Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及用于包装个人护理产品的管式包装物,所述个人护理产品包含油包水(W/O)和/或水包油(O/W)乳液。
背景技术
用于半固体或粘稠液体(例如牙膏,粘合剂,涂料或化妆品)的分配用的管状物通常由塑料制成以提供所需的柔性、可成形性和阻隔性质。用于个人护理产品的分配用的管状物面临其自身独特的挑战和限制。对用于生产此类管状物的包装材料有很高的要求。材料需要是可成形的并且在不损失其阻隔性质的情况下被密封。其还需要为消费者或使用者提供足够的柔性从而能够将内容物挤出,但仍提供足够的刚性以承受正常使用期间非故意的塌陷。个人护理产品,例如面霜、乳液和清洁配方产品通常是油包水(W/O)或水包油(O/W)乳液的形式,这需要包装材料表现出油脂阻隔性质和水阻隔性质这两者。此外,包装材料需要提供对折叠和褶皱和/或其他密封区域中的裂纹的高耐受性。
对环境的关注已经提高了对在管形容器的生产中更高含量的可再生材料的需求。现有技术中已经进行了在管式包装中使用可生物降解或可堆肥的材料的尝试。然而,现有技术中为制造用于管的更可持续的包装材料的许多提出的方案是基于纸基基材或多层片纸的。对于更硬性的基础材料,例如纸板,其在要求更高的3D弯曲中的折叠或可成形性中的抗裂性的信息是有限的。典型地,这样的材料的折叠可通过将关注的区域实施褶皱而促进,而褶皱通常导致阻隔性质失效的升高的风险。

WO2015061980公开了由多层材料形成的可折叠的管,所述多层材料包含数个聚合物层和纸层,该纸层具有30–100微米的厚度。
在管形容器的生产中使用的基于纤维的基材通常被限制在单层片纸或多层纸的一个原因是它们的柔性和对分层较高的耐受性。多层片纸板通常通过将多个层片在半固态条件下组合或连接在一起制得。这在另一方面导致层片有限的相互间混合,并且因此导致低层片结合和/或Scott Bond(Scott结合)强度的问题。一种部分地克服该问题的方式是在层片间施加粘结剂。这样的层片结合增强了层片结合但不必然提供足够的用于使管成形所需要的可成形性和层片间结合强度。
用于半固态的组合物的管形容器通常包含管形本体,和在出料端的具有分配孔的肩部。在相反的一端,管形本体通常是密封的。与使用由多层片纸或纸板制得的管形本体相关的一个问题是在塑料肩部被密封(例如通过热密封)至本体的密封处的泄露的风险。热密封区域的泄露可因为由机械失效引起的开裂而发生。此外,包装材料的折叠和褶皱可产生劣化的阻隔性质并且可导致开裂或分层。在密封点,多层片纸或纸板还经受可导致层片的分层的力。在将肩部热密封至由多层片纸板制得的管本体时,热量转移至多层片结构的内层片。这可导致蒸气形成,并且因此形成泡,这可能导致层片的分层。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供多层片的基于纤维的柔性的,但仍具有刚性的管形容器,其用于包装油包水乳液和/或水包油乳液,该容器不涉及与现有技术方案相关联的层片的分层问题。
在第一方面,本发明公开了用于包装包含水油包水(W/O)乳液和/或水包油(O/W)乳液的组合物的容器,该容器包含由包含基于纤维的基材的纸板制得的管形本体,所述基于纤维的基材包含形成背层片的第一层片、形成顶层片的第二层片和形成至少一个中层片的第三层片,其中基于纤维的基材包含CTMP。包含W/O或O/W乳液的组合物可为半固态的组合物。
本发明的发明人已发现由多层片纸板制得的管形容器的最薄弱的点不是管形本体和肩部之间的实际密封,而是多层片纸板的各层的分层的风险,尤其是在密封区域。根据本发明的容器解决了该问题。不希望受到理论的束缚,据信在形成管本体的多层片的基于纤维的基材中使用CTMP降低了热导率,由此较少的将塑料组件(例如肩部)的密封至管本体的热量被转移至结构的内部层片。这降低了结构中形成蒸气的风险,由此层片的分层被避免。在多层片的基于纤维的基材中CTMP的使用仍向容器提供所需要的强度性质、柔性和刚性。
在第二方面,本发明公开了纸板在用于包装包含水油包水(W/O)乳液和/或水包油(O/W)乳液的组合物的管形容器的生产中的用途,该纸板包含基于纤维的基材,其包含形成背层片的第一层片、形成顶层片的第二层片和形成至少一个中层片的第三层片,其中基于纤维的基材包含CTMP。

在实施方式中,在该容器中使用的以及在生产管形容器中使用的基于纤维的基材表现出至少350kPa或至少370kPa或380kPa,例如350–500kPa,或350–400kPa,或370–500kPa的Z-抗拉强度和至少180J/m2,或优选至少190J/m2,或至少200J/m2,例如180–300J/m2或200–300J/m2的Scott结合。
已经显示出,由表现出所述性质的基于纤维的基材制得的容器提供了在正常使用期间不塌陷的所需要的柔性以及充分的刚性。在转化期间该容器中形成裂纹的问题和层片的分层被进一步降低。Scott结合和Z-抗拉强度之间的比例优选在0.5和1之间,或0.6–0.8。
基于纤维的基材可进一步表现出至少4或至少5kN/m的抗压强度(MD)和至少2或至少3kN/m的抗压强度(CD)。
表现出所述性质的基于纤维的基材可通过将最优的纤维混合物、强度添加剂和层片的结合过程相结合而制得。本文中提供了如何提供这样的基于纤维的基材的实例,同时本领域技术人员认识到存在提供这样的基于纤维的基材的其他方法。
在多个实施方式中,基于纤维的基材表现出至少1cm3/g,优选至少1.3cm3/g的松厚度。高松厚度进一步有助于低热传导率并且由此降低多层片板的蒸汽形成和分层风险。此外,高松厚度向容器提供充足的刚度。基于纤维的基材还可具有180–300gsm,优选200–250gsm的克重。基于纤维的基材还可具有至少250μm,例如250–350μm的厚度。
基于纤维的基材可在第三层片中包含CTMP。CTMP(化学热机械浆)可以是软木或硬木的,优选软木的。基于纤维的基材的第三层片可包含至少50重量%或至少70重量%或至少100重量%CTMP,以所述层片中总纤维量计算。第一层片和第二层片可包含漂白或未漂白的来自软木或硬木的化学浆。在优选的实施方式中,形成背层片的第一层片由100重量%未漂白的化学软木浆制得并且形成顶层片的第二层片由100重量%漂白的化学软木浆制得,所有百分数基于所述层片的总纤维量计算。基于纤维的基材可包含其他中间层片,例如布置在外部层片和第三层片之间的第四层片和第五层片。第四层片和第五层片可包含CTMP和/或化学浆。
在实施方式中,基于纤维的基材包含在没有在层片之间施加任何层片间的粘合剂(例如淀粉)的情况下而彼此结合的至少两个层片。在实施方式中,基于纤维的基材不含有在片层之间添加的任何粘合剂,例如淀粉。在多层片纸板中,典型地在层片之间添加淀粉以增强纸板的强度(尤其是Z-强度或Scott结合)。然而,在层片之间的这种淀粉添加倾向于在层片之间形成膜,由此可能发生起泡和分层的温度。此外,使用淀粉没有提供在形成管形容器中所需要的充足的层片间结合或Z强度。因此,在基于纤维的基材中CTMP的使用、湿-对-湿成形和在层片之间避免施加淀粉的本发明的组合改进了基于纤维的基材的层片-层片结合。
在实施方式中,基于纤维的基材通过如下制造:先使用第一流浆箱在丝网上形成顶层片,随后使用相继布置的第二和第三流浆箱在顶层片上形成中间层片和背层片。优选地,在流浆箱之间没有布置压榨部。本上下文中使用的流浆箱意在定义在造纸或纸板制造中使用的传统流浆箱。中间层片和顶层片优选施加在先前形成的层片上,同时其具有至少50重量%或至少70重量%或至少80重量%的水分含量。各施加的配料的稠度优选为0.1–10重量%,或0.3–5重量%。通过使用所描述的湿-对-湿成形技术,基于纤维的基材的层片强烈地彼此结合。以此方式,提供了表现出高分层耐受性的基于纤维的基材,同时在层片之间不需要施加淀粉或粘合剂。此外,这允许更好的层片相间的渗透和混合,并且因此产生更高的Z–强度。其他层片,例如第四层片和第五层片,可类似地使用相继布置的第四和第五流浆箱形成。
基于纤维的基材还可包含通常添加至纸板的添加剂,例如填料,助滤剂和保留助剂,软化剂和强度添加剂。强度添加剂可例如选自淀粉、蛋白质、半纤维素、PVAm、PDADMAC、纳米纤维素或微原纤化纤维素(MFC)和/或阴离子或阳离子聚合物或其组合。阴离子或阳离子聚合物优选选自羧甲基纤维素(CMC)、阴离子聚丙烯酰胺(APAM)或阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)或其组合。所述添加剂优选至少添加至第三层片。基于纤维的基材还可包含损纸(broke)。在实施方式中,基于纤维的基材的至少一个层片不含填料。这样可制造具有较高刚度的基材。基于纤维的基材还可被表面施胶或涂覆颜料。
该容器中使用的纸板还可包含施加在所述基于纤维的基材的第一表面上的至少一个阻隔层,最优选在背层片上。至少一个阻隔层可包含施加在基于纤维的基材的第一表面上的包含聚烯烃的第一最内侧阻隔层、包含金属箔和/或乙烯乙烯基醇(EVOH)的第二阻隔层和包含聚烯烃的第三最外侧阻隔层,该第三阻隔层形成该容器的适于与容器的内容物接触的内表面。Al箔可使用连接层连接至包含聚烯烃的阻隔层。聚烯烃层可具有10–20μm的厚度,而该箔可具有3–10μm的厚度。这样的阻隔结构提供了对包含W/O乳液或O/W乳液的半固态的组合物的高阻隔性。
待用于管形容器中的纸板提供了充足的柔性、刚性和可成形性。在本上下文中,可成形性意指纸板可被压制或热成形为在管成形中所需要的更高弯曲度的3D形状,而不形成裂纹或不降低阻隔性质。
在下文中,进一步描述适合用于生产包含管形本体和肩部的容器的管形本体的纸板的实例。
图1为适合用于生产根据本发明的一个实施方式的容器的纸板的示意图。
图1中所示的纸板包含基于纤维的基材1,其包含五个层片:由100重量%漂白的来自软木的硫酸盐浆制得的顶层片(1a),包含100重量%未漂白的来自软木的硫酸盐浆的背层片(1e),包含漂白的硫酸盐浆和CTMP的混合物的第一中层片(1b)和包含未漂白的硫酸盐浆和CTMP的混合物的第二和第三中层片(1c,1d)。该实例的基于纤维的基材通过如下制得:在长基(long base)长网造纸机上的丝网上首先形成顶层片(1a)。随后,以所述顺序使用在幅材的行进方向上一段距离布置的第二、第三、第四和第五流浆箱在湿的顶层片上形成第一、第二和第三中层片(1b,1c,1d)和背层片(1e)。多层片的基材随后使用常规技术被压制和干燥。
其形成的基于纤维的基材的性质示于表1中。

图1中所示的纸板还包含与背层片(1e)直接接触的最内侧第一聚乙烯阻隔层(2)、包含铝箔的第二阻隔层(3)和最外侧第三聚乙烯阻隔层(4)。聚乙烯层(2,4)的厚度为约15μm并且铝箔(3)的厚度为约6μm。聚合物层优选挤出涂覆在板上,而铝箔通过使用连接层(未示出)使用常规技术而被层合。在顶层片上,纸板还可具有适合印刷的涂覆层(未示出)。顶层片还可具有阻隔层,例如聚烯烃层(未示出)。
与图1相结合描述的纸板已经显示出适合用于制造用于包装包含水油包水(W/O)乳液和/或水包油(O/W)乳液的组合物的管形容器。尤其地,纸板已经显示出适合用于形成这样的容器的管形本体(塑料肩部与其连接),而不存在与现有技术方案相关的多层片板的分层问题。此外,纸板提供了包装包含W/O-或O/W-乳液的组合物所需要的特定的阻隔体。其还提供了待用于这样的容器中的所需要的柔性以及刚性。
尽管已经参考各种示例性实施方式描述了本发明,但是本领域技术人员将理解,在不背离本发明的范围的情况下,可以做出各种改变并且可以用等效物代替其元素(要素)。此外,可以进行许多修改以使特定情况或材料适应本发明的教导而不背离本发明的实质范围。因此,本发明不仅旨在不限于作为预期实施本发明的最佳模式而公开的特定实施方式,而且本发明还将包括落入所附权利要求范围内的所有实施方式。
Claims (19)
1.用于包装包含油包水(W/O)乳液和/或水包油(O/W)乳液的组合物的容器,该容器包含由包含以下的纸板制得的管形本体:
-基于纤维的基材,其包含形成背层片的第一层片、形成顶层片的第二层片和形成至少一个中层片的第三层片,其中基于纤维的基材包含CTMP。
2.根据权利要求1所述的容器,其中基于纤维的基材表现出至少350kPa的Z-抗拉强度和至少180J/m2的Scott结合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的容器,其中Scott结合和Z-抗拉强度之间的比例为0.5-1。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的容器,其中基于纤维的基材表现出至少1cm3/g,优选至少1.3cm3/g的松厚度。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的容器,其中第三层片包含CTMP。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的容器,其中基于纤维的基材包含在层片之间没有施加任何粘合剂的情况下而彼此结合的至少两个层片。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的容器,其中基于纤维的基材已经通过如下制得:先使用第一流浆箱在丝网上形成顶层片,随后使用第二流浆箱和第三流浆箱在顶层片上相继形成中层片和背层片。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的容器,其中纸板还包含施加在所述基于纤维的基材的第一表面上的至少一个阻隔层。
9.根据权利要求8所述的容器,其中该至少一个阻隔层包含施加在基于纤维的基材的第一表面上的包含聚烯烃的第一最内侧阻隔层、包含金属箔和/或乙烯乙烯基醇(EVOH)的第二阻隔层和包含聚烯烃的第三最外侧阻隔层,该第三阻隔层形成该容器的适于与容器的内容物接触的内表面。
10.纸板在用于包装包含水油包水(W/O)乳液和/或水包油(O/W)乳液的组合物的管形容器的生产中的用途,该纸板包含基于纤维的基材,其包含形成背层片的第一层片、形成顶层片的第二层片和形成至少一个中层片的第三层片,其中基于纤维的基材包含CTMP。
11.根据权利要求9所述的用途,其中管形容器包含管形本体和肩部,并且其中纸板在所述管形本体的生产中使用。
12.根据权利要求10-11中任一项所述的用途,其中基于纤维的基材表现出至少350kPa的Z-抗拉强度和至少180J/m2的Scott结合。
13.根据权利要求10-12中任一项所述的用途,其中Scott结合和Z-抗拉强度之间的比例为0.5-1。
14.根据权利要求10-13中任一项所述的用途,其中基于纤维的基材表现出至少1cm3/g,优选至少1.3cm3/g的松厚度。
15.根据权利要求10-14中任一项所述的用途,其中第三层片包含CTMP。
16.根据权利要求10-15中任一项所述的用途,其中基于纤维的基材包含在层片之间没有施加任何粘合剂的情况下而彼此结合的至少两个层片。
17.根据权利要求10-16中任一项所述的用途,其中基于纤维的基材已经通过如下制得:先使用第一流浆箱在丝网上形成顶层片,随后使用第二流浆箱和第三流浆箱在顶层片上相继形成中层片和背层片。
18.根据权利要求10-17中任一项所述的用途,其中纸板还包含施加在所述基于纤维的基材的第一表面上的至少一个阻隔层。
19.根据权利要求10-18中任一项所述的用途,其中该至少一个阻隔层包含施加在基于纤维的基材的第一表面上的包含聚烯烃的第一最内侧阻隔层、包含金属箔和/或乙烯乙烯基醇(EVOH)的第二阻隔层和包含聚烯烃的第三最外侧阻隔层,该第三阻隔层形成该容器的适于与容器的内容物接触的内表面。
