s1, preparing a ceramic component element 1 with a preset size and specification shape by adopting pottery clay, porcelain clay or industrial ceramic raw materials and using a ceramic forming process;
s2, decorating the formed ceramic component element 1 with makeup soil, high-temperature color or ceramic glaze, and firing at 600-1700 ℃ to form sub-patterns on the surface of the ceramic component element 1;
s3, fixedly arranging the ceramic component elements 1 processed in the steps S1 and S2 on the assembly base body 2 according to a preset track to form an installation submodule 6;
and S4, splicing at least one mounting submodule 6 to form a complete ceramic tapestry 7, wherein the ceramic tapestry 7 has a preset tapestry total pattern.
In this embodiment, the ceramic molding process used in step S1 includes at least one of extrusion molding, manual molding, die molding, and hot cast molding. The proper ceramic forming process is selected according to the different materials of the selected ceramic component element 1. Among them, extrusion molding, hand molding, die molding and hot cast molding are themselves prior arts.
In the embodiment, the ceramic component element 1 is strip-shaped or U-shaped, the foot part of the ceramic component element 1 is provided with a fixing hole 3, and the assembly base body 2 is distributed with mounting holes 4; the ceramic member element 1 is fixed to the assembly base 2 by inserting a fastener 5 into the fixing hole 3 through the mounting hole 4. The mounting base 2 is a wall or a metal porous plate.

One end of the ceramic member element 1 having a predetermined shape may be fixed to the mounting base 2, and the mounting base 2 may be a wall or a metal porous plate. The fastening member 5 may be a screw in which the fixing hole 3 and the mounting hole 4 are each provided with a thread, by which the ceramic structural element 1 is fixed to the assembly base 2, such as a metal porous plate or a wall sheet.
In this embodiment, in step S4, when the number of the mounting sub-modules 6 is greater than one, the specifications of the mounting sub-modules 6 are the same or have a given modulus relationship. The ceramic component elements 1 on the same assembly base body 2 have different shapes, heights, sizes, colors and textures.
The assembly base body 2 of the ceramic tapestry 7 is preferably made of a metal porous plate, the use flexibility is higher, and the assembly base body 2 has a plurality of specifications with uniform specification or modulus relation from the aspects of installation, application and decoration effect. A complete ceramic tapestry 7 is decorated, one or more metal porous plates are used as an assembly base body 2, and ceramic component elements 1 fastened on the assembly base body 2 are combined into different patterns according to shape, height, size, color and texture, so that the weaving effect similar to a tapestry is formed in an integrated mode.
Because the ceramic has rich decoration and strong artistic expressive force, the combination of the ceramic material and the tapestry form increases a new product for space environment decoration; and the excellent physical and chemical properties of the ceramic enable the tapestry decoration form to be applied in scenes such as building facades, outdoor environment and the like.
In summary, the ceramic tapestry 7 of the present invention comprises the ceramic member element 1 and the mounting substrate 2, wherein the surface of the ceramic member element 1 has a sub-pattern; the ceramic member elements 1 are fixedly arranged on the assembly base body 2 so that the sub patterns are spliced to form a preset tapestry total pattern. In the manufacturing process, ceramic clay, china clay or industrial ceramic raw materials are adopted, and a ceramic forming process is used for manufacturing a ceramic component element 1 with a preset size and specification shape; carrying out makeup soil, high-temperature color or ceramic glaze decoration on the formed ceramic component element 1, and then firing at the high temperature of 600-1700 ℃ to form sub-patterns on the surface of the ceramic component element 1; fixedly arranging the processed ceramic component elements 1 on the assembly base body 2 according to a preset track to form an installation submodule 6; and splicing at least one mounting submodule 6 to form a complete ceramic tapestry 7, wherein the ceramic tapestry 7 has a preset tapestry total pattern. The invention is based on the familiar decoration form of tapestry, and a new product category is formed due to the new decoration effect generated by adding the ceramic; the ceramic material enables the decorative scene of the tapestry not to be limited by conditions such as fire resistance, humidity and the like, application scenes of tapestry forms are enriched, the design of the installation submodule 6 enables the ceramic tapestry 7 to be made into large-scale space environment decoration, and the tapestry form is applied to scenes such as building facades, outdoor environments and the like; the design or the selection of the pattern can be carried out according to the requirements of users, the ceramic tapestry 7 which is desired by the users can be obtained through different ceramic component elements 1 and the assembling base body 2, the whole assembly and the space installation of the ceramic tapestry 7 are completed, and the ceramic tapestry has good market prospect.
Although the invention has been described in detail above with reference to a general description and specific examples, it will be apparent to one skilled in the art that modifications or improvements may be made thereto based on the invention. Accordingly, it is intended that all such modifications and alterations be included within the scope of this invention as defined in the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. A ceramic tapestry, comprising a ceramic construction element (1) and a mounting base (2), the surface of the ceramic construction element (1) having a sub-pattern;
the ceramic member elements (1) are fixedly arranged on the assembly base body (2) so that the sub patterns are spliced to form a preset tapestry total pattern.
2. Ceramic tapestry according to claim 1, wherein the ceramic member element (1) is strip-shaped or U-shaped, the foot of the ceramic member element (1) is provided with a fixing hole (3), and the assembly base (2) is distributed with mounting holes (4);
the ceramic component element is characterized by further comprising a fastening piece (5), wherein the fastening piece (5) penetrates through the mounting hole (4) and then is inserted into the fixing hole (3) so as to fix the ceramic component element (1) to the assembly base body (2).
3. Ceramic tapestry according to claim 1, wherein said assembly base (2) with said ceramic construction element (1) fixed thereto forms a mounting submodule (6);
and a plurality of mounting sub-modules (6) with the same specification are spliced to form a complete ceramic tapestry (7).
4. Ceramic tapestry according to claim 1, characterized in that the same mounting base (2) with the ceramic construction element (1) fixed thereto forms a mounting submodule (6);
and a plurality of installation submodules (6) with modulus relationship are spliced to form a complete ceramic tapestry (7).
5. Ceramic tapestry according to claim 1, characterized in that the ceramic construction elements (1) on the same mounting base (2) have different shapes, heights, sizes, colors and textures.
6. Ceramic tapestry according to claim 1, wherein said mounting substrate (2) is a wall or a metal perforated plate.
7. The method for manufacturing the ceramic tapestry is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
s1, preparing a ceramic component element (1) with a preset size and specification shape by adopting pottery clay, porcelain clay or industrial ceramic raw materials and using a ceramic forming process;
s2, decorating the formed ceramic component element (1) with makeup soil, high-temperature color or ceramic glaze, and firing at 600-1700 ℃ to form sub-patterns on the surface of the ceramic component element (1);
s3, fixedly arranging the ceramic component elements (1) processed in the steps S1 and S2 on the assembly base body (2) according to a preset track to form a mounting submodule (6);
s4, splicing at least one mounting submodule (6) to form a complete ceramic tapestry (7), wherein the ceramic tapestry (7) has a preset tapestry total pattern.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the ceramic forming process used in step S1 includes at least one of extrusion molding, manual molding, die molding, and hot cast molding.
9. The method for manufacturing a ceramic tapestry according to claim 7, wherein the ceramic member element (1) is strip-shaped or U-shaped, the foot of the ceramic member element (1) is provided with a fixing hole (3), and the assembly base body (2) is distributed with mounting holes (4);
a fastener (5) is inserted into the fixing hole (3) after penetrating through the mounting hole (4) so as to fix the ceramic component element (1) to the assembly base body (2);
the assembly base body (2) is a wall or a metal porous plate.
10. The method according to claim 7, wherein in step S4, when the number of the installation submodules (6) is greater than one, the specifications of the installation submodules (6) are the same or have a given modulus relationship;
the ceramic component elements (1) on the same assembly base body (2) have different shapes, heights, sizes, colors and textures.
