Abstract

Specifically, the method comprises the following steps: and matching the abnormal degree and the abnormal reason with various preset accident handling standards to obtain information such as the accident type, the accident influence range and the like, thereby determining the investigation handling result of the non-coal mine enterprise operating the non-coal mine project. The investigation processing result may include a processing result indicating that the enterprise is not allowed to operate the non-coal mine project, the enterprise is allowed to continue operating the non-coal mine project, or the enterprise is allowed to continue operating the non-coal mine project after the operation is modified.

And step 260, outputting a supervision control response aiming at the non-coal mine enterprises to be supervised.
The supervisory control response includes the survey processing results.
In an implementable embodiment, the enterprise information may also include various security check testing qualifications of non-coal mine enterprises and qualification approval information of non-coal mine enterprise objects.

The supervision control method of the non-coal mine enterprise provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the steps of receiving a supervision control request aiming at the non-coal mine enterprise to be supervised; determining that a non-coal mine enterprise to be supervised acquires permission information for operating a non-coal mine project; acquiring production information of a non-coal mine enterprise operating non-coal mine project to be supervised in real time; the permission information includes an operation location of the non-coal mine project and a non-coal mine type; detecting the collected production information based on a preset production standard to obtain the production state of the corresponding production information; determining a survey processing result of non-coal mine project operation of non-coal mine enterprises according to the production state; and outputting a supervision control response aiming at the non-coal mine enterprises to be supervised, wherein the supervision control response comprises the investigation processing result. The method realizes the supervision of the non-coal mine safety production through the supervision of non-coal mine enterprises, improves the supervision effect, and provides safety guarantee for the non-coal mine accident management.
Corresponding to the above method, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a monitoring and control device for a non-coal mine enterprise, as shown in fig. 3, the monitoring and control device for the non-coal mine enterprise includes: the device comprises a receiving unit 310, a determining unit 320, a collecting unit 330, an acquiring unit 340 and an outputting unit 350;
a receiving unit 310, configured to receive a monitoring control request for a non-coal mine enterprise to be monitored;
the determining unit 320 is configured to determine that the non-coal mine enterprise to be supervised acquires permission information for operating a non-coal mine project;
the acquisition unit 330 is used for acquiring the production information of the non-coal mine project in real time; the permission information includes an operational location of the non-coal mine project and a non-coal mine type;
the obtaining unit 340 is configured to detect the collected production information based on a preset production standard, and obtain a production state of the corresponding production information;
the determining unit 320 is further configured to determine, according to the production state, an investigation processing result of the non-coal mine enterprise operating the non-coal mine project;
an output unit 350, configured to output a supervision control response for a non-coal mine enterprise to be supervised, where the supervision control response includes the investigation processing result.
In an optional implementation, the collecting unit 330 is further configured to collect enterprise information of the non-coal mine enterprise to be supervised, where the enterprise information includes the non-coal mine project operated by the non-coal mine enterprise and an operation approval result of the non-coal mine project;
and an output unit 350, configured to determine permission information of a non-coal mine enterprise to manage the non-coal mine project to be supervised, if the operation approval result is that the approval is passed and the acquired enterprise information conforms to a preset data standardized format.
In an alternative implementation, the apparatus further comprises a lookup unit 360; the production state comprises a normal production state and an abnormal production state;
the determining unit 320 is further configured to determine not to perform investigation processing on the non-coal mine project operated by the non-coal mine enterprise if the production state is a normal production state;

the determining unit 320 is further configured to determine, based on the abnormality degree, the abnormality cause, and the treatment plan, an investigation processing result of the non-coal mine enterprise operating the non-coal mine project.
In an alternative implementation, the apparatus further comprises an auditing unit 370; the enterprise information also comprises various security inspection detection qualifications of the non-coal mine enterprises and qualification permission information of the non-coal mine enterprise objects;

and determining the investigation processing result of the non-coal mine project operated by the non-coal mine enterprise based on the abnormal degree, the abnormal reason and the treatment scheme.
In an optional implementation, the enterprise information further includes various security inspection detection qualifications of the non-coal mine enterprise and qualification permission information of the non-coal mine enterprise object; the method further comprises the following steps:

The aforementioned communication bus may be a Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus, an Extended Industry Standard Architecture (EISA) bus, or the like. The communication bus may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, etc. For ease of illustration, only one thick line is shown, but this does not mean that there is only one bus or one type of bus.
The communication interface is used for communication between the electronic equipment and other equipment.
The Memory may include a Random Access Memory (RAM) or a Non-Volatile Memory (NVM), such as at least one disk Memory. Optionally, the memory may also be at least one memory device located remotely from the processor.
The Processor may be a general-purpose Processor, including a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Network Processor (NP), and the like; but also Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) or other Programmable logic devices, discrete Gate or transistor logic devices, discrete hardware components.
Since the implementation manner and the beneficial effects of the problem solving of each device of the electronic device in the foregoing embodiment can be implemented by referring to each step in the embodiment shown in fig. 2, detailed working processes and beneficial effects of the electronic device provided by the embodiment of the present invention are not described herein again.
In yet another embodiment of the present invention, a computer-readable storage medium is further provided, in which instructions are stored, and when the instructions are executed on a computer, the computer is enabled to execute the monitoring control method of the non-coal mountain enterprise in any one of the above embodiments.
In yet another embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided a computer program product containing instructions which, when run on a computer, cause the computer to perform the method of supervisory control of a non-coal mine enterprise as described in any of the above embodiments.

Claims (10)
1. A supervision control method for non-coal mine enterprises is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a supervision control request aiming at a non-coal mine enterprise to be supervised;
determining that the non-coal mine enterprise to be supervised acquires permission information for operating a non-coal mine project;
acquiring the production information of the non-coal mine enterprise operation non-coal mine project to be supervised in real time; the permission information includes an operational location of the non-coal mine project and a non-coal mine type;
detecting the collected production information based on a preset production standard to obtain the production state of the corresponding production information;
determining a survey processing result of the non-coal mine enterprise operating the non-coal mine project according to the production state;
outputting a supervision control response aiming at the non-coal mine enterprises to be supervised, wherein the supervision control response comprises the investigation processing result.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining that a non-coal mine enterprise to be supervised acquires permission information to operate a non-coal mine project comprises:
acquiring enterprise information of the non-coal mine enterprise to be supervised, wherein the enterprise information comprises the non-coal mine project operated by the non-coal mine enterprise and the operation approval result of the non-coal mine project;
and if the operation approval result is that the operation approval is passed and the acquired enterprise information conforms to a preset data standardized format, determining permission information of the non-coal mine enterprise to be supervised for operating the non-coal mine project.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the production state comprises a normal production state and an abnormal production state;
determining, based on the production status, a survey processing result of the non-coal mine enterprise operating the non-coal mine project, including:
if the production state is a normal production state, determining not to carry out investigation processing on the non-coal mine project operated by the non-coal mine enterprise;
if the production state is an abnormal production state, determining an abnormal degree corresponding to the abnormal production state according to the deviation degree between the production information and a preset production standard;
searching a stored historical abnormal information base, acquiring historical abnormal information matched with the production information, and determining an abnormal reason corresponding to the matched historical abnormal information as the abnormal reason of the production information; the historical abnormal information base is used for storing historical abnormal production information and corresponding abnormal reasons;
and determining the investigation processing result of the non-coal mine project operated by the non-coal mine enterprise based on the abnormal degree and the abnormal reason.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein after determining the cause of the anomaly as the production information, the method further comprises:
collecting a treatment scheme of the non-coal mine enterprises for the abnormal reason;
determining an investigation processing result of the non-coal mine enterprise operating the non-coal mine project based on the abnormal degree and the abnormal reason, including:
and determining the investigation processing result of the non-coal mine project operated by the non-coal mine enterprise based on the abnormal degree, the abnormal reason and the treatment scheme.
5. The method of claim 2, wherein the enterprise information further includes various types of security check testing qualifications of the non-coal mine enterprise and qualification approval information of the non-coal mine enterprise object; the method further comprises the following steps:
checking various security inspection detection qualifications of the non-coal mine enterprises and qualification permission information of the non-coal mine enterprise objects respectively to obtain a first checking result;
and determining an investigation processing result of the non-coal mine project operated by the non-coal mine enterprise according to the first examination result.
6. The method of claim 2, wherein the enterprise information further comprises planning information for the non-coal mine enterprise to operate the non-coal mine item and completion acceptance information for the non-coal mine item; the method further comprises the following steps:
checking the completion acceptance information based on the planning information to obtain a second checking result;
and determining the investigation processing result of the non-coal mine project operated by the non-coal mine enterprise according to the second examination result.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the planning information for the non-coal mine project includes planning of production information, planning of the number of participating objects, and planning of production facility facilities.
8. A supervisory control system for non-coal mine enterprises, the system comprising: the system comprises a unified number allocation module, an engineering information management module, a hidden danger troubleshooting management module, a production standardization module and an accident management module;
the unified number allocation module is used for receiving a supervision control request for a non-coal mine enterprise to be supervised;
determining that the non-coal mine enterprise to be supervised acquires permission information for operating the non-coal mine project;
the engineering information management module is used for acquiring the production information of the non-coal mine project in real time; the permission information includes an operational location of the non-coal mine project and a non-coal mine type;
the hidden danger troubleshooting and treating module is used for detecting the collected production information based on the preset production standard stored by the production standardization module and acquiring the production state of the corresponding production information;
determining the investigation processing result of the non-coal mine project operated by the non-coal mine enterprise according to the production state;
the accident management module is used for outputting a supervision control response aiming at a non-coal mine enterprise to be supervised, and the supervision control response comprises the investigation processing result.
9. An electronic device, characterized in that the electronic device comprises a processor, a communication interface, a memory and a communication bus, wherein the processor, the communication interface and the memory are communicated with each other through the communication bus;
a memory for storing a computer program;
a processor for implementing the method steps of any of claims 1-7 when executing a program stored on a memory.
