Background
Bupleurum root, the name of Chinese medicine. Is a herbal medicine recorded in Chinese pharmacopoeia, and the medicinal part is dried root of Bupleurum chinense or Bupleurum scorzonerifolium of Umbelliferae. Collected in spring and autumn, removed stems and leaves and silt, and dried. Bupleurum root, radix bupleuri is a commonly used exterior-releasing drug. Is also called as Diwu, potherb mustard, mushroom grass and firewood, is bitter in nature and taste, slightly cold, and enters liver and gallbladder meridians. Has the functions of harmonizing exterior and interior, soothing liver and invigorating yang. Can be used for treating common cold, fever, malaria, stagnation of qi due to depression of the liver, distending pain of chest and hypochondrium, rectocele, uterine prolapse, and menoxenia.
During the use process of the radix bupleuri, impurity removal treatment needs to be carried out on the radix bupleuri to remove impurities, but the impurity removal efficiency of a common impurity removal method is low.

s1, checking the bupleurum root in the bupleurum root to be selected, weighing and recording; then adopting the methods of sorting, winnowing, screening, shearing, scraping, eliminating, brushing and rolling according to the process requirements to remove impurities or separate and remove non-medicinal parts so that the radix bupleuri meets the quality standard requirements of cleaning and sorting;
s2, washing the radix bupleuri by using a medicine washing machine and a water washing pool; removing silt and impurities in the bupleurum, according to the purpose of bupleurum cleaning,
s3, the coming belt magnetic separator automatically removes the iron substances in the bupleurum root including the iron-containing sandstone by using the high-strength magnetic material;
s4, taking a variable frequency winnowing machine, and removing non-medicine and medicinal impurities such as hair, cotton yarn and medicine scraps in the radix bupleuri by using a small wind speed; removing non-medicinal impurities such as stone, silt and the like in the radix bupleuri at a high wind speed;
s5, selecting a vacuum gas-phase replacement type herbal medicine infiltrating machine, using the characteristic that gas has strong penetrability and high vacuum technology to replace air in the radix bupleuri with water vapor so as to rapidly and uniformly soften the radix bupleuri,
s6, selecting 100 to 200 portions of bupleurum in the step S5, decocting and extracting, and adding 1800 to 2000 portions of deionized water for decocting;
s7, filtering with double-layer gauze, collecting filtrate, adding deionized water 8 times of the crude drug into the residue, decocting for 1h, filtering with double-layer gauze, mixing filtrates, and diluting to a constant volume to obtain water extract containing crude drug 0.1 g/mL;
s8, selecting the selective permeable membrane as the separation medium, and under the push of the forces on the two sides of the membrane, selecting the permeable membrane of the raw material row to achieve the purpose of separation and purification;
s9, filtering and removing impurities in a cross flow mode by using a porous semipermeable membrane as a medium; the aperture of the ultrafiltration membrane is extremely small, and various particles, colloids and macromolecular solutes in the solution can be blocked, so that the purpose of concentration or purification and impurity removal is achieved;
s10: and then collecting and storing the filtrate obtained in the step S9, so that the bupleurum chinense subjected to impurity removal can be obtained, and the whole preparation process is finished.
2. The efficient bupleurum impurity removing process as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized in that: in the step S1, a worktable is arranged for selecting the radix bupleuri, the surface of the worktable is smooth, and falling objects are not easy to generate; a dust catching and collecting facility is required to be arranged in an operation room with large dust such as air separation, screening and the like; passing the product to the next procedure or entering a clean material warehouse after the product is qualified through quality inspection.
3. The efficient bupleurum impurity removing process as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized in that: in step S2, the interior surface of the device or facility for washing bupleurum should be smooth, clean, easy to clean, corrosion resistant, and not chemically changed or adsorbed with bupleurum, the bupleurum washing should use flowing water, the used water should not be used for washing other bupleurum, different bupleurum should not be washed together.
4. The efficient bupleurum impurity removing process as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized in that: in step S4, after the process is finished, the impurities of bupleurum root should be manually picked out again to remove the attached impurities in bupleurum root.
5. The efficient bupleurum impurity removing process as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized in that: in the step S6, decocting at 100 ℃ for 1 h.
6. The efficient bupleurum impurity removing process as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized in that: in step S9, the porous semi-permeable membrane is one of a cellulose membrane, a polysulfone membrane, a polyamide membrane, a polyester membrane, and a polyolefin membrane.
