Abstract
本申请涉及一种RRC连接恢复方法及设备。第一网络设备接收来自终端设备的RRC连接恢复请求消息,终端设备处于RRC非激活态。第一网络设备向第二网络设备发送第一消息,第一消息包括的辅助信息包括用于终端设备进行重定向和/或小区重选的信息,第一网络设备是终端设备驻留的网络设备,第二网络设备是终端设备的锚点网络设备。第一网络设备接收来自第二网络设备的RRC释放消息,第一网络设备将RRC释放消息发送给终端设备。RRC释放消息可以由终端设备的锚点网络设备生成,无需由终端设备当前驻留的网络设备生成,由此终端设备当前驻留的网络设备可以不必将终端设备的上下文等迁移到该网络设备,减少了需要执行的步骤,减小了时延。
