Detailed Description
The definitions of some of the terms used in the present invention are given below, and other non-mentioned terms have definitions and meanings known in the art:
polishing oil: the varnish is preferably solvent type varnish, can be divided into ester-soluble (the solvent is esters such as ethyl acetate and the like), alcohol-soluble (the solvent is usually ethanol and isopropanol), water-soluble (the solvent is water), UV (the solvent is usually esters containing an acrylic acid structure), offset printing (the solvent is mineral oil) and the like according to a solvent system, and generally comprises a solvent, resin and an auxiliary agent (a slipping agent, an anti-wear agent, a defoaming agent, a wetting agent, a leveling agent, a pH regulator and the like).
Temperature resistance indexes are as follows: the invention uses temperature resistance as a temperature resistance index, specifically, 40 g of solvent type gloss oil, 60 g of diluent and 10 g of sweetener are mixed and stirred for 10s, then a coating is prepared on tipping paper by a wire rod with the film thickness (the wet thickness of ink/paint or the thickness of a dried ink layer/coating), and the temperature when the coating is adhered is tested, namely the temperature corresponding to the temperature resistance index. The higher the temperature, the better the temperature resistance of the product, generally, the higher the temperature resistance index is than 120 ℃, the adhesion of the cigarette feeding machine can not occur.
The sweetener provided by the invention comprises the following components in percentage by weight: the sweet taste composition comprises, by weight, 5-50% of a sweet taste composition, 10-50% of a cosolvent, 0.01-0.1% of a mildew preventive, 0-0.1% of a preservative, and the balance of water, wherein the sweet taste composition is prepared by combining at least 2 of sodium o-benzoylsulfimide, potassium o-benzoylsulfimide, acesulfame potassium, sodium cyclamate, N- [ N- (3, 3-dimethylbutyl) -L-alpha-aspartyl-L-phenylalanine 1-methyl ester, stevioside, sucralose, and neohesperidin dihydrochalcone.
In order to ensure the mouthfeel and printing effect of the sweetener, the weight ratio of the sweet taste composition is 50% at most, the weight ratio of the cosolvent is 50%, the weight ratio of the mildew preventive is 0.1% at most, and the weight ratio of water is 50% at most.
The sweet taste composition has the effect of proper mouthfeel, and in order to avoid discomfort caused by overhigh sweetness, when the sweet taste components are combined, the maximum weight proportion of the sodium o-benzoylsulfonyl imide is 45%, the maximum weight proportion of the potassium o-benzoylsulfonyl imide is 50%, the maximum weight proportion of the potassium acetylsulfanilate is 30%, the maximum weight proportion of the sodium cyclamate is 30%, the maximum weight proportion of the N- [ N- (3, 3-dimethylbutyl) -L-alpha-aspartyl-L-phenylalanine 1-methyl ester is 40%, the maximum weight proportion of the stevioside is 35%, the maximum weight proportion of the sucralose is 4%, and the maximum weight proportion of the neohesperidin dihydrochalcone is 10%.
The combination of 2 sweet components can overcome the defects of a single sweet component, and in the case of sodium o-benzoylsulfimide, the sodium o-benzoylsulfimide has the defects of high bitter taste, short sweet taste retention period, metallic taste, sodium content and the like, so the sodium o-benzoylsulfimide is compounded with acesulfame potassium, sucralose and neohesperidin dihydrochalcone to realize the effects of bitter taste removal, pure sweet taste and long sweet taste retention period.
Preferably, the sweetening composition consists of, in weight percent: 10-20% of sodium o-benzoylsulfonyl imide, 3-10% of acesulfame potassium, 1-5% of sucralose and 1-5% of neohesperidin dihydrochalcone. More preferably, the sweetening composition consists of, in weight percent: 12-18% of sodium o-benzoylsulfonyl imide, 3-8% of acesulfame potassium, 1-3% of sucralose and 1-3% of neohesperidin dihydrochalcone.
In a particular embodiment, the sweetening composition may also employ: 40-50% of o-benzoyl sulfimide potassium and 2-10% of N- [ N- (3, 3-dimethylbutyl) -L-alpha-aspartyl-L-phenylalanine 1-methyl ester. Preferably, the compound comprises 42 to 47 percent of potassium o-benzoylsulfonyl imide and 2 to 5 percent of N- [ N- (3, 3-dimethylbutyl) -L-alpha-aspartyl-L-phenylalanine 1-methyl ester. The single use of the potassium o-benzoylsulfonimide can cause the sweet taste to have aftertaste, and after the potassium o-benzoylsulfonimide is compounded with the N- [ N- (3, 3-dimethylbutyl) -L-alpha-aspartyl-L-phenylalanine 1-methyl ester, the aftertaste can be obviously reduced, the sweet taste is more mellow, and the sweet taste retention period can be prolonged by 1 to 6 seconds.
In a particular embodiment, the sweetening composition may also employ: 10-30% of acesulfame potassium and 20-35% of stevioside; preferably, the content of acesulfame potassium is 10-20%, and the content of stevioside is 20-30%. The stevioside has unique taste similar to that of liquorice which is a Chinese herbal medicine, is easy to dissolve in ethanol, and can remarkably improve the dispersion stability of the sweetener in the solvent gloss oil.
In a particular embodiment, the sweetening composition may also employ: 20-30% of sodium cyclamate, 1-5% of sucralose and 5-10% of neohesperidin dihydrochalcone; preferably, 24-28% of sodium cyclamate, 1-3% of sucralose and 5-9% of neohesperidin dihydrochalcone. Sucralose is the sweet substance closest to sucrose, neohesperidin dihydrochalcone has very high sweetness, can obviously improve the sweetness of the mouthfeel of printed matters, sodium cyclamate is economic, the metal taste is obvious, and the two are matched with the sodium cyclamate, so that the sweetener with good comprehensive mouthfeel and reasonable cost can be obtained.
In a particular embodiment, the sweetening composition may also employ: 1-10% of acesulfame potassium, 5-15% of sodium cyclamate and 20-35% of N- [ N- (3, 3-dimethylbutyl) -L-alpha-aspartyl-L-phenylalanine 1-methyl ester. Preferably, 3-8% of acesulfame potassium, 8-13% of sodium cyclamate and 25-30% of N- [ N- (3, 3-dimethylbutyl) -L-alpha-aspartyl-L-phenylalanine 1-methyl ester. The acesulfame potassium has certain afterbitterness, the cyclohexyl amino sodium sulfonate has certain metal flavor, the two have higher melting points and are more economical, the N- [ N- (3, 3-dimethylbutyl) -L-alpha-aspartyl-L-phenylalanine 1-methyl ester has high solubility in water and ethanol, the sweet taste is kept for a long time, the sweet taste is purer, and the combination of the N- [ N- (3, 3-dimethylbutyl) -L-alpha-aspartyl-L-phenylalanine 1-methyl ester can obtain the sweetening agent which has moderate sodium content, no obvious bitterness and metal flavor in mouthfeel and is more economical.
The cosolvent is ethanol or a combination of propylene glycol and ethanol. When the propylene glycol and the ethanol are combined, the mass content of the propylene glycol in the sweetener is less than or equal to 2 percent, because the boiling point of the propylene glycol is 188 ℃, the propylene glycol has higher solubility on organic sodium and potassium salt, and can be used as a cosolvent of solvent type resin, which is easy to absorb water and slowly volatilize, and is over 2 percent, thus easily causing poor drying and fogging of an ink layer. For example, 0.1-2% of propylene glycol, 10-48% of ethanol, preferably, 1-2% of propylene glycol and 10-48% of ethanol.
The ink disclosed by the invention generally contains gloss oil, a diluent and a sweetening agent, wherein the sweetening agent is the sweetening agent disclosed by the invention, and the rest ingredients can be the same as those in the prior art. The gloss oil is preferably solvent-type gloss oil, and the diluent is generally ethanol, ethyl acetate or a mixture of the two. In a specific embodiment, the ink composition is as follows: 40-50 parts of gloss oil, 60-70 parts of diluent and 10-20 parts of sweetener.
The ink of the present invention can be used for printing on paper substrates, for example, by gravure printing, and the printing method can be the same as that of the prior art, which can be known by those skilled in the art and will not be described herein.
