano titanium dioxide, 0.3-0.8 part of defoaming agent and 2-5 parts of deionized water; the tipping paper for the cigarette processed by the invention has good touch, and the comfortable experience of consumers is effectively increased; in addition, the tipping paper for the cigarette processed by the invention also has the advantages of good yellowing resistance, excellent scratch resistance, excellent antibacterial performance and the like, and effectively improves the quality of the tipping paper for the cigarette.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cigarette auxiliary material processing, in particular to tipping paper for cigarettes based on water-based touch oil and a processing technology thereof.
Background
The cigarette is prepared by baking tobacco, shredding, and rolling into cylindrical strip with a length of about 120mm and a diameter of 10 mm. When smoking, one end of the cigarette is ignited, and smoke generated by incomplete combustion is sucked hoots by the mouth at the other end. At present, the cigarette often needs to use tipping paper in the production process, the tipping paper is wrapping paper for connecting the cigarette with a filter tip, and the initial tipping paper is also called tipping paper because the appearance of the tipping paper is similar to pine wood grain. Tipping paper is produced with the advent of filter cigarettes, the specifications of which depend on the cigarette requirements.
Although the continuous tipping paper processed by the prior art can well wrap the cigarette and the filter rod, the touch feeling of the continuous tipping paper is relatively poor, and the yellowing resistance, the scraping resistance and the antibacterial performance of the continuous tipping paper are also relatively poor, so that the grade and the grade of the tipping paper for the cigarette are reduced to a certain extent. Therefore, the invention provides a tipping paper for cigarettes based on water-based touch oil and a processing technology thereof, which are used for solving the technical problems.

the cigarette tipping paper based on the water-based touch oil comprises tipping base paper and the water-based touch oil coated on the surface of the tipping base paper, wherein the water-based touch oil is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70-80 parts of aqueous polyurethane emulsion, 10-16 parts of aqueous styrene-acrylic emulsion, 1.5-2.8 parts of nano silicon dioxide, 1.5-3.0 parts of flatting agent, 3.5-5 parts of organic silicon modifier, 4-5.5 parts of touch modifier, 3.2-4.0 parts of antibacterial agent, 1.2-3.2 parts of nano titanium dioxide, 0.3-0.8 part of defoaming agent and 2-5 parts of deionized water.
Furthermore, the pH value of the aqueous polyurethane emulsion is 8, and the solid content of the aqueous polyurethane emulsion is 33-37%.
Furthermore, the leveling agent is any one of BYK345, BYK347 and BYK 348.
Furthermore, the organic silicon modifier is selected from any one of gamma-aminopropyl triethoxysilane and gamma-methacryloxypropyl trimethoxysilane.
Further, the feel improver is wax powder, and the wax powder is Lanco GLIDD 5518 type wax powder.
Furthermore, the antibacterial agent is any one of didodecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride and dioctadecyl dimethyl ammonium bromide.
Furthermore, the defoaming agent is any one of a siloxane defoaming agent and a polyacrylate defoaming agent.
A processing technology of cigarette tipping paper based on water-based touch oil comprises the following steps:
firstly, preparing tipping base paper;
adding 1-1.5% by mass of carboxymethyl cellulose into a proper amount of water, mixing and stirring to fully dissolve the carboxymethyl cellulose, then dropwise adding a ferrous sulfate solution with the volume of 20-30% and the concentration of 2.5-3.5 wt% into the obtained mixed solution, stirring and reacting for 30-50 min under the condition of nitrogen protection, and after the reaction is finished, marking as a mixed component;
II, dropwise adding a sodium alginate solution with the volume of 8-12% and the concentration of 2-2.5 wt% into the obtained mixed component, uniformly mixing and stirring, adjusting the pH value to 9.5-10.5, and simultaneously carrying out heat preservation stirring reaction at the temperature of 30-40 ℃ for 40-60 min; after the reaction is finished, adjusting the pH value of the solution to be neutral, then sequentially carrying out freeze drying and grinding treatment to obtain solid particles with the particle size of 80-150 meshes, putting the obtained solid particles into a proper amount of reaction liquid for reaction, and washing the solid particles for 2-3 times by using deionized water after the reaction is finished; the obtained functional materials are stored for later use;
III, mixing the components in a volume ratio of 1.2-1.5: 1, mixing bleached softwood pulp with the pulping concentration of 2-4% and bleached hardwood pulp with the concentration of 1.8-2.5%, then respectively adding 0.4-0.8% of AKD sizing agent, 0.2-0.5% of cationic starch and 3-7% of filler into the obtained mixed wood pulp, mixing and stirring uniformly, supplementing 5-8% of functional material into the obtained mixed pulp, and after mixing and stirring uniformly, sequentially performing the procedures of net surfing, pressing, drying, press polishing, curling, slitting and finishing to obtain a finished tipping base paper product;
secondly, preparing water-based touch oil;
accurately weighing each raw material for preparing the water-based touch oil according to the formula amount, then adding nano silicon dioxide and half amount of defoaming agent into the water-based polyurethane emulsion at room temperature, and stirring and dispersing for 30-40 min; after the dispersion is finished, adding the water-based styrene-acrylic emulsion into the mixture, uniformly stirring and dispersing the mixture, adding the rest raw materials into the mixture, uniformly stirring and dispersing the mixture, sequentially checking hue, solid content, fineness and viscosity parameters, and filtering the mixture after the mixture is qualified to obtain a water-based touch oil finished product;
thirdly, preparing a finished tipping paper product for cigarettes;
and (3) coating the water-based touch oil prepared in the step two on the tipping base paper prepared in the step one, and drying to obtain the finished tipping paper for the cigarettes containing the water-based touch oil.
Furthermore, the reaction solution used in the step II is a calcium chloride solution with the concentration of 3-6 wt%, and the reaction time is 30-50 min.
Furthermore, the filler used in the step III is selected from any one of calcium carbonate and talcum powder.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. according to the invention, the aqueous polyurethane emulsion, the aqueous styrene-acrylic emulsion, the nano silicon dioxide, the organic silicon modifier, the touch modifier, the antibacterial agent, the nano titanium dioxide and the like are used as raw materials for preparing the aqueous touch oil, wherein the organic silicon modifier can effectively improve the smoothness of the aqueous touch oil, the touch modifier can effectively improve the touch of the aqueous touch oil, and the smooth performance and the touch of the aqueous touch oil are effectively improved by mixing the organic silicon modifier and the touch modifier, so that the comfortable experience of consumers is well increased. Meanwhile, the waterborne polyurethane emulsion and the waterborne styrene-acrylic emulsion have excellent weather resistance. In addition, the nano titanium dioxide can absorb ultraviolet rays and reflect and scatter the ultraviolet rays; the nano silicon dioxide has a good ultraviolet shielding function, so that the nano silicon dioxide and the waterborne polyurethane emulsion can be mixed with the waterborne styrene-acrylic emulsion for use, and the yellowing resistance of the waterborne touch oil can be effectively improved.
2. Due to the small size effect and the excellent antibacterial effect of the nano titanium dioxide and the nano silicon dioxide, the scratch resistance of the water-based touch oil can be improved to a certain degree, and the antibacterial performance of the water-based touch oil can be effectively improved. The prepared water-based touch oil is coated on the surface of the tipping base paper, so that the quality and quality of the tipping paper for the cigarettes are effectively improved, the service life of the tipping paper is prolonged to a certain extent, and the grade and grade of cigarette products produced by taking the tipping paper for the cigarettes processed by the invention as a raw material are improved.

A processing technology of cigarette tipping paper based on water-based touch oil comprises the following steps:
firstly, preparing tipping base paper;
adding 1% by mass of carboxymethyl cellulose into a proper amount of water, mixing and stirring to fully dissolve the carboxymethyl cellulose, then dropwise adding a ferrous sulfate solution with the volume of 20% and the concentration of 2.5 wt% into the obtained mixed solution, stirring and reacting for 30min under the protection of nitrogen, and after the reaction is finished, obtaining mixed components;
II, dropwise adding a sodium alginate solution with the volume of 8% and the concentration of 2 wt% into the obtained mixed component, uniformly mixing and stirring, adjusting the pH value to 9.5, and simultaneously carrying out heat preservation and stirring reaction at the temperature of 30 ℃ for 40 min; after the reaction is finished, adjusting the pH value of the solution to be neutral, then sequentially carrying out freeze drying and grinding treatment to obtain solid particles with the particle size of 80 meshes, putting the obtained solid particles into a proper amount of reaction solution for reaction, and washing the solid particles for 2 times by using deionized water after the reaction is finished; storing the obtained functional material for later use; wherein the reaction solution is a calcium chloride solution with the concentration of 3 wt%, and the reaction time is 30 min;
III, mixing the components in a volume ratio of 1.2: 1, mixing bleached softwood pulp with the pulping concentration of 2% and bleached hardwood pulp with the pulping concentration of 1.8%, then respectively adding 0.4% of AKD sizing agent, 0.2% of cationic starch and 3% of calcium carbonate into the obtained mixed wood pulp, mixing and stirring uniformly, supplementing 5% of functional material into the obtained mixed pulp, and after mixing and stirring uniformly, sequentially performing the processes of net surfing, papermaking, squeezing, drying, calendaring, curling, slitting and finishing to obtain a finished tipping base paper product;
secondly, preparing water-based touch oil;
accurately weighing each raw material for preparing the water-based touch oil according to the formula amount, then adding nano silicon dioxide and half amount of defoaming agent into the water-based polyurethane emulsion at room temperature, and stirring and dispersing for 30 min; after the dispersion is finished, adding the water-based styrene-acrylic emulsion into the mixture, uniformly stirring and dispersing the mixture, adding the rest raw materials into the mixture, uniformly stirring and dispersing the mixture, sequentially checking hue, solid content, fineness and viscosity parameters, and filtering the mixture after the mixture is qualified to obtain a water-based touch oil finished product;
thirdly, preparing a finished tipping paper product for cigarettes;
and (3) coating the water-based touch oil prepared in the step two on the tipping base paper prepared in the step one, and drying to obtain the finished tipping paper for the cigarettes containing the water-based touch oil.
Example 2
The cigarette tipping paper based on the water-based touch oil comprises tipping base paper and the water-based touch oil coated on the surface of the tipping base paper, wherein the water-based touch oil is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 75 parts of aqueous polyurethane emulsion, 13 parts of aqueous styrene-acrylic emulsion, 2.0 parts of nano silicon dioxide, 2.5 parts of BYK347 flatting agent, 4.5 parts of gamma-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane, 5.0 parts of Lanco GLIDD 5518 type wax lubricant powder, 3.6 parts of dioctadecyl dimethyl ammonium bromide, 2.5 parts of nano titanium dioxide, 0.5 part of polyacrylate type defoaming agent and 3 parts of deionized water; wherein the pH value of the aqueous polyurethane emulsion is 8, and the solid content of the aqueous polyurethane emulsion is 35%.
A processing technology of cigarette tipping paper based on water-based touch oil comprises the following steps:
firstly, preparing tipping base paper;
i, adding 1.3 mass percent of carboxymethyl cellulose into a proper amount of water, mixing and stirring to fully dissolve the carboxymethyl cellulose, dropwise adding 25 volume percent of ferrous sulfate solution with the concentration of 3.0wt percent into the obtained mixed solution, stirring and reacting for 40min under the protection of nitrogen, and after the reaction is finished, obtaining mixed components;
II, dropwise adding a sodium alginate solution with the volume of 10% and the concentration of 2.3 wt% into the obtained mixed component, uniformly mixing and stirring, adjusting the pH value to 10, and simultaneously carrying out heat preservation stirring reaction at the temperature of 35 ℃ for 50 min; after the reaction is finished, adjusting the pH value of the solution to be neutral, then sequentially carrying out freeze drying and grinding treatment to obtain solid particles with the particle size of 100 meshes, putting the obtained solid particles into a proper amount of reaction solution for reaction, and washing the solid particles for 3 times by using deionized water after the reaction is finished; the obtained functional materials are stored for later use; wherein the reaction solution is a calcium chloride solution with the concentration of 5 wt%, and the reaction time is 40 min;
III, mixing the components in a volume ratio of 1.3: 1, mixing bleached softwood pulp with the pulping concentration of 3% and bleached hardwood pulp with the pulping concentration of 2.0%, then respectively adding 0.6% of AKD sizing agent, 0.3% of cationic starch and 5% of talcum powder into the mixed wood pulp, mixing and stirring uniformly, supplementing 6% of functional material into the mixed pulp, and sequentially performing the processes of net feeding papermaking, squeezing, drying, calendaring, curling, slitting and trimming after mixing and stirring uniformly to obtain a finished tipping base paper product;
secondly, preparing water-based touch oil;
accurately weighing each raw material for preparing the water-based touch oil according to the formula amount, then adding nano silicon dioxide and half amount of defoaming agent into the water-based polyurethane emulsion at room temperature, and stirring and dispersing for 35 min; after the dispersion is finished, adding the water-based styrene-acrylic emulsion into the mixture, uniformly stirring and dispersing the mixture, adding the rest raw materials into the mixture, uniformly stirring and dispersing the mixture, sequentially checking hue, solid content, fineness and viscosity parameters, and filtering the mixture after the mixture is qualified to obtain a water-based touch oil finished product;
thirdly, preparing a finished tipping paper product for cigarettes;
and (3) coating the water-based touch oil prepared in the step two on the tipping base paper prepared in the step one, and drying to obtain the finished tipping paper for the cigarettes containing the water-based touch oil.
Example 3
The cigarette tipping paper based on the water-based touch oil comprises tipping base paper and the water-based touch oil coated on the surface of the tipping base paper, wherein the water-based touch oil is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80 parts of aqueous polyurethane emulsion, 16 parts of aqueous styrene-acrylic emulsion, 2.8 parts of nano silicon dioxide, 3.0 parts of BYK348 flatting agent, 5 parts of gamma-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, 5.5 parts of Lanco GLIDD 5518 type wax lubricant powder, 4.0 parts of didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride, 3.2 parts of nano titanium dioxide, 0.8 part of siloxane type defoaming agent and 5 parts of deionized water; wherein the pH value of the aqueous polyurethane emulsion is 8, and the solid content of the aqueous polyurethane emulsion is 37%.
A processing technology of cigarette tipping paper based on water-based touch oil comprises the following steps:
firstly, preparing tipping base paper;
adding 1.5% by mass of carboxymethyl cellulose into a proper amount of water, mixing and stirring to fully dissolve the carboxymethyl cellulose, dropwise adding a 30% by volume ferrous sulfate solution with the concentration of 3.5 wt% into the obtained mixed solution, stirring and reacting for 50min under the protection of nitrogen, and after the reaction is finished, obtaining mixed components;
II, dropwise adding a sodium alginate solution with the volume of 12% and the concentration of 2.5 wt% into the obtained mixed component, uniformly mixing and stirring, adjusting the pH value to 10.5, and simultaneously carrying out heat preservation and stirring reaction at the temperature of 40 ℃ for 60 min; after the reaction is finished, adjusting the pH value of the solution to be neutral, then sequentially carrying out freeze drying and grinding treatment to obtain solid particles with the particle size of 150 meshes, putting the obtained solid particles into a proper amount of reaction solution for reaction, and washing the solid particles for 3 times by using deionized water after the reaction is finished; the obtained functional materials are stored for later use; wherein the reaction solution is a calcium chloride solution with the concentration of 6 wt%, and the reaction time is 50 min;
III, mixing the components in a volume ratio of 1.2-1.5: 1, mixing bleached softwood pulp with the beating concentration of 4% and bleached hardwood pulp with the concentration of 2.5%, then respectively adding 0.8% of AKD sizing agent, 0.5% of cationic starch and 7% of calcium carbonate into the obtained mixed wood pulp, mixing and stirring uniformly, supplementing 8% of functional material into the obtained mixed pulp, and after mixing and stirring uniformly, sequentially performing the processes of net surfing, papermaking, squeezing, drying, press polishing, curling, slitting and finishing to obtain a finished tipping base paper product;

accurately weighing each raw material for preparing the water-based touch oil according to the formula amount, then adding nano silicon dioxide and half amount of defoaming agent into the water-based polyurethane emulsion at room temperature, and stirring and dispersing for 40 min; after the dispersion is finished, adding the water-based styrene-acrylic emulsion into the mixture, uniformly stirring and dispersing the mixture, adding the rest raw materials into the mixture, sequentially inspecting hue, solid content, fineness and viscosity parameters after uniform stirring and dispersion, and filtering the mixture after the mixture is qualified to obtain a water-based touch oil finished product;
thirdly, preparing a finished tipping paper product for cigarettes;
and (3) coating the water-based touch oil prepared in the step two on the tipping base paper prepared in the step one, and drying to obtain the finished tipping paper for the cigarettes containing the water-based touch oil.
Comparative example: the main differences between this embodiment and embodiment 1 are: the aqueous touch feeling oil does not contain a touch feeling improver.
Performance testing
The tipping paper products for cigarettes processed in examples 1 to 3 and the comparative example are subjected to the following performance tests:

The resulting test data are reported in the following table:
by comparing and analyzing relevant data in the table, the tipping paper for the cigarette processed by the invention has good touch feeling, and the comfortable experience of consumers is effectively increased. In addition, the tipping paper for the cigarette processed by the invention also has the advantages of good yellowing resistance, excellent scratch resistance, excellent antibacterial performance and the like, and effectively improves the quality of the tipping paper for the cigarette. Therefore, the tipping paper product for the temperature-change anti-counterfeiting cigarette processed by the invention has wider market prospect and is more suitable for popularization.

accurately weighing each raw material for preparing the water-based touch oil according to the formula amount, then adding nano silicon dioxide and half amount of defoaming agent into the water-based polyurethane emulsion at room temperature, and stirring and dispersing for 30-40 min; after the dispersion is finished, adding the water-based styrene-acrylic emulsion into the mixture, uniformly stirring and dispersing the mixture, adding the rest raw materials into the mixture, uniformly stirring and dispersing the mixture, sequentially checking hue, solid content, fineness and viscosity parameters, and filtering the mixture after the mixture is qualified to obtain a water-based touch oil finished product;
thirdly, preparing a finished tipping paper product for cigarettes;
and (3) coating the water-based touch oil prepared in the second step on the tipping base paper prepared in the first step, and drying to obtain a finished tipping paper product for the cigarettes containing the water-based touch oil.
